Food: outstanding quality and flavor, freshness and originality (I make tacos at home one to two times per week… The only way that I go dining out for a taco is this exact scenario… An original flavor/slant!) Service: very attentive and friendly Price: $5.50 is high for a taco, but I would definitely consider these tacos worth the higher price point. Decent size, quality and originality, with flavors that are not so easy to make it home. If the taco size shrinks at all, this will cause me to no longer go here, though. Areas for improvement: can we talk about these bathroom signs?! An avocado and a pepper? Huh? I legit had to walk back out to the hostess and ask which door was for men. It’s cute to aim for a creative signage, but you heard it here first (maybe??): many patrons will not understand this and go in the wrong bathroom. A for creativity but not a great idea at all. If anything, throw up signs with funny images of a male and female. Not a symbol that may have your customers entering the wrong gender restroom daily!

Overall: original tacos and amazing service/staff Food: very original taco options, packed with flavor Service: THE reason to go back. Best customer experience I have had at a Nashville restaurant in over a year. They came to my table and specifically gave me a personalized cocktail glass, gratis. Who does this today?! They do. Shoutout to Dom, Grace and Ayana! Value: prices are on the higher side for select tacos; it’s okay for the ones that have a higher cost— fish, steak. Any higher though and you’ll start losing people, as the tacos are not huge. Suggested improvements: bathroom signage. Cute food symbols but recipe for a whoopsy and someone walking in on another gender.

This place is amazing and our server, Sofia is outstanding! She is so helpful and accommodating! The food and spicy margaritas are delicious! Order the Pack The Bowl! Wow!! We are so glad that we came!

From the moment we sat down, our server Sofia made sure everything was perfect — warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The food? Next level. The chicharrón taco was crispy perfection, the shrimp taco was fresh and flavorful, and the churros were the perfect sweet finish. The drinks were just as impressive — the passion fruit mojito and frozen daiquiri were spot on, and you can never go wrong with an ice-cold Mexican Coke in the bottle. The vibe inside is lively and welcoming, and the team clearly cares about making guests feel at home. If you’re anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and drop in — you’ll be planning your next visit before you even finish your first bite. Five stars, well deserved! Can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic food, helpful and friendly staff Seriously good tacos. I was skeptical... 5$ tacos always seem pricey but these were worth it. Truly. The street corn was also an awesome surprise, I imagined a little bowl of corn with the seasonings but they give u the whole ear on a stick and it's awesome. I had the pollo Al carbon dirty style and was really impressed with the balance of toppings and tortilla structure The Shrimpy b was delightfully spicy and also balanced nicely with protein and toppings The service was prompt and helpful with ordering. The menu is huge and I can't wait to go back and try some more stuff!

THE STEAK TACO IS MY FAVORITE, hands down!! It’s so tender that it just melts in your mouth! The chicken one was ok but the carnita dirty style was AMAZING! I get the same two tacos everyone with that mango juice they sell! It so fresh with natural sugar! They have about four different sauces/salsa to top it off! This is a must try! I wish there was more in the area. I’ve been here about 4 times within 3 weeks! 😂

Let me start by saying the service is absolutely elite!! I've been in the place a few times but it's months in between, and the young lady that works there, recognizes me each time. My order is always quick and absolutely delish!! I went recently for taco week and tried their Queen Bee taco. That thing would make Beyoncé herself bow down. It was sweet. It was spicy.. It was everything I've been missing in a good bite of food. I will be back!! Restaurant also has a bar so wonderful atmosphere for a laid back lunch, dinner, or date night.

The food was incredible here! I had the El Gringo taco and it was possibly one of the best tacos I've ever had. The flavor was incredible and it was HUGE. I really didn't need the flautas too, but they were on happy hour deal so I wanted to try them. I would definitely return. The service... was kind of weird. It was our waiter's second shift and he was entirely on his own. He couldn't answer any questions (completely understandable) and he didn't know much about the menu. I just found it odd they threw him in without shadowing someone else first. It made the ordering and paying process very long because he had to keep going to ask questions. I didn't blame him, but it made me question why the restaurant would do that. Also, the franchise at large was promoting a special burger on their website and said it was available at all locations, and he had no idea what I was talking about. He went and asked someone and he said they didn't have that. Just in general it was a little weird.

Easily one of my favorite taco restaurants in the city, I have to return to try the steak taco, which was highly complimented throughout my dining experience. Both tacos were filling. Fresh ingredients used and food presentation was visually pleasing. The chicken taco was simply amazing. The birria taco was not as flavorful. Several sauce options were available at their sauce bar to enhance the taste of tacos, which I enjoyed.

