Taco Bell / KFC

This place never fails to provide good food and the orders have never been incorrect. Keep up the good work. The only complaint I have is that they may be slightly understaffed. Maybe hiring one more person would help alleviate some stress in the workplace.

KFC has cornered the market on spices and herbs. Their chicken is delicious. Always temperature appropriate. Every Tuesday at many locations, they have an 8 piece dark meat special for $10. At some locations you can purchase discounted sides to complete your meal.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid and I live fairly close to this establishment, the food is good as well like my personal favorite 7 crunchy tacos, 8 piece chicken bucket with a side of fries. Overall this place is amazing

The past several times I have ordered drive-through here they have either left off or given me the incorrect items. Strangely, they NEVER make mistakes in my favor. Always in their favor. The food is the standard, awesome Taco Bell fare.

every time I come to this drive thru I feel rushed and the workers are always unfriendly. I’ve only had one older woman who was kind and had good customer service. they also always forget at least one of my items.

8/27 AnD 8/28 I order the same things. 2 cheesy Gordita crunch and 2 beef 5 layers. This too times I literally HAVE NO meat in them... being the most expensive thing on the menu it's crazy. I should have taken pictures of yesterday- But this was also an issue other last time I went there so I stopped going for months.. but it's still an issue and that's why I'm leaving this message. I recall even getting stale taco shells one time. In the picture one taco had no meat. In the other taco it has more meat okay.. but has no sauce and no cheese .... For 7 dollars the product should be better .. a lot better

The taco shells were not crunchy not like how they used to be my husband said the taco shells were stale. They were soggy at the bottom The meat fell out of the taco when picking up to eat, very disappointed. I could've had Jack-in-the-Box tacos.

My tacos were so gross. They were literally hard tacos and they were melted apart. I picked it up and it felt like a wet washcloth like I just damn wipe my pimple ass face like these tacos were hired off of craigslist like so gross I felt like it was gonna vomit. Also on DoorDash you can't order the normal Baja blast my ass you can only order the diet one. I'm not that healthy.

It's not good and not authentic but if you like how white peoples make Mexican food then that's your choice

I typically go to the TB in Glendale. Today I happened to be in Altadena so I Wayz the neatest TB and it's this one. I order my usual 3 crispy tacos. That will be $9.23 he says at the window. For 3 crispy tacos I ask, that can't be right I order the same thing a few times a week in Glendale and it's $6 something? It's $9.23 he replies a little curtly. Forget it I said and drove to my usual TB location in Glendale where they are friendly and delightful, I paid $6.58 and rounded up for schools as I always do. Either that guy is poorly trained or he's skimming. TB's should have the same pricing I think?

This is my usual Taco Bell by my house and I truly appreciate the service they offer. While you can't expect much from a fast food chain. They are top notch here.

they don't have restroom. there is no way to even wash your hands before eating. it's horrible

There's a reason why this Taco Bell location cannot be found on the Taco Bell app. That's because this place cannot meet Taco Bell's standards for quality and service, and believe me those are very low bars. Their menu is very limited and prices are double Taco bells nearby.

Four stars as far as Taco Bell locations go. Pros: * Because this location is a combo KFC and Taco Bell, there are more food options than either restaurant would have individually * Friendly and quick service Cons: * Doesn't get all of the seasonal and specialty items that either separate restaurant typical stocks. For example, no Taco Bell nacho fries, fewer vegetarian options, no iced tea * Drive-thru is in an odd location -- difficult to enter from the Fair Oaks entrance, easier to use the Montana St entrance * Drive-thru speaker can sometimes be difficult to hear the employees

Terrible service. I had to go in because they made two mistakes on my drive through order. An older woman in line was trying to explain to the cashier that she had ordered two of whatever she was getting, and the employee was condescending and rude. She left without getting what she asked for in frustration. I had to stand in line for 10 minutes. Then I got a smart mouth from the cashier. Now that they are charging $33 dollars for two meals, I expect better service. Avoid this place. It's probably worth mentioning that the police had the guy next to me in the parking lot surrounded when I got back to my car.

