EVERY time we go to this Taco Bell it's a lesson on how shitty fast food can really get. The service sucks, the food sucks and this is EASILY the biggest rip off in Bartlesville. I would give 0 stars if it let me.

i got the chicken bacon ranch fries, they didn't even close the lid so now my pants are stained with sauce and despair. they also forgot 3 tacos to our order AND the cherry on top was also forgetting to give us a fork for the fries of sauce and despair. i will be coming back because im a big back but please do better i cant keep defending yall like this.

Normally I like this location. But tonight’s experience was ridiculous. I mobile ordered and pulled up to box and they didn’t say a word for 35 minutes to my car or the car in the regular drive thru line. I couldn’t back up due to other cars behind me and 3 cars in front. I decided to pull towards the window because I thought maybe they had an issue with their speaker box and since I had already ordered, it should not be an issue. We then waited another 30 minutes to even reach the window. The car is in front of me seemed to speed off angrily and did not get food handed out to them. The worker at the window was very rude and seemed unsure of what they were doing. 10 minutes after finally reaching the window, (about an hour into this whole debacle) we got our order, or so I thought! I had a simple order two fries and Two tacos, I checked the bag just to make sure that I had everything in it and there were no Fries in the bag just the cheese. If you’re gonna make us wait an hour, at least have all our stuff in the bag. I walk in and see A couple people in line, but they were only waiting for their orders. The worker seem to be getting out DoorDash orders very fast, but no other orders. There was no communication as to what the holdup was. There were three workers which I understand might be less than they normally have, but there should at least be some communication as to an ETA of when we get our order. As I walk inside to go ask for my fries, the workers are visibly upset. They were also talking very loudly about how they weren’t gonna be taking the drive-through Orders for a while. Meaning the car is behind us and in the other line would also not get help for more than an hour and a half. One worker guy was throwing metal dishes or something in the back and a lady was yelling they can go to IHOP, IHOP is open. Very disappointed with the experience and will probably be giving my money to IHOP from now on since this is the slowest fast food on the Planet, and you don’t even get what you pay for the first time. All the workers had very bad attitudes and seemed like it was their first day on earth. This is ridiculous. We got there 1235pm and left with everything after 145pm

Plan on spending some time waiting for your food especially if you're going to use the drive thru. But the wait is worth it because the food you get when it's your turn is fresh. It's Taco Bell, but it's good Taco Bell.

Seriously, just close the lobby and drive through and just do doordash and Uber eats orders. I waited 20 minutes for 3 tacos. The lobby was frigid. I'm pretty sure the restaurant's only heat source was the quesadilla press. At least the order was mostly correct, there were 3 tacos, only missing the sauce packets. Service might be faster if they could get orders correct. Everyone in front of had to either have food remade or was missing something. My expectations were low (I know what Taco Bell is) but wow. This was my last Taco Bell visit.

I ordered 4 Catina Chicken tacos only for them to come with cold thrown on cheese. Not melted at all. The cheese was so cold in fact I could feel it through the wrapper… I went inside to have it remade only for another customer to walk in with a similar issue. 10 minutes later they get their order and nothing for. I make my request again only for it to JUST NOW be worked on. After I had to wait on my order to finish in the drive through, then wait 10 minutes and it takes another 10 to make 4 tacos. 2 of which STILL did not have that carina taco quality. My cini twists didn’t even have cinnamon. Overall usually disappointed with this Taco Bell but this takes the cake. I will never waste my hard earned money after I myself had a late busy shift. So I understand frustrations. However it was not busy to promote this type of “quality”. I do not recommend this Taco Bell

Unfortunately they are always either out of everything or the wait time is an 30 minutes to an hour or more. I’m sure the employees are doing their best, but fundamentally there must be something wrong with this store. Really unfortunate because it’s one of our favorite fast food places. Tonight they could not accept our order at all because they were unable to make any burritos or tacos.

I came in the other day and was getting so frustrated with the kiosk that a kind young lady that worked there I think she said her name was lyric. She explained everything and helped me with the kiosk. You don't get that now a days! She was amazing thank you lyric

How is it that if a customer chooses to spend between $60 and $70 dollars each order, the staff cannot ever get the order complete or correct? It never fails that we are ALWAYS missing 1/4 - 1/3 of our orders, every...single...time! And then the staff is hateful and treats us like its our fault they can't get the orders correct? This has gone beyond being ridiculous and it's absolutely the last time that I will ever give them our business.

Public, this manager was so supportive of a bday party we were throwing for some friends here - so good! Thank you from all of us at truth church!