Great tacos and corn on the cob! Price is very reasonable. Served was amazing and friendly. Service was quick too. I like the low key, casual ambience. They have salsa bar - if you order chips, you can get a variety of salsa to choose from but it won't be home made salsa. Guacamole was ok- a bit heavy on lime. I love the I would go there again for light bites and hanging out with friends!

This place has gone downhill rapidly. Had the shrimp tacos today: the tortilla was flaccid and flavorless, the slaw was soggy and the shrimp were oversalted. The guacamole was bland and without character. The salsas are also deeply unimpressive: hot but without real flavor. We have been to Taco Bamba on three other occasions and had better experiences. But this was our last visit.

We had a great night. 7 of us showed up, and they rearranged the tables away from the cold draft, to seat us. Service was sooooo wonderful. The food was excellent! Very casual ambiance, with no reservations or anything like that. Give them a visit.

Delicious taco spot! This was my first time here, you sit anywhere and then a server comes over to take your order. My server was extremely personable and helped me understand my options and ultimately choose my meal. I went with a fish taco, which was grouper, and a "dirty" carne asada taco. You can make any taco "dirty" which is adding on extra sauces and flavoring. I of course also had to try the Mexican street corn! After ordering my food, I couldn't say no to a margarita so they made me a special spicy one! The food came out so fast, was piping hot and hot the spot. I would have preferred to know ahead that the corn was on the cob, just because it gets all up in my teeth, but it was worth it. The spot is cute, loads of seats inside or outside, menus on every table and servers who really seem to care.

This is a pretty good taco spot, probably one of the best in Nashville. It has a good design and plenty of seating options (large bar, tables up to 4 I believe, and outdoor seating). All the workers were nice. They have a wide selection of tacos, and even non-taco options, including vegetarian options. They also have an extensive tequila selection. It's clear that they make the tortillas in house as well. Here's what I got: Chips and guacamole: 4/5. Chips were great, good crunch and salty. Guac was okay, made ahead of time and sits in a fridge up front. Birria taco (braised lamb): 3.5/5. Juicy and flavorful. Probably better with toppings. Tinga (chipotle chicken): 3/5. Really flavorful, but a little dry by itself. Carne asada, dirty style: 4.5/5. I substituted the flour tortilla for corn. Really tasty. Well balanced flavors. I just wanted the steak more tender. I would return if I was in the green hills area.

Decided to try this place Seinfeld it was so close to the shopping places we went to. So glad we did! We tried the Bamba fries, pickle tickle quesadilla, sharp dressed hombre taco, asada taco, broken holas taco, shrimpy b taco, & Al pastor taco. We also tried the mango & blood orange margaritas. Everything was as so delicious!!! The food was very flavorful! Margarita tasted good but not strong at all, too much ice. We would definitely come again!!

Previously visited Taco Bamba in Maryland years ago and remembered how great it was. Decided to stop by after a long morning of furniture shopping. The tacos were delicious! We also enjoyed the Bamba fries. Will absolutely stop by and try other stuff next time!

I think 4 stars is a solid rating for Taco Bamba, though there's definitely room for improvement. Their food is absolutely amazing and well-priced for the vibe they're going for. We sat at the bar, so our service was great. One area where they could improve is how they manage guests in the main dining area. The way the restaurant works is that guests would order at the counter, sit down, and then pick up their order when their number was called. The issue was that, as the place got more crowded, the bartenders had to start taking orders at the counter too. This caused confusion, with some guests not paying attention to their numbers being called or picking up the wrong orders, leading to chaos. In my opinion, they need to adjust this process to prevent that. If they do, this place could easily be a 5-star spot!

Second time here - there's so much flavor in every dish. I love the Nashville specialities - each of their locations offer a special city menu and I find that awesome. Love their salsa too, packs a punch! No wait to order and only a few minutes for the food to come out hot and fresh! Parking can be tricky at busy times but there's the Whole Foods garage close by.

The food was amazing, the staff was even greater, and the atmosphere makes you want to stay. I am definitely coming back for more.

The service was fantastic! The staff member at the counter was incredibly energetic and offered great recommendations from their extensive menu. The food was quite satisfying. Initially, the queso portion seemed small, but it packs a spicy punch. I had the quesadilla which was great, I did shredded chicken and the juice they had it in they needed to broil it a few minutes to take some juice out so the quesadilla is not a soggy mess. Churros were so good but need caramel in a separate cup to make it easier to dip. The establishment offers both a bar and table dining options, as well as takeout. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return!

