I was asked to exit the drive thru and wait for food in the parking lot. I waited about 10 minutes before I decided to go inside and see what the hold up was. The person packing the food seemed to be in a bad mood. She throw my desert puffs in the box on top of my chicken. I'm sure that is probably not the right way to do it ;0.... But I will say the actual chicken was very good also the biscuit and mashed potatoes even though I asked for fries. 🧐

On June 6th, 2025 I ordered 3 dorito tacos and a spicy chicken sandwich and fries through the drive-thru. My order was literally disgusting. I'm eating my fries and when I get near the bottom I grabbed a fry and as I'm chewing there is this vile taste like some type of chemical or something. I immediately spit the fry out and I noticed a smell, a very foul smell, like feces. The smell lingered from the bag and my hands. The staff were very rude and rushing me to order.

How can they say they can't do ice water only that nasty Dasani in the bottle. Every fast food place including taco bell can do regular water. When i asked for it the employee just said no without explanation. Just water. Not rocket science. Guess what... burger King across the street can do they get my order.

I swear this site never gets my order correct. I said no tomatoes 7 times on each order even in the notes… you also have the option of “no pico de gallo” which translates to NO TOMATOES!! then I requested sauce (10) and you want to be stingy and give 2 to the driver and make them pay 75 cent a packet? Have you lost your mind? But I’m heated about the tomatoes situation like I could’ve died. You better hope Uber Eats refunds me…

this specific location is terrible with customer service. ive had 4 mess ups from this location. the manager would ignore me when i asked for help. it was hair in my food which the manager refused a refund for which is sad. half of the workers do not cover their heads in the kitchen area which is very unsanitary. if you tell them you dont want something on your order they will add it anyways even after you’ve repeated yourself 5 times.

If you go through the drive thru, be prepared to wait 30-35 minutes. This is the slowest Taco Bell ever. Go to the Takoma park location for fast service and correct orders. If you come here you’ll regret it.

I went there thinking I would get a crunchy hard taco and got a 4 taco suppose to be hard shell soft and there was hardly any meat in them the shell was not crunchy at all it was soft I asked for a a chicken burrito no chicken just bean and rice inside the roll very disappointed and disgusting and then the person who waited on me was a nasty African lady who rolling her eyes while serving me . I will never eat there again as much as I love tacos 🌮 I pass !!

Our power was out in our neighborhood & we decided to grab a bite somewhere. The first sign that something was off should have been no traffic inside on a Friday evening. The cashier was nice without being that helpful. Hubby got KFC. I ordered Taco Bell. No substitutions were allowed with the KFC meal. The biscuit was mushy and disappointing. The chicken was just okay. The least objectionable item was the mashed potatoes (which wasn't much). The bean burrito had dried beans that looked like they had been sitting out for a while. The cheese wasn't even melted. The manager remade it for me. A customer came inside the restaurant to complain about her drive through order. She was having trouble getting a refund on items missing from her order. The prices were fitting for an airport, not a DC location. There isn't any appreciation for customers or urgency to prepare an order. I won't visit again.

never again will I order food for delivery, the food is not fresh at all, and I order before here for Taco Bell same scenario. and they never give me sauce for my tacos, nothing is good about this. I think I ordered maybe about 3 times. Ill be better going in the store or drive thru. like I said never will order delivery

Today I traveled to KFC only to experience the rudest people in the drive through. the menu board said the cost of the meal was different than what was being quoted by the employee. I challneged what was being told and asked to speak to a manager. I was told to come to the window. when I pulled up another rude lady stated that the manager is not there, she doesn't have anything to write on and that the only thing she could give was a receipt. I asked her name and she said she i didn't need her name or the other person's name I was dealing with. when I say this was THE WORST experience I'm not exaggerating and I could say more but I'm terribly disappointed. The audacity to treat your customers the way I was treated is just unacceptable. I took a picture of the menu board and the woman at the window if anyone cares.

KFC is the same everywhere--great. I wasn't in a store. I ordered online and they delivered: hot and fast. I'd do more often if I could afford it. This KFC is the only one I've ordered from and the prices were pretty high

This was the worst tasting beyond chicken I have ever had. It was very rubbery and hard. They cooked it too long. I am very disappointed. Plus it cost almost $20 for a 12 piece, drink, mash potatoes and slaw. Will NEVER order again.

