Pleasant experience. Rainbow sugar cookie was a surprise finding! Refresh taste of fruits, flavors are combined nicely not overwhelming in each bite. just perfect for summer. We were told the rainbow cookie is their June special. Soft moist chewy chocolate chips cookie was great. M&M oatmeal cookie was full of goodness every bite, it was soft, moist, all over. Perfection of the sweetness for me. There is no dryness or roughness on the edge of all the cookies.

Mum and I were tempted to try these massive cookies! We were very pleased to have been the first Australian on the map to be taking a cookie home ! It was the most delicious cookie we’ve eaten ! Definitely recommend ✨🫶🏼

I'm not sure WHY people seem to like their cookies. The T-Rex food truck was at the MN Zoo for an event. Since desserts were limited, I thought a cookie would be a safe bet. I was COMPLETELY wrong. I bought a lemon sugar. It was stale, extremely dry and chalky and literally crumbled in my hand. For the price of $9, I was hoping for something tasty. We through most of it away...

I have been eating T Rex Cookies for about 60 days. Management and Ownership is awesome. Even if you can't eat cookies please stop in for the free smells. Wow! It's nearly heaven. Today I had the Elote Corn Cookie "hope I got that right". Its was a bit spicy at first , then I understood it. Just different for spice in a cookie other than ginger snaps. I love their experimentation. I can't wait to see their next premier COOKIE.

Huge and delicious cookies! Definitely my new go to place for cookies! Nice variety of different cookies to choose from, staple flavors and rotating speciality flavors available. Staff is very friendly as well. The sea salt caramel chocolate chip cookie is the best!

Amazing cookies that are the size of your face! $4 is definitely worth the meal sized portions they give you! Love that that cookies stay soft and chewy throughout, as any good cookie should! Hours may seem weird to some people, that’s only because the owners all over the twin cities, but if you can make it in, they always have a plethora of different flavors, some they have all the time or new ones to try out, and has something for anyone who likes baked goods!

It has been an amazing experience to witness this cookie business grow into what it is today from what it once was. Super chill and comfy atmosphere along with a rad outdoor patio. T-Rex supports a lot of local artists and makers. They have a rotating selection of art in the shop on a monthly basis and actually paid to have a mural painted on the outside wall! It will be a sad day to see this business have to move because of the real estate development. Definitely recommend stopping through here before that happens!

To be honest I wanted to like this. I truly did want to enjoy the cookie and the experience. The cookies, the atmosphere, and the staff were all lackluster. We did the 3 for 10.00 deal and we felt that the quality was not on par with the price. I have made cookies with a better quality in my kitchen at home. The size would be the only thing I haven't done. Wouldn't do again.

I was here for a Yelp Elite event to sample and give input for a future cookie for January! We gathered and learned about the business. Tina was funny and gave a great short but sweet speech. Then it was onto sampling! I have never had or even heard of T Rex Cookies but now I can strongly recommend them to anyone I know. They have a thick soft texture, little crunch on the outside but not crumbly or dry anywhere in these cookies. I popped my big cookie in the freezer (they freeze well!) and will be riding this sugar high all night long. Thanks Tina, Lucas, Cookie T Rex Mascot, Julie and other staff for making a wonderful event on a cold night. Also, at cub for the next 4 days the cookie dough is on sale for $3 (maes 4 cookies) from $12?!

Why is this place so miserable for teen-agers to work? Do they spend countless hours prepping, making, baking, and packaging cookies? Clearly, something is missing. Teen-agers work mostly jobs to enjoy every nuance of the job. Is this place where teen-agers go to wish working never should exist? A valuable lesson...quality control with expansion especially with headquarters moral. Just think of this place had an HR department.

Excellent, Enormous cookies! so excited to see they carry frozen dough now too so you can bake your own at home! I've always had friendly, efficient service at this location and the one in Ridgedale Mall too. This location has so many fun T-Rex decorations! So fun to see all of the dinosaurs inside & out!

