No specific reason for not being 5 stars. First time visiting this location. Ordered nacho fries and a cantina chicken soft taco and some fire sauce packets. Everything was as it should be. Lady working the drive thru was decent and hospitable. Got the food quickly. Ingredients were decent and taco was put together well. Thanks for job well done. Ordered at drive thru on Friday at 5:18PM.

Newest update: 12/28/24 I must be a gluten for punishment. Lol. Running errands, this was the closest and YES, I stopped here again. Keeping it short, ordered the new nugget combo and ill just say, i still don't know how they taste. They weren't in the bag. My bad. This location just has not been for me!! 2025 imma due better in chosing my locations. Updated: 5/14/24. I haven't been back in a while but today I had the taste for something light. Out running errands and "taco bell should be quick" went through my head. Placed my order mobile as I always do. Plus, this SHOULD increase the chance for accuracy (or so I feel). Mexican pizza light beans extra pizza sauce how I ALWAYS order this. Well needless to say, my hypothesis failed AGAIN at this location. Geez. First off, I felt like it was extra beans instead of easy. I could taste and SEE the heaping layer on the darn pizza. Secondly , there was no extra pizza sauce to be found. Taco bell just got over because they charge for that. Oh well. 1, 2 and there won't be a 3... This taco bell is OUT!!!! Terrible experience tonight. My burrito wrap was a mess like they had a broken (and hard) piece of one and then used another one to gather the broken one sp it was too much wrap. And the nachos fries . A joke. The picture was how they came no me. NONE had been eaten yet and were spilled. These few little fries. Really!!! Also asked for fire sauce when order was placed and of course only mild was in the bag. Do better please.

The customer service and attitude of the service workers is terrible. It was never good but has gone downhill recently. I pulled up to the drive thru and waited patiently for 15 minutes. The girl at the window was on her phone the whole time and didn't even acknowledge me. Finally I knocked on the window to ask what the status was and someone else came and told me I didn't need to knock and they were waiting on the fries... Sorry what?? At least greet me and tell me you are waiting on the fries so it might take a while. Maybe have me pull up so other people waiting behind me can get their food. Don't come at me with an attitude without hearing a word I say first! Clearly upper management doesn't have control over their workers and teach them basic customer service. It's too bad this is the only Taco Bell for miles. I bet the other ones are owned by the same management company too though... Should be ashamed at their laziness

Nah I'm done going here. Paid $8 for a burrito and some nacho fries. Low and behold they didn't have any fires (Why does the app not tell you that??) and they didn't even make my burrito. I got 2 soft tacos that are like 1.99 each This place really just takes your money and runs, and they don't expect you to do anything about it since it's a taco bell. This location is gonna get sued into the ground I stg haha

Whoever was at work 7/24/25 at night I love you too 😆 the food was hot and fixed right plenty hot sauce and quick im talking 10 out of 10 I used to not like this location but the night crew was on they shit that night 💯

I stopped visiting this location because I received microwaved tacos. I completely forgot and stopped again, and yes, I was given microwaved food once again. A hard taco should not be soggy and stuck to the wrapper with all its cheese melted when I am eating it less than 10min after it was ordered.

I've been out all night, and decided to get a Cantina Chicken Bowl after hearing all the reviews. After waiting in line 40 mins. I got home to enjoy my bowl... Let's say I had a million bad words and could not think of one good one for this mess they had given me. Nice guys but this is not like the picture. Needless to say if you go through drive thru no matter how busy they are, in the wee hours... Check Your Food!!!! What I got vs what I ordered. I'm giving 2 stars because the cinnabon delights always delight☺️

We were surprised by the low ratings. We are regular at this drive-thru for years, and our orders have always been quick and accurately checked for vegetarian options. Sure, there was an issue with an order a year or so ago, but I received a refund after raising the concern. Despite that hiccup, my drive-thru orders were smooth and quick. I love their simple soft potato taco. Taco Bell is always a go-to choice for food when you're in a rush.

