my usual place to order from after a night out, but tonight’s experience sure changed things. i ordered my usual 3 soft beef taco combo that comes with a large drink. instead they sent me a small drink, two chicken soft tacos, and whatever the hell this is. my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

Hot delivery from here and it was great. Admittedly, I am not the biggest of spicy food and I associate “The Bell” with spicy. Well, you changed my mind. It has been months since I visited “The Bell”, I don’t think it will be months until you see me again. Keep up the great work.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Waited 20 minutes for 4 tacos, a burrito, and a drink, and there were only 2 people in line before me! The ice machine was broken when I went (which happens and is understandable), so instead, the staff had a large plastic kitchen tray full of ice sitting next to the cashier machine and scooped ice from there. That’s very gross. Think about the germs that could fall in there from cash, people talking over it, etc. None of the three staff there speak any English. I explained that I did not want ice, but they did not understand and scooped ice from the open plastic tray sitting on the counter, and poured me whatever soda they had. Again, very gross and I threw the soda away because that plastic tray did not look clean. The food is also not good. I’ve been to many Taco Bells and this one has the worst taco by far. The meat is mushy compared to other Taco Bells. At least the lettuce is fresh…

Neon sign said dining room open, but drive-thru only. There was a huge line. I figured it wouldn't take long. I was wrong. It took forever 45 minutes. But I was trapped with no escape. When I got to the order spot I found out why. Systems down. Taking only online or phone app orders. But I was trapped. I didn't have the app. I downloaded and installed it. But it took so long to download,install,set up, and order that when I FINALLY got to the window it was too late. I still needed to set up payment info. The person there took my order manually. I and everyone else in line had to wait as they made up my order. So THAT'S why the line moved so slowly. They could not be handling orders before you got to the window. They could at least have put up a sign saying PHONE APP ORDERS ONLY. Everyone could have ordered that way BEFORE they got into line (or while they waited,) keeping things moving . All in all, a horrible experience. At least the food was fresh. I enjoyed that

The one and only good thing I can say about this place was they were extremely quick. When I went up to order there was three vehicles in front of me although I waited no more than 5 minutes and I got my food right away. Unfortunately the food wasn't as good as the service. I ordered two burritos without sour cream and add spicy ranch instead and I asked for extra spicy ranch which they charged me for. The two burritos had no spicy ranch at all. I also ordered a steak quesadilla which they did not even cut up, and there were barely any jalapeno sauce. Taco Bell is extremely stingy when it comes to adding sauce.

I placed a mobile order (3/31/2023) picked up in drive and drove off. Pulled over to check my order and realized ALL of the cheese on my grilled cheese burrito was stuck to the top of the paper. Less than 5mins after leaving, I was back in the drive thru line. I asked to have it remade, was told by the manager that there was nothing he (Hector) could do and that's the way the burrito came. I've ordered it many times, it never came like that & it's not how it's advertised. So, I was denied having my order remade & paid for something I didn't get, still unresolved

Only come here if you are willing to wait for your order to be ready. The drive thru is faster than inside. The food is made by a team that enjoys working together, so the atmosphere is really enjoyable to be around. If you are in a rush, then don't come here with a bad attitude. They have plenty of business and don't need to tolerate hostile visitors. They work like a family and do what they can to make visitors feel like part of the family.

One star because I can't leave 0. The lobby is closed from 2-4pm because of the school across the street and they make you use the drive thru. Once in the drive thru I couldn't make more than one order. You know, when a car has more then one passenger and not enough to pay for each others orders. So because we could only do one order at a time we only did one order and left. Now, we're were a weed company trying to get lunch while doing deliveries and the guy at the window gives weed people a bad name with how high he was. I see why that have such terrible reviews. I have nothing to say about the food or ambiance because I wasn't going to put up with such nonsense any longer. Eat elsewhere

I had gone inside to the taco bell in Andover KS with my sibling and they had told us they don't take orders at the counter anymore. This was told while there were four workers talking in a group behind said counter. They told us that we could go order at a screen and then pay cash at the register. Then the worker went back to talking to his coworkers. We decided to leave the establishment because of the lack of customer service. This was the worst experience we had ever had at a Taco Bell!

