Nice Taco Bell located on Pennsylvania Pike. It looked like this restaurant was fairly new. The interior was clean and neat, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. The food was good. There is an outdoor patio for outside eating as well. We ordered several different foods, ranging from taco to Mexican pizza and crunch wraps. Everything was very good. Prices were pretty good as well.

Horrible experience here. Waited 30 minutes for a mobile order. In the meantime several customers just walked out. Order was finally placed on counter. No acknowledgment from staff. A simple apology about the wait would have been nice. Then in a hurry to leave I walked into the door and spilled my drink on myself because the door on the right side did not open. The nacho chips were definitely expired and tacos were broken.

My entire order was not delivered and I was given someone else’s order that only had a few cheap tacos. Called the store and they said they couldn’t do anything besides free delivery. After I was just robbed my entire order. This was also ordered with the Taco Bell app. Wow

I always order through the app, and every time, my order is perfectly prepared. The service is excellent, especially for a fast-food setting. The dining area is spacious and clean, and the outdoor deck is a fantastic addition—it really enhances the experience! Baja Blast forever.

Sadly there was no crunch in the taco shell or in the chalupa (it was like stale, cardboard like) oh, it's sad when you have a point of reference 😔 The cashier was very nice! But the product was below usual franchise standard.

This Taco Bell is top notch. The service is always on point and you can hear the person in the drive thru easily. Super clean and the food is superior to all other Taco Bell’s I’ve been to in the region. They’re doing a great job there!!

7/17/23: came to this establishment around 9:45 pm, the drive through worker seemed very nice and pleasant, she let me take my time in ordering but it did seem that she had a bit of time trying to understand my order. Everything in the screen looked fine and I do regret not grabbing a receipt from them. My order was supposed to have a substitute of spicy ranch instead of sour cream which is an upcharge, no spicy ranch as you can see on the chalupa (neither of the 2 chalupas had it), she asked if the added Doritos locos taco I ordered if I wanted it supreme or regular, I asked for regular but was only given meat and the dorito shell, not any lettuce or cheese at all. The regular taco that came in the bag and the drink with no ice were the only 2 items that were correct to order. I was told to park over for a bit to wait for my order which was no issue, but I had 2 vehicles behind me who seemed to get their order before mine which that’s just life but it’s not like I had some big vast custom order. Asked for various sauces and none came in the bag. Just a heads up notice for anyone that would want to come here at night, keep your order to what the menu says, even if it’s an easy substitute/change, it seems to be a bit misunderstood in what you’re asking for what you’re paying for. 2/5 stars since the worker was pleasant and some of the order was right but very displeased considering even it being a simple meal, costing just over $17 is a bit of a stretch for what was given.

This location had a rocky start, it had long lines, staff that didn't really care for the job, and a slow time to get mediocre food. They have rectified this, and this location is now my go to taco bell. Recently I have never received a wrong order, I haven't received a bad or uncooked order, and usually I would have a bad stomach after any taco bell, however, I do not have stomach issues after eating at this taco bell location. Everything in the kitchen seems to be really clean and sanitary. They take a bit more time to cook the food to make sure to get it right. I recommend the steak chalupa supreme. The staff are nice although a bit anti-social which I personally prefer. There isn't a lot of traffic in the taco bell parking lot, however it is slightly difficult to get into the parking lot during high traffic times.

The other day I ordered a Mexican pizza, bean burrito with extra cheese and other items. When I got home, there was very little if any cheese on the burrito and after taking one bite of the Mexican Pizza, it tasted routen. It also smelled like a toliet. NOT GOOD. I went back to the Taco Bell with my pizza and talked to the manager. The Manager didn't care about the quality of food let alone maybe getting their customers sick. She didn't even want to smell it, or inquire with her staff as to why it was so bad.. No apology was given, all She wanted to do was give me My money back for the pizza. I will NEVER go back to this Taco Bell. Someone from Upper Management needs to fix this before Someone else gets violently ill.

Food has gone down hill dramatically. Hardly any meat at all in soft tacos and the crunchwrap, I had to eat half of it before I found the tiniest bit of meat. Waste of money.

The oil of French fries should not have been changed for a long time. All French fries have an oily taste and a bitter taste caused by frying for too long. The staff was very unaware of what they were doing, and they muttered and did not respond to any questions. Although the ordering machine in this store says that it can accept American express, it actually does not accept amex credit cards. Ambiance is good, clean, but does not help since i am taking out. 1star for the ambiance.

This TB just opened up and is clean and modern looking. Two registers and a couple kiosks for ordering will hopefully make it move faster than the Avondale location which is notoriously slow. Heck, this location is already a step above the Avondale one as they actually got my order correct the first time!

I'm a driver and have been to this Taco Bell over 10 times and still haven't gotten the food from the drive thru which i always go to 1st. I'm always told to driver around the building and park in the handicap area to wait for the order, even when there is no cars behind me. This Taco Bell is cheating the system by having car drive over to the other side of the building, it make it look like they are getting the orders out faster then they really do. It's to cheat so they look good for corporate office. They should have a person from corporate go thru the drive thru and watch them tell you to go over to the handicap spot. I was they on July 4th at night, The franchise owner should be ashamed of the way the employees treat the customers. They had orders to make but I'm guessing that Manager/Lead.had another employee putting stock away, another employee washing mats outside instead of making customer orders.

We have eaten here 3 times since they opened, using the drive-thru each time. They have NEVER had the order right. NEVER. It's always missing items. We shouldn't have to take every single item out of the bag and check it to the receipt each time we eat here. The people working here should do that. They have ONE job: make sure the order is correct. If you decide to eat here, be prepared to scrutinize the order and COUNT EVERYTHING As for quality of food, Taco Bell is Taco Bell. It's difficult to screw that up...

Do not open the store if you are ready to serve hot food. Ordered 2 soft chicken tacos. The meat was cold and dry, most likely left over from the previous day. The soft taco shell can right from the refrigerator. COLD, COLD, COLD. YUCK!
