For such a busy Taco Bell the workers really do their best. They deal with a lot...uber, doordash, drunk people...but they make sure to take care of walk in customers as well. I'd like to say Thank You to Christian especially. He works so hard at the front and always has a positive attitude and smile!

$15 for a taco & burrito. Total rip off. Requested extra tomato on taco which wasn’t the case. Burrito was small. Flavors are decent but salty. Taco Bell really thinks because they made the logo & menu look nice that they can charge what they do. You better at least be paying your workers $20/hr for what you are charging on the menu.

I just recently ordered two taco burritos, and these guys who works there, they’re not fast enough to work in those type of fast environments restaurants, they took one hour to get my food ready, my uber driver who supposed to get the food for me been there since 9:02pm and now it’s 9:59pm , the order still says , wrapping since 9:10pm until now which is 9:59pm , I called restaurant phone number I tried to talk to one of the workers there, he or she hung up the phone. That’s ridiculous, I can’t believe it takes you guys 1hour to servicing a single customer, I’ll never buy any food from this restaurant anymore.

taco bell is like a fine wine… it gets better over time. 😇 the cheesy dorito gordita crunch is my favorite thing to order on the menu. i love the spicy ish ranch sauce and dorito hard taco shell. yummmmay. 🤤😋 omg & i love their crunch wrap supremes as well. furthermore, i recently ordered a “strawberry passion fruit agua refresca” and it’s very sweet yet flavorful so i suggest adding a bit of seltzer water in and it will be absolutely perfect. for dessert i am a huge fan of the cinnabon delights!

I think this location is having staffing issues, theyve been closed the past few days and their hours keep updating. Yesterday they were closed and they said they would be open today, and now its still closed and Saturday now shows as having hours of operation. They always keep forgetting food items as well

The person who packed up our order today did such a fantastic and thoughtful job, and he was very pleasant

Never again , 42 mins for an online order . 25 mins before I got there order placed . Waited 15 more terrible

Taco Bell why would you close at midnight if there’s a club right next door. It’s 1:50 am with over 200 ppl who are intoxicated and hungry. Why aren’t you open until 3 to make 10k for that hour. Mathematically, it makes no sense. Your cost for 2 more hours has to be no more than $675 max. Idk who’s own this Taco Bell but they didn’t graduate from business school.

I'm honestly not sure why this location is so slow at prepping orders. It takes 20-30 mins no matter if you order 1 taco or 10 tacos. They have so many workers behind the counter but this location does get a lot of delivery drivers standing around...maybe they need a better system... Food always hits but at this point, I can go to loco and they can whip up some fresh tacos for me faster than me waiting for an order at Taco Bell. Please step it up soon...

I wish I could give 0 stars, waited TWO HOURS for an UberEats order and it never came. Called them, and they said "I don't have your order, call back tomorrow" as if that would help LOL the actual Taco Bell corp should shut this location down it's horrendous and the people that work here couldn't be more rude understandably because of the location and ridiculous demand/lack of employees

Newly opened on W. Broadway I thought I'd give it a try. First, it's clean... it just opened. Second, there was plenty of help working Friday evening, maybe 7 people behind the counter and one employee at the corner of the front counter eating nachos and cheese right at the stainless steel counter where you order and pick up. Not a good look at all. Along with my order I ordered 2 large iced coffees. The employee making my drinks transferred it to two different cups and was futzing with it for a lengthy amount of time. Another bad look. I told them I was all set with the iced coffees and asked for 2 cups for soda. One of the cups had iced coffee or soda at the bottom so I asked for 2 new ones. I don't fault the young kids behind the counter but rather management for not training them properly. Like how you're not supposed to be eating at the front end, and how 2 regular iced coffee's aren't very complicated. Will I go back, no.

Sunday night, 7pm... 1st time at the establishment. I am excited. Looking forward to getting taco supremes and go home. I walk in. They have self ordering stations. Great. Start to place my order. "Excuse me sir?", says one of the staff. "Before you order, I want to let you know we are out of meet." I squint at her with a puzzled face. Look at her other coworker and my face clinched up out of confusion. The coworker takes over. "Yea. We dropped the meat. We have more, but we just opened it and it will take an hour to get it ready." My eyes go from her to another lady in line who is waiting for her order. She gave me a shrug and wtf eye roll. The Taco Bell employee, saw the exchange and stated, "I am really sorry." I have a skeptical smile and turn to leave. "Have a good night!", were her last words. As I was writing this review, the lady waiting for her order walked out with her food. Be warned of some or all: 1. Clumsy food handling 2. Lazy folks who want to shut down the store early 3. Awful customer service

