Taco Bell

The food was fine but the condition of the restaurant made me think twice. Decided to go inside and was saddened by the state of the lobby. The drink machine was filthy and unreadable. The seats are ripped, tables are filthy floors at disgusting. This is on a Sunday afternoon with almost nobody there. I was handed a cup to fill up my drink and the soda machine was so bad I couldn't determine what was what. I asked the people and they said just keep hitting it until you find the right color. I didn't say what am I supposed to do to tell between the zero version and the sugar version at that point the guy walked away. Who directed somebody else to come out who told me the same thing and then finally said they would just get the drink behind the counter.

I ordered a $7 Supreme luxe box and a chicken quesadilla with no jalapeño sauce. The box was fine. But the quesadilla? One slice had no cheese or chicken in it! Just tortilla! They have a propensity to be miserly or skimping on the amount of cheese in their quesadillas but this is ridiculous!

Food was not great. They gave me crumbs and cheese instead of chips and cheese. My taco was cracked in 3 places so it completely fell apart. They were out of the new Mountain Dew and had horrible labeling on their machine. Additionally, the men’s bathroom was of of soap and I saw some workers using their phone while still using their gloves-to then start preparing food again. Not the best environment at all so we will be going to a different one in the future.

I'm a delivery driver. I was picking up 2 burritos and 2 tacos. There were 5 employees, no customers in the restaurant, and a steady line at the drive thru. I waited 40 MINUTES for the order to be made. Twice one of the drive thru workers asked what order and said they were working on it. There were 2 other delivery drivers waiting as well. The 3rd one to come in foot his food first after waiting for about 10 minutes. The 2nd one to come in got his food 2nd after waiting for about 20 minutes. I was the first one to arrive and got my order last. That was the worst service I've ever experienced at a Taco Bell anywhere. The shift lead should be fired for pure incompetence because he doesn't know how to prepare orders in an organized way. I have experience in restaurant work and that was ludicrous. I'll never set foot in there again and I strongly recommend that if you're looking for a Taco Bell fix, find the next closest one. They're all over. It can't be that hard to find another one. That location is a joke and an embarrassment to Taco Bell and the franchisee that owns it.

Horrible portions. This Taco Bell consistently serves much smaller portions than other locations. The difference is obvious, and it’s disappointing to pay the same price for half the food. I raised the issue with Linda, but she was not helpful at all and did nothing to address the problem.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell every single time I go. I decided to give it one more chance and man they are so bad and dirty. They constantly get the food wrong and always forget things off my order. Bloke had my name in front of him the whole time and still got my name wrong 3 times. I don’t care about the name but if your employees are still learning how to read why are we employing them. DO NOT GO HERE

This is the best taco bell around. I drive 5 minutes out of my way to go to this one instead of the one closest to us. The food is always super fresh and I have never had them miss an item or mess up on a customization to my food.

My food would have been fine if they had notified us that it was ready. We waited for about 15 minute a and then my husband went to see what was taking so long and saw the tray with his name on it (DB Cooper) in a place that was not visible from our table. I watched the workers because I wasn’t hearing any names being called for orders. The workers (one was a smaller person with curly short dark hair) were placing the orders on the counter, saying names very quickly and quietly, and then immediately leaving the front counter and not ever verifying that anyone had heard them. There were 3 people who came in and ordered, and they were sitting at a high table in the corner farthest from the ground counter. After a few minutes an order was placed on the counter and I was not able to hear a name though by this time I was actively trying to. The people in the corner were just talking among themselves and occasionally looking at the counter. We got up to leave and I spoke to a female in a grey shirt who had long straight hair to tell her my concern and that my crunch wrap sat so long in the bag that it was soggy. She asked if we needed it re-made. I said no. I just want you to announce the orders so people can hear and get their food in a timely manner. She sort of smirked at what I was saying and acted like she wasn’t going to do anything about it and so I called out to the people in the corner that if they were waiting in food they should go check because the staff was not announcing anything in a way that customers could hear. Sure enough, their order had been sitting there for probably 10 minutes and they had no idea. This is unacceptable. Very poor customer service. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

this taco bell is awesome. the manager is goated and so kind. she deserves a raise. the crispy cantina chicken taco was PIPING hot and so fresh and delicious. thank you lindon taco bell!!!!!!

