Came across this spot and I’m SO happy I stopped here! The food was delicious and the employees were so kind. Probably some of the best asada and pastor I’ve ever had. 11/10. Will be coming back next time I’m in town!!!

Stumbled upon this place looking for a breakfast burrito and found the best one I've had so far! I had a chorizo breakfast burrito. Absolutely delicious!! Service was friendly but the location was a surprise.

Used to be a great place to stop by for a quick by. The new crew seems to have lowered the standards of quality and service. I've been coming here since the original owner made the tace place and looks like I won't be coming back again. Over the last 2 months the food quality has consistently declined as well as the quality and service. Stood at the window for 5 minutes just now waiting to order and wasn't even acknowledged by the cook. I understand it's busy but at least say hi. Also the meat has been consistently inconsistent. Over salted or seasoned or lacking any seasoning. Sometimes too dry or drenched in oil depending on where they grab it from. The previous cooks had higher standards for themselves. No wonder the business had been in decline and they have moved on to better restaurants. Good luck. If you dont mind waiting and okay food then this is the place for you.

Their salsa is so good. They also gave us grilled onion and jalapeños which is a plus. Their meat is so flavorful, tender and juicy.

This is literally “A hole in the wall” and boy is it great. Kinda pricier but the food was great.

Been coming here for years and the Torta hits every time. I like how they press the bread and toast it. Plus the burritos are huge and the meat has good flavor.

Angelica is very friendly and welcoming. The quality and quantity of food is awesome. Also very flavorful, they're courteous with the amount of meat they fill their tacos with. Tables are located inside if you wish to eat here or just be on your way and place an order to go. Conveniently located within a liquor store. The ambiance is nice. Highly recommend. Also self serve salsa, limes etc.

I always get the food to go since it's inside a liquor store so there is about 2 small tables for 3 people to sit max. but that's how you know the place is going to be good. Their torta de asada is my favorite I haven't tried anything else but I always come back for this specific torta, this review is more to advocate for that one asada torta, it's savory and packed with meat, a side of grilled onion and chili. They do get busy but the wait doesn't go past 10 min and well worth it.

Food is really good here, can't go wrong. It's inside the liquor store. The ladies working there are really nice. Seating is very limited.

Beans tasted off. Tacos barely had meat. 1st and last time going. Stop holding back on portions.

Hands down best traditional Mexican food in town. Small little mom and pops shop. But great service.

Super unsanitary. I ordered a burrito and right away I can see him pulling some meat out a plastic bag wi th a very greasy/ slimy consistency. When I get my food it has a very foul smell. Clearly that meat in the bag has spoiled. When i confronted him he states it's good it's fresh. Takes a smell himself and says it's good. No way I walked out didn't pay as he blurted out obscenity's for not paying. This is a health hazard stay far away from this place

A bit annoyed they messed up my order. I ordered one machaca and one chorizo, got hone and there were 2 chorizos. They were still really good. The added grilled onions, serranos and salsa sets them apart from other taquerias. 10/10.

When your down on your luck and nothing was making me happy. On my way to say goodbye to my favorite uncle. Confused lost and not sure where to eat. I dunno, I told my boyfriend but we went for it. It looked like a liquor store with a taqueria way in the back. Ok you order first then you pay. What brilliant idea. We grabbed two tall cans of modelo and two carne asada burritos. The girls taking orders were as sweet as apple pie. Burritos were as long an my arm our total was $24 no bathrooms due to covid19 cards are accepted we arrived around 10:30 am and it was already busy. Fast service and i loved the homemade chile. nothing fancy but it was all worth it. It lifted my spirits to deal with my realty. BEST part I didn't need to ask for chiles torriados. Honestly I was surprisingly happy for our new hole on wall. Front row parking

It may not be fancy but as I experienced before, don't judge a book by its cover! Delicious tacos y burritos y menudo y tripas y tortas. The al pastor is packed with flavor and food vs price is not out of line. Located inside a liquor store you may just never know what you're missing, so keep your eyes peeled and your taste buds ready!

Oh wow I like this business, as it is close to my place of employment . And their burritos are so good as well as the fast service. The cafe is inside of a Koppur Liquor place, in the back of the store. I've only ordered from here twice...and hope to be back soon. On a Friday our entire office ordered lunch for everyone. And they got it right . I think the price is right, and it's right on a corner near my way around town.

Came twice in a week, that's how good the tacos are. We also tried the chorizo torta and it was excellent!

The food was delicious! We got chorizo tacos, which were great. The al pastor is full of flavor as well, and the salsas were delicious. The staff is super friendly as well, and gave us nice recommendations for our first time trying their food. Overall great experience!

I got the wet burrito (carnitas)..rice and beans....took 2 days to finish it...I like the grilled onion and peppers that came on the side...really good...would recommended..I didnt get a pic..but it looks just like the previous ones posted.

Anytime I head out to the IE I have to check where I'm at to see if there any legit mexican food spots. I saw the listing on yelp and checked it out. I can't remember but this used to have a different name but it's in the same location, in back of a liquor store. When I saw it I knew it was legit, just a to go spot with crackling flourescent lights overhead. I ordered a wet burrito and a side taco, both were excellent and they got it together in less than ten minutes. You take the ticket to the front of the liquor store to pay as an added experience. Probably the best mexican food I've had since hitting spots near san diego. I probably would not go to this spot late at night without packing my 9, but in daytime it's legit and my new favorite.

Love this place sooo good ... just who ever does the grub hub orders keeps making mistakes . Not given the amount of food I order ...

I think they have the best hot sauce and the best of asada burrito I've ever had I got the beans on the side cuz they're so dang good.

Says they are open until 11, closed at 6 pm. False advertising. Drove out of my way from riverside to find a new taco spot, not fun to see they closed.

I have been choosing this restaurant for the past year and I am in love with their shrimp burritos. You can call ahead and order if you happen to be in a hurry. These burritos are packed and hefty the way they should be. Great salsa homemade 3 choices and limes.

This place is DELICIOUS! I was skeptical about walking in to a taco joint inside of a liquor store, but I was pleasantly surprised. 10/10 recommend!

Wet burrito was delicious and salsas were spicy enough, at least for me . They also give out a side of grijolea charros which are super good and authentic! Hole-in-the-wall places are the best!

I was in the area killing time before an appointment and stopped by to pick up some tacos. I tried the Al pastor, carnitas, chicken and the carne asada. They were all very good but the Al pastor tacos were stellar. It took a minute to find the place ( it is inside of the liquor store on the N/E corner of the intersection) but I figured it out. I will be back the next time I am in the area.

Hole in the wall place. Went there around 10 and there were quite a few people there already ordering take out. They have a few small tables but it seems like most people get to go. Pay at the liquor store register. I got their carne asada pastor taco and their caldo de Pollo (spicy chicken soup). The soup and taco were pretty good. They also have menudo on the weekends so definitely going to have to try. The ceviche looked fresh and good too. They have both shrimp and fish versions. Surprised it was not reviewed.

I was visiting my family's house and ordered in.. we ordered burritos, tortas and tacos. The entire family was pleased with the food. Authentic and tasty. Owners are all about excellent customer service, definitely a place I will return too and order again

My first time today and unfortunately I picked up an order to go only to find out they had gotten the wrong meat .. I called and they happily offered to replace my order for the correct item .. I'm glad I gave this place a chance , they good turned out to be great , nice size burritos ! Lots of salsas and condiments offered. They even give me a cup of frijoles charros with my to go order ! Reasonable pricing , fast service and polite staff.. Will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu ! Highly recommend it...
