Taco Bell - Live Más Café

Live Mas Cafe! They have a variety of drinks choices, chillers, freeze, lattes, coffee, refreshers! And they still have the usual menu items. It's an all-in-one! The Bellristas were friendly! I really like the Mexican Mocha Hot Coffee. I noticed they also have two wide tables outlet access. I'm adding this location to my list of cafes to go. ☺️

Very helpful young man working there. He made sure I didn't need any help with my order and greeted me with a great smile 😁. I love it when I can tell that an employee loves their job 🙌🏽😉 Also I really enjoyed this Poblano steak rolled quesadilla 😋😋😋

THIS TACOBELL WAS SO GOOD! And soooooo yummmmyyy😜😜🤪🤪😜😜🤪🤪😜. The employees were so sweet and talkative! I love the atmosphere: it was soooo cute:}

Jaden was great, greeted us right through the door. Was really engaging and exited to talk about the new Live Mas cafe. Taco Bell is pushing out new psuedo coffee shop cafe style add-ons in store called Live Mas cafe so I had to come try it. Overall the drinks were ok, we had the Baja Blast Pie Chiller and Mexican Chocolate Churro. I would definitely like to try some of the other offerings, the ones we got weren't bad and were worth the try but I probably wouldn't order again. We also got a taco and quesadilla and it was pretty good quality and fresh compared to other Taco Bell. Lots of words to say this is a great location, good staff, fresh food, super clean.

I visited this Taco Bell today for a pick up order and was so surprised by how much it had changed! The restaurant was incredibly nice and clean, feeling more like a modern café after its remodel. I hadn't been in a while, but the new atmosphere is fantastic. Equally impressive was the customer service. The two gentlemen who greeted me were extremely friendly and provided great service. The excellent staff and the clean new look mean I'm definitely planning to come back for more visits! Highly recommend stopping by.

I just need to come on here to praise the overnight staff! Im an overnight driver from SA multiple times a week and this location does not disappoint! Very friendly (which is rare for night staff), they always answer the drive-thru, get the order right, are quick, and the food is fresh amd correct! Give this crew a raise bc it's so uncommon to have service like this consistently these days 🙌

One employee went above and beyond and was really nice and was punished for it the lady who forgot my Mexican pizza fussed at him for apologizing and making up for it. He makes a really great pink frosted lemonade I hate that I didn’t get his name but he was a nice African American gentleman. I will be returning for the pink frosted lemonade

We went to the newly renovated Taco Bell to try the new Live Mas Cafe! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and it looks really nice on the inside! Can't wait to try the coffee!

Came for the New Live Mas Cafe menu & it was super delicious and the staff was super friendly! We got the Baja blast pie chiller & the Mexican mocha latte it was very good. Definitely will be coming back for more new items! We went on Nov 20th 2025 @ around 3pm-4pm. Staff was very nice & friendly. :) the inside was pretty cool too with their new designs & clean when we went.

They made it a Live Más Café! This location seems to get all the interesting stuff first, like when they did the Truff collaboration. Happy I can get sugar bomb coffee drinks and tacos in one place now.

This Taco Bell just converted to Live Más Cafe and it's a welcomed update. The staff is really friendly and the new menu items are pretty good. I would recommend a visit.

The taco shells smelt like old grease , like they had been sitting for months and expired. I couldn't even eat them I got nauseous and wasn't hungry anymore. Ole girl at the drive thru window was rude af too

Taco the time to read this review. Or don't. It's not that important. My least fave fast food chain, maybe tied with the likes of Chick Fil A. But late night in Katy there really aren't many options. It's our nephew that likes it here, and when we come here, which is somewhat often - much more often than it should be - the nephew usually thinks it's great (bad taste in food), and Barbi and I are left thinking, wtf. I'd have given it 3 just for the delight it brings him, a few years ago. But these days, damn, the prices went up so high that I can't even do that.

