It was a truly wonderful dinner—the flavors were excellent! I especially loved the toothpick fish with curry sauce! If I had to mention one thing, it would have been even better if the message on the birthday plate had been written using basil sauce instead something paired with dark chocolate could also be enjoyed as part of the dessert.but also thank you for birthday plate, I really appreciate that compliment. The staff were very knowledgeable about the dishes and provided truly outstanding service.

I really enjoyed the tasting menu here. I felt like the menu really hit its stride with the meat/protein courses and finished strong with the desserts. The scallop, toothfish, lamb, and wagyu were all brilliant. I actually wish they gave more of the pho broth as that was the best part, in my opinion. There are tons of unique flavor combinations in the menu. I did the beer pairing as well, which was a lot of fun. All local craft beers (and seltzers and mead). I would recommend if you are in Hanoi and looking for a fine dining meal.

A great luxury fine dining experience. The chef prepared each dish to highlight the culture and ingredients of Vietnam. The service was superb. There wasn't a bad bite in the whole meal. I recommend the beer or wine pairing too. The beers were local crafts and very refreshing.

This is a must visit place for anyone interested in fine dining. Having been to various Michelin starred restaurants I was thoroughly impressed by the thought that went into the menu and how each component of each dish complemented each other. It was clear the chef had selected very fresh ingredients and thought about all how to showcase its flavour best. The flavours here were complex and opened up a whole new world of cooking for me, more than some starred places that just stick to traditionalist flavours. As some comments noted the only thing stopping this place from being starred is the service and ambience, which is still good just not as orchestrated. I actually much preferred the unpretentiousness of the place and service that let me focus on all the flavours. Thank you for the excellent last meal in Vietnam.

We had a wonderful experience with the team last evening. The staff spoke excellent English and explained everything clearly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We were especially impressed with the food cards, which provided helpful details about each dish. The service quality was up to standard—even small gestures, such as personally leading guests up and down the stairs to access the washroom, were much appreciated and showed great attention to detail. One suggestion would be to streamline the introduction process slightly—perhaps by skipping questions like whether we’d like to do a drink pairing, as it felt a bit lengthy. That said, the food was served at a great pace. Overall, we highly recommend trying it out for its high-quality food and authentic yet creative Asian flavors.

We had a delightful culinary experience here. The setting is relaxing and beautiful. The presentation had a quirky playfulness to it and the service was a fine tuned orchestra. We were served 16 dishes in their tasting menu and we felt that 13 of the 16 were excellent. Three we did not care for, but overall it did not detour from the amazing experience we had. Highly recommend if you are in Hanoi.

Overall excellent dining experience. Service was attentive, friendly, and overall warm. Not pressured to order alcohol or drinks, and spoke and described each dish. Asked which was our favourite too. Highlights include the pho and banh mi (smiley face!). Both are their own take of the Vietnamese classic, and was amazing. Toro was good, and their steamed egg was fantastic. Scallop was cooked well and the beef was done well too. And dessert, with the lychee sorbet and the one after (can't remember what is was! Think sweet potato) were excellent in their own right. Well deserving of their recognition, and will recommend anyone to go for a date night or celebration.

Absolutely phenomenal dishes. The chicken spring roll was so fresh and delicious. The bettle leaf stuffed with pork/beef is also a must order when dining here. We also had the caramelized pork which had an amazing flavor and tenderness. Presentation and attention to detail shows why this restaurant has such great reviews. I also want to give a thanks to our server, Denny. He explained each dish and demonstrated how to eat the stuffed bettle leaves. He also went out of his way to make us a fresh egg coffee even as the kitchen was closing. Thank you to him and the chefs for giving us the best meal we have had in Hanoi. A must stop if visiting the city.
