Listen here, you corporate burrito bandits—I’ve had it UP TO HERE with your so-called “food.” Back in my day, we made tacos with real meat, not this spiced-up mystery mush you call “seasoned beef.” I took one bite and thought my dentures were going to sue me for abuse. I came in at 11:30 AM—before the lunch rush, mind you—and it still took twenty-two minutes to get a Crunchwrap! Twenty-two minutes! I could've made it myself with a hotplate, a prayer, and some expired tortillas. And when I finally got it, it looked like it had been run over by a lawnmower and stepped on by every employee in the back. Flat as my late husband’s jokes.

I had to wait over an hour inside the restaurant lobby while drive-thru customers were constantly served. This delays deliveries and affects customer satisfaction. As a delivery partner, I feel this location doesn't respect our time. Please review or reach out to the restaurant for better handling of delivery orders I had to cancel my order and I lost money this around 1 am

Ordered for delivery. 1 item was missing (almost thought it was 2 but I was wrong about one of em) but after contacting the Taco Bell support team. I was able to get a voucher reward on my account than more than covered the 1 missing item. I've definitely had worse experiences with Taco Bell in the past, thoug, so since the order was mostly accurate, I don't think they're terrible. But it would be better to order for pickup from this one and make sure everything you ordered is in there before you leave. In my experience,with pickup ordrs

DO NOT go to this location! I'm being "that Karen" and marking everything as 1 star because this is probably the 5th or 6th time this has happened to me at this location. The employees don't pay attention to the actual orders, only the speed at which they're made. They miss a piece of my order basically every time I go, and I honestly don't know why I still give them a chance. I was with a group of friends this time, so it was hard to check if every single item that I payed for made it into my bag. Once I got to my eating location, I realized that I was missing my large lemonade! Something I can live without, but will need my money back for. Like I said, this happens to me nearly every time I stop by this location, and I'm sick of it. Either train your employees better, or find new ones. The management SUCKS!

This is an absolute pinnacle of culinary excellence to think of it as anything less is an absolute disaster to society. I know a lot of liberals have commented on Taco Bell in the past, but as a red blooded American, I can tell you the meat is authentic. It’s pure and it’s what this country is built off of… not the backs of the others. It’s the backs of the people who work here. I also reccomend the Mexican pizza

It's about seven blocks from my house so it's a brisk walk which is good exercise for me. So I order by app, to time it with my arrival, it's ready, by the time get there, and even still hot by the time I get home. Food has been well done and my order has been correct and consistent which for fast food is really good

Over multiple occasions, I have unfortunately experienced consistently terrible service at this Taco Bell. They frequently get my order wrong and when it's correct, it's prepared incorrectly. The staff is consistently rude, showing attitude during ordering. They even prioritize Doordash orders, leaving walk-in customers stranded. The franchise owner must revamp the entire crew to restore basic standards. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would. The franchise owners SHOULD be losing money. I actually confronted them this morning and when I tried to get a picture / video of them , they went and hid somewhere. It’s a lady with a bun and a girl with red hair. And you can see the attitude I was given in the video as well.

So I come here usually several times a night most nights on the overnight and it never fails that an employee is always parked in the handicap spot now this parking lot is not very big but they are blocking the one and only ramp that is accessible this is very unprofessional!! Delivery drivers are not allowed to go through the drive-thru we have to stand outside and wait sometimes for quite some time in the cold I would say maybe 60% of the time they are friendly but only about 5% of the time is the food actually ready when it's supposed to be? I have come here before and they have completely straight up ignored me even though I was knocking on the window and saying hello and I could see someone on their phone standing in front of me blatantly ignoring me when someone finally did help me they didn't tell me that the person was hard of hearing so I assume that wasn't the issue? The managers/ owners may not be able to do anything about how long the orders take or how friendly the employees are when they are not there but I do hope that after posting this the illegal handicap parking will stop! Thank you

