First off, this was an excellent idea on Taco Bell's part to create a restaurant concept that feels open yet like a fast casual restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages. I'm not sure if it's because they just opened, but the food tasted a bit fresher too. Pricing is pretty much the same as other Taco Bells and it offers the same options as far as food goes, plus a couple others.
As far as the Twisted Freezes go, it's basically just choosing a flavor and adding either Vodka, Rum, or Tequila in that differ in price. I personally got the Strawberry Kiwi Freeze with Vodka and thought it was pretty good. It's especially nice because the alcohol they serve is local. The vodka is Tito's, as a quick example.
The crowd was generally the average millennial, which is obviously the target, especially with this being right near UT. (What can I say, I'm a millennial as well.)
If you're in the area and want a quick bite to eat, just want a bit of alcohol to whet your appetite, and/or don't mind standard Taco Bell (or tipping a bartender) then I would definitely recommend checking this one out. I'm personally going to try the Blue Raspberry Freeze next time I go.