Late-night Taco Bell is one of my guilty pleasures (and plenty of other people's judging by the line I often encounter at this location). However, based on my last visit I will not be visiting this location again any time soon. All of my previous pre-COVID experiences here have been fine. Orders were correct, service was satisfactory. My reason for not wanting to return here is because last time there were two employees at the drive-thru window who seemed completely unaware of health and safety precautions. One was a teenager/young adult and the other an older woman, a manager I assume. Neither of then wore masks or gloves, and my bag of food was not sealed when it was handed to me. To contrast, when I visited before that about a month earlier, the staff were wearing masks and gloves and my bag of food was sealed. I did mention my concerns in a corporate customer survey but I don't know if that made a difference. I don't know if this location is under new management, or if they suddenly decided that because the state was reopening they could throw all caution to the wind. In any case, Taco Bell is far from a necessity so I don't need to return any time soon. But for the sake of other customers and especially the employees, I hope they start following COVID health and safety regulations again.

This Taco Bell gave a 5 star experience. We ordered on the mobile app once we were in the parking lot and the food was ready within 10 minutes. Inside is very clean with a beautiful Christmas tree! They have the coin game and my husband won a free beef burrito supreme. The service was great and the food was spectacular. Would give an extra star if I could!

I just spent $21.63 for them to give me some soggy chips in my nachos, a thick chunk of cheese in one of my soft tacos, and the wrong burrito. Not to mention I ordered the cravings box and they were out of the main item, so instead of giving me a Crunchwrap or main menu item, they supplement it for a lousy soft taco. Will not be ordering here again they wouldn't know how to run a good location if the instructions were glued to their faces. Pathetic

This place needs to be shut down or fire everyone working there , how is it 6:30pm and they are closed ? There's is always something going on with Taco Bell in south side south Lawrence . If your closed why is there a full tram of staff members doing inside ? If it was closed no body should be inside right ? As I'm taken pictures of the establishment as proof of what's going on , the female in the pic gets upset cause I took pic and I explained to her what was reason and she started getting out of line , using profanity caus I refused to erase the picture , it's my phone and I do what want with it, grow tf up , what ? I've been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and I haven't even ordered yet----but I can't even drive off because there are cars behind me, so I'm trapped. The call of Taco Bell tonight was just too great to ignore. 16 minutes. There is nothing fast about this food!! 18 minutes. I've moved up a bit, but only because cars are minimizing the spaces between them, not because anyone has been served. It's been 20 minutes. I still haven't ordered, but only one car until I get to the speaker! It will be worth it for that ooey gooey nacho cheese. There are only two cars in line. Oh god, I'm so hungry. ......Finally made it to the speaker. ........The computer is broken---so now I'm trapped in this line with no hope of food. They didn't even offer me a free taco! I should have gone to Wendy's. Update. It took so long for me to not order food that I also had time to email their corporate offices. The manager mailed me a $10 gift card! I don't know if it was worth the 30 minute drive thru torture, but it's something.

I'm unable to agree with the low star ratings because my experience with this particular Taco Bell has always been great. Ive never expected to be served lightening fast and can only rate night time visits. What HAS been really great are the staff. Always polite, efficient, & accommodating. The food is just ok... Hey, it's Taco Bell & I get it. I will admit that I like it hot & usually drown my " crunch wrap" or whatever else in fire sauce. Perhaps that's why I'm good with whatever I order : - )

Meh. Why am I even writing a review for Taco Bell? I don't know, but I am writing one anyways. This Taco Bell is ok. Its clean, which is a big plus. Our food took a little time, it was not as "fast" as I had hoped. I had the taco set, which came with 3 tacos and a drink. The selection of diet drinks was not great, there was only diet pepsi or unsweetened ice team. The tacos were really not great. The sauces were good though, I enjoyed the different levels of spicy sauces.

This is literally the 5th time that I've passed by multiple eating places for breakfast because I was in the mood for a burrito. This is the fifth time that I've sat there until at least 7:10 in the drive thru and they are not open. This location has no urgency to get the doors open or the drive-thru open at the time they advertise. It's frustrating because I've complained about it multiple times and obviously the manager of this location doesn't find this expectation of professionalism important. Very frustrating and I'm done with this Taco Bell.

This place is terrible, go thru drive thru and when we get our food there is 4 things missing. The order was told that everything would be vegetarian and to substitute beans for beef. While half the order followed this the other half didn't, and yes if it was a mistake, it would be understandable as mistakes happen. But unfortunately when making the Mexican pizzas they used both beans and beef to make it, very intentional as you have to go to 2 separate scoops. The intentional behavior of the staff speaks volumes to the lack of management and supervision.