Worst Taco Bell ever! And it's been that way for the 3-1/2 years I've been living in Bartlesville. Even though they supposedly changed management. You'll get served easy enough if you go through the drive thru but I made the mistake of thinking we could go inside. Our wait was close to an hour! Maybe they're trying to discourage anyone from going inside. If so, it's working! I'll never go inside there again.

The staff was very knowledgeable about allergen information and the food was prepared correctly. I haven't eaten inside this establishment, but frequent their drive through often.

food quality is lousy and price has doubled don't eat there staff ignored me completely took over 1/2 hour to get food and then it was soggy and I had to throw it away sent in a complaint about it 3 times and was completely ignored I seen 3 customers leave after ordering and paying while waiting so long for food while I was there no sauce in bag after requesting them lady at the counter had a speech problem and you couldn't hear her talking which caused peoples food to just sit there.

Customer service is horrible, place is never clean and the food is sloppy. You can tell they don't care about the customer.

Taco Bell. Seriously step it up. New crew every week, food quality down, now the value is gone.

It took 20 minutes to get 6 tacos. 3 of the tacos wasn't right, no sour cream. Dinning area was so dirty and water standing around the condiment area. Employees standing around in the back playing on their phones. People running in and out from behind the counter that wasn't in there uniforms.

I was in two nights ago ordered the party pack tacos crunchy and I live almost to pawhuska and well I got soft and they where soggy I didn't get my cinnabons now my two crunch wrap supremes

Got three tacos. Opened first one and the sour cream was placed on the side of the taco instead of inside. Then the paper wrapped around smearing the sour cream all over. Then I found all the same why. How does anyone do such a poor job. And the tray I was given still had food stuck to it.

Order was wrong. Missing one of the tacos from the combo, onions on the burritos, got nachos with cheese sauce instead of cinnamon twists. I called the location to explain that they messed up again and had to deal with a hostile manager. This is the 7th time they have screwed up the order. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Management is the problem at this location and she should be fired.

Awful attitude, women didn't want to take my card was just standing there with my drinks (they are completely watered down) then decided to take my card then slammed the door (drive thru) the sauce was open and spilled in the bag got all over the food most definitely do not recommend going

Look. You may think you've eaten at better Taco Bell's in your life. I grew up in the 90's, the little Taco Bell dog.. yeah I remember that guy. I remember the first time I walked into a Taco Bell. The inviting staff, the smell of nacho cheese, fresh seasoned meat, Baja blast.. I remember it like it was yesterday... THAT, is exactly how I felt when I stepped through the doors at this very specific Taco Bell location. I was welcomed into the establishment like a seasoned vet returning home from war.. as I approached the counter, there were no high pressure sales tactics used.. when asking if there was still a $5 box I was graced with a very pleasant "Absolutely", from my new found friend, Eric. Eric didn't speak English very well, but that was fine, I understood him perfectly. I ordered one taco, and one large Baja blast. The fire was actually fire, little hot for my taste so I opted for the Diablo sauce simply for the name. Alas, I should not done this for I was sent running for the restroom which to my dismay, fresh out of toilet paper. The lighting in the restroom was fantastic, floor was slightly sticky. After clogging the toilet with paper towels, I returned to my table where my old friend Eric had removed my tasty Baja blast and placed it in the trash can, why he did this, I'll never I know. After informing another employee that someone had thrown my drink away and asking for another, I was asked if I was the reason why there was water now flowing into the lobby and then was promptly escorted out of the establishment. I will be back to this location in the future to further test the plumbing.

Guaranteed not to prepare your order correctly. Unfortunately you're better off just trying elsewhere

Did they really have to close for a remodel when the Mexican pizza was just rereleased? Horrible timing.

Not the first subpar service at this location. If you are looking for good Mexican cuisine there are other great locations in town that will at least give you a more generous serving. Food is good, service is below par.

Just left there after ordering the chicken quesadilla combo in the drive-thru. Got home, opened the bag, no hot sauce like i asked for, no napkins & the quesadilla wasn't even cut up into pieces. Just when you think it couldn't get worse, it does. Great job, Taco Bell staff

Passing through and got the usual food, it was up to Taco Bell standards, broken taco shell and napkins crammed in the sack, but hey, the bag was sealed with a sticker!

Drive thru only... no big deal. Order got messed up and so we tried to knock on the door to get them to fix it because the line was long. We call and they say you have to wait through the line for the order to be fixed. Then once to the window to tell them what they already know. "Please pull forward to a parking spot" 20 min later, right back to square one. Once they came out with the "fixed order" they still missed part of the order and threw our receipt away. So still waiting for proper order. Bartlesville Taco Bell is pathetic. Really decide if you are ok with not getting what you payed for.

