Terrible, do not come here, its not worth it, don't believe all the hype, you deserve better than the rudeness that will come out of this Taco Bell Cantina.
I am an avid Taco Bell lover, that bell has been close to my heart my entire life. When it comes to fast food spots, Taco Bell is my go-to, so much so, that I've visited locations in the US and around the world. With that said, this is the WORSE experience I've ever had at any of their locations.
As a man who loves the bell, and has always preferred to think outside the bun, when I heard that there was an actual Taco Bell that served alcohol in New Port, I was excited!
We pulled up on a Saturday around 9pm, not too late. The location has terrible parking! There was none at the front, or at any of the parking lots around. This Taco Bell is close to the beach, and fittingly close to other bars. We were left no other option but, to park a block out and walk to this small Taco Bell.
Once inside, to be honest, it was nothing special. It was dirty, it felt crammed, and the rudest Taco Bell employee on Earth was working the front, but we'll get to that later.
They had two digital menus in the front that you could order from, we decided to get some food, and I needed a pick-me up, so I ordered a Taco Bell Cinnabon Coffee. You type in your name and then wait for them to call it, to give you your food.
Unfortunately, you could only order alcohol from the incredibly rude individual at the front that had stank radiating from her face. You can not order it from the digital menu.
As we ordered with her, she was very condescending, spoke passive aggressively, and was not helpful at all. I had to look at her at one moment and makes sure she didn't have anything stuck anywhere, as she seemed to hate working at Taco Bell.
We wanted to try the sluhies/freezies. They offered Margarita and Baja Blast flavors. We chose to have them with Tequila, but it seemed there were other options of liquor as well. Unfortunately, we didn't know what those options were since the person working the register seemed like she wanted to throw a taco at us whenever we spoke to her or asked any questions. To avoid angering this beastly creature, we just ordered two of each freezie.
She made the margarita first. Nothing special, she just got it out of the freezie machine and put tequila in it. Then she slammed them on the counter, angrily!
She then attended to other customers and never made the Baja Blast spiked freezies. We were confused. It would have probably been much smarter to finish the order she started, before attending to other customers.
We decided to sit down and wait. We waited close to 20 minutes before food arrived. Mind you, this place was not busy at all. There were maybe 5 other people, nothing more.
This lady working the front seemed to be giving stank and rudeness to every poor soul that approached her. Someone asked about the restroom code, she would snap back with an evil look that could pierce your soul, and leave you without one.
This soulless, poor excuse for an employee was horrendous and made this Taco Bell experience horrendous!
When we approached her to ask about our missing beverages, she looked at us sarcastically, and spoke to us passive aggressively. It almost seemed like she was ready to hop the counter and hit us.
We got only one spiked Baja Blast from her, and the coffee. We never got our missing drink, and we preferred it be best to just leave the restaurant and not engage with that poor excuse for a human.
Honestly, the drinks were not even worth it. They cost 10 bucks each! Ridiculous! You are better off getting a Baja Blast from ANOTHER Taco Bell way, way, way, far away from this one, and just add Tequila!
Voila! You would save yourself some money, avoid exposing yourself to dirtiness, and best of all, avoid interacting with an individual that hates their jobs and goes out of their way to makes sure you know it.
After this experience, 'NO quiero Taco Bell,'.
Best to go elsewhere.