I have been going here for a few years now for my sporadic "fourth meal" cravings. The drive through has actually gotten my order right every single time- and they aren't skimpy on the sauce. I recommend the crunch wrap supreme for the carnivores and a bean burrito with a side of cheesy fiesta potatoes for my vegetarian friends.

My review of the experience begins with the moment I arrived to place my order. Unfortunately, the female staff member's voice on the other end barely reached a whisper, making it difficult to communicate effectively. It would be advisable to address this issue either by adjusting the speaker volume or encouraging employees to speak more audibly. Secondly, despite requesting extra black beans, they were omitted from my order, and the ones provided were visibly scrotched. Regrettably, I had to discard the whole Catina bowl. The receipt attached has food stains because I disregarded the receipt and went to retrieve it to write this review.

The food at this particular location was not up to par. Mexican pizza was sloppily made. My chipotle ranch grilled was literally a taco with chipotle and chicken on it. Food was cold and service sucked #TacoBell y'all have to do better this was ridiculous for anytime of day let alone 2:00 pm

This location has totally stepped it up! Or at least the night shift. I went at 1am on 01/03/24 and the group working nailed my order, which had numerous modifications. Used the mobile app so that maybe that helped? But the employees were very friendly!

Waited in line from 2:00am to 2:28am when they told me that they closed 30 minutes early (2:30am) and couldn't serve me. They are supposed to close at 3:00am. The guy at the window told me he couldn't see my car in line which was a lie because he came outside while I was waiting. After a 12 hour shift and 30 minutes in their driveway all I wanted was something to eat, but he couldn't care less. I would not recommend this as a late night snack and their hours should be adjusted.

Hospitality, Memphis, the franchise owner of this Taco Bell, will likely add a reply under my review, saying that they will do better. Just take a look at the reviews below mine. They won't do better. Just avoid this Taco Bell, like the plague, or risk getting the plague. And who does the hiring here? You need to fire all of those kids and start over. Close down for about a month and regroup. I don't know why I keep coming here, other than the fact that it is a block away from my home. I wish this was a Sonic instead lol. Today: no, Pepsi, no root beer, no ice, no napkins. I was shorted a potato soft taco. Lots of attitude and screaming workers in the lobby.

This is the worst Taco Bell I've been to/ had to deal with. Never order a mobile or doordash from here. It will be processed then cancelled whenever your dasher is there to pick it up. There's always a "problem with the system" at this location. Very poor service all around. I use to work at a Taco Bell and I know it is not that hard to make some tacos and burritos...

This location is convenient for me, so I go here probably once a week. 4/5 times, I have bad service. I am always appreciative of service workers, but I have had a woman at the window be rude to me and a couple of friends countless times. Our meals are frequently wrong, and today we had mold on our tortillas (I'll attach a photo of that). Worst location I've been to :(

Lady at the window was very rude and talked back giving very snarky remarks. Highly unprofessional and I dont think ill come back here. I ordered the number 8 (doritos locos tacos) regular with no cheese. I shouldve checked the order at the window but that case isnt terribly important because you should be able to trust the establishment to have your order the way you asked. I noticed all three tacos loaded with shredded cheese and i just want to say i am dissapointed.

How does this Taco Bell even pretend they're open for breakfast? I've stopped here 4 times in the last year between 7:15-8:40am (online says they open at 7am). I've never once managed to get breakfast. One time they said they weren't open (7:30am) and the other three times no one came onto the drive thru speaker. I check to see if there are people in there and there are.

Ive ordered thru postmates recieved the wrong order sent co worker to the store to correct issue and I am still missing items off my order

This taco bell is not it. I work late nights and wanted to grab some after work a few hours before closing. They ignored me in the drive through and were clearly inside eating. Don't go here or they'll hide when you want to order!

