Awful! Extremely disappointed! Went through drive thru. Ordered 2 chalupas with nacho cheese, 3 soft tacos, 1 crunchy taco, 2 pk Cinnabon dolce de leches, the soft tacos were a mess, wet, and soggy. The chalupas did not have the nachos cheese that was paid for. We also didn't get the 2 pk Cinnabon dolce de leches that we paid for! I think it's absurd that I was charged for things I did not receive! Everything is so expensive as it is! I dont need to be paying for things that I didn't get! Before handing the bag over, it should be VERIFIED that everything is in it! Why is this so hard!? Everything shouldn't be made so sloppy either! If you don't like your job then leave! How would you feel not receiving what you paid for with your hard earned money!!

Asked for fresh fries, my fries were hot thank you. Although my quesadilla was given to me cold, the cheese wasn’t even fully melted, had maybe 10 pieces of chicken max. Disappointment

I’m not big on taco bell food, however the box combo that I ordered today was pretty darn good so I decided to give this location 5 stars! Thank you all for my wonderful, tasteful, delicious box combo. Keep up the good work.

Updated post in 2025: This Taco Bell has gone downhill. It's terrible. The last several times we have ordered they have forgotten items. There is either too much or two little sauce on the items. On the tacos there's never enough lettuce or cheese. There is hardly ever meat either. The quesadilla has been burned. And the food overall is just poor quality. It's super unfortunate, because this used to be our favorite Taco Bell. I'm not sure what happened, but they definitely stopped caring about quality of food. I still think they have the best Dr Pepper around. However, we will drive to a different Taco Bell in order to get better quality food. Original 5 star review post from 2019: Love Taco Bell and I love this location. They always get the order correct and always do it with a smile. I craved it everyday when I was pregnant and not once did they screw up my order, which is great! I feel other Taco Bell's always mess up, not this one!

Taco Bell is definitely a guilty pleasure of mine. I love building my own burritos and getting a Baja Blast! This location is great. I usually just grab a to go order in the drive thru and I’ve never had any issues

Food was ridiculous on how bad it was made. I asked nicely for a redo, and they wouldn't do it. To this, I asked for the mgr. ( Jackie), and she refused to make it right. So, I then asked for a refund and she refused that , as well. I didn't even get a receipt. I wadded up the food and threw it away. True, it was only 13 loss but, it makes me sad how bad customer service is these days. Nobody has any respect for your business, anymore. There is no customer appreciation. Customer being right is unheard of. These kids are rude and talk bad about you, as soon as you turn your back. Actually, I give them 0 stars. This is what my food looked like fresh off the line. You can tell from the pics that the tortilla is hard and dried out. No meat. The five layer burrito forgot a few layers it seems.

We ordered a soft taco pack with no lettuce. We get out box check the tacos and it has lettuce so we go back into the drive through to get ones without lettuce and we try to hand back the order and she says "I dont want that one" to my niece trying to give her the one we checked in a very rude tone. Then we hear her yelling at one of the workers inside. It was an extremely unprofessional experience and makes me question any food coming from that rude lady.

We ordered on the app and walked inside. Within minutes, the food was brought to our table. The service was friendly and the food was delicious.

I'm currently driving across the country, stopping at countless places along the way--and nothing, nothing, has come close to the experience I had here. I've eaten at every kind of restaurant imaginable, but the staff at this Taco Bell genuinely left me speechless. From the moment I walked in, every single person on staff was considerate, compassionate, helpful, and just radiated positive energy. You can tell immediately that they care--not only about their jobs but about the people walking through the door. It's not something you can fake, and it's not something you see every day. Taco Bell, whatever you're doing to hire and train this team, please bottle it and send it nationwide. Special shoutout to Britney--what an absolute sweetheart. Knowledgeable, kind, attentive... she and the rest of the team deserve promotions, recognition, pay raises, vacations--you name it. Honestly, this location should be a model for customer service training everywhere. On top of the mind-blowingly amazing staff, the restaurant itself is spotless, modern, fresh, and well-maintained. Cleanliness and attention to detail is clearly a priority here. I never thought I'd leave a Taco Bell in awe, but here we are. Seriously, give these people an award. Best staff I've ever encountered at any place to eat--hands down.

