There's probably a live band in the corner of this industrial space in East Hollywood and most people inside will be talking about Moby’s free meditation album and not the malbec they’re currently holding. "Tabula Rasa in East Hollywood is one of our favorite wine bars in LA. There’s a fantastic selection of biodynamic wines, a good craft beer list, plus a rotating menu of excellent bar snacks (if you see the Cubano, get it). It had been operating primarily as a to-go wine shop during the pandemic, but has recently reopened for both patio and sidewalk seating. They’re open every day starting at 2pm, with food service beginning at 5pm." - brant cox

Their selection covers all kinds of tastes: From classically produced reds to natural orange options, from California to France, Spain, Eastern Europe, and Australia, and from $8 cans to $180 bottles. That said, the tiny space is still warm and welcoming, and aside from live jazz nights on the last Sunday of the month, the place usually stays quiet.
