Taco Bell

Genuinely abysmal management and service. Has been this way for a few years but every once in a while I crave Taco Bell. Taco Bell used to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants but this location has made me start to resent Taco Bell. Absolutely unacceptable wait times of not exaggerating 45+ minutes, more than once. The management of this place needs to be studied as to how not to run a restaurant. Do yourself a favor and spend your time and money elsewhere.

Anyone else noticing how slow the drive through is these days? Taco Bell used to be the fastest back a few years. Now they have managed to figure how to take the fastest genre of food and make it insanely slow. I love the food so I suck it up and sit in line for 30 minutes somedays but I wish you would hire a manager away from Chicfila and steal some of their procedures. They're cooking a chicken breast in half the time it takes you to spoon some taco meat into a tortilla

The remodeled restaurant with the open concept is actually pretty stark and boring. The food is pretty much the same as always the refried beans and the burritos are a little too liquid so you end up splashing yourself with it if you're not careful. But they have good drinks you can't get anywhere else and a dessert item that you can't get anywhere else so overall it's fast American Mexican food but everyone knows what it is and this store does about average. The only thing that is kind of sad is the fact that it takes so long to get an order. At 5:00 p.m. we ordered for two people standard menu items nothing complex and it took 18 minutes from ordering to get the food. That does not account for the three times longer it takes to order on a kiosk rather than a person. So so not good enough to ride home about.

We arrived in line at 6:30 to pick up our mobile order and didn’t receive our food until 7:10 including 15 mins spent at the window waiting. Only half of the order was correct with one box being totally wrong and food for our toddler missing. Not the first time this has happened at this Taco Bell. Clearly there is something wrong with the management and employees here

Me and three of my friends placed mobile orders here Friday night. To add some context, this is after we had to cancel our mobile orders at the other Taco Bell because they ran out of tortillas. We waited in line for over 30 minutes at this location, only to be told at the speaker that they serve two mobile orders per car max. We had to cancel our orders once again, because half of our food would’ve been cold by the time we got back through the line. I’ve been to this location in the past, and I don’t recall this rule being enforced; it’s not enforced at the other Taco Bell, either. It seemed like an arbitrary rule enforced by careless employee. Anyways, I was incredibly frustrated, and I felt obligated to write this review as a result. I would love to know if the two mobile orders per car rule is an actual policy; I definitely didn’t see anything about it in the app when I was placing my order.

To anyone who complains about wait time, you should know by now that when any restaurant is busy, it is going to be a longer wait time. It's kind of a no brainer, if you actually go inside the store you will see the employees all being productive and working. Quit whining like a baby and go somewhere less busy if you have a problem waiting. Great store, great food, and great service.

This taco bell has single handledly ruined eating taco bell for me. I'm a Huge taco bell fan, and now I have to make it a point to go to one every time I'm in a different town/state because the ones in my hometown are so awful. If I could give zero stars, I would. 9/10 it's drive thru only, and the drive thru moves in slow motion. No matter how many cars, 3-20, expect at least an hour wait because the employees do NOT want to work. The tortillas always seem old. The food thrown together wrecklessly. The employees are rude and dirty. i decided to try this taco bell again for the first time in over a year today (11/10). Ordered doordash breakfast at 9:50 ( breakfast "ends" at 11). Dasher waiting in drive thru line for an hour, gets to window at 10:45, and is bluntly told they won't be making any more breakfast orders. I had to cancel my order simply due to their slowness, laziness, or incompetence. My order wasn't placed last minute. I'd been waiting an hour already.

The food at TB is always great. But dear God, can you guys not wrap a burrito correctly? Not only is the burrito not even put together, but the wrappers aren't even folded around the food. This TBs employees need training on how to fold a burrito and put food in wrappers correctly.

