Let me begin my review by stating that I've been visiting this Taco Bell/ KFC for three years now and have had many negative experiences here, so after three years of built-up irritation stemming from this establishment I finally have been pushed to the point of bringing it to yelp.
I entered the drive thru line this afternoon and was surprised to see that the line and the parking lot were virtually empty, and it gave me hope that they would get my order correct this time. I pulled up to the mic and ordered a 3 piece BBQ chicken tender basket meal and a Doritos Locos taco, speaking as slowly and clearly as I could as I've had them forget the taco before. She asked what kind of drink I wanted and I said a sweet tea.
She told me to pull up to the window for my total. I paid, she handed me back my card but when I looked at my receipt, I noticed she did not ring up the taco (of course). As I tried to get her attention, she ignored me up until she handed me my food and drink, but I was finally able to politely tell her that she didn't ring up the taco.
The manager walked over and asked what the issue was. The girl repeatedly said she didn't hear me order a taco and I said it's fine, here's my card I'll just pay for it now.
On my way home I sip my "sweet tea" which is actually a Coca Cola (not sure how you mishear that) and am dreading checking my food.
Not only did they get the drink wrong, but they gave me plain tenders instead of BBQ, and to top it off, they gave me a taco that was so soggy, crumbled and cold that I had to throw it in the trash anyway. Glad I went out of my way to ask and pay for the taco they forgot just to throw it away!
Come on, guys, do better. It wasn't even busy! Would it kill you to not get high before work at least one day a week?!
