If you are local or live in West Ashley, then this place is no stranger for you! Taco Bartina that used to be known as Taco Spot, is famous for their blackened fish tacos and we ordered it with soft flour taco and hard shell taco. Either way they both are equally delicious. We haven’t try the beef birria taco and it wasn’t my favorite today. I felt like they need more seasoning on the beef but the juice that came in the tiny sauce container actually pretty flavorful! I tried to pour it on the taco but it made my taco fallen appart…boo. Nevertheless it’s probably because I love seasoning and punches on my taco so this beef birria is just okay for me. Try to come on Tuesday for their $3 taco gringo special and today, they had slow cooked chicken tortilla soup with corn and cut up avocado. Such a perfect flavor and warmth on the chilly day. We also ordered the Memphis hot chicken taco in white flour tortilla and it was the bomb! Overall, this place in a must visit if you are in West Ashley and they expanding the inside of the restaurant too. The place is very roomy now and can accommodate a lot of people. Or if you just flying solo then sit at the bar. Buen Provecho amigos! Taco bartina is now offering free salsa bar (three different flavor salsa) and chips.

Appetizer: The chips were refried for crispiness. The salsa was excellent. The avocado was chunky. The white cheese was great. Main course: Street tacos. The meats had great texture;tender, but lack flavor/bland. Should offer salsa as standard topping. Salad was good. Beef was flavorful. 5 stars for customer service.

The staff was very very friendly, and helpful. Double-checked on a allergy item. And really knew the menu I had heard good things about them and I am please to report that they lived up to the hype.

Great find that my family and I just happened to stumble upon on the way to a BBQ spot right next door. Decided to go here instead and did not regret it. Complimentary chips and 3 different kinds of salsa (my favorite was the black bean and corn salsa). Service was fast and friendly, food was absolutely delicious, and the price was amazing ($60 for 4 with extra sides and everything). The staff was so great and friendly (they gave us so much cayenne ranch). One of our new favorite spots in West Ashley. 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone!

Google
Great small place find. I was full from two tacos. The blackened fish taco was unique with a mixture of sauce and fish. I had a local beer. And since I had one taco left, you will be given a classic brown paper bag to go. While i was there there seem to be a lot of business people on their lunch break.

Between the Food, the service nd the atmosphere I don’t know what to rave about most!!! I stumbled on to this place about 2 months ago nd boy am I glad that I did😮‍💨 this has become my favorite go-to spot when I get my Mexican cravings which I’ve been having a lot of lately😅 they also have a “Sauce Table” filled with different flavors of different hot sauces at all spice levels that you can add as much sauce as u need. PS: they have parking in the back of the building if you don’t like the size of their front parking space

Absolutely loved it, me and my friends go a lot, I almost always get the shrimp taco and the green tea shot. Blueberry margarita was great! They also have a lil chips and salsa bar, jalapeño salsa is excellent

Thursday is $5 burrito day! Had a wonderful meal and the new addition construction doesn’t take away from the charm. Always love coming here with some great people who work there too

Yelp
The tacos were great! I got a chicken and a beef taco. I would recommend them both. The staff was beyond lovely. They were very kind and patient while we were there. I went with a friend who has special needs , trying to teach her more independent life skills. They were so nice every step of the way, even when it took longer than it would typically. The tables were clean. The entire restaurant looked clean.

Yelp
I came here for a "free taco" by being featured in the West Of paper. Great customer service. I ordered the Roasted Chicken taco, Steak taco, and Vegetarian taco on flour torillas to go. They were great and on point. I will be back for another one!

Yelp
Blackened fish taco is pictured. Staff are still friendly as ever! (Same review 5 years ago because nothing has changed!) Comedy night and music bingo on certain nights.

