Having heard much about this restaurant and seeing it listed in the Michelin Guide for several consecutive years, I came in with high expectations. Unfortunately, I found the experience a bit overrated.
Ordered the 9 course set. While the presentation and creativity of the dishes were certainly impressive, the flavors didn’t quite come together. The ingredients seemed thoughtfully chosen, but the combinations often felt forced or unbalanced, leaving the taste underwhelming despite the artistic effort.
That said, the service was attentive throughout the evening, and the atmosphere and city view was nice.
Overall, it’s a place that excels in concept and experience, but for me, the execution on flavor didn’t match the accolades. Worth a try if you’re curious, but perhaps not the culinary revelation it’s made out to be.