Ehh it's Taco Bell, what do you guys expect? It's fast food service, but I have to say this location isn't too bad. Drive through goes by pretty quick. The ladies was pretty nice and food came out quick. If I had to go to any Taco Bell location, it would be here!

This Taco Bell used to be really bad. They had unprofessional and rude employees, but they've really improved! My order is always correct now and all of the employees that I've encountered are very nice and respectful.

These guys always do an amazing job. Whether I'm coming here to pick up a delivery order. Or whether my fat ass is coming here for 16 pounds of nacho fries. I love this place. I Effin love y'all mofos.. y'all are the definition of absolute badasses. Corporate needs to give you all raises at the very least. I could come here get in the drive-through line with 15 cars and we all will be out of the line within 15 minutes. Now that is productivity. What is the excuse for all these other places they have such shitty reviews. Mind you I did not put a? On the last sentence. Simply because it is called a rhetorical question Farley. Every single fast food place in Katie needs to learn from the manager of this Taco Bell and I'm pretty sure they can learn a few tips from the employees too.

Manager in charge gets all defensive because of a mistake. Being my first time to a Taco Bell, and having this kind of experience really disappointed. Food was excellent wouldnt complain about it. Customer service is a priority, im a manager at Marcos Pizza and seeing another manager just acting up on customers and being defensive is just unacceptable.

Absolutely awful, disgusting experience. Will not be bringing my business back here. Open up my first taco to find literal brown lettuce on top of taco. Then I'm like okay not the end of the world, go to open my beefy melt burrito, and as I'm putting the sauce on it I see a hair inside the burrito. Disgusting. Such a large chain should have far better precautions around food. Well there's 10$ completely wasted.

Worst Crunchwrap supreme I have ever had from any Taco Bell ever. It's 1am, but I know they are open til 4am, so it's not like Oh no, we're about to close. This was pathetic.

No complaints. I was taking a professional development course at the HCC around the corner and this became one of my go-to stops for a quick meal before class. On one hand, it's a Taco Bell. You know what you're going to get. It's not high end Tex Mex food. It's very much watered down fare that tastes best when you're drunk late at night. On the other hand, this location is one of the better ones I've been to. The staff is friendly, service is fairly quick, and the food always comes out hot and as fresh as you can expect fast food to be. They always throw enough napkins in the bag, and are more than generous with sauce packets. My course is complete and I probably won't have another one in that area, but if I did, this location would continue to be one of my go-to's.

I hadn't had Taco Bell in forever. I used to eat it in my hunger days - but now I prefer more restaurant style Mexican food. Tonight, I needed a snack and stopped in for some crunchy taco supremes and a Mexican pizza. It was a good, quick snack that brought back memories.

Whoever is working the drive through tonight is very rude and unprofessional. My husband waited for a few minutes at the speaker waiting for a greeting so he could order and once he asked "excuse me?", she finally replied with "are you ready?" with an attitude like she was mad that he didn't announce himself. Then proceeded to have an attitude when he paid and got his food.

Went there around 3:00am 11/11/2018 they told us the systems were down and would be up in 15 minutes. I waited in the drive way and 10 minutes went past and they went outside to their cars both workers. They sat there for longer than 15! Obviously they were waiting for 4am to arrive so they can close. Around 7 cars came and they weren't even inside to let them know the systems were down.

The lady who just took my order was rude and every time i come to this location they absolutely no manners.

I ordered 12 of the cinnabon delights. They rang me up for 2 orders of 2. No compensation when i nicely approached them about their mistake. Instead, they tried to make me for extra for their mistake. There's a different Taco bell down the road just go to that one!

Have to say this taco bell location is one of the best in Katy, when compared to all the other locations, the service here is good and most importantly they get your order correct and makes the food right!

came here for breakfast Got the breakfast box. checked it old stale hash brown. ok cool can I get another one please I'm give you the same in a different bag. then have the nerve to say we don't do fresh. This coming from a manger. The service was trash and the food. Don't come to this location.