Yelp
I need to emphasize that the food was not worth the price. Three tacos - steak, Cuban, and fish - were priced at $4.50 to $6.50 each. The soft tacos were wrapped like burritos, which was unexpected. The nachos cost $12, I added meat so we were charged $9 extra for brisket and $5 for roasted pork, although we didn't receive the brisket. The total bill came to $59.99 plus tips, which I believe was not justified. The steak in the tacos was overly chewy, and the fish taco was just okay. The Cuban pork taco tasted more like a hamburger due to the mustard and pickles. The tacos were not as authentic as expected, but the customer service was good. Despite the nice ambiance, I won't be returning, especially if I'm seeking authentic street tacos. I was kinda disappointed as I've seen lots of good reviews here that made me come over and try it! Oh well! I tried the nachos, but there weren't enough chips for all the toppings. Even though I ordered extra cheese dip (queso) on the side, they didn't put any on the nachos, in the tray as I didn't taste any cheese on it and they charged me $0.50 for sour cream, which seems a bit crazy

Yelp
The chips and salsa were fantastic! The hot salsa has a nice kick and tasted great. I ordered 3 tacos all on flour tortillas. The blackened fish was my favorite. The fried catfish and blackened shrimp were ok but had too much sauce for me and were very messy. Service was quick. Very casual. Would go back and probably just get a couple blackened fish tacos again.

Yelp
This is a great casual Mexican food restaurant with friendly service, affordable prices and flavorful dishes. I've been here a couple times now and have placed take out orders at the register. The staff has always been so kind and the food is ready within 5-10 minutes. So far I've tried their blackened fish, blacked chicken and steak on burrito bowls or as a burrito. The blacken version is spicy but very flavorful and all the meat options have been great. If you prefer to eat in there's plenty of seating and TVs that make this a great spot to watch sports games.

Yelp
Can't believe this was my first time coming in! I'm less than 10 minutes away & came in here Tuesday night for bingo & had a blast. On Tuesday's they offer Bingo winners $ off bar tabs, and Wednesday's it's Music Bingo for gift cards upwards of $20! I had the Blackened Fish & Fried Chicken tacos and they were so flavorful! Had to order another fried chicken taco it was just that good. Gringo Tacos are only 4 bucks on Tuesdays & definitely worth more than that. Also enjoyed two frozen strawberry margaritas that were very fresh & obviously not made with premade mixer (a huge plus)! They make all their own sides, and all of their meats/fish tasted so fresh, you can tell they are seasoned with love! The trio was so delicious (and I am picky when it comes to my guacamole). The staff were super friendly, and even though we sat way in the corner they were very attentive. Definitely an ideal hangout for a group or even just a date night. Super clean with great vibes & music :)

Yelp
Accommodating for gluten free and celiac, delicious food, many gluten free options, friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, decent prices

Yelp
I was in the area and super hangry, so when a friend enthusiastically recommended Taco Bartina, we hopped in the car and sped over. The building is very unassuming and looks like a standard welcoming restaurant, but it's definitely hiding a treasure inside. The staff was super helpful and our food came quickly, which was great. Everything was delicious and way more than enough to fill us up. I was even able to bring home leftovers!

Yelp
Our favorite place to eat in West Ashley. Great food! Best shrimp and fish tacos in CHS! Extensive menu and the staff is super friendly! You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
I was so impressed with taco bartina! The space is chill and feels like a neighborhood hang. I sat at the bar and was blown away by all of the different taco options. They're all wrapped up in foil so I couldn't get a picture to do them justice, but the flavor options were spot on. So fun! Staff was friendly and handled the cinco de Mayo crowd there with grace!!

Olivia B.

Yelp
Waited 55 minutes for two street tacos only for them to arrive cold. Not worth it in the slightest. Third time here service has been consistently slow.

Yelp
The best taco I've ever eaten is the blackened fish taco on a crunch at what used to be called Taco Spot. I've eaten hundreds of these through the last decade or so. They are absolutely wonderful. They're always the same and always out of sight. Keep up the good work, Taco folks.

Yelp
Great tacos good tunes and excellent service. What more can you ask for the answer, nothing. Convenently located next to Home Team in West Ashley. Come check it out.

Yelp
Taco Bartina has been a family favorite for years, we've been coming since it was originally called taco spot. We recently came in to find a new menu which removed half of the good stuff. No more street tacos, regular burgers, patty melts, and half of the dealers choice tacos are gone. The guac is now overpriced at $15. We also noticed the free chips have changed from being homemade to tasting store bought. The service which is normally quick took forever even though it wasn't busy when we went. Their famous hard shell tacos are still delicious but the smash burger is not nearly as good as the regular burgers. Hopefully this was just a bad night with new transitions but we miss the original menu, bring the street tacos back!

