Happy with this location. Good food (for a fast food - good enough), along with nice cashiers and other customer service workers. I didn't have high expecations for a fast food establishment, but still, I was pleasantly surprised at the politeness of the people that worked there. Not to mention it's close (enough) to my house, so if I ever need Taco Bell (or craving it), won't go to other locations. This is my preferred place. Keep it up guys and Thank You!

This place was pretty big and clean. They have a lot of kiosks to place your order. The restroom was big and decent looking. The food we ordered was piping hot and fresh. I was even happier because they had the caramel apple empanadas in stock, iykyk..... people that work here were super friendly and nice.

A very convenient Taco Bill. Clean, free parking, fast service. The new grilled steak burrito is really great and fulfilling. This branch is particularly super clean 🧼👍👍👍 This Taco 🌮 Bell 🔔 is next to a Walmart Supercenter.

Updated 5/9/2018 Today I did my usual breakfast skillet bowl and the staff there so nice always high energy and happy. One of the new employees Vereem was really excited to work there and had a good talk about the kiosks they got. Good place for breakfast maybe work a couple hours from there, change the scenery. This taco bell like most of other franchise where the headquarters are in the same city have unique experience, for sure. The kiosk here is on point with one register. I just realized you can get the cheapest breakfast options here. The food is always good. The kiosk remind me of a vending machine type. I come here at random times now to get a snack. I felt this taco bell had some value like the other OC chains these restaurants staff are more helpful and the food is always better.

The AI at the speaker in the drive through is good but still needs work .it almost got my order 100% but when I requested the difference from the regular drink to a large drink ,thats when I got transfered to a person. Lol over all was good

The person who assembled my burrito did a great job the beans meat and cheese went all the way through not beans at one end and meat at the other.

I went in today and the lady in the front asked, paying with cash? I said; no card. She said; “Oh, use the tablet to order, or do you need help?” I said Yes. She tells one of her associates to come and help (I’m thinking he’s coming to take my order). Nope, I was wrong; he too instructed me to use the tablet. I asked, can’t you just take my order? He said, no, theres the tablet. It’s so unfortunate that we live in a world that corporations and associates don’t want to interact/help customers. It’s called Customer Service. I’ve been in the Customer Service field for over 15 years now; and I fully understand that customers are #1 priority. They are the reasons business is sustained. Needless to say, I left and did not give them my business. Very disappointed in both associates that didn’t help me at all!

Normally I go through the drive-thru so maybe I got a different experience because I tried something different and went inside which was a major mistake. The customer service was horrible I wasn't greeted. It was five of them cooking in the kitchen and no one spoke I had to speak because I'm the type of person if you work in customer service you're going to speak to me if I'm spending my money. So of course they spoke back but the point is the customer service should be better. There was a little lady walking around cleaning and she said she would check me in She never did So I had to walk to the counter and call someone over myself because at this location things don't get done unless you do it yourself. Maybe I went on the wrong day so I'm not going to count them out just yet. I will try another shift and see if that's what the problem was. It wasn't crowded so that was no excuse. But I will give it a try again another day another shift and I will update this review to let you know if there was any difference.

Customer service is terrible! Employees are RUDE and restrooms are nasty and stinky!! Food was not good and my nacho fries were SALTY!!!

I know what I'm expecting when I go to a Taco Bell. No, it's not going to be authentic Mexican food, nor will there be any frills or an expectation of exceeding levels of customer service especially as I highly doubt the staff are paid well enough to do anything more than provide me with the meal I ordered. And on that front, this spot deserves 5 stars. This location is always clean when we arrive, the staff are kind and the food is fresh. We've had one issue where we ordered a veggie power bowl and it came with chicken but were able to easily remedy it through the app we ordered it on. Overall, I will keep coming back for my cinnamon twists and veggie power bowls as long as this chain keeps the prices low.

