Taco Bell

I’ve been going to this taco bell since it opened because unfortunately it is the only one close to my house. Every time I go the portions seem to get smaller and smaller. Tonight I opened up my taco to see the smallest amount of meat and toppings in my taco. Not kidding it was the size of my finger. Once wrapped up, maybe 2 bites to finish it. Awful. There are even times where I probably get 10 fries in my fry supreme. Don’t even think about dining in unless you want to walk and sit on dirty floors and chairs with old food and eat on a dirty table. I walked in one time and every single table was dirty, every single one. We left and went to the McDonald in Walmart instead. I don’t know if this is because it is a Taco Bell near a college so the workers just don’t care bc it’s just college students coming in, but no other Taco Bell is this bad.

I went to this taco bell at around 2am. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme combo and upsized the fries to a supreme. There was little to no meat in either. The crunchwrap was mostly just the tortilla and lettuce. the fries supreme had one tiny piece of meat and it was mainly tomatoes.I got my order in the drive thru and then got gas at the gas station, went home and i went back to tacobell once i realized. they replaced the food items but the guy at the window insisted the manager made the food and it wasn’t possible there wasnt much meat but i told him to open the fries box infront of me multiple times because it was untouched and there was no meat but he didnt. he offered to remake the food. The remade fries still didnt have much meat but the new crunchwrap did…so disappointing i had to return and they had no shame. if you’re going to do something, do it right the first time, be proud of what you serve to people.

Look at the amount of meat in the taco in my picture. 3 small pieces of barely cooked chicken, some lettuce and like 10 pieces of shredded cheese. Idk how the Taco Bell franchising works but corporate needs to step in here and just fire everyone even remotely associated with this Bell ( because clearly there are no Tacos here) location. Look at all the other reviews, same complaint. You pay for food and you get almost nothing in return.

Disappointed and Terrible Customer Service I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at the Upper James and McElroy location in the Walmart plaza. I ordered through the drive-thru, and when I opened the box, it was half empty. For over $12, this is completely unacceptable. When I called the store, the manager basically told me that’s just what I’d get, even if I ordered again in the future. That response was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. The quality and quantity of the food were far below what I expected, especially for the price. Money doesn’t grow on trees—it’s hard-earned, and I feel like it was completely wasted on this. With that attitude, this menu item should be taken off the menu entirely. I will not be returning to this location. First was given attitude while placing my order that afterwards was completely wrong and put together very poorly, the food was soggy and cold as well as the meat looked like it wasn’t even cooked. The staff need more supervision and to be trained properly to the standards of the food service industry

Went to Taco Bell before my movie. I ordered three bean burritos, a black bean crunch wrap combo and upgraded the fries to a fries supreme sub beef for black bean. Upon opening the bag at the movie theaters, I realize that there were only two bean burritos and that my fries supreme was actually a nacho supreme 😡 I was robbed out of one bean burrito and left with nacho supreme instead (was gross and soggy). When I called the Taco Bell trying to fix the situation, he said he took my order and that nothing was wrong, when in reality when I checked the screen, it said three bean burritos. If I could give a zero star, I would. All love though, keep working hard. However Taco Bell down the road is goated.

Placed a mobile order. I went through the drive through and they asked me to come inside. I said no as they were no one in the drive through neither did I want to get out my car and go in the rain. Why did I do a drive through then if I have to get out and get it ? Humm Let’s dissect- the fries supreme was lacking toppings. Had old stale fries they had use. As it was cold and soggy. The loaded wrap had nothing that would indicate it’s loaded as it hardly had any fillings. The crunch wrap was cold , had barely any meat most tasted and looked like lettuce. The loaded fries pocket was not to bad. What a let done. Wasted my money. I would say to this place - people are spending good money to buy you food. It’s not cheap either. Lease you can do is serve it fresh and put the necessary stuff on that it should have. So so dissatisfied and disappointed. I give this store -1star

This is the coolest Taco Bell I've ever been to because there's a window for you to see of how they make your tacos. The tacos are very delicious and good but it is not clean. It is very dirty In here so it can use more cleaning.

Ordered food from this place and didn't get certain parts of the order and the other parts had every modification wrong, when I called the manager was no help, wouldn't admit she was wrong, would never eat or order from here again!!

I came through the drive-thru with my best friend. I pulled up, did my debit transaction with the male cashier that was in the window etc. This cashier goes to hand me my drink but the lid wasn't on properly. So when I grabbed the cup the entire drink spilled all over me. It soaked my coat, it went all the way through my pants into the leather of my seats, it went into the pockets of my car door. It was all over my steering wheel, in my boots, my carpet was soaked. I looked at him, he stared blankly at me. He then doesn't acknowledge anything that just happened and he goes 'here's your other drink m'am'. And tries to hand me my second drink. I said to him ' Do you want to hand me some napkins?.' He hads me literally 2 napkins. I was getting so furious my pants were completely soaked all the way through, my hands, EVERYTHING was covered in pop. He hands me another 4 napkins. He then leaves and has another worker come to the window. She hands me some paper towel that didn't absorb anything and gave me 3 free taco coupons. The male then came back to the window gave me my food and told me to have a nice day. I have NEVER been dismissed, so disrespcted like that. I STILL cannot get the pop off my car door, never mind the carpet and leather. Now I have to pay to get my car detailed because there's pop in every crevice of my vehicle and I can't so much as get an apology? Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting service.
