"The Taco Bell where the narrator and Jon first met for their date in 2013. It was located in a mall food court in Cambridge, Boston, and became a significant place in their relationship. The location, however, has since closed." - Bettina Makalintal

It’s a miracle if you actually get a chance to order food here. They always close earlier. Last 3 times i was there it was always the same story. Register “doesn’t work” half an hour before closing time ? When I contacted customer service i was offered 2 coupons for a dollar taco. I did not accept that since i think it’s a very poor and disrespectful offer. I guess taco bell doesn’t care about it’s customers at all anymore.

Ordering online is a nightmare, we’ve ordered about a dozen times in the past 3 months and they get the order correct about 40% of the time. The worst part of online ordering is not necessarily the inaccuracy, its more that they force you to wait in the normal line to pick it up, where every other Taco Bell has a (no line) pickup station The owner of this restaurant reached out regarding a former complaint of order accuracy and having to wait to pickup food, but orders continue to be inaccurate and we continue to have to go to the normal line- so it seems as if they just threw the complaint away + 60% of our order gets thrown away

Taco Bell's a classic. Picked up a Doritos Locos Taco this time. Man, that thing had a kick! It was like they gave the regular taco a spicy makeover. Perfect after a long shift.

(Edit: taking a star off because of an abysmal experience trying to order through their website) Eh, it's Taco Bell. It's not great but also not the worst by any means. You go in knowing you're going to sacrifice quality for a better price point. Besides being one of the only Taco Bells within range of the T, there's nothing special about this location. However, every time I've been here there have been long waits for food, sometimes approaching 10 minutes. Honestly, if you're craving Tex-Mex and neither time nor money are pressing concerns, head down Cambridge St. to Lone Star.

Ordered for pickup for a quick bite but their online ordering system was a mess. Staffs were very rude and when asked about the wait time, they responded it in a somewhat condescending manner. This was my second time at Taco Bell and I would recommend getting your Mexican food cravings elsewhere.

Located in the food court at the Cambridge mall. Quick service and it's Taco Bell so nothing to really complain about.

I have ordered thru uber eats from them 4 times now, trying to give them a chance to be better but they have consistently shown no improvement. I understand as a fellow restaurant worker that you want to take care of the customers that are in the store already and not thru a third party delivery. but between the delivery fee service fees and taxes it almost doubles the order cost and those of us who order thru them are customers as well paying your wages and keeping your business afloat. we should therefore not be cast aside as unimportant simply because we are not in front of you and made to wait over an hour for you to input t he order or in this case not confirm the order on the tablet so my food gets cold sitting there and I end up having to call the restaurant to make sure you do your job correctly. so now my food will be cold late and at this point I do not even want it. So thanks for ruining a former customers day.

My 5 stars is only for the doritos taco... I know is not good to have often. But those are good in taste. I only had them at a mall or any far place, now they open one in downtown, I'll "try" to stay away from that end.