This location has a renovated interior and quite clean. They mainly rely on kiosk ordering but you can also order from a cashier too. It's a bit busy during lunch rush but the workers are staffed well to churn out the orders. The food is on par with other Taco Bell locations so that's why it's good. I like the Mexican Pizza and Nacho Fries which always come out hot. The drive thru can be a long line which can cause a traffic jam in the small parking lot. They're using AI in the drive thru ordering now which is a hit or miss for me.

25 minutes no movement it's Taco Bell so quality is out the window but it should be fast food if you order ahead of time online don't offer something you can't provide

Ordered online, specified how many sauces I wanted and the type. Received no sauce and no napkins. Please don't include an option to add sauce, if you're not going to supply them. Quality is mid, but works in a pinch for those late night cravings.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting!! Clean them right. There was two young ladies that wear heavy poorly done makeup that were so rude!! The food made me throw up when I got home. I have never had problems coming here until now. Do not roll your eyes at me when I am speaking to you. I'm paying you to give me my food! Everything bad.

drive through sucks with the automated voice they need to take the orders instead of the ai

I was disappointed. I bought three meals. They look good in the photos, but when they arrived, the portions were small. It wasn't worth what I spent.

The single most important aspect of a business that makes me a loyal customer is their employees. The employee that helped me was wonderful. My problem is not with their employees, my issue is with Taco Bell's initiative to replace the personal engagement placing my order with a really person with a screen! Call me old fashioned but a lack of engagement with a human will make me find a new restaurant to frequent. Taking my business to Del Taco!

replaced Ono as my favorite HBBQ place! Chicken fish combo is not on tge menu but you can still order it and it is the best!

GIANT CHEEZE-IT TOSTADA I LOVE YOU! Please make this a permanent menu item everywhere! This is such a fun idea and I was so excited to try it. I would totally order this every time I went. This is a classic that got a new awesome twist. Apparently this is the only location that has the cheez-it promo and it's worth heading to if your in the area. No idea now long it's here for but I'm ready for more! Pro tip - Go for the tostada over the crunch wrap because it gets a little soggy being all wrapped up.

I came to this specific Taco Bell because this is the only location that offered the Giant Cheez-It items on the menu, which is being tested. There was no line, no wait and I got my Cheez-It Tostada ($2.49) and Cheez-It Crunchwrap ($4.49). What better combo than my favorite Taco Bell item upgrading to include another amazing food item of Cheez-Its. I will say that the cheez-it in the crunchwrap made it a bit soggy, so eat this right away. The meat was also a bit overpowering to really taste the cheez-it, but I still loved it either way. I actually prefer the tostada because you could taste the flavor and crunch of the cheez-it more. Taco Bell, keep being creative.

Service was extremely slow. My nephew even asked if we needed to get someone's attention to help us. They also give you a number to place at your table, yet offer no table service.

I ordered my meal and they gave me everything exactly as I asked. However, I forgot to get my burrito grilled. So I go up and ask if they can grill my burrito and what do they do? They make a NEW burrito, grill it, and serve it to me fresh. They didn't have to remake it because I was the one that made the error. I know most fast food places won't give you the time of day even if THEY were the ones to make the error. And listen, I'm not saying the service here is like Chick-Fil-A, with the full teeth smile and the "my pleasures" and whatnot; but they serve you well. What I'm trying to say is that I'm writing this review to shout out the management of this Taco Bell: the employees are diligent, the restaurant is clean, and the service is good. Whoever is running this store, keep up the good work. You are better managed than most fast food places and I want you to know that. Stay classy Barranca Parkway Taco Bell.

I wish I can grade it zero or less. I ordered on Friday at 9 AM. two breakfast wraps with mild and medium sauces when it came to paying in drive-through female employee, heavily pierced-poorly makeup, asked for the amount due from my husband then upon him, providing the money, she turns away and ignores what she asked we end up to closing the window as she was providing rude and ugly service when she came back, she waited with a face of annoyance and my husband calmly asked are you ready ? and she replied "yes but I was helping a customer. " I have not seen service like this from any employee, or from a human until that day. she has a headset on and clearly does not understand to bite her tongue. disrespectful. I am very disappointed in the service, and I initially asked for a manager to which she declined, she either needs to be fired or be sent to the back of the house to wash dishes. I am not apologizing for what she her bad behavior and her having a bad day. Thank you. Food was OK.