The service was so bad that it was good. we ordered 3 small freezes and we got 4 mediums. They also put onions on our burritos but we ended up loving it. We also ordered a starry and he gave us pepsi, which was better!! It was quite expensive though.

Worst customer service ever! every time I go there. They always mess up my order.and whenever I speak to the manager, I always get attitude. I'm always missing food from my order. And their excuse is always that they're busy.

I usually don't write negative reviews so 3 stars for me is considered subpar on my scale. This place is a little disappointing in terms of service, menu selection, and general taste of the food. I arrived here at 11:05 AM on a Saturday, presumably 5 minutes after opening time, according to Taco Bell's website. The inside does look clean, but there were no staff however to be found for about five minutes while I waited inside. Then after two employees came out, I was ignored for a few minutes as they carried out some conversation. Another customer came in after me, and then I was surprised that they decided to serve her first with her KFC order. I'm pretty patient, so this did not irritate me too much. I noticed that on the menu, many vegetarian options are missing such as the black bean quesarito, which I was really itching to try out. I opted for a bean burrito, and my son got the burrito supreme. On a positive note, the clerk at least got the order right after I specified light red sauce on the burrito supreme. Service was friendly at least, aside from the cutting in line incident. When I got home, I tasted my bean burrito and noticed that while the tortilla and cheese were tasty, the refried beans were one of the saltiest implementations I've ever had. So this is just something to keep in mind if you decide to order items with their refried beans. Perhaps I'd have better luck next time with black beans.

This Taco Bell rarely has anything I want. It's always sold out of things. Last time I went, I wanted a Freeze and of course it was sold out. They also are sloppy with how they put the tacos together

I appreciate the great customer service skills from Raymond who took my order at drive through , he was really patient with my big order and although it was hard for him to hear me because of my truck he got my order right and made sure all the condiments and everything was there. I appreciate workers like him.

I am in the hospital. I got here about an hour after eating three tacos and nacho fries. I had and absolute diarrhea explosion and had to call 911. Their customer service sucked. I was kicked out twice for smelling like moldy cheese deep fried in ass juice and topped with foot sweat. Direct quote. Their was what looked like blood stains on the wall. And what looked like humans milk on the ground. It smelled like kettle cooked dog turd dipped in rabbit piss. Never coming back.

Always bomb! The women that run this place need a raise. They go thru a lot at this location and they still work good under that stress. Clean and confident they are safe while handling my food.

This spot serves cold horrible food, It was so cold the cheese didn't even melt I got home with in 3 minutes after I purchase it when I realized that I threw Never eating there again, it's hard to support local businesses when there employees don't have customers service

Holy fu*king sh*t. This is THE worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Went in the drive through and the order was repeated back to us correctly. We get our food and go home to find that 3 tacos are missing, we were charged extra for meat on the nachos when we asked for NO meat. We call only to be ignored and hung up on,partly because they couldn't find anyone who speaks English. We go back to Taco Bell and go inside to explain to them our issue where we get ignored again. The lady argues with us about customer service because her manager is not there and she doesn't want to give us a refund. She told us that we have to pay for the food they give us even if it's not what we ordered or wanted. They further drag ass for 10 mins and serve other customers when we ask for a refund. ****MY FRIEND ATE HER BURRITO STILL AND FOUND A PIECE OF WHAT LOOKS LIKE PLASTIC OR WOOD IN IT**** I will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again. The workers are THE MOST INCOMPETENT FOOD SERVICE WORKERS IVE EVER EXPERIENCED and they do not deserve $15 an hour....what a joke.

Come on you know what you're getting at this fast food place so I won't talk about the food. The restaurant can use a little TLC. It looks a little unkempt/outdated. The area isn't that great either. It's not horrible but I would recommend you order TO GO and move on. The employees are nice, no issues there.

