So we placed the order 23.15 after driving and the need for dinner, happy they were still open. We waited and at 23.45 they called us to say they were not able to make the order.
Not only to go in discussion about that they didn't accept the order (while we know how the uber eats system works) but also to put it in discussion the time we ordered, while we could show them the screen shots. They tried to talk their way out of it with a lot of excuses instead of owning up and making an offer to make it better. So no, a restaurant who puts the blame where it does not belong and goes in discussion for 20 minutes (after that we were tired of talking and said we were gonna hang up) is really a waste of time. After that we had only one option to order from.
