Taco Bell

I had a terrible experience with Manager Al at the Taco Bell location. I ordered a frozen drink, but they didn't have the flavor I wanted, so I was given a different one. Five minutes later, I returned to the long line to ask for a change because I didn't like the flavor I was given. Manager Al refused to change the drink, denied me a refund, and dismissed me completely. His behavior was extremely rude and even racist. I can't believe Taco Bell would have such a person managing their establishment. My hard earned money was put to waste as well as the embarrassment of being ignored and dismissed in front of other paying patrons. A simple flavor exchange would have been okay, but he insisted on being rude, racist and dismissive. I will also be reporting this to Taco Bell’s home office.

Had a coupon for a free taco. They wouldn't accept it. Would give the service 0 stars if I could.

Don't ever go to this taco bell unless you like over paying or you use the app so the points add up anyways. For me, app or not I'm not paying $21 when I can drive a mile and pay half that

Good fast helpful staff clean nice

The manager was very very VERY rude! I asked him if the order he was calling out was for a taco supreme? And he rudely said the cashier gave you a receipt. I said no he didn’t (it would have been in my hand if so). The manager then ignored me when I said they and kept yelling for 173. So I figured it was mind because everyone else behind had just ordered a second ago. When I opened the bag my order was completely wrong. Why didn’t I take it back? Well because I didn’t wanna deal with the managers rudeness again and especially if I didn’t have a receipt. My drink was the only correct part. The cashier looked like he was being bothered and annoyed. Watched him almost throw a handful of sauce at the customer in front of me when the customer has the bag open so the cashier could drop it in. But no he shoved them at him and they all landed on the counter. Thankfully I have a Taco Bell across the start from my condo so I think I’ll just go there from now on. Manager and cashier need to learn some customer service manners. And I work in customs service so they definitely didn’t act correctly. Only person who looked nice was the poor guy making all the food. At least I saw one smile out of him

Rip off I came for the happy hour drinks and this location is charging full price and calling it happy hour I will be calling taco bell head quarters and better business bureau to report this as false advertising which is illegal. The owner of the franchise came out yelling at me he doesn't do half off drinks at his location

I wanted a exchange or a refund my daughter wasn’t pleased with her order it was undercooked the heavy set manager in the blue shirt said no refunds no exchanges thats what she ordered so no no no I asked to speak to a manager higher then him he said absolutely not he said he was the manager of all the restaurants at the food court .i know he was lying about that but whatever.any other Taco Bell would’ve gave me a refund or exchange this man is a clown for sure I will never eat here again for real

As far as expectations that I have from a fast food place, this taco bell does not disappoint. The kids and us come here regularly after school and enjoy their $1 menu. It's probably the least unhealthy junk food there is in my opinion. You have a big selection of meat, vegeterian, hot and spicy, or whatever rocks your boat. Service is fast and D is the nicest order taking lady ever! Will stay a favorite of ours whenever we want a quick yummy bite on the go.

Just ordered tonight and they didn't give me a majority of my order. Missing grilled cheese burrito and a Doritos taco. They also gave me a flour tortilla with just beef inside. Really pissed because I haven't eaten all day and this was supposed to be my treat.

Consistently average. I work in the mall and I eat here more often than any other spot. The food is exactly what you would expect from Taco Bell. The service is adequate. One woman is consistently friendly. The other employees are not mean, it rude but they aren't nice either. The only real complaint I have is that they are more expensive than other taco bells probably having to do with them being in a mall. Mall employees do get a 10% discount.

This Taco Bell got me through the line just fast enough to not complain about, however I wouldn't be writing a review if I had nothing to complain about. I ordered a cheesy gordita and expected it to taste like one, but instead tasted like dog food. I took two bites of the taco and almost had to spit it out. It was cold and nasty and all I want to say is don't make this taco bell a stop if its not midday. They'll waste your money. ‍