The woman taking orders on 3/26/23 at around 10pm was by far the rudest and most incompetent person I've ever had to order food from. Her attitude was sharp and disrespectful and also lazy, she does not need to be speaking to paying customers. Probably shouldn't even have a job. The order was simple, chalupas with chicken and cheese. When the order was revived it was piled with lettuce and tomato with less than half a scoop of chicken. It was pathetic. Not hard it all to make a item with two ingredients. Not to mention whilst ordering she stated "make your mind up they make it while you order it though the mic". This place is usually on point. But this time. It makes me never want to come back. Also to mention I specifically asked for the burrito to be not spicy because the person who wanted it has an intolerance to spicy food. Just thought I should add. Ridiculous fire that woman or make her work cleaning the floors.

The lobby of this location wasn't open, even though it was before 7pm and I was trying to pick up an online order. Unfortunately, the drive thru line was horrendously long and not moving at all, however, that was my only option. After getting in the line and waiting about five minutes to even get to the speaker, I see two vehicles pull up and at least five people were able to enter the building. I couldn't back out of the drive thru because, at this point, a car had pulled in behind me and I was stuck. I don't understand the logic here but I know they can do better.

This place is awful. The workers are rude and you have to wait well over an hour in line for the drive thru. They also forget your order when you get to the window, and they give you attitude if you ask any questions while you are there. They also took my phone out of my hand when I tried to show them what I ordered after they forgot. They also forgot things from our order when we did finally get it too. Overall a terrible experience and will not be going again.

Placing my order wasn't a issue at all. Paying wasn't an issue. The young person at the window was passing me my two frozen drinks. Before they reached me they hit side of the window and splashed everywhere. Even in my car on me and my seat. I asked her for napkins, she passed them to me. The manger ushered the young person to step away, go to the back and change gloves. She continued to ask me did I want my receipt, not once did she ask if I was alright nor apologize for the damn Strawberry frozen drink being spilled on me. I understand your line is long, but make sure your customer is okay or at least compensated for the incident that occurred. By the way I didn't receive straws for my drinks. Sheesh....

Employees are extremely rude and liars they have no business working for the service industry they are driving there buisness away and don't care the way I was spoke to is never acceptable under any circumstances and the bad part is I work for the same company just a different location I was saddened, embarrassed and mortified that they think it's ok to talk to customers or anyone that way is beyond belief then after I explained I work for the same company just different spot she made up a lie that made absolutely no sense and said call corporate I don't care that's part of the problem you don't care your check amount is the same the money your running off doesn't come out of your pocket

Never coming here late night again. Sat in line for an hour and there was no way to exit. Cars straight up hopped the median to get out of line...

Now serving breakfast until 11am!!! First off, the place was renovated. It looked great inside. The place was clean and the workers were nice. Waffle Taco. Sausage... spread some syrup on it. you're welcome.

I have been to this location about 3-4 times and each time this location is clean and they take pride in preparing your food. Today I went in and a lady named Tracy gave exceptional service! Funny, attentive, and HONEST!!! Thank you Tracy for being AMAZING!!!

placed my order in the app and then sat in the drive thru for about 35 minutes with one car infront of me because the staff didnt want to work. the food i eventually got was dry and i dont plan on coming back to this location.

This is by far the worst taco bell location I have ever been to. I waited for close to an hour for my food while half of the employees wandered around like they had nothing to do. It was dirty, loud, and incredibly unprofessional. I dont expect much from taco be, but this was the worst way to end my day.

I usually don't leave bad reviews. But this was the worst Taco Bell I have ever had. We live close to the area so we usually we go there most of the time. I keep giving it a chance but today was the last time I go there. Every time I get food there it has been the complete opposite. Rude employees and I try to be friendly. I do not recommend going to this Taco Bell at all! They only thing I got right was my water! Think about that.

Workers are petty when it comes to UberEats. They purposefully ruin your food and miss order notes. For example, I ordered a power menu bowl and they gave me no rice and I also ordered a rice and bean burrito and they made the burrito with the beans on one half and the rice on the other half and then put the smallest amount of cheese on only one end. This isn't the first time they've messed up my food. If I'm paying for it, I would prefer it to not be absolute ass. I understand if the employees don't want to do their job, but I do wish that they wouldn't mess with my money. I wish this Taco Bell could be pulled from the Uber app.