I've been here 3 times. The first time was ok the second was ok but the third time I was a little annoyed. Had I not been hungry I would've left. I was there with my 5 year old kid who was hyper. The kind of kid you always have to keep and eye on. I walked up to the counter and was starting to place my order when a young worker directed me to the self serve kiosk. He said I could order here. I didn't want to use that at the time though because I had my kid with me and needed to watch her. I was in a hurry and not really interested in doing it myself. I would have done it myself if that was what I wanted to do when I got inside in the first place. I asked him if they don't take orders at the counter anymore and he told me it was "just as fast this way"and he'd "walk me through it". This is when I wanted to ask if I'd receive a discount for placing my own order but I decided not to because I was in a hurry. I was hangry, what do you expect??? Lol It took a few minutes to order because I had to constantly look back at my kid. I'm just not sure why he insisted on me doing it but I did and I don't particularly like that I was made to do it when this place is supposed to let you choose how you want to be serviced. At least that's what happened the first 2 times I was there. I'll skip it from now on. It's not that good anyway. I can take it or leave it. Next time I'll go to Magoos.

this location is awful... our driver was waiting 45 minutes for our food just to tell him they don't have our order.

Are you fucking kidding. These people do not know how to make an order. I am serious. Like I know Taco Bell is low effort but I didn't think that they did not use their brains either. I got nothing that I wanted in my order. Better yet they do not know how to answer their phone. Shocker. I will be calling corporate and I hope they get fired.wyfsy2-horBif-vevsoz

This place is a joke. Doordashed a few times and each time they either leave my dasher waiting there for 45 minutes or they forget an item. This most recent time one of the tacos was opened and the filling spilled out into the bag. Don't waste your money here

Terrible customer service. I had been left waiting to order at the counter for 10 minutes with no employee talking to me, and when someone finally talked to me, the guy was rude, then refused to take my order. I'll never go back to that Taco Bell, it's a shame it is the only one close.

Food is pretty good I've never had any issues but everytime I order drinks for delivery they never include them...

Was concerned about the bad reviews, but I had no issues here. Food came out fast, tasted good, and restsurant was clean!

if I could give this 0 stars i would! i got terrible food poisoning and it made my cheeks spread like the plague, my butt is still burning and sore and I think my stomach is turned inside out. I do not recommend this quote on quote ¨ Taco Paradise¨ My toilet has been clogged from the volcanic level of poo that has streamed out of my butt against my will and im drowning in debt because of my apartment suing me for property damage due to the pipe explosion because of the build up of poo and toilet paper in the pipes, I am also in the hospital because fecal matter has been coming out in more ways than one. Please for your own safety never eat at Taco Bell ever.

This taco bell sucks, it's new so i guess i gotta give it time but they had workers that weren't even doing anything and they messed up my order a little. I ordered on the computer things in the store and I guess it never went into their system (which isn't the workers' fault so I don't blame them for that, but the company needs to fix that. It had me waiting for a half an hour or more and I watched two people who ordered after me, get their orders before me. I was pissed because I was so hungry. Waste of my time and it wasn't even worth the money. I get that they're new but I'm not going back.

Hey for everyone the Taco Bell in South Boston has mice i seen two run pass my lag and it's not the first time I told the manager before when I seen them and he said ok and that was it and now I can back and they still have it I I leave recommend not to eat there disgusting

This was by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The employees when I went in today were joking around, had headphones in, and the cashier had filled a big bowl up with the nacho cheese and was eating chips and cheese while I was ordering. I got a beef burrito and asked for no sour cream, I watched as the employee made it and put sour cream on. I asked if he could make one without sour cream as I ordered it and he spiked the wrong one into the trash, was visibly mad, and another employee made my order. I ordered it grilled and they did not grill it but by this point I decided it was just time to take what I got and leave. I'll probably never go back to this location.

Place doesn't even deserve a star, horrible customer service. Missing an item in my order and called the store to try to navigate. Spoke with a very rude employee who said they were the manager "Dave" which I believe is false. Telling me I was lying about the missing item and nothing can can do to help. When I asked for "dave" last name they told me I don't need to know that information. Customer service was terrible and we will not be visiting this store again.

I'm not sure they should have opened this location. The customer service here is terrible. The cashier can't seem to count or maybe she's unwilling to learn. My order came to $9.07. I gave her $10.10 and she gave back 75 cents. I wouldn't have cared about the dollar if she was friendly .. welcoming. She and another girl just sat in chairs and stared as if my coming in for a bite to eat was bothering them. In fact they did that to every person that walked in. I counted 10 bodies but only 2 were working. I'm not sure of the ages of the people working here but if there are any adults .. I can't tell. To top it all off my food was disgustingly scattered throughout the bag and let me not forget .. under cooked. I don't think there's anyone that truly cares about this place .. I mean look at the reviews. If it were my business I would be embarrassed. These reviews tell me that whomever owns this place feels otherwise. I'm rooting for y'all to be shut down. .. because at this point your just taking up space. Get it together.
