For the Dulce de Leche churro doughnut bites they are quite small and there are only 2. There are two small balls. (“That’s what she said”) and they did not burst in my mouth 🤭 otherwise, the Supreme Luxe Box is worth the $7.

Service was slow, but the food was good so I can't really complain.

I never write reviews but this order pissed me off, I come here a lot and every-time I do I always come across this one lady who is short with tattoos with orange lookin hair, she’s rude always has a attitude and acts like she hates her job and it honestly shows. This woman constantly forgets to put either sauce or forks for bowl of food in the bag. Do you expect me to eat with my bare hands?? Honestly ridiculous. I asked for a refill of my drink because of the inconvenience and that was too much of a big favor for her to accomplish. Get a new job is you can’t satisfy customers you let down. I get mistakes happen, but this constantly happens when I go here and it’s becoming a problem.

I go for the breakfast burritos. Love the sausage egg breakfast burrito with the breakfast salsa. Clark and Cathy usually are on the morning crew and both are Awesome along with the great tasting breakfast.

My family and ordered through the drive through and when we went to pay the card given to them didn’t have enough money in because I gave them the wrong card. The person the window said that they couldn’t do split payments with two cards. We asked them if they could cancel it and start over so we could use a different card they said they could not and they called the manager and he told us the same thing…We told them to just cancel the order. The amount charged to the initial card has yet to be returned to me and that was in 8/9

We ordered this for the first time for 6 dollars no meat no sauce you pay for the shell!!!! We all work hard for our money and get charged for this crap!!!!!!!

Got a lux box everything tasted great. For $8 it's filling and tastes better than most sit down mexican restaurants. Ps, don't get the coffee. It tastes like they add cleaning fluid to the brew

Best Taco Bell we've been to in years. Our orders were made generously and were very tasty and filling. Great bargain for delicious and quick lunch.

Had to try the big cheez it tostada. I love cheez it's. We ate inside, I didn't want the cheez it getting soggy. It did not disappoint at all! It was amazing. I hope Taco Bell keeps it on the menu. Service was good, nothing wrong with our order. Bathroom were clean and tidy. Restaurant was clean and nothing out of place. Thank You Taco Bell. Pls keep the cheez it tostada and bring back the enchirito!

Ordered through drive thru so i cant comment about interior of Taco Bell. There was a line but it went down quickly. The window team member was very nice, our order was correct, fresh, and delicious!

Got a cheesy roll up and they gave me a plain tortilla wrapped up with no cheese. Never had any issues before at this location, but this was ridiculous.

Wouldn't even give one star, this has to be the worst location I've ever been to. TERRIBLE customer service I get it it's Taco Bell so I don't even expect good service but damn. Terrible food!! Ordered 4 Doritos tacos all broken!! Crunch wrap supreme barely anything in it. To the owner of this location I highly suggest a new team.

Taco Bell on St Rose is like home. Always good and there when you need them. It's tasty, filling and reasonably priced. The workers at St Rose are friendly and quick to offer assistance if you want to bypass the self serve kiosk which I hate. Taco Bell in general is one of my go to places when I travel. It's never made me sick or had a dirty or smelly facility. I've used Taco Bell for more than 50 years. It's always been good for a quick bite. I'm sticking. The 7 dollar Luxe is my current favorite.

I ordered a big order this time and while I was at the window waiting for my food, I asked to double check that my food was labeled correctly due to allergies and an employee in the back made a smart comment then the rest of the employee start laughing. Very very unprofessional!

Twenty Minutes is how long I had been waiting for a mobile order. Twenty minutes. The app says my order is done. But no food. They forgot to make it. And the staff didn't care one bit.

I went through the drive through. The area was clean and the customer service was excellent. She was nice snd helpful. I had a crunchwrap, taco and medium pepsi. Everything was great. I put a little mild hot sauce in thr taco which made it taste better. The sauce in the crunchwrap was great.

This place has the best service, food, and location. I used to eat here at least 3xs a week. I always used the app to place an order and my food was ALWAYS hot, on time, and very friendly service. And the bathrooms are always unlocked and beautifully cleaned. I recently changed locations at work and can no longer visit this location and I miss them terribly. I have tried 2 other taco bells along my new work commute and they SUCK. They don't speak english, bathrooms very dirty, food nasty and service sucks. Thank you saint rose taco bell for always providing fast friendly service and delicious hot food. I highly recommend the 3581 st rose Pkwy taco bell

Taco Bell We are fans of Taco Bell and we're happy to a new location on st rose. Now we don't have to drive so far for our crunch wraps! Each visit we experience fantastic service and quick service times. Our orders have been accurate and have no complaints. Love the morning crew who are extremely friendly when we stop in for breakfast.

