The aged steak is tender and refreshing. I have never eaten such delicious steak! Recommended! It's my first time trying raw beef. The taste is unique! Worth the experience! The environment is very suitable for dining with friends. I will bring friends and family here again.

A delicious place to eat. Our waitress Sandy was excellent. We order tenderloin, lamb, seasonal veg, tomato salad and fries. All incredibly tasty. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

She made the experience even more enjoyable, always attentive without ever being intrusive. This is a place where you feel warmth and eat like royalty. The meat is very good, the cooking was not the best, two years ago the quality of the meat presented was better but now I don't know if it's because they changed the chef but the meat doesn't arrive hot as it should, we asked for cooking to medium but we had to ask for it to be cooked a little more because it was raw. You can tell that the meat is good, the mistake is in how they make it, they should study the cut more and that the cooking is slow, otherwise the high quality of raw material they have is wasted. The service was excellent, we were served by a waiter named Bruno, he was very kind and made us feel very good. I hope to improve the way they cook the meat so that I can go back and enjoy a good plate of aged meat.

A hidden gem in Rato specializing in aged steak. We visited the restaurant for my girlfriend's birthday and we opted for the T-bone steak. The steak was perfectly cooked and was presented nicely. The salad was pretty tasty too but the fries were basic. The food are decently priced and you get a good value for what you pay for. The place is quite romantic and nicely decorated, however the floor seems to be quite outdated with a rustic vibe. The best thing about the restaurant is the attentive waiters. We came for my girlfriend birthday and the service could not get any better. Will definitely come back.

Service was friendly and attentive, but the food was unfortunately disappointing. The lunch menu began with fresh bread and butter, which was a highlight—simple but delicious. However, things quickly went downhill. Each dish was heavily salted, starting with the olives, which overwhelmed the palate. My main course, a steak, was overcooked to the point of being inedible; I ended up cutting off half of it just to find some chewable meat. The sides, including the French fries, sautéed greens, and rice, were also overly salted, making it impossible to appreciate any other seasoning or subtlety. By the end of the meal, my mouth felt parched from the salt overload. The dessert—ice cream—was refreshing and enjoyable, but it wasn’t enough to redeem the meal. The staff came and asked me about the dish and did not do any other follow-up other than acknowledging the food was bad and apologizing. There were no discounts given even after half of the steak was thrown away. I’m left puzzled by the Michelin recommendation. The excessive salt and poor preparation didn’t meet the high standards I expected, and overall, the meal felt unbalanced.

This is a very good restaurant. The specialty is that it only makes dry-aged beef. This kind of steak tastes better. The octopus potatoes are also very good. It is a pleasure to dine with friends in this beautiful and comfortable environment. Finally, we ordered 2 desserts, which were also great. It is a good choice to recommend to friends who like steak.
