Right, I think this restaurant deserves a five star for the food straight off the bat. Sashimi was delicious and pleasantly presented, the seabass nigiri was also memorable (a hint too much wasabi but I’ll let that slide). I think what made the food so fantastic was how convivial and approachable the staff were. Oh, before I forget, the cocktails were incredible - a perfect combination of refreshing but not too sweet. The Alex Cordobes cheesecake was a particular highlight - my first time trying it in Madrid and by Jove I understand the queues outside the stores. It’s the type of cheesecake that would have nigella Lawson in bits. The atmosphere of this place also deserves some praise, a small hole in the wall type beat in the heart of Salamanca. Everything about my experience was positive and I will certainly be returning.

Definitely one of the tops! The staff is absolutely wonderful from the moment you walk in to when you leave fabulous experience! The food is so innovative and super tasty . Also chef Carlos is amazing love watching all the magic happen at the sushi bar! I’ve been two days in a row now and I will go back for a third before I leave Madrid! Thanks to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This restaurant has quickly become my favorite Asian dining spot. From the moment you step inside, you're captivated by the stunning interior design—an elegant blend of traditional and modern elements. The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring each guest feels valued and well cared for. Now, let’s talk about the food—it’s simply out of this world. Excellent Japanese restaurant! Fresh fish, beautifully presented dishes, and top-notch service. One of the best sushi I’ve had in Spain.

Ordered quite a few different things to try off the menu (the edamame with sea salt flakes, ponzu oyster, miso soup, and a few other things). The edamame had no salt, the oysters were very briney, the flavors of everything we tried aside from the nigiri’s and noodles were underwhelming. This restaurant is made out to be high end but the atmosphere does not reflect that and neither does their bottom shelf liquor selections. Their plating however did reflect what they portray in images which seems high end. We had 2 people attending to us the one who greeted and sat us did a fantastic job. I would recommend that if you go here please let it be for the nigiri or sashimi the other food options were not worth it.

1. Amazing ambience, the restaurant feels very modern Japanese, discreet. You can come on your casual days and it’s not pretentious, or you can come with a date and feel very special 2. The food was absolutely amazing. Our oyster in ponzu was so so so so so good. And every other dishes that we had, we couldn’t stop raving about it Price is reasonable, though don’t expect big portion and service is a little bit slow. They could speed up just a tiny bit more.

The food is pretty good, I loved everything, but the main course I might change it to something else. It’s hard to have good steak in Madrid. The service is perfect! I love the ambiance, perfect for date nights as well as outings with the boyz. Without a doubt I would come back again in the near future :)

I can say that this is one of the super good sushi places in Madrid. It’s a bit expensive but then the quality is shown through the options. The presentation was super impressive and new for a Japanese restaurant. They have a wide selection of options. The staff are super friendly and helpful