They cut amount ingredients when making food , making them much smaller then all other Taco Bell's, the bean burritos are a perfect example ! The only good thing about this one is ....it's a great reminder of why I no longer eat at Taco Bell's

I just ate one of those beefy cheesy burritos this morning at Taco Bell I was so appalled by the amount of cheese in this thing I almost threw up halfway through it I will never eat at Taco Bell ever again I wanted to throw up so bad I was insulted

Always a great experience at Taco Bell! The food is fresh, tasty, and served quickly. The staff is friendly and efficient, making sure orders are accurate and delivered with a smile. Whether it's a late-night craving or a quick bite on the go, Taco Bell never disappoints. Love the variety on the menu and the affordability. Definitely one of my go-to spots

The steak burger was half frozen and tasted bad! The clerk's nails had dirt underneath! They were not friendly!

When I am craving Taco Bell, I come here. The decor is nice and modern, which is nice. Some of the drive-thru employees are friendly as well. I usually order two Cheesy Bean & Rice Burritos with white onions. The burritos are extremely delicious, especially if you add white onions to them. If you are looking for a delicious and filing snack, I recommend trying them.

OK the Taco Bell Cheeze It Tostada, was the best thing I've ever eaten at a Taco Bell! I loved it, apparently it's only available at this California location. It was an interesting experience ordering it, it's only done on the computer screen. I don't think I conversed with any employees the entire time I was there. I got extra Sour cream, extra tomatoes and they made it the way I wanted them to.

I love the chicken chalupa but recently I went twice in 1 week and they forgot my chicken chalupa I had to drive all the way back to get it and they didn't even know it was missing till I got off the car to show them my receipt so I think they didn't check the order right . I feel like some of us prefer to wait and have our order correctly before rushing and people should smile more when taking orders it actually helps customers not get upset when they make a mistake. Like that or a simple sorry would be nice . We do love chicken chalupa and the nacho fries :)

The food and service are very consistent. The computer screens you order from are a little difficult, but whatever. If you download the app they give you lots of promos.

tl,dr: Convenient. Likes: + Very robust mobile app. Rewards. Can save your customizations and favorites. And through mobile app order, your items are very customizable. For example, I can order less cheese, more lettuce, and avocado ranch sauce on my one taco. + Plenty of parking. + Plenty of napkins and sauces are available at the middle counter away from the cashier counter. Saves a lot of space. + During early COVID, they sticker sealed the to-go bag. + Numerous order options. You can order via mobile app or in-store via self-order kiosk or the traditional way with an associate at the front counter. You can pick up via drive-thru, curbside, or in-store. Non-likes: - Today they forgot the lettuce in my gordita, but not in my Doritos Locos taco. Looked disgusting. Nvr happened before, and I've been returning for 3 years. So if you notice other recent similar negative reviews, I might suggest avoiding this Taco Bell for a brief while, during spring 2022. - Food overall isn't super healthy. haha I know, it's junk fast food. - Now they don't sticker seal the to-go bags anymore. Workers don't wear masks or gloves.

Honestly 5 star experience. I passed by the drive thru a couple days ago, and I didn't know what I really wanted. I suffer from a speech disorder, and the cashier who took my order who's name is Ivan, he was really patient with me, he helped me with suggesting food items and overall made me enjoy my quick stop at tacobell. I would really recommend this tacobell, as it has a very nice, welcoming ambience no matter if it's from the drive thru, or the lobby. Moreover the food it was prepared pretty well, and the portions were exceedingly amazing for the price. I really recommend anybody to go to this one as it shocked me on how a fast food place could really take in account to give good service! Especially this one definitely will come back again!

