Taco Bell

Went to the drive thru, ordered two boxes and nacho fries. I called the store to speak to the manager. A male answered the phone claiming to be the manager and said he wouldn’t provide his name. I proceeded to tell him the issue with the food. The fries were cold, the one of boxes didn’t have but a few nachos, and the taco was falling apart/like it had been sitting and was soggy. The other box had few cinnamon twists, the chicken burrito had very hard chicken. The food has been sitting. He then asked, “okay so what was the issue.” I asked “ Did you not hear what I just said?” I asked for his name again and he hung up on me. This is by far one of the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Within the last 3 months we have always had an issue with the order and there’s always a new person working.

This has never been my favorite TB…. Not the cleanest, staff not very friendly. But sometimes you just need TB. We were at the counter a good 10 minutes before the girl at the drive up window said “it’d be quicker if you used the kiask.” Hmm really? I said bye and left and went to Culver’s. No kiask plus they have ice cream!

Terrific food, nice workers and a pleasant dining room. Thanks A+ EDIT: One note, this was our first visit. The place is surrounded by a lot of palm trees, bushes, plants and shrubs. It looks lovely, but it can be hard to see from the street, until it's too late to turn. The Taco Bell sign is partially blocked most importantly. It looks this way going both directions. We missed it the first time. So...just be ready for that. Once you get used to it. It's fine. Great once you're inside. Lovely, spacious parking lot. Good wifi.

I live closer to another taco bell but always visit this location because it used to be the best. Over the last few months not so much. The last few times I have visited were not great at all. The staff inside are always irritated with customers who choose not to use the kiosk and leave them standing there for very long periods of time. Then when they come to the register they are very rude. I watched this the last few times i have visited. I however always use the kiosk. When I received my order it was wrong. No big deal. I went to the counter and after standing there forever a very rude woman came to the counter. I said, I'm sorry but these were supposed to be chicken and not steak. She said no you ordered steak, let me see your receipt. I couldn't find my receipt at the moment so instead of just fixing their mistake(which wasn't a big deal, it happens)she was more concerned with proving me wrong and proceeded to dig through the computer. She ended up going back and making the correct ones. Except she didn't. They were wrong again! By then I had also found my receipt that clearly showed I ordered chicken and not steak. I went back up and showed my receipt and let them know they were wrong AGAIN. I asked the name of the rude woman who said she was training to be the manager but wouldn't say her name. She did struggle to changed her attitude right away though. Just a heads up to anyone thinking of visiting, their evening crew is horrible and very rude. Especially the woman "training to be the manager ". I really hope that this isn't the new norm for this place 😕

The food is always good, but can we put a little more effort into presentation and placement of produce, both mine and my son bean burrito that I added rice to was literally half beans and half rice, not mixed in, no the bottom of the burrito was rice and the top beans..get it together, I’m in the food industry also this shouldn’t be happening! 7/18 update, the first review was 3 years ago, this new review, is for LACK OF EFFORT, I ordered the nacho fries, this location when I ordered was not busy inside nor outside, so why were the fries poorly season? And soggy? If I wanted unseasoned fries I would have gone to another fast food restaurant!

My family visits this taco bell often and have always had great service and great food. Tonight however. Our visit was the worst experience. They messed up order then the girl in training proceeded to argue with my wife and i both about the order being wrong then worker brought new items to replace wrong ones and they was wrong again. I asked for a manager and she claimed. She was the manager after another worker brought the correct food other worker clarified that the girl is in training and is not a manager this girl was being extremely rude to every customer that brought there orders back that was incorrect. I would say her training not going well at all and she needs to go find different job she dont belong in food service dealing with public

We came to this Taco Bell for food around 12:30am, the point of that is the commercials say open late. We usually have a great experience every time we have went to a Taco Bell. Unfortunately this time the person who took our order was not nice nor gave the usual experience we normally get. She was very short and made us feel rushed and uncomfortable, then made us wait even longer when we were ready to order. I do not know if they where short staffed but the food was not made to the usual standard nor where we given our complete order. They forgot the quesadillaas well as the freezy midnight Baja blast that went with the meal. We wanted to order the street taco dishes that they had but clean did not have anything at all as well as other items that we chose to order.We also ordered a chicken Chalupa that wasn’t wrapped and fell apart as we took it out of the bag. Then when we got to open it up and see what fell out, everything was divided sour cream on one side, meat in the middle and minimal meat. When we got the chicken quesadilla it was only cheese with very little meat. We felt this was not worth the money that was spent, nor was the experience worth wanting to go back to this establishment. I do hope that everybody knows that late night is apparently not the right time to go to this Taco Bell.