Very clean and fresh look. Very friendly staff at the bar. Nice outside patio seating with extra-large umbrellas. Tacos were excellent and the margaritas were on point and on the happy hour pricing. The salsa bar was great. Service was good and the food came out fast.

What a great find! We are staying nearby so I looked in the Offline app and found this place. We arrived in time for a great happy hour and were promptly greeted by very friendly staff. Our server was fantastic (I think Sofia but am sad to say I can't remember for sure) - very friendly and helpful. We split the happy hour nachos, which are very good and a decent size for about $7! I got the spicy marg - a truly great marg; very fresh tasting as they make it with real lime juice instead of a mix. They have a help yourself salsa bar - all were great. We had some guac too - a little bland but very fresh (I usually find restaurant guac bland compared to homemade..).. Highly recco Taco Bamba and will definitely go back!

This place is a must if your in Nashville or Green Hills. The food is incredible and full of flavor. The staff is top notch super friendly and helpful. We will make this a regular spot.

Amazing staff! We had a doggie with us and they let us either sit outside or in. We sat outside even though they weren't serving outside they made an exception which was super sweet and nice. Even brought out water for the pup! I also have an allergy to Blanco tequila so they made it with reposado and before he handed it to me, he even told me what kind of tequila he put in it. Prices are amazing and the wings are to die for!! Even got an extra wing! 12/10 amazing spot!! Jaylen was an amazing server... Give that man a raise!

This place is pretty rad. I was just in town for business and stumbled upon it. Really good tacos, friendly service, very cool music! It went from alternative to Mexican music in Spanish but it just worked haha! I had the Camaron and Al Pastor tacos, both legit! Pretty good salsa too. I'm already planning my next business trip so I can stop in again

The food is fresh and flavorful. Pleasantly surprised by all the options and the creativity in the tacos. Will be back because of the food alone but the rest of the experience was lacking. The restaurant is understaffed resulting in tables that are not bussed between guests. The layout of the restaurant is confusing and the line backs up into the dining area which is already crowded. The tacky illusions to genitals on the restroom doors is really inappropriate. It seems all the other locations are in the Virginia/ DC area and maybe that's just how it is up there, but here in the South we don't act like that.

Delicious! It's only been open a week and I have already gone back for more. The ingredients are fresh, the menu is creative, and the atmosphere is fun and positive. For one meal, we sat at the bar and got table service. The bartender was great, and the margaritas were delicious. Another meal, we ate outside. They were pretty good with my alllergies and I definitely found good options for my gluten free dairy free self. The price point is great too... for the quality of the food compared to comparable places, this place cannot be beat.

This is somewhat new! Normally my family and I will go to Cheesecake Factory (Franklin), North Italia (Franklin), and Chuy's (Franklin) but we decided to try something new post mall trip. Ambiance/Service: They came out the gate swinging, the service was wonderful. It's an exposed kitchen with industrial details for in-house dining. Please sit and enjoy the food. The Chef, Kitchen Manager, & Bartender were very hands on--I don't know their names to include them but you were amazing. What we ordered: For the food, the menu was extensive, so we were taking Chef's choice. I ordered the Bamba Mac Quesadilla, Blanco's Taco, and Smashville Burger. My uncle ordered the Blanco's Nachoes and Shrimp B Taco. [not pictured but still good] My Nana ordered the All American Chicka Torta [not pictured but still good] Food Breakdown: The Blanco's taco features sweet potatoe frites with White BBQ and a mix of spices and cheeses. It was my favorite. The Smashville Burger is a game changer, I never order crossover food: Tacos as a Burger, pizza as a taco, etc. Taco Bamba did it right with a grilled beef patty base and all the condiments layered on flour tortilla. I will definitely order the Smashville Burger again. The Blanco's nachoes were good, maybe a little more queso but overall the flavor and presentation were phenomenal. IT does have jalapeñoes but you can do a few substitutions. Don't go crazy just try it as is unless dietary. The All American Chicka Torta was a colorful sandwich. It's a VEGGIE Sandwich contrary to the Chicka part. The veggies were cooked to be a tenderness that don't combat the fluffiness of the bread. Takeaway Literally : I recommend this for both Nashville Locals and Tourists who visit the West Nashville Green Hills area. Give this a try if you have visited Condado's Tacos (Franklin) this is a Taco / Mexican Fusion contender. The cost and delivery was worth it.

4.5 - Solid tacos and good combinations of flavors to choose from. Tried the Sharp Dressed Hombre ( brisket taco) very good , very spicy! Portions are good size and worth the money! It's a place your order at counter and they bring the food - overall better than expected!

