Taco Bell HQ

I've never had an issue with my local taco bell until today. I stopped in and got a party pack of tacos half and half. Got home and literally had grease dripping out of the shells. The wrappers were soaked in grease the hard shells were now soft shells from so much grease. I ended up having to throw them all in the trash. Normally I would've taken order back but I live 30 minutes away and wasn't worth the hassle to load up and go back.

Taco Bell on Malvern, Fullerton CA. 06.29.25: second attempt at dinner within 8 days, combo with 3 crunchy tacos and drink, each taco had total ingrediebts the size of my little finger. SAME AS FIRST ORDER ON JUNE 21. After second ripoff I called the store. Young kady answered, said she is the manager. She told me if i want more food in my taco "I have to pay extra" I will go there tomorrow (06-30) to talk to daytime manager. I need a refund for both ripoffs. We have trouble ordering from those machines. We got help putting our order in and it was still wrong. We added guacamole to 2 burritos and never got it on either one. We wanted onions on one only and it was put on both burritos. I can't find what ingredients are in unfamiliar orders (I have food allergies) and it is hard to get someone to talk to you at the front desk. Bring back customer services!!!!! I don't like getting overcharged and then not being able to eat what they gave me.

Today…..Taco Bell on Nutt rd in Phoenixville Pa. Unfortunately my order was not right. fortunately I was eating in restaurant so I realized it right away… I went back up to counter and explained what was wrong to, I believe, the manager. He sincerely apologized… made the order right along with 2 extra tacos and a coupon… He brought to my table and again apologized! EXCELLENT customer service. Mistakes can and will happen… It’ the way you recover that will be remembered!!!! I already to.d my neighbor about my experience and highly recommended that stop by that Taco Bell and give them some business.. I will defiantly go back!!!!

Taco Bell Cantina Manager refused to remake, exchange, or refund a poorly made $10.81 order and the location Manager would not provide her name a District, Regional or Corporate contact and promptly called with Police for frivolous and very unnecessary charges. Mr. Greer does not believe that proper remedy steps have been made in by the Franchise to address this "serious" violation of his civil rights Location 24 West Washington Street Indianapolis, IN The result was Mr.Greer was beaten then sat on the floor in front of the Catina for 15 minute "spectacle", arrested for "Criminal and and spent more 24 hours while psychically injured in county jail and two months in court until the State of Indiana could not support the Charge and Dropped all charges "no contest." (See Below) 01. 35-43-2-2(b)(2)/MA: Criminal Trespass Def., not having contractual interest in property, knowingly • Dismissed 08/30/2024 Judgment Case Number 49D34-2407-CM-019059 At this point, an initial letter of incident was sent to your Corporate Team on July 9, 2024 and A Process Served Letter of Intent to Sue was received on October 25, 2024 "J0TK000701343." We would mediate and documentate this incident with our Team at Freedom First International but we have also retained Legal in the State of Indiana to move forward with our Lawsuit in less than 30 days. We also have made an inquiry to the Indiana Attorney General's Office and also the Better Business Bureau again due to the level of violation.

Taco bell on westbank expressway is the worst! Just spent money on 2 orders for what? For cold food, incorrect orders. The Mexican pizzas had no sauce, 1 was supposed to be vegetarian with extra sauce & extra cheese, which, mind you had meat on it, no sauce and regular cheese the other was supposed to be with extra pizza sauce which had none, pinto and cheese was cold, bean burrito had lettuce on it, cheesy bean and rice burrito was actually a rice burrito with no cheese when I got it, Fiesta potatoes was so hard as if it were sitting under a light. All of this is the reason I haven't ate there in 1.5 yrs but decided to go try it again. Go figure, the taco bell on westbank expressway is still the worst and continues to get worse. I can't decide if I am disappointed or not considering this is the exact same reason I stopped eating there in the past! Taco bell in gretna on westbank expressway needs to get it together! When I worked at taco bell years ago, the GM R. Estrada would have never went for this in his restaurants. He was always about clean restaurants, good customer service, friendly faces & good quality food. I will NEVER be back at taco bell especially the one in Gretna!

too bad they are hurting locations by remoldeling. Being forced to use the kiosk, no menus up on the walls, very noisy. the one i went to today was empty, older people at the counter being instructed on using the kiosk. we turned around and went to arbys. personal service with a smile and bell to ring if you enjoyed your meal

I hope someone with power reads this.. Taco bell Elyria, OH chestnut commens. I watched the tall black dude 05/22/20225 around 2240 and 2245 giving the biggest bag of food I've ever seen free to his friend. mean while I had a teaspoon of meat in my burrito supreme. I've been all over the United states and this taco bell has go to be the worst.. Its not the first time I've seen this happen. better do some inventory.

This review, posted at Taco Bell Headquarters in Irvine applies to all 7,817 stores in the US! I like Taco Bell tacos! They're light, crispy, fresh, and healthy. The ingredients cover the floorboards of most cars in America! Why, in the 61 years you've been in business, are you still teaching your franchisees to wrap tacos up SO THAT THEY LEAK, as shown in the picture? Even Jack-in-the-box has solved that problem. This commentary concerns the Taco Bell app. Since my opinion of the app does not apply to any franchise location, it would be unfair to demote an individual's stores average "star" score. When they got started, the Taco Bell app was a standalone app on your mobile device. Taco Bell has updated the app and has copied a bad feature that others have (the McDonald's app, for instance): the app will not work unless it has access to your email. Taco Bell will say that they're just trying to customize offers to better serve you--but know that they're probably collecting a lot more personal information that you're aware. From my perspective: I understand that when you consider increasing input costs, Taco Bell has had to raise posted menu prices. While I still like to visit Taco Bell occasionally, the value proposition is diminishing. And this information collection effort is really off-putting.

This is the headquarters of TacoBell. While my local TacoBell gets good grades, the headquarters do NOT. I've sent 3 emails to this place, requesting a response for a product that I was promised, but never received, without any response at all. The service is literally NONEXISTENT. How do chains continue with failing their customers like this? Whenever I've had issues with McDonald's, I always get some response, even if to let me know that my issues are being taken care of. I have no idea about the ambiance of this place, as my sole issues here have been to try to resolve an issue that their company/app failed to deliver. Follow through with what has been promised. It's not hard.

Didn't believe that such rumors existed that an old taco bell stand was still around. Amazing, historical piece kept alive...and for that.. you get 5 stars...

Have been trying all day by telephone and the sending of a request from the app on a cellphone for a link to be sent via an email so I can reset my password thus being able to order ahead. Must be the company doesn't want business!
