Where do I begin.....the taco hard shells were rancid. It smelled like rancid oil. Unable to eat 3 tacos due to shells. Ordered 2 bean burrito's with extra onion. 1 was a plain burrito and the other had cheese on it, neither had onions. Missing 1 of the soft taco supreme's that was ordered. Attempted to call however phone just rings and rings. The young lady at the drive thru window was very nice and professional.

The oneonta NY store consistently has an hour + wait time even when the dining room is closed and no cars.in the drive through. Once food comes out a good portion of the time it is cold and/or.missing items. As a door dasher/Uber eats driver, this type of service reflects poorly on me with our mutual customers and costs Me to lose money when its not at all my fault that your staff cant make food in a timely manner. I was rudely told tonight 10/25 that all of the fast.food places have long waits which is incorrect. Taco bell is the ONLY resturaunt with the issue and again its consistently unacceptably long wait times. Myself and other food service drivers have begun declining any/all orders coming out of this location..

I have sent numerous complaints on phone and thru app after I received my deliveries. I've called and tried to get manager at fernley,nv location. 89408. I have been laughed at told to leave because of their mess up. Just straight up robbing me of the upgrades I pay for. And never receive. ALOT of the time im ignored. Just over taco bells bullshit. Worst fast food chain out here in reno. Trust me it takes alot for me to do this but I've had it. It is going all over our blogs and YouTube about this company. I have friends this is happening to also. Worst fast food chain out here. Said I would get a call and follow up. Yeah right. Its time to hold this co. Accountable. See what happens

Your Sidney Ohio Taco Bell stinks. I ordered tacos with no tomato the breakfast burritos and they put tomatoes on it. I’m allergic to tomatoes. You guys better be glad I didn’t eat them because somebody would’ve had a lawsuit. I am very angry and fed up with the Sidney Taco Bell.

The Taco Bell‘s on Reisterstown Road supposed to open up at nine. It’s like 907 somebody’s in there, but they said they’re not open yet. This is a bad business. They never open on time. I recommend you to go somewhere else.

They didn’t put my pizza in my bag and of course, the only way to get my money back or get my Pizza was to have to drive back over there and waste more gas And they were not busy at all. I was the only car in the drive-through. This was in Marion Ohio

Taco Bell Cantina Manager refused to remake, exchange, or refund a poorly made $10.81 order and the location Manager would not provide her name a District, Regional or Corporate contact and promptly called with Police for frivolous and very unnecessary charges. Mr. Greer does not believe that proper remedy steps have been made in by the Franchise to address this "serious" violation of his civil rights Location 24 West Washington Street Indianapolis, IN The result was Mr.Greer was beaten then sat on the floor in front of the Catina for 15 minute "spectacle", arrested for "Criminal and and spent more 24 hours while psychically injured in county jail and two months in court until the State of Indiana could not support the Charge and Dropped all charges "no contest." This review, posted at Taco Bell Headquarters in Irvine applies to all 7,817 stores in the US! I like Taco Bell tacos! They're light, crispy, fresh, and healthy. The ingredients cover the floorboards of most cars in America! Why, in the 61 years you've been in business, are you still teaching your franchisees to wrap tacos up SO THAT THEY LEAK, as shown in the picture? Even Jack-in-the-box has solved that problem. This commentary concerns the Taco Bell app. Since my opinion of the app does not apply to any franchise location, it would be unfair to demote an individual's stores average "star" score. When they got started, the Taco Bell app was a standalone app on your mobile device. Taco Bell has updated the app and has copied a bad feature that others have (the McDonald's app, for instance): the app will not work unless it has access to your email. Taco Bell will say that they're just trying to customize offers to better serve you--but know that they're probably collecting a lot more personal information that you're aware. From my perspective: I understand that when you consider increasing input costs, Taco Bell has had to raise posted menu prices. While I still like to visit Taco Bell occasionally, the value proposition is diminishing. And this information collection effort is really off-putting.

This is the headquarters of TacoBell. While my local TacoBell gets good grades, the headquarters do NOT. I've sent 3 emails to this place, requesting a response for a product that I was promised, but never received, without any response at all. The service is literally NONEXISTENT. How do chains continue with failing their customers like this? Whenever I've had issues with McDonald's, I always get some response, even if to let me know that my issues are being taken care of. I have no idea about the ambiance of this place, as my sole issues here have been to try to resolve an issue that their company/app failed to deliver. Follow through with what has been promised. It's not hard.

Didn't believe that such rumors existed that an old taco bell stand was still around. Amazing, historical piece kept alive...and for that.. you get 5 stars...

Have been trying all day by telephone and the sending of a request from the app on a cellphone for a link to be sent via an email so I can reset my password thus being able to order ahead. Must be the company doesn't want business!