I've had T-Rex cookies a few times throughout the years at different concerts at Excel, but never been to the store. Stopped in Monday evening shortly after 5pm to grab a "too good to go" order for a friend, and was greeted with a "hello" by a gal after I walked in. Let her know I was there to pick up an order and she pointed to the chest freezer near the window to pick the cookies. I asked for a bag and really off I went. It was very transactional quick experience. Store wasn't super large, case with cookies right when you walk in, working area to the right, and chest freezer also to the right. I will admit the smell reminded me of walking into a home where cookies were being baked; and you're wondering how long until they are ready.

I was recently shipped a giant (and when I say giant I mean it!) chocolate chip cookie for my birthday. I assumed it would be dry and hard, which is not how I like my cookies to be and was surprised this was not the case at all. The outside was the perfect amount of crisp without being over baked and the center was chewy and delicious without being underbaked. I can't wait to eat more! Unfortunately I was shipped the wrong item (a happy accident if you ask me) so will be getting the choose your own 5 pack this week, and if they're even half as good as the giant cookie, I will probably eat them all in one sitting!

This last visit was part of a women in tech/business/leadership event. Tina gave us a tour and told us about her entrepreneurial journey. She is funny, authentic, and full of valuable information. She has many great successes and is working to exponentially grow her business. I want to do anything I can to help because she's so awesome. After the tour, I bought a couple of cookies for the road. Peanut butter and chocolate chocolate chip were my two choices. The cookies were ginormous, tasty, and nice and chewy. They tasted great with my coffee in the morning. I love all the t-Rex things she has throughout the store. So fun!

This is by far one of the biggest and most delicious cookies you will ever eat. Please read the story of how this company got started. The service is amazing and for anyone that doesn't live in Mn they do sell on Goldbelly. Great gift option for anyone who is a true Cookie Monster., the chocolate chip caramel is the best cookie I've ever eaten. Get it precooked or frozen and you will not be disappointed.

We randomly came across this place on a drive and had to stop by. We are huge cookie fanatic and enjoy trying new places. We got the monster cookie and a salted caramel chocolate cookie type cookie. Both of them were good but kind of hardened on the edges, maybe because it was the end of the day. I would love to try a cookie at the beginning of their store opening hours to give it a better assessment.

Yummmmyyy. T-Rex cookies are so delicious. Initially, what made me a fan is their frozen dough that I found at Hy-Vee during the Covid shutdown times. My family fell in love and the cookie dough became a freezer staple. Since then, I've finally made it to the Eagan store, a few times! They are so creative with their flavors, there's always something intriguing. Over the summer, the team member recommended the sweet corn flavor, I was hesitant, but she was so persuasive, I had to get it. There were no regrets at all! Actually, yes there is, I wish I got more than one! My personal favorite is the caramel Oreo with the sea salt caramel chocolate chip as a close second. When I make it in, I typically buy one for each person in my family. They're so big they end up being dessert for 3-4 nights! I even had the opportunity to do a larger order for work. T-Rex was so easy to work with. We were able to print customized labels with the company logo on the cookie bag. It was so cute and delicious!

My family loves these cookies. They are very fresh and while they are a sweet treat they aren't over the top sweet. They offer very unique and seasonal flavors. The size makes them fun to share groups because everyone taste each other's cookies. I also put them in the freezer right away to lock in the freshness for a rainy day.

Gretchen was a very enthusiastic worker and helped me choose my new favorite cookie!! She also even took the time to warm it up which elevated the experience even more. I loved the interior for it set a great playful vibe and I will definitely be back with friends!