Well taco bell is taco bell, you wont get the healthiest of foods, but ask any local or anyone who goes there, and they'll swear by the customer service. Erenestine is by far one of the best workers i have ever encountered. Great customer service!

People at this location were nice and friendly. Order was fast and pleasant. Girl at the window, Ernestine was also happy and courteous.

The security window mentioned in previous reviews is gone; someone rammed into it. Lol. Anywhoooo, this is the only Taco Bell by Altadena; the next closest one is over 5mi away near PCC. Closest KFC is on Lake still. The service is still slow; takes on average 5mins even when I'm the only person in line. Granted they still get my order done correctly, I'm just ordering three easy Taco Bell items. Are the beans not prepared beforehand or something? The Taco Bell/Pizza Hut combos I've been to have been much faster. Shoot, if I wasn't lazy I'd drive to the TB/PH all the way out in Monrovia for their service, plus breadsticks. Yum, breadsticks! There's still a lot of homeless outside during the day, and the security guard is still there at all hours. I haven't been inside in a while, so I can't tell what the atmosphere is like in there. They accept EBT at least, the signs all over say so. The food is still good (if you like KFC or Taco Bell), but best to stop by at night and when you're not in a rush.

Valeria was the cashier and she was very nice. she ensured that my order was correct, since I didn't want any sour cream on my taco and nachos. On my nachos, I ordered extra beans and nacho cheese and usually most taco bells don't even pay attention, nor do they put extra even though I pay extra for that. This Taco Bell actually puts attention and gave me the extra beans and nacho cheese that I paid for. thank u Taco Bell staff, I enjoyed my food tremendously!

The fact that there is usually a K9 cop patrolled here should give you a clue as to what you are getting into here. On my first visit, I sat eating in the lot and watched someone dumpster dive. Second visit, I took a few extra minutes to order at the drive through an (gasp!) asked a question which apparently annoyed the cashier enough that he glared at me and slammed the window when I asked for extra sauce. What the.....? Third visit-okay, why a third visit? Because my daughter was playing volleyball at the boys and girls club next door and I needed a place to hang and eat. For some reason, I get wifi in that lot. Onto the 3rd visit. As I was turning into the drive through, an old lady zoomed in on the other side and cut in front of me. I honked at her and she proceeded to scream at me and flip me off. Nice. After getting my food, I sat in the parking lot and watched two lovers dry hump eachother on the hood of the car next to me. No fourth visit. I would rather starve. Oh, the food is worse than most Taco Bell/KFC joints. Boneless chicken is vomit inducing. Stick to bean burritos. No one can screw that one up.

Worst Taco Bell ever. They have less then half of the typical menu options... I asked for something, "we don't have that" the cashier responded. "Ugh... I want this then." "We don't have that either." This went on a few more times and I ended up getting something I didn't even want because their menu is so limited. Don't come here. Go to a normal Taco Bell and enjoy all the options

This place deserves zero stars. Just wanted to let everyone know they charge 3 dollars for water without disclosing it to you. That is absolutely greedy and shameful. I tried 3 times to call to complain and no on picked up the phone. Do a better job management.

This Taco Bell is just awful. The food is nasty, the parking lot and restaurant are always filled with crackheads and such. The menu isn't even consistent with the Taco Bell franchise. Try getting a black bean burrito or anything with green sauce. Nope, they don't have it.

I pulled up today at about 7 PM there was one car ordering and they didn't seem to be getting a response from whoever is working the drive-through... after about three or four minutes the employee started taking the order of the car in front of me. The car then drove forward and it was my turn. Or was it? Lol I then drove up and said hello to the speaker... I waited and waited... after about 3 minutes of silence I said hello again... once again no answer. I was hopeful that maybe they say something for (for another three minutes or so) and then decided to just go home. As I reversed and then drove out the fair oaks side I noticed that the inside of the restaurant was empty. Wow! How in the heck does this place they open? I read all of the bad reviews and found out for myself that they're all spot on and correct. Who is who accountable here? Never coming back here again, I'd rather go to the one on Colorado blvd next time.