Lately I have been craving Taco Bell so much more. But I believe it's the crunch wraps that I'm addicted to. Or it could be the hot sauces, The quotes that are on the hot sauces make it much more enjoyable. Every time I come to Taco Bell, I order a crunch wrap, chicken quesadilla, and Doritos Loco taco. Their Chalupa's are also very good!! Totally worth trying!

I ordered a veggie power bowl. Cost about $8. That is more than chipotle bowls. They forgot the guacamole. And the beans were extremely sparse. Remember, this is an $8 bowl. I asked for guac and more beans. He gave me the guac and said no on the beans. Take a look at this bowl. Worth $8? Nope. I complained to the location area people online. Go to Chipotle.

When I called, they refused to believe us, and in the background, I heard them call me a bitch while speaking Spanish, thinking that I would not understand. This is completely unprofessional and really should not happen.

What has happened to this business? Its been a while since I have been here and sadly this will be my last trip! $15 worth of gross inedible food! At work and starving so I thought I would go to a local place! Wow. was that a costly mistake! The #1 combo was three tacos with a drink. Look at the tacos they gave me! Two were so greasy and old shells that they were not edible! The third one which looked alright, but you have to look closer. The left side has old dried on meat! Where was the shell and how did it get old dried up meat stuck to it? I don't know how they pass food inspections with something like this. Buyer beware!

Ordered breakfast on their app and went to pick it up after 11AM. They said it was past breakfast time and did not have our order ready. WTF? The purpose of ordering on an app is to have the food ready by the time you get there. Fuck this Taco Bell. Your online system is flawed. Ridiculous- get rid of this shit.

Best Taco Bell I've gone to! The service was great, the girl was sweet and patient and always had a smile on, the food was better here than any other one I've been to and I am a Taco Bell lover so I've been to quite a few. So glad this one is so close.

I love Taco Bell, and this was one of the best experiences I've had at one. I ordered through the app and it was ready as soon as I got there, the tables were clean, and my food was made with all the right proportions. They even gave me the exact amount of sauce packets I asked for instead of just throwing a bunch in the bag. Will definitely be back to this Taco Bell . There's also plenty of seating and they had room on the floor for me to store my onewheel while I ate.

Not the place to be at when your hungry at 9pm. They were sold out of items. Drink orders had no ice. They were out of soft drinks. Didn't put any hot sauce packets in my bag. Had to wait for it. Paid for my food and the guy said have a nice day. I was like sir I didn't get my food yet. I'm sure he felt some type of way. But come on. It could be a bit better if they weren't sold out on some things.

I made a horrible mistake, I put a bad review on wrong business. This business never been. So for this im going to put 5 stars. The place I wanted to put a bad review was DEL TACO near by. Sorry Taco bell

The food portion is getting smaller everyday, you should check your order before take off, usually wrong with JUST 2 sauces for two entrees. They don't follow the Covid protocol at all. I'm their customer for over 10 years but recently it's getting worse. Not going their anymore.

Been here a few times and the staff is always so nice and the inside is super clean. Can't go wrong with Taco Ball - cheap, good tasting food! Be sure to check out their value menu. They are also coming out with vegan options in the near future. I am sure I will be back to this Taco Bell.

I went thru the drive thru and there's some young guy named Carlos and he's the best worker they probably have there he makes the Best then I once maybe twice I went in and he's right there at the register taking orders and making orders overall he's the best guy they got

I love taco bell but the food at this location just sucks. You can see poor management by the quality in everything. I got the Deluxe cravings box with the nacho fries and the fries tasted good but the quality was so poor, they don't even cut them right and it was more like potato bundles. The 5 layer beefy burrito was nasty as fuck. There is very very little beef. I thought they forget but they skimp it and put way more bean to save $ it looks like. I had to open it and actually see it with my eyes. I never had a problem with the taste of their beans but its nasty, something isn't right. Lastly the chicken chalupa supreme... the chicken is suppose to be cold? I never had one and it wasn't obvious they changed the chalupa in this box from the regular to the chicken and that left me disappointed as well. If you're looking for $20 of food look elsewhere. If you want taco bell go to another location.
