Why More Fast-Food Chains Should Have Disco Fries on Their Menu | Eater

"Popular for its Nacho Fries, which are served with ground meat, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, and chopped tomatoes, and more recently for Steak Rattle Fries that layer steak, jalapeños, and two sauces on top of fries, demonstrating a penchant for heavily sauced, Tex-Mex–style fry innovations." - Erin DeJesus

Howard Schultz Is Becoming a Real Thorn in Starbucks’s Side | Eater

"This fast-food chain is contending in the burrito-delivery competition and, like its rival, is currently clocking roughly 30 minutes for deliveries to customers' homes." - Whitney Filloon

The staff at the register seemed defensive and rude when I mentioned that their Baja Blast Zero needed to be fixed or the syrup needed replacing. They insisted I taste it, so I did—and it was completely watered down. Every time I order from this location, they hand me a partially green (but mostly clear) drink with ice. I drink Baja Blast Zero every single day—I know exactly what it’s supposed to look and taste like. I ended up getting a refund and went to another Taco Bell, where I ordered the same drink. Just for reference, this is what it’s actually supposed to look and taste like.

The $9 luxe box meh it was ok. Tbh including Mcdonald's it was the best meal ive had in a very long time since I dont like to dinne out wen i can make the same food at home for less. Even as a homeless person i can still cook my own foods. Be smart and Be Safe. Due to my health fyi it was a snack for me. I eat almost 8 meals a day if i wasnt poor and struggling

Last time i went inside. I HAD TO literally get somones attention to make my food after I ordered it. This time go thorugh ask for no lettuce, stupid AI didjt catch it so i said screw it. To proceed to receive a mountain of lettuce and the most halfed assed portion of meat like they barely scooped it with the ladel thing.

Google
I spent over $22 and it looked like they were trying to conserve the meat they put on my items. Not something I've experienced with Taco Bell in any other state. I'll just go to a real Mexican restaurant next time the cravings strike.

Google
I made an online order and it took them 20 min. To make it! And that was once we arroved at the store. I worked at tacobell in highschool it's not that hard! I ordered a discovery luxe box and a chicken taco. That's ridiculous wait time for fast food

Google
If you are a drive thru good luck on your order being correct. To better your odds go inside.

Yelp
Don't get me wrong the food is I won't even say good but it is filling but we let leads to stomach problems afterward but the food is incredibly addicting so it's a problem to the customers to come and get it

Yelp
Fast service at the drive through. Verified my order. Checked the sack to make sure I was getting what I wanted.

Yelp
I lived here over 40 years ago and fell for Taco Bell. Not sure I knew it was a chain. I moved away but now I am back and Taco Bell is all over town. They haven't forgot their mission: Crunchy or soft the basic tacos have the same great taste, Hot sauce is still my #1, and a bonus - the crunchy shells don't fall apart in your hand when you bite them. Lets do lunch at Taco Bell again tomorrow! Al Widmer

Yelp
Tonight I stopped to get some food. I ordered it and waited across from where i would receive the food. I watched the people prepare the food. They prepared a tray with food and called a number of the people in front of me. They came to get food and took it back to their table. Then watching the lady's in back seemed to suddenly get confused. Then the woman who had gotten the tray brought back the tray with some food and said it wasn't hers. The woman making food walked up took the tray back to where they were preparing food and with the same gloves on that she was touching the food grab the tray then grabbed food to make. She then realized the food was mine and called my number. She was giving me the same food that another customer had returned. I pointed out to the manager and asked to have my money back and left.

Yelp
I used to work here. They give out free waters all the time. When my girlfriend goes they give it to her for free. They see my face and suddenly it costs a dollar. Then I call to complain and she hangs up the phone on me. I do not appreciate the way I have been treated.

Yelp
In the beginning there was a Taco Bell. Pulling up we were ordering food but pulling out we left with legal council. Who knew it was illegal to spit on the sidewalk and walk down Main Street with a lunch pail but our boi from the drive thru.

Yelp
Came in and was attended to immediately. Store is super clean. Manager took my order quickly and efficiently even though I veganized a 7 layer burrito. Food came out quickly and they put cheese on my vegan burrito but quickly fixed it. No problem. As good as Taco Bell gets

Yelp
Awful experience. Was up late one night with a couple of friends and we all decided to grab bite to eat. The first thing that pissed us of was that we could not have three separate checks for everyone in the car. You could only do a max of two, so we would either have to drive through again or someone pays for another. The next thing was when we went to pay for our food for one of the bills my friends pays with a card. When it's my turn to pay I give the guy in the window a twenty. It just went through the wash with my wallet so it looked kind of beet. The employee says it looks fishy and that he would have to ask his manager. He comes back and his manager with a very intrusive tone that he called the cops. I did not want to sit at a Taco Bell for an hour talking to the cops and INSISTED ON PAYING WITH CASH OR CARD!!!. The manager told me that he would not take and money and told us to leave. However, My friend who has already paid for his meal with card wanted his food. We then sat in the drive-through until the worker reluctantly gave him his food, which he then told us all to leave again, in which we did. Overall it was an awful experience that could have been dealt with in a better way. I don't blame the worker HOWEVER THE WAY THE MANAGER ACTED WAS INEXCUSABLE!!!!!.

Yelp
NEVER AGAIN. I rarely go to this Taco Bell, even though it's the closest to me. I go to the one on El Paseo instead. Today was payday Friday and all I wanted in my life was a Dorito Locos Taco, so I went in.As I waited I saw that the employees were walking through a puddles of water, I then saw the manager and an employee leaned against the filthy wall on a cell phone. I SHOULD HAVE LEFT THEN, the older lady at the register was so nice that I stayed and got my taco. The first thing I saw was an oily fingerprint on my bag and then a huge Smudge of orangish sour cream on the outside of my wrapper(I did not order anything the color of sauce on my taco). The nice old cashier who was mopping as I was leaving and contemplating the wisdom of eating the taco from the filthy place asked me if everything was okay, I explained to her and said nicely what the problem was and then said 'but I understand they might be busy back there' and took my taco to the car. First bite had something hard like shaved bone, then I saw the piece of lettuce that was half brown half green, then I opened the cardboard wrapping and saw a dried piece of dark green lettuce crusted on the outside of my shell. I came back in and immediately the manager came back, snatched the taco from my hands, I said 'You don't have to snatch anything from me', to which he replied, "I've seen you before. It's the same old thing.". I didn't recognize him because then immediately recognized his attitude as the reason that I haven't been there in over a year. I replied "No wonder, this place is so filthy and in the same position- you're still the manager." he then gave me my refund, pointed his finger in my face and when I asked what his name was threatened to call the police. This man shouldn't be making tacos at his own house , much less have been allowed to run such a filthy establishment , with such a filthy attitude for so long. I've come to terms with it in Las Cruces. You have to go to El Paso to get the same caliber food that should be available here. Just reminds me to cook at home. I make great tacos - and he WHATEVER his name is - should have been fired a long time ago. NEVER AGAIN.
