Taco Bell

We get food from here after visiting the Zoo and it is always great. They never skimp on the portions and it's always hot and correct. This is probably my favorite Taco Bell location. The employees are always super friendly too.

I entered and tried to use a kiosk. It wasn't working. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes. No one took the time to acknowledge me. Though the manager was sitting in the office and looked right at me at least three times. I finally left. Don't know how food is . I never even was acknowledged as a customer.

Super quick response, the only place willing to take our order through the drive thru. Excellent customer service

Rude Staff! I walk in and go to the counter to order my food. There was 2 employees that saw me standing there. After 3 or 4 minutes pass, one of them FINALLY comes up to me to tell me that they're no longer serving customers at the front counter and I need to use the Kiosk station. Why not tell me that when you saw me waiting for help? Why wait almost 4 minutes to tell me that. It's not like I was supposed to automatically know to use the Kiosk. You let me just stand there like a fool. Mind you, know one else was in the restaurant at this time. Also, neither one of them spoke when they first saw me. I couldn't even get a "hello!" Just looked and walked away. Great customer service! NOT

Whoever the new person is there making sure I'm actually getting awesome tacos and great Mexican pizzas that don't taste like they were in 6 day old oil Thank you The food at this location hasn't been this good in years

I was just there 07-15-22. I was headed to take my daughter to her sleep study nearby. I dont have time to go back and get it fixed. No receipt given either. But what the hell is this?

Excellent customer service, staff and management were amazing. The cashier was friendly since I had to use the kiosk to order and answered my questions about what items to use.

Keep the nacho fries please one of the reasons me & my friends come here for lunch! Great food & friendly staff!

Listen. I can't speak for the lunch hours of the day but. In the morning omw to work the breakfast food is good and the service is nice. They always put napkins in the bag and ask for sauce. Me like

I lived in Nashville 5 years ago went there one time inside a guy had long hair ,long nails they looked to have fungus on them nasty food I threw away . Never went back. Don't live in Nashville anymore .. so I suggest the ones who do if it's still a problem call cooperate. And a lot is due to managers not watching an doing their jobs. Most places have young teenagers running the place which is bad...

I came in to order on the way home and after I order as I'm sitting talking with my partner, I turn around to see one of the girls holding a phone up taking a picture of me smiling seemingly as though making fun of me. She snaps her phone down when I see her and just looks at me defiantly like "so what." The guy that handed me my food had a similar look and when I said thank you he literally turned his back to me and said a generic "yeah." After all this, I do not trust the food I was holding. Why would I eat food given to me under these pretenses? That's a place I'll never go back to.

Has to be the worst Taco Bell in the state. I stopped in to get my family and I dinner. The beans were almost powder and the meat had been crunchy. The food was absolutely horrible. Will never ever eat there again.

Worst place ever. We were waiting for over 5 min, but no one came to front and take orders. Finally we gave up and left. I should know better. This place is absolutely ghetto.

Manager is extremely rude. They messed up my order the manager I spoke with told me to come back she took my name and that she would replace my order. The manager I spoke with out the window refused to replace my order because I didn't have my receipt, I informed her that I was never given a receipt, and she was completely rude to me. She said that she looked and didn't see my name, which was a complete lie, because she never even left the window.

I gave this location about 5 shots before I gave up and decided to frequent the Taco Bell down the street instead. Always have to wait a while for someone to take your order, employees are frequently cussing in front of customers, explicit music is always loudly playing in the back, the dining room is filthy, and parts of my orders usually tasted odd.

Idk how the hell this place pays the rent tbh, how you on a shift change at 5:30 PM ? Then you turn the corner and all the employees are smoking on the side. That's crazyyy to me. Also they say open till 12 but no one is there at 8 pm. Wild

What can I say that hasn't already been said. Take my word for it, this is a big big stinker.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. Starting with the employee being rude because I wanted to do two separate orders so we came inside. To find out no one doing their jobs ... boy upfront with long hair not wearing a hairnet touching everything with his gloves on and then handling food. Customers before me said their orders were wrong and were waiting forever .. same boy upfront speaking to his friends over the counter giving them free food before even acknowledging us. Absolute worse Will not be coming back

This is the WORST Taco Bell around. Their staff is awful and rude. They're food is always a mess. Go down the road to the Harding Taco Bell or Powell Ave.

