Emran at this location was incredibly helpful. He quickly resolved an issue I was having with my account and made sure everything was set up properly before I left. He explained everything clearly and didn’t rush the process. Great customer service, ask for Emran if you want things done right.

Went into this location ready to upgrade to a new phone and neither of the employees were helpful. It took the employee more than 5 minutes to log into his own system and then when he was done he said he didn't know which Iphones they had and told me to "check online" I was the only person in the store.

UPDATE: It gets better! The sales rep misquoted my trade in value as $300, although corporate said they'll only give me $150. I was also informed that had I completed my transaction online, I would have avoided the $35 activation fee. Not sure what the 'response from owner' below is supposed to do, but GOOD LUCK if you do business with this place--you'll need it. Dishonest. I asked for a phone with 128GB storage capacity. After initiating the setup, the sales rep “happened to notice” that the phone he got from the back had 256GB, and asked if I would mind. Yes, I mind paying more money because you’re trying to get an upsell. He also tried to say that Apple Care was part of a supplemental insurance policy I needed to purchase. When I asked more about it, he admitted they were two separate things. I declined the supplemental insurance policy, but the next day I got a text welcoming me to my new insurance policy. Two calls and another store visit later and I’m still crossing my fingers it’s actually been canceled.

I highly recommend buying their overpriced screen protector, because anytime you crack it or need to replacement, they will fix it on the spot. This is my second time doing this, and I was in and out of there less than six minutes. Normally, I just buy screen protectors on Amazon for a few bucks, but with this im set for as long as they honor the program. Quick caveat though, whichever type you buy, regular or privacy is the one that they will replace.

Called to check and see if they were going to be open till 8 today and they said yes. So I went out of my way from work. Got there the store was closed. Post your updated holiday hours and make sure your phone system knows that too. If you’re going to be closed don’t appear open.

I didn't realize I walked in a few mins before closing, and Kimberly took her time to help me with upgrading my phone. She did not rush me at all and answered all my questions. I recently opened my new line with t-mobile at another location and there is a large difference in customer service, knowledgeability, and friendliness. I was satisfied with my past experiences at other t-mobile locations but this last visit was the best. Kimberly was very personable, and as a person who works in customer service it's great to be treated with care.

Staff is rude and dismissive. Just fire them and come back with a digital kiosk. Went in, no one else is there, no one said hi. Guy didnt look up from his laptop. Was dismissive of my question. Didnt know anything on the product. I just was like well you seem busy and I left. I will not be going back. Hope they work on commission!

After lunch in Ballston Quarters, we went to T-Mobile to learn about their current promotions during Ballston's Quarterfest. This included free chargers, speakers, watches, or tablets. The latter three items required upgrading a device. We waited about 15 minutes for the gentleman to get Android chargers for us. I almost thought he forgot about us .

There's another review on here at this time. I had a very different experience from the other reviewer at the shop with both Daniel and with Preston. I was trying to switch my service from Sprint to T-Mobile. I was very incorrectly told at the Clarendon store that, after they inserted my SIM card, I could finish switching carriers on the phone. I spent an hour on the phone to be told NO you have to go into a shop that has both Sprint and T-Mobile abilities. I did not want to go back to the Clarendon store after I got the wrong information and parking is tough so I went to the Ballston store. I came late in the day without enough time to do the process. I appreciated that they both heard me out and gave me good answers as to what my next step should be. They both clarified the pricing which wasn't clear on the website. I was very very mad and distraught and they took my state of being upset very seriously. Preston called the Clarendon store to sort out what happened to me. So while my problem is not yet fixed I felt like I was dealt with respectfully and honestly at this store. I was not dealt with honestly at Clarendon and I was not dealt with honestly on the phone with both Sprint or T-Mobile. I would definitely go back to the store.

Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. I joined 9/17/21 and have spent over 14 hours on the phone and in the store with customer service for various issues and it's only 10/21/21 today! Each time the rep makes it worse. I signed up on a plan for $150 and they messed up my bill and can't seem to get me the price that IS WRITTEN IN MY CONTRACT. This place is a total bait and switch. I should have stayed with AT&T. NEVER in my life have I experienced such a fiasco. Service has been spotty too. Do yourself a favor and learn from my experience....do NOT use T-mobile.

I am a new customer to T-mobile for about 2 months and this is by far the worst service I ever experience from a mobile company. I previously lived in a " third world " country and never experience anything like this. This is a full month that I was without service. can't receive of dial out, no texts or data regardless to fact that I paid my money. I call the customer service everyday to hear someone say bare with us. I just want me number and be done with it