My grandma likes Taco Bell if not I'd never even turn to look at this place. My grandma wanted some tacos from here so I made my way over after work. This is a location that doubles as both a Taco Bell and KFC. As much as I didn't want to turn in I had to. I ordered my grandmas food and was craving a drink so I ordered a raspberry iced tea. Before completing my order I wanted to clarify if the iced tea they carried was Brisk or Fuze. Fuze is way better than Brisk. Brisk has a weird after taste. The lady I guess didn't understand my question and just kept saying it was raspberry iced tea. I should have known seeing the Pepsi products posted over the menu that it would be Brisk. Well it was Brisk and it was nasty. To top it off they missed things in my order and I didn't even order that many items. How do you forget to put the side of cheese for the nacho chips? Customer service was also lacking there is no real interaction. I felt rushed out of there and I was the only one in line! I also agree with other reviewers prices are spiked here compared to other locations. They should also look into remodeling the place.

I didnt wanna talk about a big chain but this place absolutely sucks! They hire theeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee dumbest people, EVERYTIME we go to the drive thru they leave something out the order. Plus the fruit punch there is that crap they sell in the gallon jug for 99 cents or that punch that they sell at smart and final. This place needs to be closed down , I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Worst KFC restaurant I have ever been too & I have traveled to & from the east coast. Shut this place down.

Taco bell is always pretty good and inexpensive, but this particularly location is on the bad side of town so you have to be careful lol. The drive thru window is secured and there is always a security inside. Also its only cash for some reason and the atm machine inside sucks cause you always have to pay a fee.

Don't waste your time here they are so slow and they don't have a lot of options for Taco Bell , you will spend about 20-25 minutes waiting in the drive thru and be prepared to say your order like 3 times because they are too busy doing who knows what that they can't take the order right .

This place is probably a great place to work! They have no regard for anyone but themselves. I go there every now and then, as they are pretty much the only Taco Bell around. They always act as if they are doing you a favor to serve you. They must be a Franchise, because the usually DO NOT offer advertised specials. I give the 2 stars because I do go back, but, I would not suggest it to anyone!

We don't do fast food very often, but we do Taco Bell every now and then. This is the closest one to us. The last couple of times we've been there Anthony has been at the window. His attitude and smile are so endearing. It sounds silly, but you can't help but be happy when he's there, because he is just warm and happy. We don't put out the positive reviews enough, but after I left yesterday, with a very little order I might add, I had a smile on my face because of him.

This was by far the WORST place I have ever been to! they took 30 minutes just to give me a chalupa. I asked to speak to the manager who stated it is taking that long because they only have one person in the back and they must serve drive thru clients first. I will NEVER come back to this place.

Beware the prices at this TacoBell/KFC hybrid. If you're looking for your normal cheap Taco Bell burrito, expect to pay a lot more. My order was 50% more expensive than a regular Taco Bell. Also, the normal speedy service at a Taco Bell is slowed down considerably by the KFC part of the menu. Drive thru is REALLY slow every time.

love taco bell....a little ridiculous when you sit in a drive through for 30 minutes and they don't tell you until you finally make your way to the speaker box they have "no way to charge us" i even offered to pay in cash and was very rudely rejected. they were also taking the orders of the cars in front of us but when it was 5 minutes till closing they just "couldn't do anymore". not very customer service-y. pretty pissed. very hungry. get your shit together. secondstar only because taco bell is generally goo just this location is tainted

Cool place for a quick bite. Quick fast service. You never know who you'll see here, Michael Cooper ?... Maybe. Big Shaq ?... Maybe. Check this place out for a quick snack.