I went through the drive thru and noticed the ice shoot on the soda machine looked like it has mold. Called and talked to manager and general manager and was talked to so rudely. Would recommend anywhere else than this location and health department has been called

Hands down worst Taco Bell ever. Been waiting inside for 20 min for my food. They are only filling orders for drive through. If I hadn't paid already I'd leave. Another customer waiting for their food asked about it and the kid told him to sit down. How rude. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE.

The Restaurant is always clean and same with the bathrooms (not like other fast food places) the food comes out in a timely manner even on busy nights. We often come during a rush and there is a full kitchen and everyone is kind and gets the food out great! They condiments are always stocked and it is nice that they have new items it seems every month! We always try the new items. Right now they have nacho fries and cheesy meat fries (grilled cheese nacho fries) I personally order on the app because there are better deals!

perfect and quick service and they gave me a drink for free because i had to go back in to get my order corrected when they accidentally put sour cream

Been waiting for my food for a good while. Covid may be slowing things down but I'm the only one in the lobby and I've been here for 20+ minutes. Either avoid the lobby or go to another Taco Bell. Update: still waiting. Only one in the lobby. 30+ min. Second update: 38 minutes and I got my order. The reason they told me was that the guac had to unthaw.

Absolutely love this Taco Bell!! This particular one is further away from my home than others, yet I come here simply because they are so fast!! It's rare to see a Taco Bell that's this quick. Also love their food. Their quality doesn't suffer because of the speed. By far my favorite Taco Bell!

I think we've got a case of overdramatic reviews blues here. I stopped through the drive thru on the way to my parents, quickly ordered a trio of items, had it in my car and was on my way in under 10 minutes. The food tasted the same as any Taco Bell. I say this in every Taco Bell review and will say it again. It's Taco Bell. You know what you're getting into. It's consistent with every other Taco Bell I've ever had, well except for that one time I had one in Idaho that was a little off. I went with a new item, THE BOSS WRAP! It included steak, bacon, potatoes, cheese, and some sauces. I also threw in a Baja Blast Mountain Dew, and a Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch. The food got delivered to my car quick, multiple hot sauce packets were thrown in the bag, and I was ready to go. I quickly ate my cheesy gordita crunch, and it tasted the same as about every other cheesy gordita crunch. Except this time it was a Dorito shell instead of a normal taco shell. When I arrived at my parents I tackled THE BOSS WRAP!!! It was basically a burrito with steak, potatoes, etc., except that it had a weird circular shape to it. I ate it quickly and was content. This Taco Bell is like every other Taco Bell, although I will say that since it is pretty new it does look really nice and clean. The food is the same as it is at every other Taco Bell. You're either a Taco Bell fan or you're not, this one isn't going to change your mind.

It's not gourmet- it's Taco Bell. I like their food. This location is usually pretty good when I come in. I eat here on my way to work (about 3PM) probably once every two weeks. When you have a high turnover staff it is not easy to get consistent quality food. This location is no different. Some days it's good some days it's not so good. How much can I complain for a $5 meal? The quantities are generous and the hot sauce is tasty.

Very dirty front dinning area. It's like they forget to clean. Gives off a feeling to me what's the kitchen like they focus so much on drive Thur they forgot about the dinning area plus customer service pkeae clean

I waited in line for 15 min to get my order they were SO slow. Then once I got to the line to order they said they were closed. She refused to take my order. She said it was due to staffing issues. They need a new manager who can handle it all.

I was so impressed by the service & how fresh the food was today but the best part was the service! Cindy in drive thru greeted us with a genuine smile & greeting. It was obvious she took pride in customer service and making people happy. She absolutely uplifted my day. Order was exact and hot! It was so nice to have such a positive experience at a well known and loved fast food restaurant.

All of employments (yes all of them) include managers are lousy. 1. Depend on shift (mostly night shift I believe), employment tend chatting and make food really slow. Only 10-30 minutes per customers. I know customers complain about food always messy and missed, like I say this is happen to me. 2. Do you interesting work there? Please don't. Not recommended. Are you interesting to work there if you want to be lazy? This is fit for you to work! I'm sorry but....manager need replacement. They like to chatting and listen to music at night shift. 3. I know night time are not good, I'm not sure about morning time. Maybe they are better than night time, who know? Never experienced morning time. I always go there night time. But I can't go there anymore. I'm sorry, you can kiss my fat ugly taco's butt. (I never like to do mean things to say, but this Taco Bell I can't controlling myself)

They get my order wrong everytime I go to this location. I get either a completely different thing from what I originally ordered or I get something missing. Do not recommend.

