"This offshoot of Bar Bask is located on the outskirts of Ghent and revolves around the pintxos theme. The menu stars a cast of small dishes crafted with gutsy Spanish overtones, like the cocktail sauce with a wallop of mustard that is served with a tartare of matured beef, a green salad and a few slices of warm brioche bread. The restaurant works exclusively with outstanding produce, to which it adds a few judicious modern notes for extra peps. The suitably trendy vintage interior and references to tapas bars of the Basque country set the buzzy scene inside. No reservations possible. Waited in a queue in the restaurant for 45 minutes before giving up... The queue gave the restaurant a Mac Donalds vibe.

Deze zaak minder als 5 sterren geven zou een misdaad moeten zijn. Van prachtige en attente bediening tot de geweldige hapjes en bordjes. Wederom een succesverhaal voor dit top horecakoppel. Gewoon doen. Prijzen voor de verschillende bordjes vallen zeer goed mee en de kwaliteit is top. Echte aanrader! Ps. vergeet niet af te sluiten met een 3 fonteinen oude geuze!

Zalige pintxos om te sharen! Heerlijk & vers gemaakt zuurdesem brood met opgeklopte boter 🤤! Ansjovis, vlees, varkensvlees, vis, olijven …. alles van het beste wat de Baskische keuken te bieden heeft! Super aangename en vooral bereikbare locatie met zelfs wat parkeerplaats in de onmiddellijke omgeving (altijd een +).

Ik heb het plezier gehad aan de bar te zitten. Met zicht op de keuken kan je alles feilloos volgen. De bediening is huiselijk, vriendelijk en on point. Ze zorgen dat je niets te kort komt en beantwoorden al je vragen met plezier! Het eten was formidabel. Je besteld er verschillende 'kleinere' gerechten en doorloopt een proces van koud naar warm naar dessert. Dit samen met een bijpassend wijntje of ander drankje. Aanraders: Brioche tartaar Tosta chorizo Open ravioli van ossenstaart Vis van de dag met beurre blanc Parelhoen kroket Koffie caramel hazelnoot (dessert) Een echte aanrader voor wat meer geld, maar het is het absoluut waard! I had the pleasure of sitting at the bar. With view of the kitchen, you can follow their process flawlessly. The service is homely, friendly and on point. They make sure you have everything you need and are happy to answer all your questions! The food was formidable. You order various 'smaller' dishes and go through a process from cold to warm to dessert. This together with a matching wine or other drink. Recommendations: Brioche tartare Tosta chorizo Open ravioli of oxtail Fish of the day with beurre blanc Guinea fowl croquette Coffe caramel hazelnut (dessert) A real recommendation for a bit more money, but it is absolutely worth it!

Elke keer is het mega in orde, super lekker, toffe sfeer & goeie service. Prijs-kwaliteit zit zeer goed. Iedereen die beweert te veel te betalen vergeet waarschijnlijk soms hoe duur alchohol is.. Het eten is zeer redelijk geprijsd en ook elke euro waard! Enkel positieve dingen over deze zaak en dit team🫶
