I went through drive-through. My ordertakers name was Mr. G it was the best fast food experience I’ve ever had amazing customer service skills. The food was hot and fresh, and it came out very quickly. Thank you Mr. G.

Had to repeat myself multiple times just to get the order on screen correct. Once it was verified as correct I went to the window and I paid The bag of food I received was not correct/ didn’t have the correct number of items inside so I tried to hand it back at the drive through and was told to come inside to fix it- so me going through the drive through was now pointless as I had to come inside in the rain because they could not do their jobs after taking multiple times just to fix the items on screen- when I get inside first I was just blatantly ignored … then I was told “you were holding up the drive through time so you had to come inside” the drive through time is meant to keep you doing your job properly not work around the system by forcing someone who went through drive through to come inside in the rain - that is the most ridiculous thing- and I will be reporting this to corporate- you not doing your job is holding up the drive through- I should not have to come inside bc you cannot do your job properly I decided to get a refund and then he tried to refund me for $18 and change instead of the actual total I paid when I pointed this out he added some sauce packets to the incorrect refund check which still did not come to the correct total- And when I asked for the original receipt back i was told we can’t do that- so now I don’t have a full refund nor the original receipt - this doesn’t even. Have correct items on it

Listen, I come to Taco Bell more than I would like to admit, but I refuse to go to any location other than the one on N. Tryon St. Gerald and his team never disappoint. My order is always correct and made perfectly. And they always get you in and out of the line super quick. The staff there are always very friendly and the food is always amazing. Gerald is a great leader and holds everybody to a high standard.

Get my food here once and a while, night shift doesn't care just wanted to get off. Paid $10 for my food was horrible I got the caliente discovery box was cold, nasty old meat, tea was spoiled. You could tell the food been sitting they were not cooking fresh. I spit out most of it.. pissed

Would like to say thank you to the workers at disestablishment, on June 1225. We're in here about 6 o'clock. I'm in over the road truck driver, I go all over the United States and was very impressed with this Taco Bell. It's the best Taco Bell food. I've eaten in a long time. I know most of the places. It's the exact same food but you can tell when people actually care about their job. The food even tasted better than I tasted in such a long time, place was clean. Everyone here was polite. It was definitely a switch from what I'm used to and I just wanted. I do appreciate it. 🙏 keep up the great work. Truly thank you it's gotten hard to find people that care..

Sometimes I get more food( someone else's order and mine) sometimes I'm missing things, sometimes I pay for sauce and they give me a single dips worth. The staff is always nice and understanding but also sometimes I wait for 30 minutes to get my food in the drive through after 5 and the drive through can be empty Rarely is my order right Pic is the suace I paid almost a dollar for

I came into the establishment asking if they were hiring and the General Manager said I looked "dope dealer" and a "ragamuffin" because I had a du-rag on when I was Just asking a simple yes or no question. Not an interview just if they were hiring at the time.

Just left after my second visit and idk what's with these reviews because the first time was pleasant and this time was also really pleasant. I had a car full of nagging kids and the cashier was lovely I was there around 6:45. Not just that but we order so picky because of picky eaters and everything came out quick and correct.

I placed an order in the Taco Bell app. When I went to pick it up, I discovered I'd mistakenly sent it to this location, clear on the opposite side of Charlotte. While I take the error, the people at this location made no effort to help me cancel it. When I called, they abruptly told me to go online and hung up. When I found the contact function hard to navigate, no one would even come on the line. This is unacceptable. Even though I made a mistake, the lack of help was appalling.

I work just down the road in our new office building and I was excited to see a Taco Bell down the street from us but was disappointed in the reviews. Well, maybe it's the time of day that you go but during lunch the line moves quickly and this Taco Bell actually packs their tacos to the edge. I struggle to think of a Taco Bell that makes better tacos. Everyone there has always been pleasant and I've never had a bad experience so I'll keep going back for my Doritos Locos and Cheesy Gorditas

The worst Taco Bell in Charlotte please don't come here dirty people. I went in there everyone is yelling and laughing and it took them 20 minutes to MAKE A 3 TACO. Me giving them a 1 star IS NOT EVEN ENOUGH of how bad the food was too.

Upon arrival you can definitely tell it's a new or newly renovated Taco Bell. When you pull into the drive-thru, you are greeted with a new LED menu screen. The staff were polite, they even made sure we got our extra sauces we ordered in app. The wait was very short seeing as the parking lot was basically empty. I'm not sure if our local Taco Bell is run by slackers or if Taco Bell got new chips, but for the first time my chips were seasoned and absolutely delicious!

