I think this is the worst taco bell i’ve ever been to, not because of the food, because of some of the staff and the manager’s attitude. The restaurant lobby should be open until 10 PM, and they always close it 15 minutes before. Now i get it because you don’t want customers to come in and order the whole restaurant 15 minutes before closing, BUT a lot of people doing uber eats/ door dash is coming in to pick up orders because it’s the faster way coming in to the lobby than waiting the 20 minutes at the drive thru. Now the manager doesn’t really like that people want to come in and pick up food 15 minutes before closing so she closed the main door. The sign above the door that clearly states “THIS DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED DURING BUSINESS HOURS” means it should be open until 10 PM, but as i have experienced many times before, it’s in fact not open. A kind staff member opened the door for me because she must know that for food delivery we and the customer we delivering to wants to get the trip done nice and easy. Obviously when she opened the door the manager looked at her in a really angry way, and when i held the door for another guy who was delivering because there was still 5 minutes until closing, she yelled: “HOW DID HE GET INTO THE LOBBY”. I don’t want to bring races in here, but because i don’t know how many managers does a place has, it was a not so kind black lady. Please someone let her know about the sign and it’s meaning! Just to clear things up, i have not experienced the same at different taco bells!
