"Just one bite of this Bothell-born beast is a full meal. But we’d gladly forgo dinner if that meant sinking our incisors into this thick, batter-like cookie loaded with Valrhona discs, fermented soybean, and a gentle shake of salt. And even though the diameter looks crisp, the whole thing bends with ease, and we’re particularly fond of the crunchy semi-sweet hunks on top which provide a bit of relief from those bitter notes.