There is a new employee and he is a dawg I like him he give me good taco. And a yummy drink.

so i ordered the deluxe cravings box, and at this point im already trying so hard to be optimistic cause i wanted panera but they were closed so i was gonna get taco john's and then they were closed. so here i am. i get a cheesy gordita crunch w no lettuce (this is the only thing they did right), a crunchy taco with no lettuce and extra beef (the extra beef costs extra so i usually don't get it cause i don't wanna pay for it but i was hungry asf so i was like whatever) taco is basically all lettuce, def no extra beef cause there's maybe like 6 pieces of ground beef and a pinch of cheese, wouldn't even call it a taco bro, so that's horrid. got chips and cheese, and the cheese isn't even filled a quarter of the way up when i open it, so i didn't even eat the chips and cheese cause there was no cheese to dip it in. i tried the vanilla strawberry freeze and my bf watched the girl make it and she fucked it up so hard, it's literally all cream/sugar it tastes like ass, and i've had a taco bell freeze many a time ik what it's is supposed to taste like and it's not that. not to mention the usual, the line is long asf i'm sitting there for like 30 mins, the lady was rude thru the speaker and when we finally got to the window she opened it and we heard some lady back there yelling at every one loud asf about everyone needs to check their phones to see who is connected (idk) but unprofessional asf, the girl hands us our food and doesn't say a word not a hi or bye or enjoy or need anything else just hands the food and closes the window. worst taco bell experience and i already had insanely low expectations. complained on the app and all i got was a coupon for $3 off my next order that has an expiration date. so here i am leaving my first yelp review of my life, normally i'm understanding because i work in customer service so i get it but this was bad

This restaurant is really slow and inefficient. I came into the store to pick up a doordash order. I spent 20 plus minutes in the store waiting for an order that only had 8 items. Two soft tacos and two chalupa supremes and sauce packets. I even witnessed a customer who had entered the store the same time as I did receive their order before I did. Online orders are supposed to take priority before serving in walking cutomers.

Just spent $16 on tacos. Came with no lettuce, and didn't get the sauces I asked for. I get that's Taco Bell, but come on!

They messed up most of the order. They added ingredients, that we double checked wouldn't be on the tacos. The tacos fell apart the second they were out of the wrapping. There was also juice all over the wrapper and in the bag, so it got all over my hands. On the other hand, the person at the drive thru was very nice. The vibe was careless, but it's decently inexpensive.

I never leave reviews, I've never even had this app until now. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru.... Was pinned between 2 cars and more behind me, multiple people started leaving behind me, I finally got up to the window and was told to wait a minute and decided I mind as well stay since I've spent the time here waiting. Waited another 5 minutes mind you there was 3 orders that had gone through that whole time, get new workers and maybe I'll go back.

The level of incompetence and possibly even beyond that here is astounding. I was in the drive-through for 45 minutes, but I wasn't in a hurry so I kept my cool and was polite when ordering. I got the Cantina chicken quesadilla, which I've had at other locations and really enjoyed. This one had maybe like two pieces of chicken in it, and this horrible, flavorless gelatinous substance in it that I am afraid to know the identity of. Why anyone would return here is far beyond me. Disgusting.

Was in line for over 20 minutes waiting for the person in front of me to get their food. 4 cars left the line in that time. This place needs to get it together.

The service here is awful. They took 40 mins on my order and another customer. We showed a PROOF of our order that we paid for to be told they gave it to someone at the window and turn their back on us. The older white lady working there was rude! But thank you to I'm going to assume the manager for giving us our order instead of walking out with nothing when they messed up by giving our order away.

I placed a mobile order for a California Crunchwrap and found it with a creamy sauce. There is no option on the app for this to remove it as it is not an ingredient that comes on it. I would know this as I've been to other Taco Bell restaurants. I brought it back it asking for it to be remade and the employee told me I ordered it wrong and I could not get a replacement or refund. Honestly it's pretty ridiculous to ever blame a customer. It's even more ridiculous to not offer a refund or replacement.

Unbelievable performance from the Lads working the drive Thru. $150 order came out in 2 minutes. The Food tasted great.

Upon entering the restaurant I was rudely asked to the leave the lobby area because it was closed but the doors were unlocked. This kind of attitude is unnecessary and inappropriate when working in a food service establishment

Geeeezus why.... WHY does it take 30 min for an order of Taco Bell.. and this was waiting in store after ordering a pickup 15 min ahead of time..

Like other reviews say, this is the slowest most inefficient Taco Bell to ever exist. Expect to wait at least a half hour in drive thru and always check your bag. They never put the cinnamon twists you ordered in the bag.