Yelp
Cinco de Mayo feels from Taco Bartina is the move. Start out with a strawberry margarita on the rocks with salt rim. Do a trio sampler (queso and guac) didn't disappoint. I liked the queso so much I ordered more of it for my brisket burrito bowl. Brisket quesadilla was fabulous as well. Service was nice and gave good recs. Can't wait to come back. #bergerknowsbest

Yelp
Covid 19 has brought challenges to us all...one is take out. Food doesn't always travel well. But, Yelp was doing a Taco Tuesday Takeout and of course, I needed to participate....! Taco Spot is a place we hadn't been yet, and I have to say, we made a great choice....We started with guac and salsa - the guacamole was delicious and we loved their chips! Happily enjoyed those leftovers with fresh homemade quac the next day. Our main was 2 pork carnitas with some deliciously refreshing pineapple salsa, husband had the brisket burrito (deviating from the theme) but it was massive and very very tasty; while I enjoyed my seared steak crunchy taco. Crunchy did not travel well, but that does not mean it wasn't still delicious. Thanks for being open, and thanks for a great Tuesday Taco night!

Yelp
Very laid back, quick stop for tacos! Very casual! They have a variety of tacos, so everyone will be happy. Service is always very quick! We are in and out very fast! Favorites: Greek Taco and Memphis Hot Chicken

Yelp
The food is not good. The service is fine. The overall vibe is heavily americanized Mexican food (see "Gringo Tacos" list on menu)

Yelp
The burrito special on Thursday is legit... not that I want to throw it out there and have more people, the place is pretty packed on the Thursday night we were there. I got the burrito, blackened fish. It sounded like a weird burrito to get, but I saw so many positive reviews of the blackened fish that I wanted to try it. If I were to get it again, I would get it "all the way" adding guac (duh) and queso (I only passed on it because I didn't really want the sour cream). The only downside of the burrito is that the fish didn't really taste blackened. Friends of ours that were with us got the blackened fish tacos, they noted that they couldn't tell they were blackened either, but they were still good. I would agree, my burrito was still good, I just was wanting a little more of the "blackened" flavor. I want to try the guacamole next time. We tried the salsa this time and while the chips are good, the salsa (red) is pretty bland in my opinion. That was the overall opinion at our table and we added sriracha to our chips to add a little more heat and flavor. I like this little place and I'm looking forward to going back and learning their menu a bit better. I want to try the guac and Tres Leches sometime too!

Yelp
I don't hate or love this place, however the food used to be 100% better. Unfortunately their food is just not hitting the mark for me anymore. - very dry taco meat - Bland flavorless Birria , not fried at all. Which is really disappointing at $5 a piece with basically brown water for consommé. - You have to put hot sauce on everything. - forgotten food items/ salsa I've given them enough second chances, this is my last meal at this spot. I miss the old place before they re-branded to "Bartina"

Yelp
Tough parking. Ok, a Taco place should give you free chips and dip, not charge $2.50-5.00! Make it some other way. Don't nickel and dime! Frozen Margarita was very weak, on the rocks, much better. Place needs a refresh, small not many tables. Quesadillas was my wife's favorite. I like that I could order cheddar cheese on my nachos with jalapeños only. Good tasting. I would go back but will be specific on what and how I order things. Frank G

Yelp
The food is always delicious and comes out on time...but the older guy with the ponytail who is always working behind the bar is so constantly on edge, frantic and seemingly overwhelmed (whether there are two or twenty-two tables) it makes for an uncomfortable dining experience. If he would just chill a bit it would be a far better place to enjoy fabulous tacos. As a former server, the last thing you want is to make your guests feel like you are putting them out by asking for something...and noisily slamming down plates and glasses to illustrate how busy you are is not a good look for you or your restaurant. He's nice...but calm the f**k down, man!

Yelp
This place is a whole in the wall but it is so good. The waiter and cook were so kind and accommodating to any modifications, very tending and just overall great. The atmosphere is super chill. It's not big, but that's kinda what makes it great. The bathroom is well kept and there's a changing station. The music is good and not too loud, nice tv to watch sports on and excellent full bar selection (they have don julio ) The food took no time to come out and we got a lot for $20- 2 tacos, a quesadilla, chips and an extra sauce. Side note- they take Apple Pay and MasterCard

Yelp
This review breaks my heart. This place used to be amazing and delicious. They have changed the name and expanded and the place is beautiful but the food isn't. I honestly haven't had a worse taco. So maybe I have become a bit spoiled when it comes to tacos and if that is the case, I will admit it. I ordered pretty simple...an original fish taco and a chicken taco. The fish came out like ground tuna. I am pretty sure it was a poor quality white canned fish salad put on a taco with some lettuce. The menu makes you think you will get a piece of fish...you don't...be prepared for mixed fish salad. The chicken taco wasn't any better. It was a watered down canned chicken with absolutely NO flavor. My husband got the street tacos...all three tasted the same...bland, no flavor. I love your new look but your new tacos are terrible. I miss the old taco spot... Signed, an old patron....

