Table65 – Singapore - a MICHELIN Guide Restaurant

"Those who think counter dining means jostling elbows and tight spaces should think again, as Table65 provides plenty of acreage for each guest, as well as a comfortable bar for a pre-prandial drink. The team of chefs in the open kitchen go about their work with calm efficiency, as they prepare the balanced and intriguing 5-course menu, using lots of contemporary techniques and cooking methods that bring out the best in the sublime ingredients." - Michelin Inspector

Time to conclude. Honoured to have been served by the opening team & now by the closing team. Thank you Kevin Man & Team table65 for your hospitality throughout all these 5 years. It has been a wonderful dining experience. Looking forward to your new chapter !

The food and atmosphere were excellent here. The chefs would explain each dish's ingredient and specialty, which shows how much thoughts and efforts they put into each and every detail of every creation. Every item on the menu is like an art piece. Exquisite experience. There's only one menu, with 2 options for each main and desserts. They'll change the change every few weeks which is understandable given the amount of efforts put into their creative art. But at the same time to freshen the experience so that we can keep going back for new experiences. Thank you table65.

Had the most fabulous opportunity to dine in table65 a couple months ago and was presented with exquisite 3 course lunch by Chef Dayal and team. I must say the experience was way beyond. Every plates served was a taste of wonder and every bites and sips worth the savouring Will definitely come back for more of these splendid treats. Shout out to Kevin for being such an awesome host with some mean mixology skills :)

Had a birthday dinner right here during the festive month of December. The whole kitchen crew is preparing your fantastic meal right in front of you. With the servers paying extra attention to your needs. Impressed with the rich blend of flavour the chefs put together for dishes. Whole dinning take you about 2 hours which you will be shock how fast good time flies. It’s fine dining, so don’t low ball here. Conclusion. You pay for what you get. Will be visiting here again soon!

A truly unforgettable first Michelin star experience. Dayal and his team curated a spectacular dinner with bold flavours and world-class ingredients. Was lovely chatting to the staff about table65's history and what led them to where they are now. Definitely worth a second visit, not to mention situated in extraordinary Sentosa.

Located at the former Joel Robuchon restaurant @ Resorts World Sentosa. Probably one of the best fine dining I’ve experienced. I didn’t no into the bar, but it looks beautiful. It’s an open kitchen concept. There’s no cutlery on the table, because you need to pull a drawer out and you can select your own. Each dish was superb. The service was amazing. The chefs even brought us deep into the kitchen and explained how they cooked the dishes. Wonderful experience!

Had my birthday dinner here with the family, and it was fantastic. The staff were attentive, friendly, super informative, and just really top notch. The food was mostly amazing, with the langoustine starter in duck fat really stealing the show. We were quite literally drinking the gravy after it was done. My one gripe was the turbot, which sounded really good, except that the very generously shaved black truffle turned out to be almost completely tasteless - disappointing, really. The only blemish on an otherwise fabulous dinner, which I'm still giving 5 stars for because I loved everything else so much.

One of my favourite restaurants. The food is high quality & you can always expect the unexpected here - the menu changes regularly with highly creative combination (monkfish + sauerkraut?! who would have thought of that?!). You need to have a rather open mind & palate as you never know what you will get 😅 Coupled with an open kitchen dining & friendly team, this is definitely the place to go if you are up for an adventurous culinary journey 😁 Really glad to see all the creativity & quality being duly recognised with its’ 1 Michelin ⭐️👍🏼😃 I have to add that it is fairly pricey but hey, we need to spoil ourselves once awhile, don’t we? 😉

Yelp
This is currently the only Michelin Star restaurant on Sentosa Island so I had to try it when I was there on holiday. The service is exceptional, the cutlery is kept in a drawer for your own selection (so unique!), and the atmosphere is quite intimate with the open kitchen design. Now for the food. Each season will be different, I went in April. The good: the veggie dish was FANTASTIC!! Such wonderful freshness, texture, and presentation. Though it seems simple, it was my favorite dish here. The bad: the seafood dish was a bit lacking. I like the idea of combining different types of seafood with different textures but it was a little too much. The fishiness in the lobster combination dish was too strong for my tastes but I do appreciate the creativity. The beautiful: their signature "apple pie" dessert is one of the most visually stunning pieces I've seen in a long time. The creativity and innovation of this dessert put this place on the map for me! Overall, I'll swing by again for a visit next time I'm in Singapore!