Me and my friend went through the drive thru at about 9pm to get a freeze and a soda and then when we got up to the window we were told that they had to deny us service and if we showed up again they would trespass us. We saw a worker named "Justin Mesa" talking to the girl worker and then when we got to the window the girl worker then told us that they can't give us service and that we weren't allowed at the store anymore. This is wrong doing. We didn't even have any contact with "Justin Mesa" and our intentions weren't to even talk to him, we just wanted some drinks from taco bell. This location has very bad customer service!

After my previous review, I would also like to mention my husband tried his food and his was also disgusting. The food genuinely tasted nasty and we were purposely given EXTRA of what we asked to be removed??? We asked for wraps with NO NACHO CHEESE and NO TOMATOES and got wraps full of those specific things like no joke bites full of nothing but lettuce nacho cheese and tomatoes. After already having to substitute meat due to not having beef? Absolutely worst service ever this is not our typical taco bell but we will ensure we never go back and ensure others not to go here either this was such a terrible experience and a plain waste of money for disrespect and disgusting food!

Going through the drive-in, waited over five minutes for two-dorito tacos and two of the Cinnabon treats. Tacos were soggy and treats tasted like they were made this morning. Dry and old. I watched cashier walk away, while other girl said she was busy taking an order, that's why she couldn't hand me my order. That had been sitting there

This taco bell genuinely sucks. We ordered a simple order of 2 crunchwraps NO nacho cheese and NO tomatoes. At the window we were told they had no beef and they subsituted for steak. We go to eat our food and find crunchwraps with EXTRA nacho cheese and EXTRA tomatoes. The wraps were literally mostly nacho cheese and tomatoes, exactly what we asked not to be on them. The workers are either incompetent or purposely rude either way this was disgusting and disgraceful. Do better.

Arlene is fantastic and has excellent customer service skills. I stopped in today, about 20 minutes after making a mobile order. After not seeing the order on their pick up shelving, I waited until staff was available to help me. Upon getting that assistance, I was told the order would be out in a couple minutes, which I thought was odd because I was the only one in the store and had placed the order 20 minutes earlier. But I just politely stepped aside and waited...just a few seconds later, Arlene came to the counter and asked if I had been waiting on this for a little while and I told her I had. She immediately apologized. Didn't blame it on anything or anyone just that they missed it come through. She then offered me anything else on their menu, I declined, but she handed me a drink and threw a dessert in the bag. Again, she apologized, even asking my name and told me have a wonderful night. Kudos to this young lady for going above and beyond and actually caring. She's a gem and doing a great job Taco Bell!!

No service have to order yourself no menu up above I'm sorry don't care if your food is good or bad no one to take your order have do it yourself there are plenty of food places to go

Just nasty. I stop by on my way back to California, starving. Ordered 3 chicken tacos with a Diet Pepsi and asked for extra hot sauce packets. I get a regular Pepsi with no ice at all. 3 chicken tacos soaked in water and 4 packets of hot sauce. What a waste!

This specific taco was great... they made everything with extra meat and cheese and very clean... at least that's what it felt like. I'm going to be honest. Taco bell is freaking great no matter when where or time. One of my most favorite fast food joints ever! But today it really hit different... I was blown away on how this place operates and tasted.

i walked in yesterday and a girl named Alannah was so respectful she made my day she filled my baja blast up, and didn't messed my order up. wondeful service!!

This Taco Bell has never been able to get my order right. They rarely ever have a line, yet they never take the time to double check. I have gotten wrong items and missing items each and every time without fail! Even when I have returned for the missing items, they always question me extensively as though I am to blame. The photo shows my latest experience at this location. I had to drive back to the store to ask for sauce again. I asked for the regular taco with no tomatoes and each of my tacos was covered with tomatoes with barely any cheese!

