"On the outskirts of Cuenca a tiny DIY Springfield replica clusters a Hollywood-sign-style ‘Springfield’ installation and a towering facade of Springfield Elementary over two squat storefronts; in the bar, fans are greeted by a life-size Moe Szyslak cutout that even extends the phone Bart pranks, a to-scale Love Tester, walls covered in themed art, and barrels of Duff beer (available by can or on tap). The spot leans into playful, scrappy fandom: it’s designed for photos, affordable (just a few bucks for cans of Duff), and consciously evokes the dingy, antiestablishment vibe of the show’s earlier seasons rather than a sanitized theme-park version." - Tamlin Magee

I believe this place was closer to the center of the city but has moved out further away. The atmosphere was fun and theme orientated. I ended up devouring my burger. You'll end up taking several pictures due to the decor.

Great good service and photo ops. And the back patio has a beautiful view of the river. Lots of families posing and laughing but not too crowded.