I never leave reviews but my boy friend and I just went through the drive through and ordered two crispy tacos and two cheesy roll up deals and they charged us for the wrong thing. When we told the lady working the window she got her manager and like 3 other people and the manager started throwing a hissy fit as we had politely corrected the mistake and stated that they had put the information in incorrectly, and that they were not soft tacos. The manager was nothing but impolite and beyond rude. My boy friend had told him to just refund the whole thing and to have a good day and that we would go somewhere else because the service was way beyond disappointing. Well we were still waiting on the refund and called the location and the manager hung up on us. We called them back to give them a small piece of mind because that is not how you treat your customers at all, and the manager hung up on us again. I had to put a one star because you can't go lower. Worst experience I've had with fast food.

If I could give this place a 0 STAR rating I WOULD! Customer service was shitty I didn't get his name because he wasn't wearing a tag. I was given attitude over the intercom when I was nothing but polite. When I pulled up to the window he took my card gave it back & dam near threw the bag of food at me & didn't ask if I needed any sauce & slammed the window door on me so I waited & when he opened the window again he just looked & me & I asked for sauce & he had this stank look on his face like It was a crime. When I proceeded to ask for his manager he gave me a dirty look & said "she's busy" & closed the door again! If you hate your job it's not my fucking fault!!! To that Taco Bell worker F*** YOU!

I don't personally eat at Taco Bell very often, but I occasionally drive Door Dash on the side, and I must say that this is the worst experience I have ever had with fast food. I arrived around 10:30 PM and the store was already drive through only, and incredibly slow at that. I tried to call the store to pick up my deliveries from the lobby there was no answer, so I had to endure the drive through. I finally got to the order station, where I stated that I had two Door Dash orders to pick up and gave the names. I waited for about 15 seconds as the employee added and removed seemingly random items from "my order", so I thought it might be helpful to read the items in my customers order. So I began, and almost immediately the employee cut me off in the rudest tone possible and said "I only asked for the name." It's impossible to capture his tone in writing, but it was the rudest someone has ever been to me in food service, and it wasn't even my order! Finally, when I got to the window, I was given a bag of food, but it was missing both the hot sauce and the drink my customer ordered, so I had to ask for them. All in all, it took nearly an hour to get through drive though. It's baffling that this "fast food" place took longer than most sit down restaurants would. Another time when I was Dashing, this time during the day when the lobby was open, I talked to a couple while waiting, and they said that their order was messed up twice and they were waiting for the 3rd attempt. Twice! On top of that, one of my delivery customers also reported that their order was incorrect, and then there was the deal at the drive through I mentioned earlier so it's not an infrequent occurrence here! Even if you're love Taco Bell with all your heart, don't go to this one.

Still the slowest most inefficient Taco Bell I have ever been to. Put a mobile order in and drove over to the drive thru. There was 9 cars in front of me when I arrived so I knew there would be a wait. 35 minutes later there are still two cars before I reach the window!

I was DoorDashing late with my husband, he got an order for Taco Bell after the usual hours. He decided to call the store to verify because he had a message saying that the order was ready for pick up. When the Taco Bell worker answered, my husband explained that he was DoorDash and that he just received an order for Taco Bell and he understands that their hours were over but DoorDash makes you call to verify that they're closed. The worker on the phone very rudely yelled " we're closed" over and over again. I understand that this Taco Bell gets really jammed pack, specially to the drive-through but there is no need to be rude to not only your customers, but the Dashers, who are also helping out the business as well.

If I was able to give this Taco Bell 0 stars, I would. As I am typing this I have been waiting over a hour in the drive-thru with less than 10 cars (not the first time, but definitely the last). I must have forgot Taco Bell's "fast-food" is not actually not fast. Horrible service.

You could walk into a local steakhouse, be seated, order a drink, order a steak, consume both, pay the bill, and make it home faster than you can get through this Taco Bell drive through. The employees are nice though.

Had a mobile order. Get there to pick it up and the dining room is still closed due to COVID, years later. Line didn't seem too bad so we pulled into the drive through to wait. It's currently been 20 minutes and we haven't reached the first window. You're stuck in the drive through too, no where to pull out. Absolute waste of time. This Taco Bell SUCKSSSSS ‍

Asked for no lettuce and put lettuce on all my tacos, it is inexcusable especially ordering from an app

I ordered online to pick up in the drive through and sat in line for 30 minutes. I ordered and arrived all before closing and when I pulled up they said they were closed and I couldn't get my mobile order.... keep in mind I was there BEFORE closing and placed my order BEFORE closing. They should have expected me to come pick up my order and not just say "we are closed please pull forward". I did get a refund, but that is ridiculous. I do come here often and I am always in line for at LEAST 30 minutes....