This place needs to be tried. The vibe is punk infused with Nashville and Lucha Libre. The Spicy Serrano Marg had just the right heat and tequila. The street corn was amazing as was the Shrimpy B's hot shrimp tacos. The corn tortillas had a sweet flavor. Our server was great but a manager/owner came by and made some amazing recommendations.

The best tacos! I ordered the guac and chips which I loved. It is a basic guac but it's delicious. I ordered two tacos and loved them both. The staff is so nice and helpful. The place is fun and up beat. You can park on the street or in one of the free lots around.

I would like to say before this review that I love tacos. me and my friend were excited for tacos. They were fast at bringing out the food we ordered chips, queso, and a couple of tacos. The chips and queso we ate it did taste like pretzel queso however nothing special. But we were hopeful for the tacos. The first taco I had the taco bamba was so so unbelievably dry and allspice no flavor. even though it looked really appealing the taste was not there or the consistency. I took one bite and didn't want to take anymore. Eager to try my Carnita taco however it tasted like an Italian beef sandwich toppings on an overcooked taco. My friends had so much much salt in hers she didn't want to eat. I realized that we were done and hadn't finished eating. She sent someone else over to talk to us instead of her and the host talking to us. We told them we didn't like it and then continue to charge us for the whole price meal we then asked if it could be taken off because he didn't ask his Manager refused. So really bad service and really bad food. We are normal girls in Nashville we love mas tacos and Baja this place was so bad. Don't wanna be a karen just maybe don't go to this place. We're saving you the harm lol

Some of the best tacos iv had In a while! The guy at the front (Caleb) walked us through there very extensive menu he gave us some great recommendations. I got the bum bum gai and the birria tacos which were both delicious we also tried the ceviche which was different then I was expecting since it had a coconut milk/cream base instead of just lime juice it was Delicious, flavorful and had such a good mix of seafood. This is definitely my new go to place! I can't wait to come back to try their tortas and traditional tacos! I also want to give Caleb a shout-out it was our first time here and he really took his time to help us through the menu and pick items that we would enjoy. He even came by our table to ask how we were enjoying our foodand chat a bit. It was just really great personal service that just makes you love a place even more.

I placed a pick up order from the Nashville /Green Hills location This Taco Bamba is in a regular restaurant rotation for our business where the bosses buy us lunch each Friday. Today we had an issue with getting our order correctly. I called and spoke to Dominique the manager and she was refreshing in todays restaurant culture. She apologized, she was kind and she immediately worked to rectify the situation over and beyond. I go to many restaurants where there is poor service or incorrect orders, etc.. and a manager may come if you ask but they do not offer any way to rectify the situation. This was refreshing and we will keep Taco Bamba in our Friday Green Hills restaurant rotation for our business! Well done!

Pretty good. Not authentic, but will give you a fix if you need one. The nachos hit the spot and I was surprised at how good the steak/carne was. To go order was packed thoughtfully. I would order again.

I have been to 14 of the 16 Taco Bambas, including the original DC location. I have finally made it out of the DMV. The staff in Nashville is awesome. Caleb, Raphael, and Zac were perfect hosts. Their Unique Neustros tacos are very good. The Bum Bum Gai and Sharp Dressed Hombre are outstanding. The Paloma cocktail is perfectly tart. I will hopefully find the Richmond store in January. Tacos are the best.

Heard about this place and decided to try it. Wish I had taken pictures because words won't do it justice. The food was amazing. We tried the chipotle chicken quesadilla that was very delicious and cheesy. Tried some of the street tacos and they were the best we've had. The flavors were spot on from the not too spicy sauces to the flavors of the meat to the vegetables that were cooked in the tacos. Chips and queso were good but very thick. If you are near the Green Hills area, stop by and give them a try!

Wowowow..... Truly one of the best meals I've had in Nashville in a while. This is the 2nd time I've been here, we had the "load the bowl" salad with Barbacoas, a Barbacoas quesadilla, chips & queso. The queso was better than pretty much anywhere I can think of around town (besides superica and Bakersfield's queso fundido of course)..... similar to Torchy's and contending with Taqueria del Sol. The salad was actually a flavor explosion with many fresh ingredients, and I love that it had a bit of cabbage instead of just mixed greens. As a sodium lover, though, there was so much going on that it was a bit salty. The quesadilla was cheese-pull city, hot, and delicious. There's nothing special about the ambiance, but it's a great fast-casual place to grab a top notch meal. Big fan over here clearly! I'll be back to try the chilaquiles next. Please don't go anywhere TB!
