Taco Bell Cantina

Great location in the heart of Times Square! The food is very good, and the prices are reasonable. It does get crowded in the evening, but the service is quick. I found it quite interesting the way they shout your name to let you know your order is ready.

The place is well placed at Times Square but order processing is really slow here. Also, Quantity of product delivered is less comparing if you visit different store and pay same amount of money. The Taco Bell interiors of the store is good, walls designed well for the location, Good atmosphere.

I lost my receipt to write a review directly to Taco Bell but I figured I could do it here. To start off , the food is great also their alcohol drinks which I got a margarita mix with Tequila. The place is nice and clean, but their bathrooms are small, to me that’s the down side to it. The service was outstanding! Especially coming from the manager who was there, Frankie. He hand in my order and on top of that he cleaned my table! I was with my two friends and they were in shocked how fast he was and mindful of coming in to clean our table. That says a lot about him, I will definitely be coming back to this location. Shout out to Frankie who made our day the best in Time Square and for the recommendations in NYC of places to visit! Thank you Frankie!

I had an amazing experience thanks to Luis, the armed security guard at Taco Bell. He went above and beyond to assist me while I was there. When I accidentally dropped my drink, Luis quickly stepped in, cleaned up the mess, and even got me a new drink. As someone in a wheelchair, his help was truly appreciated—he made sure I was comfortable and even guided me to the right location for my hotel. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding. Taco Bell is lucky to have someone like Luis ensuring the safety and comfort of its customers. Thank you, Luis!

Small restaurant on Times Square where you can eat well. The staff is friendly and fast. The only problem is the room because it is very small and there are a lot of people. You have to wait for a seat or go eat outside.

My virgin Taco Bell experience, gotta say it tastes delicious! And the fluffy frozen drink didn’t give me brain freeze😌love it and would definitely come back. The crunchy Taco and beef Burrito is 🤌

Order on the App and take advantage of the non-inflated NYC pricing at Time Square’s Taco Bell Cantina location. The food was good, But the service was horrible. I had to wait almost an hour for 2 steak burritos meals and their excuse was “there was a big order before me”. There’s literally no explanation for waiting an hour for that small of an order.