Yelp
We heard so many great things about this place and we were so excited to give it a try. Sunday afternoon, we stopped in. We each ordered a beer. So much time (20min) went by before we were able to order some chips and salsa and our menus were taken away. We would have ordered more food and drink, but we were ignored by at least 3 staff members for about 30 minutes. We would have ordered tacos and more to drink, but could not get staff to acknowledge us. Barely one step above self serve. Unfortunately, we won't be going back- we don't have the patience to wait for customer service and food and drink to come together. We moseyed down to Hometeam, which was a delight, as always!!

Summer P.

Yelp
If you want the best fish tacos and friendly service don't be shy COME IN! The quac was fresh, house made sweet wnd sour for the margaritas!!! So glad we stumbled upon them.

Yelp
Taco Spot is a reminder of the way used to be; the way life should be. It's the kind of place that reminds you of Cheers where everybody knows your name and they are really glad you came Taco Spit is a place where you feel like a regular even if it so your first time It's a place to get Shiner Bock beer or a Jell-O shot The blackened fish salad with dill your tummy and warm your heart I won't even mention how many types of tequila It's small, intimate, friendly and if need be fast You can get tacos or pecan pie with cinnamon ice cream. It is just a feel good place with feel good food

Yelp
The Taco Spot is a little hole in the wall off of Ashley River Road in West Ashley. It's right next to the Hometeam BBQ and tucked away in a tiny little strip mall. As the #1 fan of tacos in the tri-county area, this place was a must stop for me. I ventured in this week and was very happy with the results! As you walk-in they have a small ordering area for take-out in case you need tacos on the go. Who doesn't? On this day I had some time to kill so I walked in around 4pm to have a HH beer and a couple of tacos. I walked into the dine-in area and the vibe was very chill! Cool vintage signage and neon signs with a t.v. in the corner. It made me want to have an ice-cold Dos Equis Amber on draft and multiple tacos. So, that's what happened :). I walked in around 4pm and it was their "Powerhour". $1 off beers and $2.75 tacos. WHAT?! Perfection. Bartender was quick and efficient, the beer was cold (also served in an ice-cold pint glass) and the "gringo" tacos didn't disappoint! I ordered two of the gringo tacos, one beef and one chicken. They came out in 5 minutes and they were $$$! I recommend this place for a quick stop-in to crush that taco craving and get an ice-cold beer. Good times! I'll be back for sure! Cheers!

Yelp
I've been wanting to come here for a while now. Meet up with a friend to catch up. Meet the owner who was nice and friendly. The staff is pretty cool especially there bartenders. Really loved me some Karl and I think her name was Lauren. They were definitely great. My friend and I wanted to have a bite to eat so we ordered some chips and salsa. Which are not free I rarleybgo back to a place that charges for chips and salsa but it is what it is. You can tell the salsa was fresh and well made. We also had guacamole which is a rare treat for me. I either love or hate it. I ended up eating most of it and didn't want to share. I had the cute taco minis called the Three Amigos. It didn't stand out but I liked it. They were just enough to eat while drinking without feeling like I've over eaten and they didn't give me heartburn so winning. They had a miriad of mixed drinks which my friend thoroughly enjoyed. She wanted to sample several of the drinks on the cocktail menu which were around $7 a pop which was good for the premium drinks they were making.

Yelp
Once in awhile, I like to change it up and include Mexican food (especially street tacos) so we decided to try this place out. Cute little shop in a strip mall next to a Thai restaurant. Place is cozy, ambiance is good and friendly staff. Tap beer if I remember correctly. Bar type environment as well as seating. I got the chicken street tacos, my man got the burrito. I think it was the "All in" burrito can't remember. He said his was good though he didn't finish it and my street tacos was just .. Ok. Maybe I'm being too picky that I'm from California and everything we have there is just awesome or some of these places are just sub-par. I felt the meat wasn't flavorful, didn't have an authentic taste to them and no chips and salsa was severed. To me, Tiki Taco in Summerville and off Rivers is much better and more authentic. I'll keep hunting for the best street tacos but for now, Tiki Taco takes the torch. Happy Eating.

