I had dinner at Taberna do Lopes in Lisbon and it was an outstanding experience. We chose a 60-day dry-aged Frizia steak, and it was simply exceptional: incredibly tender, full of flavor, cooked to perfection, and of a quality that is truly hard to find. A special thank you to Ricardo, who was fantastic. He guided us through the meat selection, the wine, and the dessert with great knowledge and passion, creating a perfectly harmonious dining journey, with no off notes from one course to the next. An experience I highly recommend to anyone who loves top-quality meat and wants to enjoy a dinner where every detail is thoughtfully curated. I’ll will definitely be back!
