Taco Bamba Sterling

One of my absolute favorite taco chains! They offer an amazing variety of flavors that will satisfy everybody's taste buds, and all at a great price! And don’t forget to try their mouthwatering corn on the cob – it’s the perfect addition to complete your meal! It's delicious and my personal favorite.

Taco Bamba is simply amazing, all the employees are spot on and we even go to meet and talk with the GM. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. I love all the unique verity of Tacos and burritos. They also have an amazing selection of tequila! This is the place to be!

I love taco bamba, and I’ve been to two other locations. The quality of food can really vary here, especially with the churros and aqua frescas. I order the same camaron (shrimp) taco, street corn, churros, and the other fries most of the time. However, the other fries tend to be soggier/less cooked most of the time. The cameron taco can vary in how much shrimp you get from time to time. The churros vary in how much sugar is on them and often times they are falling apart because they are fried for too long. However, the street corn has been very consistently delicious. Additionally, there is plenty of seating and there are many different condiments and salsas you can try! The music tends to be very loud inside, so I’d recommend sitting outside. The staff is always very kind and will try and find you outside with your order too. Lastly, the menu can be pricey, with tacos being $4-$5 each. They are delicious, but pricing for drinks and other entrees are also quite steep at the end of the day.

Talk about taco destiny! I stumbled upon Taco Bamba in Sterling completely by chance—right before they opened for their friends and family event. A friendly face at the door welcomed me, and though I wasn’t part of the event, I asked if I could grab some tacos to-go. Best decision ever! I’ve been a fan of Taco Bamba in Vienna, but since there wasn’t one near home in Sterling, my visits were rare. Not anymore! This location is exactly what we’ve been craving—amazing food, a super friendly and professional staff, and lightning-fast service even when the line is long. Since that first visit, I’ve already been back twice—and each time, the experience has been just as fantastic. Sterling finally has its go-to taco spot, and we couldn’t be happier. Great food, great service, the vibes were perfect. Brandon took great care with our beverages and gave excellent recommendations on some tacos to order! The AR taco was delish!

I tried the Taco Bambita in Fairfax but this location blows Fairfax away. Amazing food, marvelous drinks and even better service. Fabiola was very attentive and sweet. They have a happy hour from 4-7PM and it's so worth it. Will def be my regular after work spot.

Awesome first time experience with Taco Bamba for my husband and I. We tried several original tacos as well as one specialty and they were all delicious and well priced. The margaritas were so refreshing, not overly sweet. We didn’t have to wait too long for food, considering how busy they were. Will be back soon!

Incredible tacos and other Mexican food. Their salsa bar is incredible. The brisket taco was outstanding. This location offers table service, has a bar, and a happy hour menu (Mon-Fri 5-7pm). I’ve traveled the world eating tacos, and I can confidently say that taco bamba has the best tacos in the world.

Them's good tacos! I usually want to visit a place a couple times before I write a review but - girl - this was a great place! We arrived on a Friday afternoon, during happy hour, sat at the bar and conversed with the bartenders and such. Yes, it's a little noisy, but the atmosphere was one of the most relaxed, fun places I've been to in a while. Tacos and the "Jeremy" were excellent! Loved it all. Had the habibi, wifey ordered the shrimp - then ordered one for takeout, and the (now adult) kiddos ordered the basics the one with lamb. Can't remember exactly what they're called, but I am confident you will find yumminess across the spectrum of options. Some other reviewers complained about a $5 taco (or $5.50, I can't remember, don't care). I want to let you know: 1. There's $4 options 2. There's tacos that should appeal to kids, and within that $4 price point There's no reason kids can't come here and enjoy.

Must get chips and queso! I went for the Habibi Taco and was impressed! The second taco I tried was the Birria - yum! Service was great and the food was delicious. We sat outside and it was lovely. Will be returning to try other tacos!!

Thrilled to finally have a Taco Bamba nearby--we've already ordered more than five times! My only wish is for the menu to include some favorites from the Herndon location, like the Biggie Small and Van Damne. Please consider adding them!