T-Rex Cookie is one of my favorite places for cookies in Minnesota. I was sad to see them leave their St. Paul location since it was close to where I would have work meetings on occasion but their new Eagan store is close to another place I work from time to time so I can still get my cookie fix. Honestly, I would drive across the metro though for these cookies, they are that good. The cookies find the perfect balance of being soft and chewy while providing a bit of a crunch on the ends. They also stay incredibly soft and chewy after purchase (although it doesn't take long for me to devour a whole cookie). My temptation is to buy a 5-pounder (yes, that is a thing here) since that would give me the best ratio of doughy soft middle cookie but then I run the risk of eating five pounds of cookie in one sitting. They have lots of flavors to choose from including classics like chocolate chip, peanut butter, sugar, monster, etc. on a rotating basis. They also will have feature flavors that you should buy and throw in your freezer for future munching since they are limited creations. My favorite cookie they offer every day is the sea salt chocolate chip and caramel. I dare you to try not to eat the whole cookie in one sitting. That is the dangerous part of T-Rex Cookies, eating one cookie is like eating a bunch of regular sized cookies (never would do unless it is Sweet Martha's) but I justify it because it is only one cookie, right? =)

I ordered from Goldbelly. The positive reviews of these cookies are incomprehensible to me. They are sugar candy at best. Not chewy, not moist. The flavor is completely dominated by the sugar.

How doesn't love cookies, especially when they are almost the size of your face? Tina and her team make the most delicious, unique cookies with ingredients you would never think to mix into cookie dough. From starting at the Nicollet Mall farmers market to the larger Minneapolis farmers market on the weekend, heck I even remember the original location on University Ave. near 280 but now she has a permanent brick-and-mortar home in Eagan. I would like to believe T-Rex made its mark with the Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Chip cookie, but I'm a sucker for a good Snickerdoodle. To give you an idea how unique her cookies are, here are some I've tried: Caramel Oreo, S'more (yum), Monster, Oreo Red Velvet, Birthday Cake, heck she's even mixed in veggies into cookies and they still turn out terrific. My sister loves buying the 5 lb. cookies for work - now that's a treat everyone can enjoy. I also recommend following T-Rex on social media, especially Instagram so you can see when they are trying something new. Aside from visiting Eagan, T-Rex shows up at Farmers Markets, does pop-ups downtown, and also has partnerships inside some businesses and sporting events, so keep your eye out for this tasty, sweet treat!

Let me get one thing straight: these are not your average oversized cookies. They are the best oversized cookies you will ever have! My adventures of trying T Rex cookies started pre-COVID times, back when my husband would commute downtown. Once he surprised me with a giant chocolate chip cookie and I couldn't believe my eyes. It was bigger than my head, no joke. Yes, the name T-Rex Cookie is perfectly appropriate. Since then, I've tried a variety of their cookies - Monster, Oreo, and Snickerdoodle to name a few. Each one was amazingly moist in the middle but perfect on the outer edges. Every bite just melts in your mouth. My favorite, though, is definitely the Oreo. Because whoever thought of adding Oreo cookies inside of a giant cookie was a genius! Recently we got 4 curbside cookies to go. It was a bit of a drive for me but it was so worth it. I had just parked by car and I got my phone out to let them know that I was here but I didn't even get to the dial pad before someone was at my door waiting to assist me. I was impressed at the quick curbside service even though they didn't even know what my car looked like! Thanks for the amazing cookies. They'll be my favorite for as long as I live.

Very cute store. I went in for the regular 1/2 pound cookies. I was not expecting how huge they were. I mean a half pound is a lot, but until you see it you really don't get it. They have a regular selection and then they have special cookies that rotate. I got a sugar, a snickerdoodle, chocolate chip and a caramel and Oreo cookies. The snickerdoodle was my least favorite not because they do anything wrong. I just thought I liked them more than I do. I love sugar cookies though and theirs is great. The real standout was the caramel and Oreo cookie. Yum! It's like a chocolate chip cookie with bits of caramel and Oreos instead of chocolate chips.

I love this place and so worth the drive down to Eagan. I love the combination of traditional flavors they have. I know I can get my favorites like sugar cookie and chocolate chip, but also be wowed with flavors like Ube and even dill pickles. I love me a giant soft center and that what you'll get with a Trex cookie. Follow them on Instagram and you'll get the treat of watching them dump a whole pie or cake into their cookie batter so you know your getting the real deal. T. rex cookies make great gifts and I often buy a bunch to put in the freezer for later. I love this place and wish I lived closer.