I go to this Taco Bell all the time. There is usually a super efficient, bubbly, nice lady at the window, taking orders. I am so disappointed to see that there was a different woman there named Michelle that was so rude. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. If you are going to work in customer service, you need to be able to talk nicely to your customers. I hope I never see her there again

Most of the time, this location is pretty on point. However I did knock a star off because we order from them very often and we do occasionally get food that's disgusting and not edible. I'm assuming it has to do with what crew it on and who cares more than the other. It is what it is, overall the food is generally pretty good and cooked right.

It's Taco Bell, so the 5 stars are relative to similar locations, but we got our food fast, the order (which had some special requests) was accurate, the service was pleasant, and the food tasted just like it should. We both ordered the Chicken Power Bowl, which is a reasonably healthified fast food option. It has a good combination of flavors, and is a satisfying serving size for us.

What time a little longer than I'm uses too but over all friendly service and busting with the Taco Bell flavors

North Fort Myers Taco Bell sucks the food was soggy greasy and nasty.also didnt have the new stuff on menu.dont recommend we place too eat.

Usually okay but last Sunday we stopped on the way home only drive thru open got 6 beef crunchy tacos but the shells were Nasty like they were cooked in old burnt oil, nobody at restaurant answers phone and corporate calls back $12.00 gone bad, I could have just thrown the money in the trash like I did the food

Recently, Taco Bell has been advertising their "naked egg taco" on television. The advertised price is 2 for $3.49. It sounded intriguing, so I decided to give it a try. My mistake was going to the restaurant in North Fort Myers, Florida. After placing my order, I was told that the price would be nearly 50% higher than the advertised price (more than $5 for two)! When I asked why, the answer was a curt "this is a franchise"! Well, guess what? Because there was no sign on the outside saying that it was a franchise, rather than a company store, I just won't go to any Taco Bell again. Cheat me once, and never again, EVER.

The inside of the store is closed and the prices are also higher than any other Taco Bell. They really really skimp on the meat here

When I read the other reviews I almost didn't drive to this Taco Bell near my hotel. But I am so glad that I did! All of the workers were very polite and professional. My Nacho Fries box was served hot and delicious. For the price my meal was excellent! Thank you!

This is our favorite taco bell. GREAT STAFF esp Christina. She was friendly and went out of her way make sure we had a good experience.

Staff has absolutely no common sense. You give a drink give a straw. You give food give NAPKINS!! Chips are always broken and short. I specifically mentioned this and got broken chips and shorted as always. Place really needs new management Btw thanks for putting two pieces of chopped tomato on my tacos absolutely hilarious....

I ordered two cheese quesadillas with no sauce. So basically just a plain tortilla and cheese. Instead on the first one there was 6 pieces of tomato it looked like they accidentally just put them on there. And on the second one there was 4 single strands of lettuce. If they haven't if did that the cheese quesadillas would have been perfect.

Order was wrong. Had to drive back because one child had no food when I got home. Staff didn't really care in fact one employee yelled at me when I was leaving. So I spent almost $20 drove back and forth 4x and spent 1/2 hour trying to get food while my meal got cold at home. Horrible. I won't go back.

Very unprofessional manner in which I was served. I will never and I mean EVER go back to this Taco Bell Again! I asked for 4 cinidelights and and chicken chalupa supreme no sour cream and the cashier repeated my order back exactly: "4 BALLS" and a chicken chalupa supreme no sour. I found it to be very offensive but I let it go and went to pay. I payed and the young lady at the register went to the back and then came back up and slanted her eyes toward me and said: "I guess some people like balls" Not even knowing if I'm gay or not, I GOT SO PISSSSSSSSSSST! I left and then contemplated about it till I was half way home. Then I turned around and went to confront the cashier about my issue with her unprofessional verbal services. Like when I first came to place my order just about all the employees that worked there were outside which is a safety violation. Well as I returned to the parking lot they were all out there and I could see and hear the young lady that took my order yell: "YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME" I felt like I was unwanted and not welcome there. That even got me more pisssssssT!! Then I came to the window and said how I was offended by the conversation and the way my order was read back to me earlier. With slight attitude she told me others that order the cinidelights make perverted comments as they order them. I did no such thing and I don't know why I was being put in that kind of category to begin with. I did not appreciate the comments. She then got the manager to concur with a story she had told me and I wasn't buying it due to the look on the manager face. They were wrong and trying to get out of it. I felt attitude and discriminated by their actions by words and mannerisms toward me. Well after the door was loudly shut when I was driving off. I was like I'm not letting this go. I complained on the corporate site and I'm not done with this by a long shot. Just RUDE plain out unprofessional rude!!!

This location just can't seem to get it right. Extremely poor customer service. The food was cold and tasted very dry. $6.29 for the Steakhouse burrito and it was pathetic. Poorly run and poorly managed location.