I've stopped by Taco Bamba in Sterling twice now and have enjoyed every meal I've had. Most recently, I came for breakfast and had the Torta de Huevo, which was absolutely delicious. The food is full of flavor and always hits the spot. I'll definitely be back again!

Came here for brunch as the last stop before vacation ended. Really hit the spot. The Mezcal cocktails were spot on. I had the Huevos Ranchereos and it was Devine. The wifey had some yummy mushroom tacos. With sooooo many eclectic options to try we can't wait to come back for more

Taco Bamba provides a fun take on Mexican food offering a variety of primarily tacos with various proteins, and a wide variety of ingredients/flavors and styles providing a diverse and tasty menu. The facility is large able to accommodate a good crowd with additional seating outside. The staff is humming cranking out the food very quickly. The food is good, some of the tacos were a little greasy but overall very tasty. The sauces that come with the food are diverse (verde, chipotle, pico salsa and a habanero salsa) . Queso was a bit thick but had good rich cheese flavor. There are more than tacos too including: quesadillas, empanadas, super torta, wings, chips dips, nachos... and more Our party looks forward to visiting again soon!

Omg Fabiola was such an amazing person! Great customer service and always had a smile on her face! I felt I was in a different country haha. Her hospitality was exceptional!!!!! The food and environment was great as well . Thank you!

First things first.... I love tacos!!! Absolutely the best Taco's in the DMV. I will come here with my girlfriend 3 times over the weekend. All of the staff is friendly and on top of things. Seriously... Absolutely perfect. If they have the Double Smash burger on special.... GET IT!

This is by far our favorite Taco Bamba (outside of the original location). Staff normally friendly and good food. However, informed staff of the men's bathroom needing attention but it was not addressed on our visit, as we stayed for about 1 1/2 hours.

It's fine. Are the tacos amazingly good? Yeah, they pretty much are. And there are lots of options. But do I NEED a $5.50 taco? No, I really do not. I can't justify going here when the Mexican restaurant is way cheaper and just as good in many ways. And also, if I'm going to pay this much, I'd go across Route 7 to La Prensa, which is far, far superior. I also feel that Taco Bamba is not a very good addition to this particular shopping plaza. This is in the middle of an HOA filled with many families with kids. And yet, this place is very loud inside, and mostly just a large bar area. The taco options that would be more kid appropriate are also pretty limiting. I did takeout here and thankfully found a couple of plainer beef and chicken options for the kiddos, but I don't see really ever bringing them here to dine in. (Also worth noting, the pickup time estimate was 12 minutes off.) Overall, the food is good. The tacos are pretty meaty. But it's like overly fancy just to be high-priced, and I'd take my chances at a more traditional Mexican place any day.

So glad Taco Bamba has come to my neighborhood. It's a 15 minute walk from my house! Tacos are fast, good, and affordable. I don't know where else you can get decent authentic style tacos in the tri state area for $4 a piece. Service is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean-- I'm glad they kept the vibe of the old Baja Fresh that used to be there. I'll have to try the bar one of these nights. My new favorite go-to for fast and delicious food.

I was so excited to try the newest taco place in Sterling!!! Taco Bamba Taqueria didn't disappoint!!! The restaurant is festively decorated and clean. The prices are reasonable and the service was good. The food is fresh and made to order so it exceeded my expectations!!! Truth be told it was so good that I went two days in a row!!! We enjoyed the Habibi G, taco bamba, and pack the bowl!!! All were excellent! After having the specialty tacos the carne asada were good but nothing compared to the specialty tacos. We also enjoyed their happy hour special, $7 margs from 4-7p. We love it here and would definitely recommend you check it out!

Staff was very accommodating at the new location. Would definitely come again.... Even California folks will like this place....

Service is great, wait time is short, sauces are pleasant, I love that there is a cabbage cup option, but PLEASE, somebody take a look at the salt content. I have dined at this location 3 times and the food is so incredibly salty. All 3 times, I've thrown out food and I'm left with that weird salt burn sensation on my tongue. I'm not a stranger to ordering food out from restaurants, and I love salty things, but the beef - especially ground beef here tastes like pure salt. I take one bite and toss the rest. It is inedible. The chicken is often extra salty too, but inconsistent. The shrimp is edible. I tried to give this location a chance, but I don't want to risk ordering from here again.