Nice employees...but stingy with portion size. My husband ordered the 3 soft taco meal and they were smaller than street tacos...El Pollo loco gives a bigger taco. These said tacos added up a lot 8 dollars as a combo with a drink. What a rip off...pay 8 dollars to starve!

The worst customer service I've ever heard or seen. It's definitely a big party rather than a food establishment. The cursing and conversations were so loud my daughter asked me what it means to get busy.?! I had no meat n my taco it was just shell and sauce. My chalupa was hard. Also my meal came with chips that my wife didn't get so I went to the counter to ask for them and was accused of lying and was told I'm not going to argue with you as she went to grab them. This place is very unprofessional

I ordered a three crunchy taco supreme combo meal. Not only were my tacos soggy and cold, the sour cream was found on 2 of the 3 tacos in my order outside of the shell. I'm not talking about sour cream coming out of the shell. I'm talking about dollops of sour cream in between the paper wrapping and the taco shell itself. I also ordered a classic combo. Cinnamon twists are to come with my order, and they did, but they were cold and stale. I feel like my food was not only ill prepared but it seemed old, stale or like it was being given to me after maybe not having been given to a customer previously. Either way, this was NOT what I expected of my food order. I even took a photo of my taco supreme with the sour cream on the outside of the shell and paper. I just could NOT believe my eyes. I don't know about you but this has not happened to me before. I was upset for having paid for such terribly incorrectly prepared food. This was a severe disappointment. I double checked my food order for the items in the bag when I received it but I didn't think I would have to check for something like this. I mean, I know that the customer has to take responsibility too in making sure that they get what they order and that it is made to your specifications but with something like this, I really didn't think that I'd need to unwrap each item or take a bite out of it before leaving the drive thru to make sure my order was accurate. Sheesh! This was just terrible. And yes, I had to tell corporate about this. I mean, it might be a small thing to most people but that really bugged me. The person who helped me at the window was very nice. He allowed me an extra moment to look over the menu and to be sure I knew what I wanted to order. I think it gave him a moment to catch up on the other many drive thru orders ahead of mine. I received fast, friendly service with a smile and kind words. I couldn't be upset about that at all. I really hope it wasn't the same person who prepared my food, seeing as though I hope someone from corporate will talk to folks at that store and see what happened and will try to improve upon this little problem. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been. Almost 30 mins waiting in the store and there was no one in there. They took care of all the drive thru and forgot my order. Terrible.

I would leave "0" stars if I could. I recently just had the worst experience at this Taco Bell. I ordered food through the drive-thru and they did not give me my credit card back. Once I realized I didn't get my card back I waited back in the drive-thru line. (I couldn't got inside because the inside was closed - this was around 11:30pm-12am) while waiting in line I'm getting notified by my bank that they keep charging my card for cars that are in front of me. As I'm waiting in a decently long line I start eating my food. It was not fresh at all. The quesadilla was made very sloppy. It seemed like my order was made very poorly. Barely any meat in the tacos. Once I get up to the window and confront the women who seemed like she would be the manager she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about even though I was showing her the text notifications on my phone of my card being used multiple times from "Taco Bell". She had ZERO customer service and hassled me about getting MY OWN CARD BACK! After I was inconvenienced with waiting back in the line to get it. Do not trust this Taco Bell - RUDE - DISRESPECTFUL - UNTRUSTWORTHY EMPLOYEES!!!

Ordered via drive-thru and service was great. Ordered some Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme and it was prepared well and they were good. Also ordered one of my favorite desserts, Cinnabon bites, they were still warm and soft. The staff was nice about giving different levels of hot sauce. The St Rose location is new, clean, and convenient.

the service was great. the lady at the frond was very helpful. however, with that soggy ass burrito with the diablo sauce. i found myself on the toilet unleashing the fattest shit of my life. it burnt so bad i didn't know if id make it off. i ended up sleeping on the bathroom floor in a fetal position. lowk 8/10 experience

Worst Taco Bell in the area. Good quality is not great and portions are much smaller than other locations. This location randomly doesn't offer certain items that other locations offer nationwide. Recently, the tacos have become so small that it's a rip off. $5 for an item that would be at least twice the size down the street. Don't waste your money going to this one!