The cookies are a lot bigger than they seem on Instagram, but I still bought 2 of them because what kind of a lunatic just gets 1 cookie? I got a banana cream pie cookie that might be the best cookie I've ever had in my life and a mint chocolate chunk cookie. I bought the cookies at about 6 and I've been slowly eating them over the course of the evening, trying not to rush it but committed to finishing the job before bedtime. It's now 9 and I'm halfway through each. I don't know if I'm going to make it, but I'm a trooper and I'm not going to give up until either my stomach explodes or my sugar high starts manifesting in hallucinations. By the end, I'll promise myself that I'll only buy 1 cookie next time, but it's a promise I know I'll never keep.

As others have said, these cookies are HUGE. I actually went to the store front in Eagan and it seemed like a quaint, cute little shop. The worker was very polite and helped me select some offerings for my first visit. I went crazy and got the pickle-peanut-butter as my first choice. This cookie is for daredevils, and not for everybody. But the other 2 more traditional flavors we tried were excellent. Definitely get these cookies however and wherever you can.

Huge the only thing missing are footprints. Very soft and delicious. I bought 4 to split in half with Basil for the weekend. So far we loved the sugar cookie. This was easy to get to from Costco. Nice to walk in with no appointment needed. I discovered her on Twin cities Live last year. Glad to get the opportunity to get over here.

Never craved for cookies until I had one here. The cookies ($4 each) are gigantic and delicious. It was so soft and chewy - even after a few days of it sitting out. Never needed to nuke it in the microwave or anything. I definitely find myself going out of my way since they are only opened a few days a week at odd hours of the day.

The cookies are amazing and HUGE. Great customer service and a strong community supporter. Go get some T-Rex cookies!!

Stopped in for the first time today and we'll definitely be back! I tried a s'mores cookie and my kids had chocolate chip. The cookies are HUGE with a chewy, soft texture and awesome flavor. As if the novelty of getting a giant cookie wasn't enough... Each kiddo got to pick out their own little dinosaur at check out. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. This place is a little gem.

This would have been a 5 star rating based solely on the cookies..Mississippi Mud cookie anyone? De-licious! So you go to what should be a bright happy cookie place and realize it is far from it. From the moment I entered the gloomy-dim store to my interaction with employees, it gave off the polar opposite of what you would expect. Employees all looked depressed and or angry. It was super dim in there...did someone forget to pay the electric bill? Another patron came in and asked if the owner was in and the staff yelled back to "Come out and greet your fans." She most definitely came out..but friendly and greeting was far from how we were received. She did not smile or welcome anyone. She did not introduce herself or say anything at all. She came out and stared the poor lady down and glared in my direction as well. The lady tried to make small talk but you could tell it was super awkward. All I wanted was a cookie with my kiddo but damn...I'm so torn on wether to go back or not? Do you go back because the cookies are divine or do you stay away because the owner is unfriendly and ungrateful for your business. ‍

Seriously, the best cookie I've ever had...... the sea salt chocolate chip is my favorite but I loved every one I bought and my daughter was a huge fan, too! I will definitely keep coming back!

I was very happy to see the designated parking spot up front which made popping in to get a cookie very convenient. I got the oreo caramel and the chocolate chocolate chip cookies. I was skeptical about oreo caramel but whatever dough they used wi h that flavor combination worked perfectly. The chocolate chocolate chip cookie was soft on the inside and not undercooked by any means but a little crunchy around the edges - just like a cookie should be. I need to go back and explore more of what they have - if you could get some quality local ice cream in the store too that could be a big plus, but I did not see that. The staff was very friendly and had smiles all around!

These cookies are delicious and keep so well! I love giving them with birthday gifts as a fun, huge, and tasty treat that adds to the celebration!

I don't really live super close to this place but they donated cookies to a food bank for hospitality industry and what an amazing treat. These cookies are some of the best I've had. Cant wait to support them.

Tina & Linnea were super friendly and cute and their cookies are the bomb. We saw them at the Eagan market and didn't have Venmo but they gave us a cookie anyway.... super generous and awesome customer service! I'll definitely be back!