As far as Taco Bell's go, this ones a 5 Star. Their food is just better made and has better taste than other Taco Bell's. But the best part of this location is the staff. They are the cheeriest group of fast food workers ever. They genuinely seem to want to make your day better. Love this location.

Avoid the Lindon, UT location at all costs, they don't pay attention to individual customers orders. I requested a refund but had to wait 20 minutes to even receive help. I spoke with the manager and she was brusque and dismissive. Do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else.

I keep coming back because of Doug. He's such a sweet, enthusiastic guy- not your average joe, that's for sure. He deserves a promotion!

This is definitely the place to go before shopping at the nearby Walmart. We go shopping every Sunday and before we go hungry shopping, we stop at this Taco Bell. The people are very friendly and fast. The food is consistent and fresh and the dining room is always clean. Best Taco Bell in the county!

Don't even waste your time going to this Taco Bell. We've been in line for almost 30 minutes now. What a joke they really need to do something different here

I show up with my girlfriend smiling and excited to eat some dank Taco Bell and am greeted by a young man who is rude and extremely boring. We ordered, that went fine, but it took forever to get our food. We waited. And finally, once we got our food, lengthy douche bag proceeded to spill my drinks on me, and they put our cinnamon delights in a trash bag. I must say, I was not delighted in this experience.

Terrible and rude. Negative three stars. I ordered 4 bean burritos, four beef tacos, PLAIN AND SIMPLE. Then she asked if I wanted to round to 9.00$ charity so I did. Assuming all that should cost just under $9.00 I thought it would be easier just to give them the 9.00 I had in my pocket. I come home and there are 3 tacos and 1 burrito. It was either me or my sister who got to eat dinner tonight so I let her. I tried to call back to get it but she kept disconnecting the call and saying something different from what I said. I have no idea why in hell they would round me up to $9.00 when what they gave me should've been around $5.00. She was very rude and spoke too quietly for me to hear and was condescending on the phone. Now I'm without my dinner and I'm down $. Good professional job Taco Bell. Hire some friendly people or at the least someone who can do their job right!

The employees need a lesson in how to assemble the food. I ordered a burrito supreme and there was literally one squirt of sour cream on one end of the burrito. I got all the sour cream in my first bite with no more sour cream in the rest of the burrito. Is it that hard to squirt out a line the length of the burrito? In addition, the burrito supreme is supposed to have lettuce; I saw a few stands. Don't recommend this location.

Great food but the employees who run this location almost always are not courteous and look like they really don't want to be there. Great building and food, bad service.

Sam rocks the drive thru and has a great character! I was very happy with his customer service through the speaker and at the window. Whoever made the tacos... best Taco Bell tacos I've had in a while.

Stopped by there for lunch today. It was so refreshing to hear someone calm and pleasant take our order. My wife says it sounds like the one that helped her the other day. The lady was very nice. They had our order ready in a timely manner and they had our order right.

I was excited to have a taco bell closer to me but was quickly disappointed with the service here. They are very slow getting your order to you. It is common to be waiting 20 minutes or more whether you're in the lobby or in the drive-thru. They even turned me away once saying they were too busy and couldn't make my food instead of just letting me know it would be a longer wait than usual (usual being about 20 min) if I was willing to wait. I have stopped going to this location because it is faster and easier for me to just go to a different location in the next city over.

I was thrilled when I saw them building a Taco Bell so close to where I live, but that thrill wasn't meant to last. Both times I've gone to this location I've waited for over 20 min to get my food (I only ordered two small items)! I pulled up to the drive thru at 8:25pm and didn't get my food until 8:55pm, that's ridiculous!! I'd expect that kind of wait from a nice restaurant not a fast food joint! I guess I'll go somewhere else from now on unless I've got 25-30 min to kill!...

This location is pretty new, but good food. I once saw a furry at this location late at night, which was weird, but normally of course quite family friendly. Burritos are always toasted nicely. wait can be a little long when nobody is in front of you, but overall not any bad experiences here.

please and i mean please don't get the nachos her i like salt but this almost made me throw up how much salt they put on there chips don't order here