The staff here is 5 star they are so nice super cool with kids being kids, we have never had slow service or felt rushed. My kids love the Mexican pizza and Doritos tacos and a slushie! The store is so clean and open. Can't go wrong at this location

The toasted cheddar chalupa is one of the best things that Taco Bell has on the menu. I love this location and the employees are always very helpful. I love coming here for a late night snack and think this location is always very quick to assist me with my order. I need to come back and try their breakfast because it looks amazing as well

When Taco Bell revealed they would be getting rid of the Mexican Pizza from their menu on November 5th, I was actually saddened by this news. My apple empanada and now this?! The Mexican Pizza has been a staple on their menu since I was a child and one of the few things I order besides the crunchy taco. Since the news, I've frequented this establishment more times than I'd like to admit to. I need to savor it before it's gone for good. As for this location itself, they need much improvement. Two times they've actually forgotten some of our items. One visit they forgot two tacos and a burrito! Like what?!! How does this even happen? Do you guys even check the bag before sending it out? My poor bf had to drive back to get his food after discovering the items weren't in the bag. He said the girl at the drive thru window was nice and apologetic about it. Another time, they gave us hot sauces that were all stuck together because a few packets had busted open. Gross! How did the employee not see this? It was disgusting and had gotten all over the napkins and food wrappers. Why Taco Bell, why must you guys be such a $h!t show?! Working in fast food is not hard!!! With that said, I will probably be back again a few more times before my beloved item is gone for good. I'm hoping my experience will be better, but I doubt it. After November 5th, looks like my order will just be crunchy tacos. Insert sad face emoji here.

never been to a taco bell with this much attention to detail. i'm not sure if it's because i ordered online, or because i tend to go around 9pm, but the service has always been exceptional. the manager there even told one of the employees 'we can't serve that,' and made her throw the cup out and refill it. most taco bell's i've been to have been awful service and cold food, but everything, even down to the little cheese cup, is always very warm.

I ordered for delivery I had to call the store to modify my order for my kids because they're not a fan of the lettuce the and the associate who answered has the worst customer service. I explained to her the app doesn't let you modify on the party pack before I was done explaining she hung up on me. I called back and said we got disconnected and she acknowledged that she hung up on me then asked me if I needed anything. Terrible customer service.

Don't get a Crunchwrap unless you want a lettuce wrap I guesss... do better Taco Bell it's not just this location they are skimpy

The drive thru cashier named Alex totally turned my crazy day into a pleasant one! He has such a great attitude! He should be the manager if he isn't already! Everyone should take notes on this guy! Thank You Alex!!!

I love Taco Bell. This location was great when it first opened, and I was so happy to have one nearby finally. It's gone so far downhill since then. They can't get an order correct, even though it's simple (without modifications), and it's ice cold--*ice cold--every time. I ordered a crunchy taco and a soft taco. No mods. They put guacamole and black beans on the crunchy one, and left the cheese off the soft taco. ??? I give up. I agree with the person who wrote about portion sizes too. Is there cheese on this taco? Because it's supposed to come with cheese. Lol The staff is friendly like others say! But who is in the kitchen?

We are fans of Taco Bell. That said we love this new addition to our area. They are clean and modern. Though the line in the drive through was long the efficiency in service kept us all moving. The order was accurate and delicious. Keep up the good work!

UPDATE: 3/07: went back again, sure enough TRACEY T was working the drive through. She over charged once more, and we kindly asked "how much is an individual nacho cheese shell upgrade?" "30 cents" she replied. We said, perfect! So we shouldn't be seeing this $1.50 charge 5x correct? And she went OFF. She was shaking and made us come up to the window so she could explain it to us. She would not let us speak. We had a receipt lock and loaded where another drive through worker charged us CORRECTLY. I showed it too her and suddenly, the price dropped $7!!! IMAGINE THAT! She was shaking and very aggressive. She also indicated that she is the shift lead. Taco Bell, please rethink your hiring process :) Original review: Very disappointed with the service and the food from this BRAND NEW Taco Bell location. It is much closer to our home so we have gone a few times. The last time, the nacho cheese shells were completely stale. Tonight was horrendous 2/16 8:30pm. Whoever was working, the lady on drive through speaker and lady who is the "shift lead", charged us 5x for a nacho cheese shell upgrade. She said she remembered us and we let her know we never pay 5x for NC upgrades. She was horrible and customer service needs real work. Attached is our receipt and a screen shot of postmates. Postmates is always a little more expensive but a NC shell upgrade is usually around 30 cents. Not $7.50 for 5. We don't mind paying it but they would not bend but it's the principle. Terrible.

I came to this Taco Bell to pick up an DoorDash order. When. I went through the drive through and asked for the order they kept saying we don't have that order and being very rude to me I went in the line the second time to show them that the DoorDash order was for this place( it showed the address) and explained to them that they were being rude they yelled over me and didn't even give me a chance to show them my phone for the order. I then called the store to apologize for getting upset and explained that they were being rude and they said that I was banned from this Taco Bell. I don't want to go to a place that treats people like this especially if I try to apologize and they just make it seem like I was being rude first because I said " I'm gonna talk to her" I didn't even say it in a rude way DO NOT GO HERE DONT GO.

