A very nice restaurant tucked away on a quiet street in the 6th. The open kitchen is a treat to watch, and the waiter is professional and attentive, explaining every dish and even the little details, like how “bibim” means to mix. The decor is elegant and minimalist, with wooden tables, chairs, and a bar giving a subtle Japanese feel. The tea is served beautifully under a glass cover, and all the dishes ‘c especially the bibimbap are served at the perfect temperature fresh, flavorful, and authentic. ( my usual problem with the bibimbap is that it is usually too hot, here it was perfect).
A charming spot with a calm, thoughtful atmosphere.
