Taco Bell Cantina

The food taste was fine, but the service was just ridiculous: they forgot to put chicken in the chicken bowl and forgot to give guacamole. Instead of “we’re so sorry” they gave me “you’re so annoying” look 👀 Also, the portion size was smaller than usual. The floor looked like they never clean it 😕

My go-to fast food restaurant. I like the double stack taco with refried beans (instead of meat). I ordered five items today and it cost me about ten dollars. I like that. I was at Subway not too ago and spent more than twenty dollars on a meal. Long live Taco Bell.

The Taco Bell on King Street has become UNSAFE!!! This guy threatened a young female - he made gun motions and he said he was gonna shoot- two different times. I called 911 & we waited over 8 MINUTES before cops arrived. The young woman left and the Taco Bell staff wouldn’t get involved with the police?!?!! The staff knew him they said. He is a regular there. The police walked him out and let him walk away?? They couldn’t help because the Taco Bell Bell Staff wouldn’t assist and the victim left. It is super sad that you can’t go to a restaurant and eat without this kind of crazy atmosphere. Taco Bell needs SECURITY! They have security at many public places and it is needed.

Came into the Taco Bell Cantina after a night out per usual and ordered $53 worth of food. Someone else picked up my food apparently and I asked the staff what had happened…the response was “someone took your order and we called your name multiple times.” It was loud, because of the bad crowd, so I never heard. I requested they make me my $53 order again, they refused and when I called them thieves, they snapped and threatened to call the cops. I told them to go ahead and call, because the cops would laugh at them. The two employees involved should be fired and I should be refunded, or at very least given a gift card. Would love to submit this video to someone competent.

No complaints about this new Taco Bell (Cantina) concept. Ok food at fair price and if you are old enough you can wash it down with an alcoholic beverage. Has some outdoor seating, nice employees....this place gives the average Joe a place to eat in Old Town that is mostly very expensive. Drink Up!

My bean burrito soft tortilla shell was crunchy, and the worker making food remade it for me. She was so nice. They food was okay. Guacamole tasted a little sour. I went to sit and eat on the patio but immediately went back inside. There were mice running around everywhere. You might want to invest in some sort of rodent removal? Catch and release? I don't think I would eat there again only because of the rodent issue. I always worry that if they are outside, they can figure out how to get inside.

Worst Taco Bell in the area. Been here 10 times because it’s close and they forgot at least 1 thing in the order every time. Either they don’t know how to count to 12 or they don’t know how to read, but regardless, they certainly don’t know how to make it worth giving them another shot.

Best Taco Bell in our area. Great staff great food delivery. Whoever runs this ship and their staff should be proud of themaelves, because the product does matter and they are amazing. I usually order online, but have seen this location in person and I’d rate them the best in the country if I could.