Same notes as last time. It's a former Dairy Queen so parking can be an issue. They have a dedicated lot but drive through entry off 38th is a consistent late night problem. Mostly on weekends but otherwise it's alright. Just quirky. Same offerings as any other Taco Bell. But it's bike-able. Walkable. It's a word anomaly but still not a "Taco Bell Cantina." Service can be hit or miss. Depends on the time you arrive and the staff working. Generally accurate in orders. Friendly. Speedy. Considering on weekends they are open until two AM or four AM I'd say that's pretty damn good. You can order ahead online using the app. At the drive through or walk up window. And on the mobile kiosks a la McDonalds. It's fast fast fast "Mexican" but it's loved and hated by millions. Do you really not know what Taco Bell is? Why are you reading this review. Why are you viewing this business? I kid. Ambiance of a truck stop restroom with the old world charm of Casa Bonita? I dunno. But for vibes alone I give this four stars. It's not gourmet but it hits the spot. It's cost effective. And the people watching / drive through situation alone are worth an extra star to whatever star rating you would give them otherwise.

Exactly what I needed it to be for a late night drive thru stop. Service was quick and the food was warm and delicious. There's no indoor seating but rather an outdoor self ordering station. My first experience here was positive!

This location is very quick to fill up in the drive-through. Nowhere to sit outside to grab a bite to eat but my go to spot to order using the app. This is your typical Taco Bell food experience the staff is definitely friendly.

Haven't had tons of issues with this location. Staff is usually nice, but nothing extraordinary (I don't expect much due to it being fast food obviously). But man I was really sad when I opened my tostada box and saw this. LOL! All I could do was laugh at it and try my best to enjoy it.

Never had any real issues at this Taco Bell, I've been to many and this one at least 4 times. They never get my order wrong which is the #1 thing. All bad reviews about wait time or an about delivery- which the store has nothing to do with, and duh fridays are busy. Keep it up! Yall rock

On several occasions, I have ordered from this Taco Bell through delivery services. They constantly underestimate by 30-45 minutes regarding the time it takes to prepare food. This causes our delivery drivers to cancel on us (which is understandable from their end), but extremely frustrating. Under no circumstances should a fast food restaurant take 45 minutes. Beyond disappointing & it is time for a management change.

This is the worst place to order on line to have it delivered on line through uber eats or door dash on Friday or Sat nights because you will be waiting for your delivery for about 2 to 2.25 hours cause this store is slow under staff and can't get the orders out .at all . as a driver it's frustrating cause it takes away from getting other orders when we spend over 2 hours there and our customers get mad at us cause it's taking to long to get there other to them .

I know I'm going to sound like a Karen, but I have ordered from here 3 times and each time I try to justify them being busy or short staffed. But I am done with trying. They never get the order right, I have to open my order in front of them to check my items, and they are so rude. I really wish a manager would contact me, but it seems like they do not care. I understand the food industry, but come on?

Honestly, this Taco Bell should be shut down by corporate. Service is so bad that its damaging the reputation of other taco bells. I could go on about the service but the other reviews have that covered. I liked taco bell but after this being in my neighborhood I have not been back to this location or any other taco bell. Does corporate have any standards at all? One can only imagine their food standards. The drive thru only holds 3 cars, combined with the terrible service this creates a dangerous situation with a line of cars stopped on 38th street. Someone is going to get injured or killed. The window attendant was so high he couldn't even communicate. He was so confused when he gave only half my order then couldn't resolve the issue. I was trying to ask if they had my ticket and they couldn't figure it out. Driving through and peeking in the window, the floor and equipment looks so dirty.

We were waiting at the drive thru to order. The girl asked us to wait and her voice was low. So we didn't really hear her. Another girl got on and said "she said if you can wait" in a really rude way. Theses place needs better customer and communication. Instead of ordering we left.

NOTHING out tacos the bell. Period. I love Taco Bell. Crunch Wrap supreme. Nuff said.

Giving 3 bc usually this location is chill af. Gender neutral person working the window this morning at 10am was the biggest c U next Tuesday I've come across. Just a mean whatever they identify with type of person. Literally asked for water and demanded 5 cents like honey please. Secondly, asked for 5 of two sauces and they gave me 1 of each for 2 burritos. Fire them.

Cashier Nicole G was a little asshole. She wasn't polite and had terrible customer service. She made my experience shit. She also didn't give me any sauce and slammed the window before I could ask.