Yelp
This was formerly Taco Spot. Only the name has changed. The food, service, and cocktails are amazing. I think I will Uber there one day and day drink. Happy Hour is 3-6 and a good deal. Rob was my server and bartender. He was very helpful with recommendations. Every day, there is some kind of discounted food special. Tuesday is Taco Tuesday, and, of course, wonderfully tasty! Didn't get a photo of every food and drink.

Yelp
In response to the owner: I did not order a burger and had no interaction with the owner during my visit. I believe they have the wrong couple in mind and I find the owner's response really disappointing. Yelp is a platform for expressing opinions, both good and bad. I simply was providing my honest review from my experience. **Owner updated their response since this was posted** I've heard such great things about Taco Spot and was really disappointed in my experience. My husband and I were planning to stop in for a casual dinner; we liked the atmosphere and it is a good location in West Ashley with dedicated parking. We made it just in time for Happy Hour and each ordered a margarita which were pretty decent. For an app, we ordered the trio of queso, salsa, and guacamole. The queso was good, pretty average for queso. The gauc was fresh and tasty (probably the best of the 3) and unfortunately neither of us were fans of the salsa. Now on to the tacos, which were sadly the worst part of our meal. I tried the pulled pork taco which literally was completely unseasoned and just thrown in a tortilla with lettuce and tomato. It was totally underwhelming. My husband tried the blackened chicken and thai tacos, which he thought were terrible as well. For a place called "The Taco Spot" we were pretty sad to have tasted the worst tacos we've had in Charleston. I definitely don't plan on returning, which makes me sad because I thought this was going to be a great place!

Yelp
Best tacos in south Carolina hands down. Fried catfish taco was off the hook Carnitas taco was off the hook. The whole dang menu is off the hook. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Delicious tequila selection and quick solid service. I'm so happy to have this place in west Ashley.

Carolyn P.

Yelp
I was working in West Ashley, I asked a coworker where do you go for lunch , he suggested Taco Bartina. I was suggested a burger, so I placed an order by the time I got there it was ready. I ordered a classic double burger with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato. It was thick and juicy. I would go again. I hear the tacos are good. I say give them a try. Parking is tight unless there is more space somewhere else.

Yelp
This is straight up my #1 go-to cheat/splurge place of choice. I am in love with the variety of tacos on the menu and their margaritas. I never even knew this place existed until I was driving around W Ashley and spotted it. The inside is a little small but it's a perfect place for 2-4 people but no more than that. I definitely recommend the Fried Cat Fish Taco or any other fish tacos on the menu. These are the best fish tacos in Charleston I've had so far. I've also had their regular Mexican tacos and "gringo" tacos. This place has a Tex-Mex approach to most of their food and it is done exceptionally. The menu has a lot of items to choose from (including hamburgers) and if you're in the mood for eggs, try the breakfast tacos. The bar and staff are very friendly and ensure you never have an empty glass. I've been here twice and will continue to come here every other weekend. My husband and I always leave fully satisfied. The prices are a little higher than the average taco place but I think it's truly worth it.

Yelp
This is a great little spot for some reasonably priced tacos and burritos! I came here on a Sunday evening and was seated immediately. Service was great and my server had some helpful tips about the menu which I appreciated. I had the shrimp po boy burrito and it was delicious! It wasn't overwhelmingly large but definitely wasn't small. We aren't talking a huge, packed chipotle burrito sized thing here which I appreciated. The remoulade sauce inside was delicious! There was a good amount of shrimp inside, and I would definitely get this again. I also had the Tres Leches cake for dessert and it was incredibly moist and flavorful! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a dessert to share. Next time I will try out the actual tacos here. But if they are as good as the burrito then I know I will be satisfied.

Yelp
Love this place! It is a bar that serves great drinks and food. They just expanded so there are more tables if you prefer sitting there. The bartenders are great! Everyone who works here seems to like it! A rarity these days. It just a low-key, fun local place that stands out in a sea of hyped, poorly run tourist spots that litter the Charleston dining scent these days.

