This places needs to close down no heart while making somebody food I order the loaded nachos with no meat and this how it comes 10 chips and old guacamole

Knowing that the lobby closes at 9PM, as per the hours of operation sticker on the main entrance door, I made sure I arrived before closing time. I arrived at 848pm. The door was locked and a young kid told me they were closed. So basically they close the lobby when THEY feel like it.

Very clean and quiet every time I've been here...the area does look a little sketchy but it's really not bad...

They have a 9 pm closed time for dinning inside they closed the doors at 8:35 pm they where in there trying to hide and saw them laughing

Everything was fine until I got to my burrito, I ordered online and put no sour cream to both my chalupa and burrito amd when I got to the drive thru I reminded them no sour cream to both. Again at the window I asked if both did not have sour cream and they said no. Once I started eating my burrito had sour cream... explain that.

THEY HAVE A REGISTER HOWEVER REFUSE TO WAIT ON THE CLIENT, YOU HAVE TO USE A STUPID MACHINE. I FEEL LIKE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! GUESS THEIR HURTING FOR MONEY SO THEY CAN'T TEND TO THE PUBLIC.

So I'll preface this Taco Bell holds a special place in my heart for cheap good food fast and affordable they stick to that and they will keep me as customer but please I beg of you get rid of the ai/answer machine order thing in the drive thru it sucks ass lol 🤣

This location has forgotten something all 3 times I've placed an online order on my way to work. The first couple times were small items, but this time it was an entire burrito! Seriously, get it together guys!

Service was hella slow. It took forever for someone to take my order. booo The wall plug-ins didn't work so i couldn't charge my ipad phone or laptop :(

Been vegetarian for over a freaking year, never had any issues with Taco Bell I've been getting fiesta veggie burritos since they were introduced. Recently you guys came out with the 7 layer burrito and yal have a vegetarian option which I love. Went by tonight and ordered 2 of them & my receipt even said veggie 7 layers . I get home start munching away half way thru something tasted off, I look and it has ground beef!! I haven't ate that in over a year! Wtf bro, I never had issues with you guys till today. I pray I don't get unwell because of it . Fuck you guys

Went here had hair in my food called and told them the lady wasn't concern nor so any defections she was like oh you came though the drive thru or walk in umm what does that matter there was hair in my taco mam

Im writing this as i sit in line. I love the food and all but they take way too long to take our orders. They take one order at a time and make them wait almost 30 minutes just for an order. They tell you to hold and they take care of the customer before you and make them back up so they can get their count back to zero then they make that person pull up or sometimes they make them wait to pull up and make everyone in line wait as well while they finish the persons order before having them pull up again to the window. They do that even if the line was wrapped around the lot.

This is the worse Taco Bell I've ever been to for the past 5 nights when I get off to go there I crave for the Cinnabon delights 4 pack and they're always out of desserts every night no delights or no empenadas. Tonight was the very last straw I will never go back to that restaurant and I asked the lady at the window for her name didn't give it to me then when I got my receipt she tore the top of the receipt off so I can't call anyone. I'm very disappointed and this is very bad customer service for the business.

Man if I only I could give this place 0 stars! The customer service is bad. I had ordered only 2 chalupas in drive through and wen I went up to the window my total was 22 and I was shocked and I told them it was only 2 and they told me we all heard u say 6. Then this karennn proceeds to raise her voice at me saying why did I pay if the other girl had told me the total but I was in a hurry just trying to get lunch for work. It took them a minuteee" to figure out wat to do next until finally they gave me a copy receipt to get a refund . But it was rude of karennn to raise her voice at me I was like ma'am I'm. NOt tryna argue I gotta get to work!

Waited in line at 130 am . To get some food couldn't hear anything in the speaker but static. So after waiting for ever I drive up to the window and proceed to tell Maria what I wanted and she tells me I have to drive back around go sit inline again and order on the speakers. I clearly explained to her I couldn't hear and she would but take my order..

Sometimes there is good customer service but the drive thru at night time is HORRIBLE. Takes 20 minutes just to get your food after waiting in a mile long line! Terrible! This place needs work asap

If I could give them zero I would. They were out of Dr pepper. They told us that today 11/21/18 was the last day of their 5 dollar chalupa box and that they only had 2 left. This was at 4pm in the afternoon on a Wednesday. The guy taking my order took all the order and after I gave him all my order then he told us that they only had 2 double chalupa boxes left. The way I see it is as an employee he should know what promotions are going on and when they no longer selling it. I had to sit there and wait in a 4 car line, without an order, because their drive thru has no way of us getting out of the line. Bad customer service, the lady that came to the intercome to reassure me that there was no more double chalupa deal was rude and turned off the speaker and refused to talk to me after she said what she wanted to say. Needless to say, I'm not going there anymore, ever.

If you want to pay more money for them just to get your order wrong come to this lousy place

The health department needs to close this place down. Upon walking to the front door I am solicited by homeless people camping at the entryway. The bathroom is disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floor. No soap or hand sanitizer. After I received my tray with on it, my hand came into contact with food under the tray. It was obvious the tray had not been washed. I've never experienced such blatant neglect in an eatery.

Worst location ever. Forgot to give me half of the item I order. Call and talk to somebody for a refund and they can't do it over the phone tell her I want to talk to a manager she claim she is a manager so I have no one else to complain. Worst customer service ever.

Horrible. I love toco bell but this one always gets my order wrong and they always leave something out and they make us back up at the window so they can have more time on making the food to make it seem that they get costumers food fast but they don't!

Very Friendly for a Taco Bell I was very pleased with there Drive thru customer sevice

I waited like 20 minutes in the drive thru and they are really sloppy- the outside of the bag had cheese and the cups had drink spilled outside of them

Are u kidding me Taco Bell ?? Serving me an OLD NASTY Smelling taco salad. I ordered a Fiesta Taco salad and it was completely nasty with the old /oily smelling and tasted disgusting of the big crispy Taco which is used as a bowl ( hope you know what I'm talking about ). Never never never never again. You're out of my life.

Sooner or later this Taco Bell will go out of business ....these reviews will tell you why...I wish I would've read them before , now I'm stuck in line , waiting for my order , been waiting for 30 minutes already ... bad management obviously... smh ...

If there could be something less than 1 star that would be my choice. Was in line for the drive through for 20mins and it never moved. These ppl don't seem to be in any urgency. Don't waste your time.

the people that work the window are rude and do not have good customer service skills they look mad always i would rather drive across the street to get tacos