I'm never eating at this Taco Bell again they suck they got something so simple and they fail your better of eating a cup noodle then spending any money here

- Only kiosks for ordering. - No heat in the "waiting" area. And, the tile is a bit overwhelming visually. - "no fire sauce". - 10+ minute wait after ordering. - Did not see the margaritas on the menu. + I ordered 1 item and they made it correctly. $1.08 for a taco 31DEC2019

I agree with all other comments on the terrible service. Moved from California and this is the worst Taco Bell I've been to. Ordered 2 soft tacos and nachos. Waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes. Tacos were cold to touch, nachos seemed pretty fresh tho. No apology or explanation why it took so long...it's amazing how far an apology goes with customers. The franchise owner should really reevaluate - he/she/they could be making way more money.

This Taco Bell has a different set up than almost any other fast food restaurant I've been to. They only have a drive-through and a walk up window no interior seating. Great if you're in a car but bad if you're looking for a sit down restaurant. I wish they would somehow identify this restaurant being different.

Wtf. The service is just the absolute SLOWEST. I mean like... literally more than 30 minutes. Wow holy shit this is awful. Fire this fucking manager.

The parking lot is so poorly set up that cars end end up parking in a major street. We went to the window to get takeout food and the manager came out, said the fryer wasn't working and we could t get what we ordered and then told us to fend off anyone else trying to come in for takeout food. What?! This is the worst customer service ever. We've been standing on the side of the road for 20 mins waiting for our takeout order and just walked away from a $35 order

Consistently give the wrong order. Even when the order is correct, there are weird things like my cheese being melted on the taco as if it was microwaved. Worst fast food spot I've ever been to. Ever.

Someone came out and told the cars behind me that I was the last person to be served. Almost an hour before it was supposed to close. Which btw I waited in the car line for 20 minutes. I got to the order place. They immediately said we are closed. I said no the guy came out and told people I was the last in line. Then she ok I'm out of tortillas. I said I don't want a burrito. Then I said I want a taco. I want #1 which is 3 tacos. She then said we are out of beans. I said I want #1 which is 3 tacos. Do you have that? She said after a few minutes. Ok. I paid $8 for 3 tacos tacos which basically were shells, lettuce, left over very small pieces of cheese. And about 1/4 of the meat. If she would've said they were out. I would've been mad but better than paying for what I got. Very disappointed. #shameontacobell I expect to hear from someone and to get a refund.

Terrible service. Had to wait 30 minutes and there were barely any people there. Don't go here if you can avoid it.

Been steadily declining for a while, I waited 5 minutes in a drive through for someone to take my order (with no cars in front of me) and couldn't tell you who even was working because all I saw was a gloved hand take my card and shove food out the window. Staff is either overworked or needs help, but I'm tired of going here.

I know another single star wanting to be 0 star review won't do much but hot damn this Taco Bell is absolutely atrocious. I've never physically been to the location so I can't speak personally on what the workers are like/how they're staffed/etc. I tend to order through UberEats or DoorDash late at night when I have the, yah know, munchies. So, with lowered inhibitions, I've given this location more chances than it deserves to be good. I wait well over 2 hours and sometimes 3 to receive my order. I ordered at 10:45pm the other night, fell asleep waiting & didn't receive my order until 2:15am (w/ UberEats priority). I have absolutely no clue how the manage to be that incredibly slow, it's mind boggling. Save the trip and go to a further location if you can, this one is trash.

This was by far the worst Taco Bell location I've been to. This cheesy Gordita crunch I ordered was the most pitiful thing I've seen. It was all mushy, just look at the tortilla. It was like raw dough. The cashier at the window also made me pay ¢50 for a water even after I ordered $20 of food. I will not be going back to this location.

3833 W 38th Ave Denver, CO 80211 United States Quite possibly the worst location and drive through out there. To top it off, the staff is horrible and immature, does not correctly take orders and you can hear the group in the background chatting and yelling. Literally heard "too bad" in the background when I tried to order a medium drink in lieu of a large for my order, which they screwed up. Will not be back to this location. Hesitated going to it in the first place, now I really know.

The lady that answers and manages the window is the meanest lady ever, and can't handle simple tasks such as giving you the right food I ordered a bunch of stuff she gave me 3 hot sauce packets. Go to any other t bell than this one.

I have been to this location multiple times and have never had any issues with the service or the food. The drive through is quick and they always get my order correct.The food is as good as expected. They should change the path of their drive through so more cars can wait in line. Other than that this place is great!