Tim C.

Yelp
The service was good, but the food, would not eat here at all. There are plenty of other good places to get decent tacos in West Ashley. I ordered the Elote (Mexican street corn) & burrito. Regardless of the price, the burrito had no taste and corn just the same. The margarita was good, but the food not worth it at all.
google avatar

Yelp
This is by far my favorite taco joint in Charleston. They make their own hard shells for their tacos which are amazing. Their queso is also to die for. It's a fairly small dining area but I've always managed to get a table. Takeout is good too.

Yelp
The food was horrible!!! I do not understand how they are still in business. The service was ok. I should have taken it as a sign I saw them placing food in the microwave after I placed my order yuck!!!

Yelp
One of my buddies suggested I try this spot due to my love for anything taco related. Small it'll spot, I actually missed it the first time around. Once you get inside it's a cozy little place with lots of Mexican decor and plenty of seating for a small group or two. Nice selection of Tex-mex inspired tacos, burgers, and breakfast all day. We each tried the fish tacos, on flour and corn, crunchy and soft. I also had a chicken taco. I found the chicken taco to be bland and both the fish and chicken tacos had the meat ground up versus chunks of meat. I think the chicken could be better with more seasoning and both would be better with chunks of meat. Everything else was pretty good and the server was great. Not a bad meal and great effort to put a different spin on the tacos but not my favorite in town.

Yelp
Craving some Mexican food, I decided to try the Taco Spot . I will get straight to the point and admit that the tacos missed the mark for me. I was hungry and the menu looked good so I ordered 3 tacos and some salsa. Salsa cost $2 for a small ramekin. I didn't care for it as it was just missing something and was bland . All 3 tacos did not agree with my palate . I ordered the BBQ fried shrimp taco - the shrimp was definitely not local (not that they claim it is) and the slaw didn't do anything to enhance the taco . I was hoping the Memphis fried chicken taco would rock my world but it fell flat for me . I didn't like the taste/flavor of the hot sauce and also the breading on the onion straws had an odd aftertaste and didn't compliment the taco at all . The best of the 3 tacos was the blackened chicken: chicken, blackening rub, cayenne ranch, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato pico. The cayenne ranch was a good accompaniment, which I asked for extra because the chicken lacked flavor otherwise . I know my review sounds salty and I guess I just miss eating in Mexico and paying 50 cents for the best tacos of my life from a streetcart guy on the corner with a parrot on his shoulder . To me , Taco Spot is overpriced for mediocre tacos. My total was $14.70 for 1 small salsa & 3 tacos (I could've gotten like 30 mind blowing, amazing street corner tacos from the aforementioned parrot guy in Mexico !!!) On a positive note , I liked the small interior , seemed like the potential for a great local hangout. The bartenders were friendly and helpful and the food came out fast. UPDATE: I sincerely appreciate Taco Spot's immediate reply to my review. I know it's not ideal for an establishment to receive a critical review . No need for a refund , you can't please everyone's tastes and although I didn't enjoy the tacos , I appreciate the great customer service - 5 star customer service !

Yelp
What What?! The place for a creative taco off 61 in W. Ashley. Big shout out to the crew here for good drinks, and quick service. I can recommend the Cuban Taco and the Sweet Thai. Both are favorites. Also, the house margarita is well worth the $7. I will be back for take out for sure and probably will sit down for bar service when I have some time again.

Yelp
That's a very cute little taco place. Very small, however there was a lot of work going on next to it so I suspect they're "adding on", or renovating. I don't get to West Ashley much but I definitely try to hit this place again

Yelp
I had such high hopes for this place!!!! The tacos were decent like something you would make at home. The roasted stuffed jalapeños fell flat. They tasted like something out of a bag. I was sadly disappointed with that. I did not partake in any drinks while I was there so maybe they have great drinks. Overall the food wasn't bad and the service was great it was just not anything to write home about.

Yelp
I gave this 4 Stars because the food was exceptional! The reason I didn't give it 5? Well, it's a dive...and needs a good cleaning. I will say that the staff was very attentive and did a great job. They also were busy cleaning the food eating surfaces, such as the bar and tables. We will definitely go back, the tacos we ate were very good. Also ordered two sides, the dirty rice and pinto beans. They were the best part of the meal but it was all good. Maybe they do deserve 5 Stars. I will let you know on the return trip.
