On more than one occasion, I have been served the most beautiful soft taco I have ever seen. When they take care to make the simple things well, you know the rest will fall in line! They do a good job of actually reading special orders when I add fancy sauce and jalapenos to everything. Never too busy when we stop by for work lunch. Consistent tacos! It's nice to see the same, friendly faces too.

Got a crunch wrap and it absolutely sucked. Nothing about it was good. Was not folded right. Was not toasted right. Hardly had any meat in it. Soggy and fell apart when just picking up. Very very disappointed.

When I went to Taco Bell today it was like eight cars in front of me. They moved all eight of those cars out and made me wait till the last car left their drive-thru before they took my order. Upon seeing this I stayed in line longer to say okay you treat me wrong I'mma treat you wrong. Right after that I got my food look what they fit me after I didn't struggle to pay for my meal.

Can’t listen to simple instructions. I can’t even spend 5 dollars without getting a complete screwed up order . Quit your job. Done eating here. if you want good food quality go to Monroe.

Prices are just way too high. Did not come back again unless had no choice. Don't get me wrong the food's okay but for $45 if you would have been around 20 bucks I'd have been a pretty happy guy with this is ridiculous

Taco Bell is the perfect late night snack for my husband and I. We just wish the sauce packets we order would actually make it into our bag lol but when the cravings are real we won't complain 😋

2nd Shift Employee That I'm Gonna Report In The Morning About Had Me Wait 2 Hrs For My Food At The Door Mind U With 20 Other Customers Who Came In An Out When I Ordered My Food Online. THE 2 Hrs Go By I Pull Up To The Drive Thru Ask Can I Get My Money Back He Said "Fine Since U Wanna Be Rude" I Was Never Rude I Waited 2hrs For 4 Soft Tacos An A Box. HE Just Sat At The Window Saying Nothing. It's All On Camera From They Building If A Supervisor Need Verification. I'll Be Back In Person Early Morning To Report Him I Can Pick Em Out From A Crowd In A Heartbeat. I Literally Paid For Food An Didn't Get No Food Or Money Back An Turns The Drive Thru Screen Off But He Is Taking Other People Orders😅😅😅😅😅😅

Obviously not the dashers fault but I specially asked for mild and hot sauce and got none at all. Come on now. Do better. Not even napkins. Like come on

For some reason they do not have the Carmel apple empanada. Boo. Your basic bell spot. Quick service, long drive thru line. Decent food. Hey they are trying.

What a bunch of sorry sorry sobs! Lobby closed. Will not allow walk up to windows. I ask a lady in drive threw to order for me. They would not allow her to order for me. I drive a truck. It will not fit three drive threw. And these sorry ass people will not allow me to buy food! What's this country coming to. My moneys not good enough for Taco Bell! Sorry ass mother fuckers!

Very very slow put in a mobile order on my way went through the drive through then was told I had to come inside to get my order because they are backed up on the drive thru then came inside and waited 30 more minutes on my food I just don't understand what the difference is I should be treated the same as a person that just pulled up because if I didn't use the app I would've still been in the drive thru

I have been to this location twice in the last month, and they messed up my order both times. The first time they fixed the problem right away, but this time I didn't even bother getting it fixed. I'm pretty sure I'm done with this location.

Burrito smelt like a fart. These chain smoke crack fiends also known as Taco Bell workers are too busy finger popping themself in the back to make your food good and if you're drunk. They don't take more than one order. Their simple chimp minds would explode if they had to count higher than one . Don't go here if you love your family or value your self worth

This location doesn't deserve to be called fast food. The drive thru took 25-30 min just to go through. Not only was the wait long but they didn't have any options for sauces because they ran out AND they got our order wrong. Disappointing

Taco bell has horrible service. drive thru is slow and they never get my order right. there is always something missing when i get home and check the bag. i went back one time with my receipt and wouldn't give me a refund. not to mention the rude employees. this is why i don't recommend going to this taco bell and if i could, i would rate it ZERO stars

Thanks to the derilect that ruined our dinner. Ordered 8 items, of those 8, five were THE SAME ITEM, AND THEY GAVE THE WRONG ITEM (all five wrong) They went right in the trash. Set your money on fire and flush it down the toilet before you spend it here. I wish I could leave ZERO STARS incompetent!!!

Poor customer service! This is the second time we have ordered and both times the order was incorrect. This time we utilized door dash (per the link on the Chipotle website), wrong ordered delivered. When we contacted Chipotle they said we can drive up to get a replacement order, contact the Door dash driver (this isn't possible) or go to their website to get a refund (refund doesn't include delivery charge). They made it very clear they have no idea how Door dash works even though that is who they endorse for delivery. I won't order again. Plus some poor other customer didn't get their order either, we received it.

Very rude girl at register in store, she had no name tag but it's lunch 12:47 6/14. Horrible person to great your customers.

Very clean and organized place. Gets pretty busy sometime and that is because they take care of the customers.

was crying in the drive thru and the nice lady gave me my baja blast for free because she told me it looked like i was having a bad day. convinced she is heaven sent

Horrible service , customer service, and management! Very slow, they forget food, and had an incident where the manager would not come talk to me after I requested to speak with her three times!! Very poorly managed...and some of the employees are rude as well!!!!! I really don't even want to give it 1 star...definitely does not deserve!

Fast friendly service. Got my order correct & had it to me fast. Went through the drive thru & it moved really quick. Keep up the great work.

I wish I could give a zero star evaluation. The Guy on front register was nice enough but didn't know how to do his job well enough. Then when he had to ask the girl from boards to help him, she gave not only him but me an attitude (also gave me a dirty look). Then when I asked him what was on a certain item he didn't know how to use the register to find out "ummmm... honestly I don't even know haha" (so the bitch in back had to come show him how). When I got my change I asked for him to switch the quarter and dimes for nickles so that I could use them for the donation game on the counter. He says he can't because he can't open the drawer without a purchase, whatever you can go ask for the keys, you weren't busy and neither was anyone in back I was the only customer. Then when I finally get my food the tortilla shell for my burrito was as hard as a god damn taco shell. I am pissed. I recommend NO ONE to go there. Shit workers and shit food period.