I would give this a lower rating if I could. Me and my boyfriend ordered mobile order to come in and grab the order only to realize that the lobby was closed and we had to wait in a 45 min long line. Which was fine it's not their fault. However when we got to the box to order we said we had mobile orders and their app wasn't working for mobile orders. We continued to be patient and told them that we would show them our order and we paid and still asked for our food since we had been waiting for so long. And their response was no call customer service and proceeded to tell my boyfriend to F off. There was also no place in the app to cancel. This was the MANAGER of taco bell. We left with no food, no money back, and awful service!!

I PAID for an extra side of creamy jalapeño sauce and the container only came half full. What a rip off. Otherwise the food was good. They need to be less stingy to paying customers though.

went to this location 10 minutes before close and they refused to talk to us for 10 minutes then turned everything off on the screen and refused to talk to us at the window when we pulled around. so inconsiderate might as well close up 30 minutes early and not waist my time just to not give me food

If I could give zero stars I would! Worker "Nyesha" proceeded to slam the sliding window in my face while I was asking her if I could get some sauces for my very large order. (After I had already handed her my money) and then when she opened the window to hand me my food I asked her if she got the sauces and she blatantly looked at me as if I was dumb. Told me I could only get two, didn't ask what kind I got and threw them in the bag and threw the bag at me. Then proceeded to slam the window shut again and this time lock it. Now my order was messed up, missing two items and special requests ignored. She seems to be a manager at this location and clearly can't handle the job. Fuck her and this Taco Bell.

I love taco bell it's my favorite fast food place, except for this one. this one sucks. i got 3 tacos and they were soggy from the handfuls of tomatoes on them and the cheese was freezing like it just came out of the freezer. I always order chips and cheese and my cheese cup wasn't even filled up half way. what a waste of $8.

Is there a way to give less than one star? Because if so this Taco Bell needs it. Absolutely ridiculous place, we have been here multiple times and I can't even count how many times they mess orders up so bad that you have to question how it's even possible. They messed an online order up for me and when I called to see what they could do to fix it they answered 3 out of the 100 times I have been trying to get a hold of someone, and each time someone answered they would just hang up on me while I would be trying to get help. One was even a manager! Poorly run and operated place and there's no reason this one should stay in business when there is one on the other side of town as well.

If I could give my visit a 0 star review I would and not because of the visit but because when I called to let someone know items were missing from my bag but I was not going to go and get them or ask for a future "fix" as I was already back at work, the first person I spoke with ensured me that he fixed my order (without even knowing my full order of what I had or what I was missing) then he hung up on me when I told him I was looking at the food and knew what was missing. I then called back and asked to speak to a manager. This time a female asnswered and said she was a manager and as was the previous male that I spoke with who hing up on me!!! at this point I was irritated just because of how I was being spoken to, so I told her what was going on and she again assured me that I apparently was blind and couldn't see what was in front of me because someone who didn't know my exact order or who I even was knew 100% that all my items were in my bag. I then got HUNG UP on again. So I called again to get corporates number when in fact got hung up on multiple more times, then got yelled at to look it up on Google and not to call the store again!!! How are managers accepted when they hang up on and yell at customers like that when I wasn't even trying to have anything replaced or fixed just to simply let them know to keep an eye when making others orders!!!! I will never be back at this store!!!! I will make the 30 minute drive to go somewhere else!!!

Due to coronavirus only drive-through was open but I can't afford a car and they don't except walk ups because it's against their policy so they didn't want to take my order

If I could I'd give it less than one star. Wrong order, when I called to have them correct it the employee was extremely rude. Paid for sides and they hardly covered the bottom of the cup. Quesadilla wasn't even cut. Don't read back the order just ask if the screen is correct when it's all abbreviated. Will not be going there again for a very long time. I'd rather drive across town to the nicer location.