Never go to this place after 9pm. They will either say they're closed, or "doing a shift change" and they can't help you. Don't even know why I tried going here more than 3 times when this happens every time.

If you can make it there by 4pm you might be able to order half the menu if you can pay cash after that you might as well park your shit and go get high with the the employees because your not getting any food from them.

I've been to this Taco Bell three times. Once I was able to place an order. The second time the drive through person told me the entire staff was on a "Thirty minute break" and wouldn't be able to take any orders. The third time they claimed their system was down and they couldn't take any orders. Both times they said they weren't taking orders, I saw all the employees just sitting on the stairs having a smoke. So it seems likes there's roughly a 30% chance of you being able to place an order when you come here during normal business hours.

It's a Taco Bell. But the employees are nice, and the lines are short (not like the other Taco Bell on Powell)! If you're a Taco Bell-er (like me), this one will do the job!

Every time I go to this Taco Bell they tell me I cannot order more than three items. THREE. Thats ONE meal. Once I was there and the employees were outside in the parking lot messing around on a skate board and proceeded to tell me they couldn't make more than THREE items. That's two tacos and a burrito. That takes 10 minutes TOPS. The service at this Taco Bell has gone down the drain and I will not be eating there anymore.

I really don't ever leave reviews but this was a must cause I been craving y'all food!! They had lobby close cause short staffed that's understandable but there was only me and another car in drive Thur so it wasn't busy at all and my naked chicken chalupa box was bad the chalupa was cold and hard and my hard taco only had the smallest scoop of meat with only the smallest amount of toppings and my beef burrito was the only thing good that's sad I will not be coming back to this location and I ate this in the parking a lot I didn't even wanna go back Threw the drive Thur cause if they didn't care the first time why would they care the 2nd... so I'm so glade I'm able to come back to my review so at first I said my beef burrito was good well I haven't ate it yet I only felt it and it felt full. So I come to eat the only thing that looks decent and when I take a bite it's mostly rice and sauce and the smallest I mean smallest scoop of meat that's crazy like why would y'all do people like this ... Taco Bell if your employees don't care/like they job pls fire them ASAP!! I threw it all away!

Most weekdays they close the drive through from 11-12 to avoid a lunch rush. Not a sustainable business model and very inconvenient.

Absolutely no stars ever to this piece of shit establishment. Tonight marks the third night this month that I have come by and been told they were closed when they in fact were open for another 30-60 minutes. I'm writing this from Waffle House across if the street, who is always there take care of us ladies. Taco Bell can suck my tits girl

I went to go eat in your establishment the other night at the Nolensville Rd location here in Nashville, and it said the lobby hours were until 10pm. I attempted to go inside slightly after 9pm and the doors were locked. Is there a reason for this? I was unable to get my dinner and instead took my money to Fazollies.... At least they were open.... If this is how customers are treated, by being locked out before the end of a business day, then I can just start taking my patronage elsewhere.

Do not waste your time and money! I would not trust them with my money, food, or anything for that matter. The owner just wants your money and don't care about customer service at all. The owner is very unprofessional, dismissive, and rude as crap. I've never experienced service this bad before and I refused to ever give them my money, again. I will definitely be going to a nicer and better location! They definitely need new owners and management because the ones they have now makes Taco Bell look bad and sets bad example for how a business should be ran.

I love taco bell and this is close to my house..sometimes the service is good and sometimes very bad...but hey...its taco bell...!!!! what more can I say !!!