I must say that take out at Taco Bell has not changed. I have a feeling all new reviews will be for "take out" food, a whole new era for Yelp. Take care everyone and enjoy your Take Out, or as they say in Australia, Take Away.

Placed a mobile pick up order for driver thru, got there to get it and the drive thru was blocked off. Went to go into the place and it was locked with a sign on the door that said they were closed for maintenance. The lady up front wouldn't even look at the door so I could explain I had a mobile order and got an email confirmation. So I called and she said sorry that's id have to call the number in the app for a refund. Probably should turn off mobile ordering for your location so people don't drive all the way to you to be told sorry.

Extremely rude at check out, and didn't seem to care about their jobs, rn don't think they deserve them and I'm usually very kind while ordering. Didn't even pay attention to the order and extras we ordered but I did pay for extra stuff on my food, and did not receive it. Total garbage at this location

This location just f***ing sucks. Not just once or twice but on multiple occasions in drive thru and mobile order they cannot seem to get orders correct; usually half of food is missing and never gives sauce or napkins. Drive thru has been rude. These people really get paid to do absolutely nothing productive.

My wife and I have tried to go get breakfast at this location and they aren't serving breakfast or they don't have enough eggs to make it.

I'm not sure if it's exclusively when the card reader goes down or if it's all the time but the girl at the window doesn't like her job and sure let's you know by her tone and attitude. Then when I ask for sauce I get one packet. To top it off when I get my box combo (that gets thrown in a bag) it comes with the most pathetic thin burritos that aren't even fully wrapped. Save your money and drive to another Taco Bell or any other fast food place.

Ordered 4 supreme soft tacos payed $13 and get home to open them and they aren't supreme so I spent more for nothing

Ordered mobile ahead of time. Get to pick up and they don't have half the order. I ask to cancel the order and inquire how to get my money back. I was told to call my bank and cancel payment... I'm really disappointed because this is my local taco bell. Ugh, oh well.

Bathrooms were terribly dirty. Grossed me out to even look in there. The service was also bad as they didn't call out our name and the food was just sitting there for a while.

Taco Bell has a hit with the Quesalupa!!! I hope they make it permanent! I have tried the chicken and black bean and they were both fantastic and fresh!

This location's night crew is amazing, as a vegan it is always nerve racking when you get off of work late and the only places open are fast food joints who dont exactly specialize in plant based cuisine. I have actually not been to a Taco Bell since I made this dramatic lifestyle change for two reasons, out of fear that the staff would not be knowledgeable about my dietary restrictions or that i would be a massive inconvenience. Now, I have been to this location twice and drove thru, the staff was knowledgeable about what ingredients I can not eat and found creative ways to add value to my meal since i wasn't getting cheese, meat or sour cream. Take care of these employees they are the reason I will be coming back!