This is the worst kfc I ordered food last night from this location and it was horrible the chicken was old n stale the biscuit was hard as a rock if I could rate a negative zero I would they will never get none of my money again or business again please be advised to be cautious of this location and eat at your own risk!!!!

I'm so disgusted by the lack of professionalism and hospitality at this location. I was served an uncooked quesadilla which is very unsafe. On top of that ,while I was ordering, the woman serving me was talking to a co-worker saying that "I'm tired of this damn job I'm ready to go home." When her coworker let her know a customer can hear her she said "so? I don't care" I understand environments can be boring and a person can be overworked but if it's reflected in how I am served and how my food is cooked it is not appropriate. I'd give this place no stars for an uncooked chicken quesadilla. I know who to blame if I get food poisoning from the one bite I took.

We went to this KFC/Taco Bell after leaving the one on Riggs Road for horrible customer service. Let me tell you that the customer service was AWESOMELY AMAZING!!! Taylor was wonderful and the entire late night team was great. The food was hot and fresh... everything that you would expect from fast food but hardly ever get!!!

Still very good service, reasonably quick, very friendly. I am amazed there are jerks who complain that businesses are not allowing dining rooms to be used. Maybe those very foolish-- almost deadly-- numbskulls can learn to read and find out about the disease that is currently causing problems worldwide and how to minimize their impact on those of us who are not as robust and healthy as others, though those sickly types probably should not be eating at KFC... The food is reasonably good (not good for you, but tasty, if a bit over-salted). It's fast food, folks, and made by people who are paid a pittance. I am unsure just what you expect from them but I can assure you they are not there to learn life skills, any more than you are. Lighten up, Francis.

Well for starters nobody is welcoming to any customer that enters the restaurant! They honestly make you feel as if they're doing you a favor for patronizing their establishment in this particular location. Very poor leadership at the highest level of negligence! I do not eat kfc often matter of fact my first time in years but it was only thing near me at the moment. But after today's experience I will never return again especially to this one! Don't even waste your time or money ...... and better yet your energy! Good day folks! Ps. Always remember nobody forces you to work in food service it's a choice made by yourself so wear the smile because you chose the life!

This is my least favorite KFC in the area I live in (poor customer service, long wait times, etc., ) Normally, I go to the Ager Rd store. I wanted some wedges and strips today and went against my better judgment and got them from this location. I ate two strips and after a few minutes I felt feverish, my throat became sore, and I got a mild headache. I looked up the symptoms and you guessed it--"I have food poisoning." Either the chicken was underprepared, someone touched the chicken with germs or both. The lesson I learned is to never go against my better judgment again. This place is canceled as far as I am concerned.

Around January, I started getting put on Drive Thru endlessly. In drive thru it's 90 seconds to take the order and 90 seconds to give the customer their food.Taking the order, packing the food, and taking the money.To save labor, I would have to take the order, and the money.Sometimes I would get left alone in drive thru so I would have to do ALL 3.Most of the time we had to pull the cars to the parking lot, then I race outside, give them their food, and race back inside to take someone else's order.It's a lot of stress on someone to be in drive thru, let alone by themselves.Ms. Pat, and Chakuma are managers that I do not respect. Ms.Pat talks to us like we're children and Chakuma is rude and he cuts peoples shifts. There was an incident that happened with me and Chakuma. He pulled up on me and started getting rude talking about pot pies.I told him I couldn't do it, and that he needed to get on drive thru. When he noticed that I wasn't going to stay silent and responded back, he sent me home. You can't expect to get rude with me and not get a reply in return. This establishment is completely unprofessional and an investigation needs to be done.

Food was KFC but the service was jailhouse style. Staff and management standing around talking while the line increased. One cashier working. The drink dispenser was out of 3 drinks. Counters were dirty. Truly a stereotypical representation of Pooky and Shaniqua. 2 stars because the food was typical KFC.

What a mess going to the KFC in Colmar Manor was on July 26. The cashier giggled when I asked for a receipt while telling me that they were out of receipt paper. The same cashier didn't seem to care that none of their soda choices were working as they were all sending out water. There were 8 people standing around trying to be busy while people waited forever for food - I swear one gentleman waited over ten minutes for a simple order. While standing there, a beeping noise from some machine went unattended for at least five minutes while staff just giggled. The manager publicly reprimanded an employee about arrival time - it was a complete mess. We asked for a chicken sandwich with no mayo - not that hard - it had mayo all over it. How this place stays in business is a mystery!