Dear Taco Bell, Thanks for updating this place. I'll take some pictures next time, because the remodel makes a big difference. It's actually one of the better looking Taco Bells I have ever seen. I promise I will take a pictures next time. I went there today, and the only thing I can think of that was bad was the restroom. I stepped on something and almost slipped. It looked a little bit like dog vomit. It says restrooms are inspected every 30 minutes. Hopefully it is. After seeing the slippery thing in the restroom, I would normally exit the door and not eat, because of loss of appetite. But I was hungry, so I stayed and ate 3 soft taco supremes and drank baja Mountain Dew. My rating stays at 4 stars. Take care of the restrooms and keep up the good work with cleaning up the beer bottles in the parking lot. By the way, are there any Taco Bell t-shirts that have the #88 on them? Just curious. -mark

My husband ordered a soft taco combo with a cinnamon twist and chips n cheese nacho and. He only received his tacos and the cheeses sauce that was supposed to come with the nachos. On top of that his tacos were super skimpy. This location is awful.

Best Taco Bell in the area. The drive thru line always is moving pretty fast. Service is good every time I go, and I eat Taco Bell a lot. The new Taco Bell on Morton and 99 needs to get their shit together. They always run out of tacos or their line takes way too long. I've never once gone there without a problem.

Ordered online: for pickup.. $50 order. Was very disappointed in service at pickup. 1) forgot 2 freezes 2) forgot 2 nachos/ cheese 3) special orders of grande crunches not made to order with black beans instead of meat 4) crunchy tacos no tomatoes or cheese. Called store, spoke to Mgr that blew me off. Said to come back for refund and bring proof. 20 minute drive. Totally useless. Never going there again. Reporting to home office!

Very rude Customer Service. If you have something on the side and pacifically say on the side they will argue with you and argue with you. And make you pay extra to get it. Taco Bell has went down a lot. Also food was cold. I'm going to dispute it with my bank to get the charges lifted from my card. Was not what I ordered. This is very unnecessary. Not to mention every time you call about your order messed up the phones always busy. Taco Bell needs to be reformed their customer service and hold their employees to a higher standard.

Was just there tonight got really good service and a bunch of sauce packets & napkins in my bag :) honestly since it was a long line I was debating leaving BUT i'm glad I didn't because they were really nice and efficient!!!!

Well, they took my money, didn't give me my food, and threatened to call the cops. Worst service ever. They won't answer the phone when I call to try and resolve this issue. I honestly am lost at this point. Steer clear of this place. Management isn't trying to resolve the issue. On top of those things, I tried putting a Uber eats order in, they charged my credit card and after 1.5hrs of waiting Taco Bell canceled my order. But they were sure to collect the expedited delivery charge. 2 orders now where they have stolen money from me.

This location is covinient for us because it's near home. How ever it can be a bit or miss with the food. Sometimes there is too much in one specific plate and not enough in another. We have never had a problem with wait, they are pretty fast and always get out order correct.

Every time i went to this taco bell fry road location either one or two orders if I ask for adding sour scream or jalapeno and being charged for it is always missing the ingredient. I call the manager said "I am sorry" and if i want to come. I said forget it I am sick of time that place always incorrect my order and the employee always make mistakes even just one item. Only can say I am sorry all the time, why don't discipline all the employees to do the right.

We have always loved Taco Bell. Great food, service is okay, and clean. Maybe I just luck out when I go. This location however the inside is kind of cluttered right in the middle of the dining area. Who puts 4 bar height tables with 3 chairs each right around the 3 tables that are half booths and chairs? Seriously crowded much? Whoever designed it had one job. No joke. Anyways, this is about those new Cap'n Crunch Delights. Uh, I love them but they don't look anything near the picture. That was crazy. They are tasty but at $1.99 for two small pods, no thanks. Look at the picture.

