Taco Bamba Nashville

The Titan Tater Salad is a meal all on its own. Probably the best potato solid to date. It’s topped with pieces of sweet and spicy meat which were perfect with corn interlaced. Pack the bowl is a perfect salad and I honestly didn’t read what the dressing was but it was fantastic. Parking isn’t bad with a parking garage across the street. The employees are quite nice and helpful.

Guys. This place is out of this world. I’m talkin you can get authentic Mexican food, but even crazy and DELICIOUS tacos you’ve never even heard of before. I got the Smashville burger (it’s a taco) and I just gotta say this tacos puts burgers to shame. I also got the Birria taco and the taco Bamba taco and ooooooh boy it’s like my mouth has gone to heaven. And when you think this place can’t get any better you are gravely mistaken. The service makes you think these guys are angels. They’re nice, understanding, and good at what they do. 6 out of five stars.

We thought about trying Taco Bamba and while we were at the Apple Store, all the employees told us we HAD to come to Taco Bamba!! They said it was amazing. I thought, how good can a taco be? Well folks, apparently tacos can be better than good, they can be a transcendent experience! The CEO and Chef is Michelin starred Chef Victor Alleisu. His culinary taco creations will blow your mind and taste buds. All of the employees are so nice. The GM, Caleb, is amazing. Cannot speak highly enough of him. Love the bartender and mixologist, Zach. We met 2 of the cashiers, Santiago and Judah. They know the menu backwards and forwards and make excellent recommendations. In a post 2020 world where employees are nowhere to be found and customer service is gone, it is beyond refreshing to meet folks that love their jobs and are excited to share their passion. We went back a couple of weeks later and I got the Rico Pollo and Bum Bum Gai. So delicious!!! It’s ridiculous. My husband had the Taco Bamba and Rico Pollo and loved them. My only confusion is why don’t they have their own local social media account to really help this place shine?? It should be packed with lines out the door 24/7. Taco Bamba NEVER disappoints! Their foods is always so fresh and delicious, Bum Bum Gai taco is my absolute favorite, there’s nothing like it! The pimento empanada with the pepper jelly dip is also firrreeee

My wife and I had our Wednesday dinner here. We ordered two tacos, chicken wings and a beer. We were not big fans of tacos but thought we’d try this new restaurant. It turned out the tacos were really delicious, so were the wings and we had a good time. We will certainly come back to try other tacos on the menu.

Excellent, kind and caring service! When my boy was having a meltdown, one kind gentleman working offered to turn down the music to ease my son’s distress. Without me asking, he stepped up to help. All this energy is needed everywhere! Also, the food was great! Good price and portions!

This place really surprised me because it definitely exceeded my expectations. Food was flavorful and my margarita was excellent! I recommend getting the shrimp quesadillas! Would definitely go back!

Amazing Tacos, but a Small Issue with the Facilities The food here is fantastic! Every taco we tried was absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes were just right. We’ll definitely be back for more! However, there’s one small downside—the restrooms aren’t separated for men and women. Now, I don’t want to get too graphic, but let’s just say that after men "do their thing," the toilet seat can end up looking like a sprinkler on a summer day. Ladies, you can probably guess what that’s like. My tip: use the bathroom before you get here if you can! Aside from that, it’s a taco spot you don’t want to miss!