I was trying to make my order but I don't think the workers were hearing me (I passed the microphone a little), so after 6-7 minutes I went up to the window because I was holding up the line. At the window the worker was nice and took our order but then one of her male coworkers (I think he's the manager) came to the window and told us that he actually weren't waiting for 7 minutes, but for 29 seconds. Completely unnecessary, rude, and wrong. He also gave me one of my drinks about 1/4 empty, and then proceeded to give me attitude when I asked him to fill up the rest. During all of this my mom (the driver) was being completely nice and made it clear that she was thankful. If you're reading this, do better.

The person in charge, not even a manager and her employee, their names are Claribel and Jennifer not only made fun of my disabled aunt, they then proceeded to laugh at her as she cried. ...And on the 8th day, god created Taco Bell, and it was delicious. Taco Bell is the one fast food chain I never get sick of. I love this place, and there's always enough cheap goodness on the menu that I can keep coming back. This particular location is also a combo Pizza Hut, which is hit or miss. I like their breadsticks, but Pizza Hut pizza is not the greatest in the world. This location has a very friendly staff, who are quick and courteous. I've never had my order messed up, and the only time I've ever had to wait for long is when it's crazy busy or when I order breadsticks first thing in the morning (used to be a 3rd shifter). This is probably the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. Kudos!

They are pretty good at customer service compared to other Taco Bells that I have been to and they have won awards before for their service. Four stars because they have made my order(s) incorrectly and I have had to drive back to get it fixed but not three stars because of the friendliness and level of service that I have received compared to most fast food restaurants. Interior restaurant needs remodeling or a makeover. The location is nice being right next to 495.

Came to this location for the first time last night. We ordered, were given our total, and made it to the window to pay and receive food. Before paying we asked if we could add one of the spicy Doritos locos tacos. The response was that they are short staffed and couldn't change orders once they've been entered and a total given. There wasn't a single person in front of or behind us, mind you. I don't doubt this is their policy when short staffed, but you all are going to get right back to doing absolutely nothing once we leave. How big of a hardship would it have been to add the taco to our order? For the record, I wanted to try the Wendy's pretzel chicken sandwich (next door). In the time it took is to order and receive that sandwich only one other person came through the Taco Bell drive through. Again, you may have been short staffed, but you weren't nearly busy enough to justifiably decline taking our order. The food itself was mediocre. It's Taco Bell. You get what you pay for. I want slam or praise it. It's the same no matter where you go!

This is the 4rth time they get my order wrong And i think they do it on purpose because i ordered the new chicken bites plus chalupas and what they did was fill the bag with regular tacos so it can seem like my order was right.. this is by far the only fast food pace that ever gotten my order wrong and its frustrating when u get home

I'm not ashamed of liking Taco Bell and I've been to a few within my state and out. However, the reason I felt like reviewing this one is because far and beyond any other Taco Bell I've been to, they're the nicest people, they give you heaps of food (more than I think they're supposed to) and the place has always looked clean when I've been there. They're always prompt and they've never messed up an order in the few years I've been going there on and off during the peak hours of night. If you need a quick eat and dig Mexican, check these guys out. It's not amazing, but then again we're talking fast food and this is pretty damn good in my opinion. I will say however, that while it's not amazing I don't know how I'd survive my life without lava sauce.

If you are the type of person who orders food and does not care about accuracy of the order then this is the place for you. The employee that took my order in the drive-through could not understand a word I was saying, I needed to repeat everything I wanted about two or three times. If you look into the drive-through window you can see how lifeless the employees faces look, it's as if they have no passion whatsoever for what they do and they want all the customers out as soon as possible no matter what they give you. One of the soft tacos I ordered didn't have any cheese and that's what I look forward to in the soft tacos and the Chalupa cravings box that I ordered only brought the guac and not the chips. I am very sure business for them won't end because people really love the food but when we don't get everything we asked for or everything we paid for a change must be made. And if not I will definitely not have a problem calling taco bell headquarters and filing a complaint personally to them.

this restaurant is horrible don't go there. the first and last time I went there my food was made in a very sloppy manner and there were items missing in my order! I went inside to ask for a salad dressing and I stood there 5 minutes before someone came to me an the guy wasn't helpful at all. i came here after a night of drinking with three of my friends and they got 2/3 of our order wrong. Even after they repeated the order to us they still managed to mess it up. Very disappointing. Truly disappointing. One burrito tasted like soap. I could not tell you which burrito it was as it was not the one we ordered.