Double...no, TRIPLE CHECK that the cashier recognizes the denomination of $ bill you hand them. They took $5 from me that I did not get back! Earlier tonight, Sunday, July 18th 2021, at around 10:45pm, I stopped by this Taco Bell location and my total was $13 even (I remember thinking to myself I won't have any change to round up for charity as they usually ask if you want to round your total up). As I pulled out my cash, I had a few $20s, one $10, and one $5, I specifically remember deciding to pay with a $20 so I can have an extra $5 and $1s. I also specifically remember folding the $20 bill lengthwise in between my thumb, index, and middle finger and it was facing downward as I handed it to the cashier (that's how I know I gave her a $20). She takes my money as she's talking with a coworker and hands me back two $1 bills. I figured she was just distracted as she was talking with someone as she took my money, no big deal. I check the receipt and it says I paid $15 instead of the $20 I know I handed her; I still have the one $10 and $5 in my wallet so I know for a fact I did not give her $15. When she opens the window again to hand me my food, I let her know that I had given her a $20, not $15, and that she only gave me $2 back. She didn't doubt that she gave me $2 back so there's no confusion about that, she responds by asking, "you gave me a $20?" And I tell her yes so my change was missing $5. She asks for a moment and closes the window. A few minutes go by and I'm hoping they are trying to determine a way to confirm the bill I gave her; maybe check the cameras? Another worker (possibly manager) comes and opens the window to tell me that since the cashier tapped the "$15" button on the Point of Sale screen that that is in fact what I handed her. As if there's no possible way she may have made a mistake and hit the wrong button. Now, I work in a restaurant myself, I would never complain about insignificant errors because I understand people make mistakes, we all do, no one is perfect. However, when there's a mistake with payment, I feel it warrants a little more attention and desire to correct it. I know there are people out there who try "short change" scamming businesses, but for only $5 I never thought that would even come to anyone's mind during this experience. When I realized they truly believed I was lying or I was wrong, and that they truly believed there was no possible way the cashier made a mistake (mind you, she was distracted as she took my money), I told them I know for 100% fact that I handed them a $20 bill but there was no convincing them. Since I wasn't getting my $5 back I ultimately asked them to at least put that $5 towards whatever charity it is they always ask customers to donate their rounded up change to. At the end of the night, when they count the cash drawer, they will realize there's an extra $5 in there and they will realize their error. I just hope they actually put that $5 towards the charity like I asked them to. I've always had friendly service at this location, even the start of this visit, and every single worker I've had interaction with here has always been in a good mood and kind as can be. The only difference tonight was they were not willing to accept that they made a mistake and correct that mistake. Since it cost me $5, I'm here to warn others so that they don't lose money as well. Others may not be as fortunate as myself to so easily let go of $5. Tldr: Taco Bell gave me the wrong change, refused to correct their mistake. Make sure the cashiers at this location acknowledge how much money you are giving them, especially if they are distracted while accepting your cash. I would post a picture of my receipt but they took it and never gave it back.

Always, Always, Always check your order before you drive off. It doesn't matter if there are 10 cars waiting, check for every item. Everytime they forget something, everytime. They don't make the items according to Taco Bell books on how to make the items. When you put sour cream on it should be across the whole item, not all in the first corner bite. Their standards are gone, no pride in the cheap food anymore. Oh, and if you get items dried out or broken shells take it back. Their not suppose to send items out like that. This place suck! Back to Del Taco.

One of the worst taco hells I mean bells. Ordered from the convenient screen and there was absolutely no one at the counters for over 10 minutes. Started to think no one worked today. Finally called the number to see if maybe they would come out if they heard the phone ring - which they did. The head person (I am guessing) hands me My cup and walks away totally dismissive and uninterested in customer service. When they finally put my food together but gave me all crumbs for nacho chips in my nacho bell grande. Establishment is also out of ice in the ice machine, I went to ask the people behind the counter and they looked at me and totally ignored me. When one person finally addressed it, they were completely dismissive.

This is probably the second to worst Taco Bell if it is the answer my life. They have Bad service. It's not the best place ever. We've quite a few terrible staff encounters. I don't recommend. Once as I walked in the store it was completely empty. And it took 10 minutes for the employees to notice I was ready to order the lady that took my order was VERY rude and had a bad attitude.

As far as taco bells go, this location is on point, well kempt, and service is generally swift and courteous. The children and i enjoy stopping in a few times a week after bible study.

Best service. Rihanna was the best. Was super patient in the drive through. Made sure we had our order correctly. It may sound like an over exaggeration but she was part of management so their team is the best.

Friendly staff! They not only asked if I wanted sauce they asked HOW MUCH. lots of fast food are stingy with their condiments. The order was correct and quick. Not a bad location at all.

