Taco Bell

Normally I wouldn’t say anything because I get accidents happen but I’ve been here 4 times and every time is such a terrible experience. For example today I pull out my food and there’s a used pen in my food? Last time I came I told the probably teenage, black haired girl thank you and she legit rolled her eyes at me. I’ve had quesadillas with like two strips of meat. I feel like I’m never given the time of day here or at times barely given some. I get it I’ve worked in fast food and currently am in retail. Nobody wants to be at work and customers can suck but let’s have some human decency.

I eat way too much taco bell, so i generally know which locations are good and which to avoid. This one is consistently good! The best grilled cheese burrito I've ever had was at this one! Only negative is the drive through design is super inconvenient if there's more than one car in line

This was a 10/10 Taco Bell experience. This location has improved drastically since my last visit a few years ago. Everything was fresh, hot, and crispy in the best way. They even gave me extra hot sauce!

Good Taco Bell compared to others in Denver but the fiesta potatoes were sooo old and stale. It was also pretty slow service compared to the others but at least they didn’t forget any items.

Fellow Denverites, we live in a city with a pitiful amount of late night food options. This Taco Bell is an oasis in the desert for those of us in the Highlands with no where to go. Due to the lack of competition, the restaurant will tend to get swamped in the evening. They are pushing out orders left and right, it’s just the sheer volume causing the delays. The walk up window is incredible, great place to meet your neighbors and its kind of like a community water cooler. It’s a disservice that this has 2.5 stars, incredible establishment playing a critical role in the Highlands. Happy to discuss this rating at the Cantina walk-up around 1am on the weekends and after Avalanche games

Over multiple occasions, I have unfortunately experienced consistently terrible service at this Taco Bell. They frequently get my order wrong and when it's correct, it's prepared incorrectly. The staff is consistently rude, showing attitude during ordering. They even prioritize Doordash orders, leaving walk-in customers stranded. The franchise owner must revamp the entire crew to restore basic standards. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would. The franchise owners SHOULD be losing money. I actually confronted them this morning and when I tried to get a picture / video of them , they went and hid somewhere. It’s a lady with a bun and a girl with red hair. And you can see the attitude I was given in the video as well.

The food is fine here, but I cant imagine how the lady working there this morning 3/16 still has a job. I’ve never seen her be anything other that despicably rude to customers. This morning she opened the window, shoved a bag in my face, and slammed it before I could even say hello. If this was the first time, I’d let it go, but this is literally every time she’s working at this location. Everyone else there is great! I will file a complaint with corporate today, and every other day I have to interact with her until she is removed. A person like that belongs nowhere near a customer facing position. Appalling behavior

Food is great when you can get it…once they just straight up said they didn’t want to take our order at the drive thru bc they had too many online orders, another time fryer was down. Something seriously lacking here.