My food was alright but communication is terrible. They always only do the bare minimum. They never give you enough napkins. I got 3 burritos and a bell grande nacho and got 3 napkins. When we asked for sauce he literally grabbed a hug handful and was dropping packs all out side the drive through window. He only gave me fire after I literally just asked for fire AND verde. He did the same again. Huge handful spilling everywhere. I too work at fast food. Y'all act like its hard to get things right. Maybe if you tried that 7.25 will turn into 9.50-10.00. Just a thought.

I only drive-thru this location so I know nothing about it's interior. I only know I can quickly get my tacos and be on my way. Isn't that the point? Traffic isn't as horrendous at this one as at the one on Mason since there is no major intersection just north of it. My tacos + less annoyances = happy customer.

I love this location. I have probably been eating there on and off for almost 7 years. I ate there again today. The food is always fast (I mean real fast), the staff is always courteous and they always GET MY ORDER RIGHT! That last point is the key. Yeah, it's fast food. But you can get a meal for under $3 and I NEVER wait too long in the drive-thru.

Todays visit was superb. The place was clean, the food's presentation was excellent, and the service was fast. Even for a fast food establishment it's still nice that everything was anything but fast food service. I know that when ever I am around this Taco Bell and I am hungry I will consider this place. Good job today guys keep up the good work!

I love this place so much. They always get the order right and it's always quick to be brought out to you. I went there last night and the guy gave me a free water! What! How crazy is that! Best water that I've had.

The cashier was a sweet lady but the cooks in the back were rude. Were very loud and obnoxious because I didn't want beans on my burrito. Not a very friendly customer service location. Luckily I do not live close to this one and will never return

Omg the quality of the food from the late shift is horrible. Screwed up our order, and the food looks crapes instead of grilled stuffed burritos. Not sure if they weren't paying attention cause of the car show in the parking lot or what. Booooooooo....

It's a Taco Bell and so I don't see a need to review the food. The service was fast and friendly, considering I overheard there was forty dollar order while I was there. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean. If I ever have to eat at a Taco Bell again, I hope it's just like this one was.

We've come here a couple of times well before their stated closing hours, and they'll pretend to be closed so they don't have to help you. We were there around midnight tonight, and they ignored me at the drive thru. There was a car in front of me, and a car behind me that also had to drive off. As I was driving away I could see all the employees inside hiding. All 3 of us went across the street to whattaburger which was fine, but I wanted tacos.

Ordered salads..got my food..half portions served..asked to speak to manager... was told he was the cook.... did the survey... Never heard from manager. .

Honest reviewer here! I have been a repeat customer here for a long time, but now not anymore. I would like to simply rule out food poisoning...kinda sad that you gotta be super cautious about where you can and cannot eat out anymore...

Love the new spicy tostada!!! They are worth trying, i get it without the chipolte sauce, because if not it's way too saucy & does not taste as good! Trust me on this one!

WOW, last night I was in a big hurry for dinner, so I decided to swing by Taco Bell, I noticed a big sign that read "Triple Steak Stack" on it. I went ahead and ordered it, (let it be known that I never try new things) well much to my & my taste buds surprise IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! I am going back today to get another one!!! I am a huge hot sauce kinda person, but this needs zero hot sauce!! It's much too cheesy & meaty with only 670 calories for the whole thing. Plus it can easily make two servings as my husband & split it and both of us had plenty. The cost was $5.99 for the combo, consisting of the steak stack & large soda.

Service is good and food is great. Always willing to work with you and your special orders. The only complain I have is they never give enough sauce in drive-thru. If I get 2 items i'll get 2 sauce and if I get 6 items then I get 4 sauce. Like seriously...? At least give two to three sauce per item..quit being stingy!

my advice to you would b.. keep driving... there is a smell of waste that sits rite in the front when your ordering your food... as well as a smell of waste or sewage rite where the fountain drink machine is.. there tables are always always filthy... and on top of that you will get food that has been sitting for a while if it is already made.. or just plain stale food.... be careful i got sick here twice.... good luck