One taco. 30 minutes. Zero apologies. No matter how hungry you are, don't go here, especially if you're in a hurry as this fast food place has no understanding of what fast food means.

Definitely pretty brutal. I'm now reading all these reviews as I wait in line. 10:30 on a Sunday and they close at midnight, figured it was reasonable to place an online order for pick up because I live about five minutes away. They charge your card when you place the order. I got in line in the drive-through at 10:45, and now I'm at the window at 11:30 waiting for my food. 2 people working, about 10 cars in line, I couldn't do this again! I don't think everybody just checks Yelp before they place a late night order at the local Taco Bell, but dang this is pretty brutal!

Don't Show up at 11:30 ... they are closed I told the girl who answered the drive through while the open sign was on and the hours say they are open until midnight they should change the hours and she told me to **%# off! Taco Bell should yank this franchise #yikes

This location is so fun! Reminds me of California. The line of three cars took a while to move through. But... the guy at the window was so nice and made it a point to tell me to have a nice day. And I do like Taco Bell and the burrito was as good as it always is!

Taco Bell is one of my favorite restaurants of all time and this location is an absolute disaster. Since opening it has been horrific for service and somehow has the lowest inventory I have ever seen. If you go to this location, which I don't suggest you do, don't expect to get any of the menu items you want. Here is a list of ingredients that they never have: -Beans?? lol -Potatoes -Chicken -Fire Sauce -Any black bean menu items Oh also, if you want to walk there and use the cool outdoor ordering area, you can't because it's literally never open for some reason. It's sad to see such a poorly run location since this restaurant is top dog in the fast food world. Really hope it turns around soon. This girl at the drive through window needs to pay less attention to her nails and lashes and get peoples orders right! I just got 20 tacos and asked for hot sauce. She Forgot the sauce, I went back for some, she gives me 4 packs... I ask for more, she rolls her eyes and gives me 3 more. Don't be stingy with the sauce lady! I need at least 1 pack per taco. I know it doesn't take that much math knowledge to work at Taco Bell! SMH lol Update: got home and you guys forgot 2 tacos!!!! Learn how to count please!

Six cars in front of us and we haven't moved in over 15 minutes. I've quite literally never experienced a slower "fast food" experience. It's faster to drive 10 minutes to the next closest Taco Bell. Which is what we're doing...

Worst Taco Bell in town! Twice I've ordered through Uber Eats and my food arrives... TRASH! My power bowl was lettuce, steak, and rice and thats it! Ordered a 12 pack of cinnabons and only received 7. Nachos dont have any sour cream, hardly any chips, mostly beans. It also took FOREVER! Worst Taco Bell.... Dont waste your time! I wish I could give it 1/2 a star.

We came to this one for a pick up order. The staff working the speaker was incredibly rude. We said the name for pick up and was asked for the order number, got halfway through the number when the staff interrupted with an attitude and told us that it was only one order per car. We only had one order? We brushed it off and gave the number when, again, was cut off and told to pull foward. I realize it may read as something trivial but the look of all four of us the car was says it all. Honestly the food wasn't really wasn't worth being disrespected. However we already payed so we weren't leaving without it. But I now know why everyone says to go to the other Taco Bell down the street.

Just the worst experience you can have. Employees regularly will just sit and not take orders at the drive through. If they decide to take your order within 10 minutes of waiting the one thing you can guarantee is the order will be wrong. Avoid at all cost. Go to the taco been by Sloan lake. It's worth the extra few minutes to avoid this place.

This is the closest Taco Bell to my house. That means it's the fuggggggggin BEST!! I've never remembered actually going here - but I find the wrappers the next day. So I have to assume it tastes like other Taco Bell's. Bon apetit!

I love Taco Bell. Like I really love it. When I tell you this is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to I am NOT LYING. I guarantee if you come here, they will mess up your order, give you random items you did not order, and they will fall apart. This is on me, I'm the one who keeps returning!!!! Man, i dont write bad reviews often, but DANG does this place deserve it. Honestly this taco bell needs to be shut down, food takes FOREVER, and im talking like 40 minutes for 3 cars in the drive through. When i got to the window, i saw that staff was goofing off, talking to each other and not even making food, while there is a line full of cars behind me. So rude. Please, save yourself the hassle and heartache, and just dont go here Also can someone please shut it down?