I am normally pretty lenient on taco bell. Something doesn't taste right? I don't care, it was a couple of dollars at most. Somethings incorrect? Again, I'm paying the bare minimum for food so it's what I expect. But what really upsets me is the experience that I had tonight. I pulled in after 2. Late, I know, but over an hour and a half before they close. Go to the drive thru and say hello and get nothing. Try a couple more times and no reaponse. Drive thru the rest of the section and look through the window see someone with the drive thru headset on sitting there and looking back at the chefs. I understand not caring about your job when you get paid minimum wage, but this person did not even put in the bare minimum when servicing customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere when I'm hungry late at night. Good thing I like CKs as much as Taco Bell.

This is the Taco Bell that is closest to my home, and I'm pretty disappointed by that. They get my order wrong fairly often, and the food is not great. The main and true problem is that the tortillas are somehow always stale. If I am going to eat delicious, fattening, cardboard garbage for dinner, the least I ask is that it be fresh.

As Taco Bells go, this is one of the best. They are efficient, friendly, and generous. Their servings are proportionate, their drivethru attendants are polite, and their service is expedient. I'm excited I live next to this Taco Bell because they do an excellent job!

It's a pretty good Taco Bell. Nice and clean, but sometimes if they get really busy you'll be waiting a while. I have spent upwards of thirty minutes in the drive-through here before, which is difficult because if ANYONE comes in behind you, you can't leave, even if you haven't ordered yet. I have also had problems with placing orders on the app and encountering staff that have no idea how to retrieve it on multiple occasions. However, I've always gotten consistently Taco Bell-y food here, no issues with that!

Went during breakfast/lunch time and was greeted with a friendly employee. I did have to wait for a few minutes in the drive through because I didn't order breakfast food and they were transitioning to lunch which was no problem. Older employee was very friendly and polite which I appreciated very much. Offered me refills while I waited. Great experience at this location

After waiting in line for 42 minutes we arrived at their present window. When told the total I asked if there would be any consideration to the fact that we waited that long for "fast food." No coupon, apology, or consideration. We will not return...this is not how you do business.

They told us they were closed. And when I say they told us, I mean they ignored us and giggled. A simple were closed would have been awesome and also would have saved me a few bucks on my uber ride. They also close at 5. It was 3:55. Nope. Nope.

So my friends and I planned a Taco Bell themed party for our 4th of July celebration. We buy $25 worth of food. We are ordering our food in the the drive thru and I place an order of Triple Layer Nachos. The Triple Layer Nachos are tortilla chips, enchilada sauce, nacho cheese, and refried beans. We get our food and get back to our venue, for our Taco Bell themed 4th of July celebration, and I open my Triple Layer Nachos and I see GROUND FREAKING BEEF!!! THEY ARE FREAKING TRIPLE LAYER NACHOS NOT QUADRUPLE LAYER NACHOS!!!! Taco Bell on Poplar usually makes the most bomb ass Triple Layer Nachos ever, but they have failed me. They will be forgiven after I am given a years worth of Triple Layer Nachos WITH NO GROUND BEEF. Thanks in advance Taco Bell on Poplar.

Taco Bell is really good...okay it's great, especially at 9:00 p.m. or later. I'm pretty sure that all of the ingredients they use would never taste good at anytime before 9 p.m. In fact, they would all likely combust due to their highly volatile nature. However, when it's late at night, this is the place you're going to want to eat! Taco Bell knows their role in the hierarchy of meals, and that's why they adopted the tag line "Fourth Meal." That's because they are the best in this genre of food, if there is such a thing. Bottom line, you've been here before. You know the food and you have your favorites. And, it's good...even great at times. Yo quiero Taco Bell!

This place had it right. Might have only been for a night, might be habitual. I don't know. But man the service and food was good. The young man in the drive through did a great job and was as polite as can be. Keep that service up and you will never lack customers.

This taco bell is the best I've ever been to! Great music, cleanliness, and customer service. Even the dr pepper was mixed right! Loved it great establishment.