This is an awesome place to dine, they are much nicer and more caring. Ms Pat took my order and she was so helpful. And said that the store is now under a new management, and the manager is always making sure people are treated right.

Sept 6 2018 went ti kfc/tb placed an order the one employee rang up the order and another employee helped another customer who was given the wrong order the employee took the chicken out of the bag that the customer returned and put it back with tge fresh cooned chicken on a shelf cover with glass that was very unhealthy for her to do that.

Sigh...so where do I begin? My last visit they were apparently short staffed so food was taking a while. Okay patience is a virtue. They lost me when they gave me hot wings that were literally INEDIBLE. Like they just had them sitting for hours and hours - what exactly was my wait for? So I make them cook me new ones and asked them remake my chalupa since it will be soggy. The intelligent and ever helpful chick who dealt with it failed to ensure they remade it in time for my wings and there was no way I was waiting another 20 min. Tonight was the final straw. How the ever loving @$&# do you not have hot wings because "its honey BBQ wings tonight"?!?!?!? Seriously?!?!? I don't want your lame and nasty bbq wings and hot wings are a standard menu item - not a special! When you're not feeling the best and that's all you have a taste for without feeling nauseous that is not the bs you are trying to hear! It took everything in me not to call her out for that ridiculousness.

This use to be one of the worst KFC/Taco Bell Hybrids of all time. I'm talking 15 years ago. I stopped going around that time. They have one of those drive thru's where you're committed to stay the course because there are curbs on both sides and unless you have a large truck that can hop a curb than you just have to wait it out. The problem back then was that once you're in the drive thru with even just 2 cars ahead of you, it took 25-30 minutes to get to the window. After years of not going, I decided to go back and for awhile it seemed that it was getting better. However, today I waited over 20 minutes for jut 2 cars ahead of me. I had a feeling something was missing from my order and surely they had forgotten a side. They also didn't give me a receipt and when I tried to call the store, nobody picked up the 3 times I called. The chicken looked undercooked and the fried skin on my original recipe was soggy and greasy. Looks like I won't visit this location for another several years. I definitely won't be back anytime soon.

The famous bowl is probably the best thing to get. The original chicken is consistently greasy as for the service it's a hit or miss. The biggest problem is definitely the cleanliness. The last time I visited was a Sunday night with my younger brothers. There was no trash bags in the cans so there where mountains of trash near the cans, most of the tables where dirty, and the soda fountain areas was a complete mess.

I been going to this KFC around my way for little over 5 years every once every month because of the Taco Bell they use to make the food in 10 or less, now it more like 15 or more. Recently, about a month ago I stop going to this kfc/Taco Bell because the 3 time I been there in less then a month they messed up on my order on the same thing. The 1st time I order the boss wrap potato and steak, I said that very clearly. I left the place went to work open it up and it was the supreme one. I got so upset that I could not do anything about it so I threw it in the trash at work. A week later I was still craving for the boss wrap and I told the worker there that they messed up on my order the first time I was there that they give me a pie for free. So I waited and it took about 15 min to finish it and I almost miss my bus. I told the guy steak Potato, right? He said yes. Went to work and it was the same effing boss wrap supreme. I rage so hard. That I wanted to go back and complain to the manager but I was so tired that night I just didn't say anything. So a week later I went back in again ask about the boss wrap thing again and I told them that it the 2nd time y'all Mess up on this order and I can't eat it because of the guacamole. So I told them make sure it the potato and steak and not supreme. I left my house 25 min early so I won't miss my bus because I know how slow they are. 12 min later on getting my order, it potato and steak, right? He said yea. I said we will see, open it up and it was supreme again I told the cashier in a very calm matter please tell the wrap maker back there to redo my boss wrap and my sure that it potato and steak wrap. Some one was looking over there shoulder and it's at 4 minutes to make it. don't know why it took 12 min the 1st time around so I had to get out of there and eat it at work. It was a potato and steak but I t was cold and there and then I said I'm done with the KFC/Taco Bell. I have never been in a restaurant that say fast food on it, that take longer then 7 min. So I'm done with them no longer eating there. I want to give them no star but seem that I have no choice