Who tf puts guacamole INSIDE of a quesadilla? I get it you were trying to move the drive thru traffic along and I guess my husband wasn't very clear to you all since he told me he had to repeat himself multiple times but seriously? Hot guacamole? Throughout my entire dinner. Thanks.

Drive thru service is very slow. I have gone there 3 times recently (I am a slow learner) My orders have been incorrect all 3 times. Won't be going back. Hello to Taco John's from now on

This Taco Bell is the slowest fast food in the world. It is 245p and we have been waiting in the drive thru since the dawn of time. This is especially true at night. I could literally drive to another town and come back.

Literally bullshit they messed up my whole order and when I called to complain she wouldnt even let me talk

Service is okay and the food is okay but the inside of the restaurant is just disgusting. Someone needs to be keeping the restaurant clean.

Taco Bell is fine most of the time. Reasonably tasty food at a reasonable price, and usually you can get it quickly with fast, friendly service. They were evidently having a bad day last time I visited. I went through the drive-through, which usually takes 5-10 minutes, but that day it was more like 20, and there were only 2 customers ahead of me. I ordered a few tostadas. I'm not sure what that was I ended up getting... There was a tortilla, with a blob of refried beans dolloped onto it, without being spread around, and all the toppings looked like they were thrown into the box from halfway across the room. (See photo.) The tortilla was soaked with taco sauce and was falling apart by the time I was able to consume it (which normally wouldn't happen if the beans were spread around). Might pay them a visit in another month or two after they get all their new college students trained...

Went through the drive thru on my way out of town and explicitly ordered my tacos without cheese. It was the first thing I said as far as modifications go on my tacos. They even confirmed that on the screen it read "no cheese," which it did. Upon leaving town I checked my tacos to find that they were covered in cheese. This is not the first time this has happened. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY AT THIS TACO BELL. I normally don't go to this Taco Bell because they ALWAYS mess up my order, but I was with family. The other Taco Bell in town is significantly better, faster, and more accurate. 0 stars if I could.

Mixed bag for this place. The food is generally good, once the order is done correctly. That's been hit and miss in our experiences here. More recent trips, they were alright, but some in the past were downright ridiculous. An example: Went in with the kids one night, and placed our order. The cashier was very friendly and professional, and the ticket was exactly correct. Five of us, and two orders were just as the menu lists, with three others being changed a little; two wanted no lettuce, and one wanted no cheese. Easy, and the cashier got that perfect. The person assembling the food, however, seemed unable to comprehend. The tacos that should have had no lettuce came out covered in lettuce. I'm talking as much lettuce as all other fillings combined. By the time we had the order, the girl who'd assembled the food was out cleaning the dining room floor. Well, instead of just letting someone else handle the situation, or better, apologizing, she actually tried to claim there was "no lettuce" in the tacos! It took a lot of restraint not to show her just how much was there, by dumping it on her head! I did walk right up to her and hold up a handful - from one taco - of shredded lettuce, and asked her what that was, then, since she claimed it "wasn't lettuce". She had no response. The poor cashier was all sorts of apologetic, even though he'd done noting wrong. The order was corrected, and turned out well, but employees like that one can ruin a business. That happened more than once there, though it hasn't recently, and I hope that means the problem employee was canned. The food, though, is overall good, and the place is clean. Prices are decent, and the menu is varied.

Terrible service! The line outside was long so we decided to go inside to order. There was absolutely no one in line so we figured it should be a bit faster, we stood in line for a long time while and watched as all the servers catered to the window and not one person came by to take our order or let us know they would be right with us or even acknowledged that we were standing at the counter. This location is either seriously understaffed or they need to be retrained on customer service.

I'm a big fan of all taco bells but with how long the wait is for the food, poor service, and unclean tables, I will never eat at this restaurant again.

Customer service is a joke. Entire drive staff thought it was hysterical and appropriate to laugh obviously at me after I waited at the first drive-thru to pay for a *minute* instead of driving directly to the second one. I do not think this is crazy as I hardly ever go to Taco Bell (especially in Manhattan), nor do I find it funny or acceptable that the employees have time to laugh me instead of providing service to their customers. I was embarassed and uncomfortable and this should never happen. Also, I asked for Dr. Pepper and recieved a flat Pepsi. I will certainly never return.