On several occasions I frequently stop at the Taco Bell on Winthrop Ave in Lawrence,MA at night time when I get out of work. It should really be called Taco HELL with the night manager they have working there. She is one of the rudest people I have ever met, and every time once again I go back there. Not any more I was in there the other night and these people were minding their own business and the store manager told them to leave, she then starting yelling at them in Spanish No more not going there. She called the cops on them. So if you want to eat in peace and you don't want the cops showing up, your better off going to Burger King up the road. I know so many people and I'll be sure to let them know not to go there until they hire a new manager!

Whenever I come here I always try to order pizza and bread sticks off of the Pizza Hut menu... and they always say that they're out of either breadsticks, pizza, or both. If you take the pizza without the breadsticks they still charge you for the whole meal. Not even worth it.

Just because I'm a teenager she seemed to be all pissed off at me and made me feel like I didn't belong there (she was like a 65-year old woman if anyone wants to watch out for her). I was doing the coin drop game and about 6 quarters after trying I finally got it onto the winner spot, and then she came out of her little camera room and told me she was watching me through a video camera and apparently I cheated? Was mad that she told me after I had used all the quarters. I don't know what her problem was, but probably not going to go there again. Employees were nice at least.

Worst service I have ever gotten in my entire life, not just for Taco Bell, but for any fast food business, and I wish I could rate it -10 stars. Went late as always (after midnight) and ordered my usual... crunchy supreme tacos. They got my order wrong (made me soft tacos). I hadn't even unwrapped anything (I could feel thru the paper wrapping that the tacos were not crunchy) and I pulled back around to the window to let them know and get my correct order. The male cashier was snotty and insisted I ordered soft. I told him, I have never ordered soft tacos in my life because I do not like them. He insisted I was wrong, told me how he had 3 witnesses (the other employees wearing headphones) who all heard me order soft, told me.. you did order soft, but we'll remake them for you anyway (as if he were doing me some favor) and he then slammed the window shut in my face while I was talking. I was so pissed I decided to tell him to shove his tacos. I knock on the window to get his attention and tell him I want a refund. He barely acknowledges me (never apologizes, not once), and 5 min later, an older female employee comes to the window with another bag of food. I say... I told the other guy I wanted a refund. She then gets indignant and says I can't have my money back because they just made my order twice, and she isn't gonna waste $40 worth of food because I ordered wrong. I was LIVID by this point. I lost it and started screaming at her that I wanted my money back and it's NOT my fault they made it WRONG. She REFUSED to give me my $, and then repeated the same BS story of how everyone "heard" me order soft tacos not crunchy. Here's the kicker... 4 days ago I went to this same Taco Bell and they got my order wrong that day too. Only that day I had proof. My receipt said potato burritos (what I ordered), but in my bag they put bean burritos. I literally was able to hand them my receipt and the food they had JUST made me, to show they were wrong. But in THIS case, the food they gave me was correct according to the ticket (ticket said soft tacos, they gave me soft).... but obviously the guy did not enter my order in correctly because as I said before... there is no way on god's green earth I ordered soft tacos. I have been eating at this exact taco bell for 20 years and in the last 1-2 years, I go thru the drive thru at least 1-2x per week ( no exaggeration)... and in all these years I have NEVER ordered soft tacos, NEVER. So this woman continues to argue with me, until she finally relents... but says to me... "from now on find some place else to go for your food!", and shuts the window in my face! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS??? I felt like I was in the twilight zone. So you'd rather lose a customer of over 20 yrs who comes to your store on a weekly basis, than to admit you made a mistake? Um...ok? It took me 40 min to get my money back (no i'm not kidding). I was so furious by the time I drove away, I felt like I was boiling. When the male employee was finally giving me my money, I heard the witch say, "that was ridiculous!" You bet your hinny, sweet cheeks.. it was ridiculous. Your behavior was appalling and I have never heard of any business who told it's own customers to go elsewhere but that is what I'll do. YOU need me, not the other way around. Not only are you NOT the only fast food place around, you aren't even the only taco bell in this area. There are at least 3-4 others nearby I can and WILL be going to from now on. And I will be calling your manager, district manager, and writing my very first YELP review because of you. You are a pathetic excuse for a human being and even tho I doubt you'll be fired, I hope you are at least reprimanded.
