Rude Staff! I walk in and go to the counter to order my food. There was 2 employees that saw me standing there. After 3 or 4 minutes pass, one of them FINALLY comes up to me to tell me that they're no longer serving customers at the front counter and I need to use the Kiosk station. Why not tell me that when you saw me waiting for help? Why wait almost 4 minutes to tell me that. It's not like I was supposed to automatically know to use the Kiosk. You let me just stand there like a fool. Mind you, know one else was in the restaurant at this time. Also, neither one of them spoke when they first saw me. I couldn't even get a "hello!" Just looked and walked away. Great customer service! NOT

I was just there 07-15-22. I was headed to take my daughter to her sleep study nearby. I dont have time to go back and get it fixed. No receipt given either. But what the hell is this?

This used to be one of the worst taco bells in the area. They have really upped their game. Food was fresh and delicious, staff was polite.

Very ghetto atmosphere and experience. A couple walked in yelling while my daughter and I was having dinner. They verbally assaulted us. At no time did management say anything. They just stood there with their phones.

Excellent customer service, staff and management were amazing. The cashier was friendly since I had to use the kiosk to order and answered my questions about what items to use.

Big signs on the door and building saying their dine in is open. It is not. My drive through order is messed up and i can't get anyone to help without going back through the drive through 4 cars deep. I don't have time for that.

Every time I visit this location the staff is friendly and willing to answer any question! The food is always consistent. I came through the drive thru for lunch today and was met with kindness and compassion. Thnak you!