I ordered through door dash and my drinks were missing. I called and spoke with Alexa the manager who was very rude and didn't do one thing to satisfy me so I took it in my own hands and called the driver to go back and get the drinks I called back and Alexa still had a attitude asking what drinks I had I told her then she said they were out of the drink I ordered and she never mentioned that at first. Customer Service did not win in this situation I will never order from this location again. Pls teach Alexa ways to satisfy a buying customer with a smile.

Exactly What You Expect First, the food is Taco Bell food, so nothing to go crazy about, the food is exactly what you expect. I have never been served cold food, and the food is always hot and seemingly fresh. However, this Taco Bell deserves mention because it is by far the best managed, with the best staff, that I have encountered in a fast food restaurant. The staff working at Taco Bell are friendly, courteous, helpful, and polite. They came around and ask how your meal was, if you need any hot sauce, or if you want your tray removed. This Taco Bell Restaurant is very clean, the staff is always checking and keeping both the dining room and restrooms clean. I've taken by nephew here a few times in the past, and it is consistently good service.

This is the second time in as many visits that my order has been made wrong. Someone needs to tell the employees how to make beefy mini quesadillas and cheesy gordita crunches. They have Baja sauce or spicy ranch or whatever it's called now. I get it...it's Taco Bell. But come on. At least fake like you care about your job.

My grandpa doesn't speak well spanish. In the drive through, we got a taco pack and asked for crunchy. Because of his accent the worker believed he said supreme when she asked for supreme and regular. After explaining the confusion, she was okay with it and ended up changing the price to the regular as how we wanted but have us the supreme because she had already packed it. And the entire time she remained very friendly. I would come back to this taco bell just because of that costumer service.

The worker was super kind, but the service was awful. We weren't given straw for any of the 4 drinks. They forgot one drink. They forgot chips for the nacho order and forgot cinnamon twists.

literally fuck this taco bell...we placed an order on the screen and it didn't even go through...payed $30 and the dumb ass manager wouldn't give us a refund or anything. the manger is a fuckin lowlife bitch who dosnt give a shit about her job. everyone here sucks. fuck these people.

Decent food, clean interior, friendly staff but they have misplaced items in our order multiple times, we always have to check to make sure everything is correct. Have had a few problems getting double charged using the mobile app, but 95% of the time managers are on top of things and will help get any issues resolved. It's what you would expect of a Taco Bell haven't had any horror stories from the food, actually packaged and "cooked" really well here. Happy they can properly put together our unique vegetarian combinations every time.

Very upset, every time I come to this Taco Bell my order is always wrong. Ordered 2 loaded potato grilles NO sour cream, nothing worse than taking a bite and getting a mouth full of sour cream after you ordered no sour cream....

I was given the wrong drink - I clearly asked for Pepsi and was given Mountain Dew. and refused to take the drink. It was promptly replaced. I wasn't asked for hot sauce at all and had to wait for the order-taker to notice I hadn't driven off yet before I could ask for it, though. Is it so hard to just get an order right?

I went into the drive thru last week and Titus was my cashier. He was very friendly, very nice. I ordered a 5 Layer Burrito and soft drink. He kept asking me to write a review for him, and I would of gave him 5 stars IF he gave me all my change back. I didn't realize my change was missing until I was already back home. Upsetting, but I generally love this location.

Drive thru service was expeditious and got our order out to us in a matter of seconds. The food was hot, fresh, and made right without any leaks in the burritos, which is one of my biggest issues with taco bell. I like this location.

First of all, fuck Jesse's drink! Who gives a shit?! Taco Bell sauce is dank as fuck yo, end of story.

Three stars is the most I'd give a Taco Bell, but this one earns it. They hook it up with the senior discount on all my visits since they know I'm a regular (I'm only 33). 10% off saves ya girl some dough! I can always expect the food to be good old TB. Although I feel the portion sizes have diminished over the years, but what can you expect?

Love this Taco Bell. The staff is always courteous & fast, wether I dine in or drive through. I have to say the Crunch Wraps are a must if you haven't tried them. Bacon for me & steak for him.