Wow! Probably the best tacos I may have ever eaten. I had two of what they call "dirty tacos". One chicken and one beef. They were both spot on perfect with the freshest tasting ingredients. They were GOOD!

Food was very good but the music was way too loud. Next time we'll eat outside. The space is nice however the bar takes up so much room.

I'm officially obsessed with Taco Bamba in Sterling! The food is absolutely fantastic -- I could eat their Taco de Lengua every single day. It's hands-down the best I've ever had. Today, I tried the shrimp taco for the first time and wow... ¡Delicioso! Everything in that taco was perfectly balanced and bursting with flavor. What really sets the Sterling location apart is not just the food, but the whole experience. The music is just the right volume -- not too loud -- so you can actually have a conversation without yelling across the table (unlike some other locations that feel more like a nightclub). The tacos always have the perfect amount of meat, and you can tell the ingredients are high-quality and fresh. Honestly, I could go on and on... but I'll just say this: Sterling Taco Bamba is my favorite and truly serves the best tacos I've ever tried. Please keep up the amazing work!

I just did not enjoy the food. What was wrong with the food? The portions were small. The food was expensive. The best thing was the seven dollar coronas..

Delicious. Best fish tacos in the area! Nachos were my favorite. Service was quick and friendly. Cute outdoor area. Oh! And the margaritas are so good!

Great bar!! Great drinks! I only wish they had a better system than just YELLING the order numbers. There's got to be a better way. Turn music down a bit and use a screen or pagers. They are new, so I am sure they are working on it. It is a HUGE flaw in an otherwise great concept and really needs addressing.

I've come back here so many time, the tacos are amazing. Authentic street tacos with great sauce and great service. Food comes out quick, if the lines not long. Even then it still comes out within 10-20.

Tacos and Tequila has really good company. Taco Bamba Sterling's Tacos are amazing. Quesadilla was very good. Salsa bar! Try the queso. Margaritas are solid with a large tequila selection. Full bar and beer on tap. Highly recommend you grab breakfast, lunch, dinner (or all three!). Fast, Clean, Friendly. Give it a go.. Conor will take Great care of you at the bar.

Order was a mess. We had to do three orders to get the food we initially ordered. Service is nonexistent and food is really sub par. Left the restaurant hungry and annoyed.

I couldn't be happier there is a taco bamba this close to me. I've picked up food a couple of times since they opened and food has been on time and great taste. Corn is always good. Cant wait to keep trying different things off the menu!

Taco Bamba is the new kid on the block. The food is absolutely delicious. Tacos are amazing as is the bowl and the cuban style sandwich. The service was fast with just a short wait for picking up our food. I have one thing to say which is why I am not giving it 5 stars. It is so loud in there with the terribly loud music it is a huge turn off for eating inside. I see no reason for them to play the music so loud you can't even concentrate on choosing a meal. Thank goodness they had outdoor seating, which is fine for this time of year but not for hot summer or cold winter. I give them a solid 5 for the food and service and a 2 for the ambiance. Please turn down the music!!!

Awesome addition to the Sterling restaurant scene! Try the Jeffrey, lots of food for little $. Food was wonderful and the service was quick and friendly. I will be back for happy hour next time!

Another spectacular Taco Bamba. From this location's "tacos nuestros" ($5.50 each here), my faves are the Habibi G, the Pork Pingao and the African Raymond--flavors are out of this world. One family member wants me to add that she also loves the Doña Rosi, and another says he's yet to try anything he didn't love! The quality of food at Taco Bamba continues to put far more expensive restaurants to shame. Thanks Chef Albisu!

good food but got our order completely wrong, we asked for tacos and you they gave us 4 loaded sanwhiches that had way too much on them and tasted like one of those soda mixes when you put every soda in one cup! will not eat here again after this TRAGIDY