I saw all the bad reviews and was honestly a little worried about ordering from here. I will say I was very pleased and surprised with how completely correct my order was, even the number of sauce packets. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming as well, even joking with me and sharing a couple laughs. This place seems to be better than these other reviews reflect.

Horrible customer service. " ARE YOU READY TO ORDER?!" We haven't been to Taco Bell in a long time so we needed time to check the menu. We never received one order. Homeless people outside all the time asking us for tacos. Very unsafe environment. Don't come to this Taco Bell!

This Taco Bell is trash. I will never eat here again. My friend picked up takeout and brought it home to us. I ordered one Doritos Locos taco and he didn't check it out before bringing it back, when I got it it was inedible. The taco completely fell apart and was so soggy it appeared as if it had been dropped on the ground or in water. I picked it apart and tried to eat some pieces of it but it tasted horrible. Very disappointed.

This location has always been my favorite because they get the food out fast and the people are nice. After tonight I will not be going back. I went to the drive thru and ordered 4 things, I was told to park and they would bring out my order. Okay, perfect. 30 mins go by and no food was brought out but other cars was getting their order. I decided to go in to see what was up, and was told that they had given my order to someone in the drive thru. Mistakes happen and I was chill about it until I saw the workers on the line. 2 of them had no idea what was going on and what food went with what order. The "manager" with a ratchet orange weave was ignoring everyone at the register then proceeded to step outside and do god knows what for 5 minutes. Another worker who I am sure was a midget was just sitting on the line laughing about the wrong orders and doing nothing. I have never had this bad of an experience with a fast food restaurant ever. After 40 mins and an attitude from the "manager" I was given my food. Very mid. Anyways these people need to do better and have a better attitude if they want to keep their job.

If you want Taco Bell or KFC I suggest trying a different location, my whole order is wrong the quesadilla they gave us dry af too and every time I call to let them know no one picks up or if they do pick up they immediately hang up without saying anything. This place is garbage. Please save your peace of mind and wallet and don't come here 0/5. And

Place has actually never failed me like other taco bells that always get orders wrong. I go to get my food here every other week for lunch around 2 and its usually not held back. Food is good people are nice.

Waited in the drive through for an hour and was given the wrong food absolutely ridiculous I mean I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and finished a meal faster than the drive through at this place. Old woman at the window seemed to be struggling quite a bit as well.

I was the DA that touched the stove when all the reviews said it was blistering hot do not make this same mistake. If you are about to go to this absolute trash can of a place, Bruh turn around an go home I don't care how hungry you are or what time it is, I promise im saving you. An when you aren't doubled over in pain I expect you to come back and like this review. Also my order was wrong spent 30 bucks an got like 12 bucks of food. On top of all that I also waited 30 minutes. Really makes me wonder how its still open because the reviews from 5 years ago are still spot on. Also something tells me they wouldn't get near a passing inspection.

An absolute embarrassment to the community!!! Being in the business management field I can't believe this place can even afford to stay open. I literally watched 2 girls up front lie to an elderly gentleman in efforts to talk him out of eating here. They told him it would be long wait for them to make what he wanted. This was just after they did the same thing to an entire family that ended up leaving without eating. The employees here are costing this company 100x what they are being paid. That I can guarantee!!! The sad thing is that I feel sure upper management sees these reviews but does nothing. What ever happen to taking pride in what you do? I think I may go back tomorrow and take a photo of the slackers to post with this review. Thanks, Tom

Zero stars. I sat in line for twenty minutes in the drive thru after these ding dongs took my order. After two cars got sick of waiting and pulled off without getting their food or paying for it, I decided to follow suit. Taco Bell is supposed to be fast food. One of the easiest jobs on earth. What sort of person can't do their job in a half assed manner at Taco Bell? I drove off in a tiffy and will not return. To say the employees are sub par mentally would be a compliment to their actual intellectual abilities. F U Taco Bell for keeping this place open.

This is the best Taco Bell in Charlotte, maybe the best anywhere! I am a Tbell aficionado and this is the absolute best Taco Bell I have ever been to. The cashiers are so warm, friendly, and kind. The food is amazing! It's always warm and feels like it was made with love and care. And to top this all off, there is a beautiful view of the Charlotte skyline from the drive thru! I drive way out of my way, past other Taco Bells, to get to this location. I don't know what they are putting in the water here but it's working!