They can't prepare certain foods because they are done "cleaning" their kitchen every night an hour before they close so you can't order certain foods past a certain time.. unfortunate

Horrible Management Im disappointed!! I was the 1st to leave a review but overall they have piss poor management. I hope the DM gets to read this. My son applied here and they interviewed him and told him he would get the position he waited about a month for paperwork training etc. After a month they gave him an orientation after orientation he was supposed to get his schedule and he didn't get his schedule even after 3 weeks so he figured if it's going to be like that then why work for them. He kept calling Joyce and Trace but they kept ignoring them. Then Joyce pointed fingers and said it was Trace's fault.

I tried to make my own Mexi Melt and the guy at the window knew exactly what was up and helped me put that wish together as best they could. Great customer service and I was in and out of the drive through as anyone should .

Alex with pins on his hat and glasses MADE my day, asked how I was, carried kind conversation and was overall amazing with customer service especially with the Mexican Pizza being back Ik customers ordering the same thing a lot is dull, Alex makes the cake with their kind interaction and fist bump! Loved him!! He needs to be acknowledged genuinely made my day! Food was good, not missing anything, when I asked for a handful of hot sauce actually got a handful rather than just 2 packets thrown in the bag.

Haven't had Taco Bell in quite a while, but I had a craving for Mexican pizza. I called to make sure they had it and was told they did. So jumped in the car as I got there their drive thru was busy. So walked in to order inside dining was busy as well, but no line to place order. The lady took my order was ver friendly and I enjoyed my Mexican pizza.

Excellent service! I have stopped eating out because the quality of service. I'm feeling a bit under the weather and just can't go home and cook so decided to stop at Taco Bell. I pulled up the drive through and was greeted with a friendly voice. I asked her about the family packs available. Not only did she tell me my choices she went above and beyond and put the price up on the screen of each pack as she was describing them to me so I can see the price. She also informed me I could upgrade! She did all this in a timely manner. I asked her name as I was driving off. KIM, Excellent service! Thank you.

This Taco Bell always has the nicest employees working web I drive through. Kind, prompt and polite. I haven't had a mishap with my food at this location either. Always prompt service through the drive through. Never waiting too long. Keep it up Taco Bell employees at this location, you're doing a great job!

Don't ever order third-party delivery from this place. And I know it's not their fault because it says clearly on a ticketExtra tomatoes I am so tired of the inconsistencies with this location, do yourself a favor and just go to the eastern location I paid $.60 extra for tomatoes and I got nearly 0 Whoever is running this establishment needs to rethink whether or not their fit for this type of work environment... Ps... the food was stale an old again....

A near perfect black bean crunch wrap and a whole crap ton of sauce packets to add to the order as asked makes for a great dinner.

Ordered 5 taco supremes and 2 beef burritos ( bean minus beans add beef). Tacos were very light and reminded's me of an old Wendys commercial- "Where is the Beef" The 2 beef burritos were a flat joke of "We screw you at the drive-through" I am just done as there is no value at taco bell. There is poor execution at this location. Too many other choices in a poor government economy- Go somewhere else. (to be fair we never much say when things are good but this is not the first time at this Taco Bell that I have felt taken advantage of, or have driven off missing food).

I'm very very disappointed in this new Taco Bell. I came to get a Mexican pizza because you guys said that they had everything back again and every time for the past month that I've tried to go get it it's never there and now you discontinue it again.. So I ordered something else tacos of course and the lady that took my order Was ridiculous and didn't ask me for any hot sauce or anything all she cared about was to be rude because of the Mexican pizza the Mexican pizza! I'm sure they are tired about everyone wanting the Mexican pizza but too bad because that's on you!!

This Taco Bell has some of the friendliest staff I have come across. Alexander took our breakfast order and was super friendly and courteous. He made an effort to have a conversation with us, which I appreciated as this never happens at any other Taco Bell! This location has always stood out for its awesome staff, keep it up!

Everyone seems to underestimate the chefs working at this classic American staple. Although I did not dine in, the drive-thru experience deserves a Yelp review. I would have filled out the TellTheBell Survey (I always do the surveys, but I did not receive a receipt so I couldn't participate in said survey). The staff exceeded my expectations with their customer service. Nicole was incredibly helpful as well. My dollar bean burrito and potato taco had a buffet of flavors surrounding my taste buds. The beans reminded me of an early Mexican sunrise. The warm, robust flavors took me to incredible heights that I've never been able to experience before. The potatoes were so crispy, yet soft on the inside, but with taco bell's secret special seasonings , these two food choices left me wanting more and more. The best part about this entire experience was ultimately, the price! $2 (plus tax) left me feeling so satisfied that I will most definitely return. Also, Taco Bell is basically fast food heaven for Vegetarians and Vegans as they're able to switch anything to pinto or black beans. All vegans have to say is "fresco style!" The new location is so convenient for the locals living around St. Rose. Thank you to this location for making it so I don't have to drive far at all.