The location of this Taco Bell is just a disaster. I used to go here for lunch, but I've given up on that. It's only two miles away, but I've learned the hard way that will never fail to get me back to work late. This is located at the intersection of Nolensville Rd. & Paragon Mills Rd., which is basically a huge, oddly-shaped hill. The actual address is Nolensville Road, but you can't get there that way. You have to turn onto Paragon Mills Road to get there, and this little backstreet is virtually invisible. If you miss it, you have to make a U-turn to get back. That's only the beginning. Once you actually turn in, the drive-thru line is ridiculous. Every time I've been here, it wraps almost completely around the restaurant. They also have a curb that makes the line very narrow. There's no room to swerve or get closer to the menu. One you actually get in the drive-thru line, the service is incredibly slow. There's nothing fast about this fast food. The one good thing is that the service is pretty good when you ignore the speed. I've never gotten a wrong order. I've never been inside, so it may be better there. It's probably more efficient than the drive-thru. From now on though, I'm not coming here for a quick 30-minute lunch.

Pulled up at 9:45 am, no response at the speaker, asked "hello" 3 times and waited a few minutes before leaving. 3 cars up front with nobody visible inside. Not sure what they were doing but work surely wasn't it.

Everytime I come to this Taco Bell the experience gets worse and worse. Employees are always rude as you can be. I pull up to the window and say "can I please have a second to look" and the reply is "let me know when you're ready" the about 15-20 seconds later I hear "hello." I say " let me just get one second to look" and they go "ugh it's been like a minute." Excuse me? Is this how you talk to customers? I'm wondering how long before these terrible workers get taken out of this place. It's been like this for over 2 years now and nothing has been done.

I had extremely fast service and the employees were very kind and respectful! I had to go to this one because another was packed and they only had 3 people working. This is my new Taco Bell!

This place is a dump and I wish I could give it a lower score. I thought I'd try their breakfast this morning for the first time. Their drive thru window says they open at 7am. A guy was changing the menu board and he confirmed that yes, they did open at 7am. I'm sitting in the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken when a rude woman from the parking lot is shouting at me, "We're not open!" I tried to tell her I was told you were but she was walking away as I was talking. At 7:06 I decided to drive up to the window since my order wasn't taken yet. The rude woman came to the window and said they weren't open, again. I told her the building says they open at 7am and an employee also confirmed it. She said she wasn't even clocked in yet and she had no money in her drawer so they weren't open and walked away. The owner has a real gem on their hands with that employee. I won't ever come back here because of her. There are plenty of other places within one mile of here to stop for breakfast on my way to work. Telling by all of the other "stellar" reviews of this place, I doubt the owner even cares.

11/17/2010 Today they charged me an addtl $0.25 to take the meat off and add beans. Usually it's just a substitution thing. Anywhere else it's a substitution thing, even here it's a substitution thing.

Service is so-so but you gotta try the Doritos Loco Taco! Had 4 today and they were so good I had orange fingertips (you'll understand that after you try em...LOL)

The food is pretty good here, sometimes it can be a let down, but that's fast good for you. This place is pretty bad about forgetting items of your order, so double check the bag each time. All in all they are pretty good for Taco Bell. I did try the breakfast for the first time here, and it was delicious. Bacon waffle taco was delicious. I'm not sold on the AM Crunch Wrap, they put the same sauce they use on their quesadillas which was weird for breakfast for me. I know people that love it, so give it a try, everyone's tastes buds are different.

I was in a little bit of a hurry, but I really wanted something for breakfast. And the service at this Taco Bell was very quick. I've always been a fan of breakfast burritos, but I've got to admit that the one-handed crunch wraps are a really convenient way to get a full breakfast that's easy to eat. And they're downright tasty.

The food was delious as always. There was alot of noise behind the counter tonight and their was guys hanging outside restaurant. Not good

I last ate there in May 2010. Haven't been back. Why? The lady who took our order was also making the drinks I ordered a cherry limeade and when she forgot it I politely reminded her she yelled S--t right in front of my children. We ate in and she cleaned the dinning room and used a few choice words as she was cleaning the table next to ours. Our food was a smaller portion of what is usually served. My nachos bell grande was served in a small taco pizza box. Later we all got sick on the food. After reading the reviews it doesn't seem like anything has been improved. I did call and complain and they were very nice in giving me giftcards which I used at a cleaner and nicer location.