Not even so much as eye contact when handing customers their food is almost comical (not to mention the customer actually saying "thank you" with no response) Where is the hidden camera??? LOL I thought maybe friends and family keep this one in business...but on second thought, I'm certain they get their food free. How DO they stay open anyway???

The others are correct. This is the worst Taco Bell or KFC I've ever been to. The stuff that they remembered in the order was not prepared correctly. The most basic thing at TB is a beef hardshell. There could not have been less beef or lettuce on the sad things. I went inside to get the stuff they forgot in the drive thru and the kitchen was just disgusting. I was surprised to see they had a decent sanitation score, whatever that's worth. Lastly, I was bummed that I couldn't slam them on their survey because they didn't put a receipt in the bag!

I've been here at least 5 times and can confidently say that this place is terrible. Long story short - first few times I went there was a long wait (10-15m in drive thru line), and last night they put ground beef in my girlfriend's crunchwrap... she's vegan and hasn't eaten meat in about 2 years. Needless to say, she was not happy when she took a bite. We had even asked the drive thru worker to make sure there was no meat/dairy in the crunchwrap and she verbally confirmed when she handed us our food. I never thought I'd say this, but it's worth it to drive an additional 7m or so to the TB location on sugar creek rd. This place is a joke.

Let me begin my review by stating that I've been visiting this Taco Bell/ KFC for three years now and have had many negative experiences here, so after three years of built-up irritation stemming from this establishment I finally have been pushed to the point of bringing it to yelp. I entered the drive thru line this afternoon and was surprised to see that the line and the parking lot were virtually empty, and it gave me hope that they would get my order correct this time. I pulled up to the mic and ordered a 3 piece BBQ chicken tender basket meal and a Doritos Locos taco, speaking as slowly and clearly as I could as I've had them forget the taco before. She asked what kind of drink I wanted and I said a sweet tea. She told me to pull up to the window for my total. I paid, she handed me back my card but when I looked at my receipt, I noticed she did not ring up the taco (of course). As I tried to get her attention, she ignored me up until she handed me my food and drink, but I was finally able to politely tell her that she didn't ring up the taco. The manager walked over and asked what the issue was. The girl repeatedly said she didn't hear me order a taco and I said it's fine, here's my card I'll just pay for it now. On my way home I sip my "sweet tea" which is actually a Coca Cola (not sure how you mishear that) and am dreading checking my food. Not only did they get the drink wrong, but they gave me plain tenders instead of BBQ, and to top it off, they gave me a taco that was so soggy, crumbled and cold that I had to throw it in the trash anyway. Glad I went out of my way to ask and pay for the taco they forgot just to throw it away! Come on, guys, do better. It wasn't even busy! Would it kill you to not get high before work at least one day a week?!

The workers inside were laughing and making jokes not even caring to make food. I will never return to this franchise again

Was craving a taco so I stopped by. The line was long but it's fast food so I thought it would go quickly. Twenty minutes later (I really wanted a taco) I get to the speaker to be told to hold. I wait another five minutes until I was asked for my order while people are honking at me like it's my fault and on top of that they don't have any flat bread but okay it happens. Then I pull up and nobody comes to the window for another five minutes and they open and start to speak and slam it shut again for another five minutes. Then finally they take my money and here goes the wait again. I wait and wait till finally I think I'm getting my order and the employees says we are out of beef and we can sub at no extra cost like they're doing me a favor at this point. I was just over it after 35 minutes in a drive thru. I just asked for my money back and left. Can't believe how rough this experience was and I'm just letting y'all know you should head to a different location if you want to actually eat.

If I could give a zero rating I would. By far the WORST place. I literally drive past this place to visit another location. Every order, every single time I ordered, it was wrong or they were out. Makes we wonder, who messing up inventory or who's lying to keep from working. Called corporate and made a complaint several times. I just wasted my time as I never had a follow up or seem improvement. Do yourself a favor, find a different Taco Bell

This is hands down the worst taco bell establishment in Charlotte. I visited this location around 5pm on a Saturday. This particular Taco Bell is fused with a KFC. As I pull up to the ordering box I sat there for about 5 minutes waiting to order. Finally once I was greeted I reissued my order 4 times before deciding this was not going to work so I should go inside to order. Once I went inside I saw why he couldn't understand me clear . The employees were playing around , laughing an one was even dancing. As I waited for my food I witnessed 3 separate people come in an complain that their orders were not correct from the drive through. One even mentioned that his order from KFC was missing 3 pieces of chicken. So after I receive my food of course my order was incorrect. I simply asked for a refund an left.