I've only gotten food here a couple times in the last few months because every single time we've gotten the wrong food or missing food. The staff is ridiculous and needs to be trained properly since they don't know how to make simple menu items.

I genuinely don't understand how everyone that works at this Taco Bell even got the job. Mediocre food and work. I get that it's Taco Bell but with a menu that's internationally known you'd think it would make it easy to not forget half the order or ask for sauce and just some how forget that the 300th person you've seen that day needs sauce.

Lived in Bartlesville for about two years now and this Taco Bell constantly fucks up orders, the customer service is ass and most importantly that have at most 3 people working. Without a doubt the worst Taco Bell I've been to.

I normally get good meals but my last take out was extremely disappointing. I had them leave of the so called Cheese sauce and paid extra for the shredded 3 cheese option. I had know idea they must have meant 3 strands of cheese. This is ridiculous when being charged extra.

Refused to make my food after submitting an online order. The employees inside the store were very rude.

They never get orders right.they are never friendly.overall crappy place.its not a dirty store but not clean at the same time.if i could give it half a star i would and thats only because they always have what you need

Food is average as expected. The smell of urine in and outside of the restrooms was nauseating!! Floors in kitchen needed sweeping, and tables and area around soda fountain were messy. Staff was just there pulling a paycheck. How does the health department miss this shit in their inspections??? GROSS!

Terrible service and had to repeat ourselves multiple time and the chalupas were all lettuce almost no meat and they were barely halfway full and it tasted old and awful wouldn't recommend might never get Taco Bell again.

I am normally a great advocate for the Taco Bell franchise, but this particular location is ABSOLUTELY HORRID. I kid you not, there was literal urine on the floor when I walked in. I approached the counter and waited for at least 7 minutes before an employee came to take my order. I asked for a chalupa, but apparently they don't sell chalupas, so I settled for a soft taco. When I get my food and bite into my soft taco, THE MEAT WAS UNCOOKED. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS TACO BELL.

I like the nachos and the crunchy tacos and you gotta love the quesadillas but for dessert you have to get the cinnamon twists they are the bomb.

So this place has been going downhill for awhile. The final straw was when i ordered a loaded potato griller and it was all tortilla. I'm not kidding I'll upload a picture of it. But I'm not going back until they step up their game.

This place is a joke, the people the food the store all of it. Never ever will I step foot back in this place. I not only eat here as a customer I have worked here and it is turkey the grosses place I have ever been in. Plus the management is terrible! This one should be shut down for sure.

They forgot my order gave me 10 dollars less of stuff. Me and my bros were waiting in line for 40 minutes the service is rediculsy I got my coin on those things that give you free food and the employee shook it off! Because he didn't want to make my food!

Ahh fuck it. I was gonna write a whole thing. But just don't give them your money. They owe me some chips...is the nicest thing I can say.

Fast service, great food, and free refills. Great place to go with some friends late night or quick meal at good price.

I stay away from this Taco Bell normally, but I have a teenager and they wear you down. We hadn't been here for about a year and half, because it took 40 minutes last time and they wouldn't refund our money to go elsewhere. But the kid wanted tacos and the drive thru line was short, so I figured I'd give it another try. Ordered 3 crispy tacos and a drink. Four cars, 15 minutes. I didn't realize she didn't check the bag. Dropped her off at home and came to work. She calls to tell me she got 1 broken taco and a bag full of sauce.

Takes to long. Staff just talking and taking their time. Stood in line for over 15 minutes. Could have went to the store and went home and cooked a home meal faster than their "fast" food.

Worst service ever. Literally 20 minutes in line for a taco. They should close at 11 like everything else in this town

This is the worst taco bell, I live in Bartlesville and went to Taco Bell and gave my order and the two people behind us got their orders before us so I asked what the deal was and where was our order, he went to ask about it and came back and said that was mistake made and hey were doing our order than but two more people got theirs orders and still hadn't got ours he was then giving others free stuff including people already sitting and eating, he offered us nothing. We finally got our order after waiting for 40 minutes. I called this in and not heard anything back from Taco Bell

It took me 45 minutes to get through the drive through. I would have left, but because of the layout once you're in you can't get out. The wait was absolutely unacceptable, I was told they were shorthanded and that's understandable, but at that point the drive through needs to be closed. Very poor management.

The service is terrible. We waited for 45 minutes multiple times! They don't care about service and they don't give out anything in response to the utterly deplorable service. The food is subpar and not cheap enough me to say, "Well you get what you pay for." Don't ever waste your time here.
