I expected my order to be correct down to the iconic hot sauces. I will never trust the drive thru guy again 😒 got napkins, but no sauce. You asked me at the speakerbox if I wanted sauce. Pull through to the end, man!

Stopped by for a quick grab and go dinner but when we asked for water they said they had to charge $1.07. I asked why and was told they have to charge for the cup. Really?!! The guy did say it was "happy hour" so any drink was $1 so that was OK...but if he would not have told us I would have never known.

This is a very rubbish store. The night staff are lazy and unwilling to work. They lie that there are no products. What a bunch of lazy guys! Such a business should close down soon!

It's 105 degrees outside and I came in to ask for some ice water which I thought was supposed to be available and free in this state. I don't know maybe I'm wrong. I have been walking because unfortunately I don't own a car. I was told they are out of cups and I was told this very rudely by the manager. Then I decided I was going to move some money around to my cash app so I could use my phone to buy a drink. Meanwhile this man whom claimed he was a customer and was there to help the c ladies out because they don't want my kind here and he c proceeded to record me and call me names and when I told him I was a veteran he said I was lying and he's going to post me on YouTube. Unfortunately the staff did nothing to help him out and let this man harrass me the whole time I was ordering. He even asked them if they wanted me to leave and apparently they said yes but when I asked they wouldn't even look at me in the face. RUDE STAFF ALL SHOULD BE FIRED.

I had a drive-thru experience at this location. The person who took the order was very nice. Food prep time was good as well. The food portion could have been better plus the beans did not taste usual hence I have deducted the stars. I think it could have been better if I was dining in.

I go to this taco bell often and this was one of the very few times I left disappointed. They have a new pick up window they were giving orders through and had the drive through closed. The employees looked lost and stressed and the line was just getting longer and longer. I just cancelled my order after almost 20 minutes of waiting.

There is an employee and a manager here who should switch positions ASAP. I hope this stores' officials see this because that employee took the money for my order at 3:59 or 15:59 p.m. today. This employee is always so amazing and so hard-working with special requests, and the manager has always had such a rude and sour attitude towards me with special requests. I swear this town is legitimately backward sometimes.

Servers were friendly but they had the soda machine turned off because homeless people kept coming in and using it. Not a place for families due to the high homeless community. Despite that, it was relatively clean. However I would stick to drive-thru.

This Taco Bell has pretty consistent food and their dining area is usually pretty clean. For this particular order, I ordered on the app and received my food by going through the drive-through. I placed the order 10 seconds before entering the drive-through and since the line was nonexistent, I was able to wait a couple minutes for my quickly prepared food. Service here is always great with friendly staff. The half filled nacho cheese cup made me sad.

Manager is unhinged disrespectful and unprofessional. Has an attitude for literally no reason and I watched her interact with multiple other people and with every one she just acts like a total b!tch

Super rude customer service extra waiting time for small order no respect for customers

Went there around 12:30am today and received horrible service. When ordering, the lady taking my order was super rude and sarcastic when I asked nicely "just making sure you got steak for the discovery luxe box" she then responded with the smartest snarkiest sarcastic attitude "well if you look in the white box on the corner, it will say steak, that's why I'm telling you to read it and see if everything is correct" it was worse but that was pretty much the jist of her attitude. When I called her out on the ordering screen box saying she had an attitude, this is what I opened the box to when I got home. Mind you I just worked 16hrs and got off at midnight. I respect fast food workers, but she gives them a bad name. Older woman, short curly hair with some white. When I got to the window a young man with long hair gave me my order. I saw the lady and asked if she was the one who took my order, and when she said "yea" i ripped her a new one told her she was rude, sarcastic and that I work 2 jobs, 16hrs and still give amazing service unlike her. She just laughed and hid. Absolutely disgusting behavior and to intentionally make my food smaller than what is displayed because I called her out is unacceptable.

My boyfriend and I were craving a late night snack and decided to walk to Taco Bell for a quick fix. We were left unsatisfied because they forgot some things I ordered :( Additionally the cheese-it crunch wrap didn't really have the giant cheese it or any meat in it. Save your money and expectations and go somewhere else.

Horrible Experience - Rude Manager and Slow Service The manager at this Taco Bell was absolutely awful. After taking forever with our order, and being rude when we asked how long it may take, we asked for the managers name and she refused to give us her name when we asked to report the issue. Instead of fixing the problem, they started cussing at us and talking **trash** about us right in front of the staff. Completely unprofessional! On top of all that, our order took forever to come out. It was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. If this is how they treat customers, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this place if you can.

I could have swore I did a Yelp review for this location a long time ago , but it's not showing up . Anyway , I went here the other day because they brought back the Bacon Club Chalupa , yeah . It's one of my favorites . I also got a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito with Seasoned Beef added . This location was remodeled a few years ago and is usually pretty clean in the lobby . I've never really had any bad experiences here and my drive thru orders have been correct . My usual go to is a Soft Taco Supreme and a Chicken Quesadilla . I tried the Enchirito that everyone was excited about coming back last year and wasn't impressed . I did like the Chicken Wings they had for a limited time , but they were to expensive for just 5 wings . I only gave 3 Stars since it's Taco Bell and it's nothing special , but consistent .

Probably one of the best Taco Bell's I've been too. The customer service is phenomenal. The management and staff here are amazing !

I would give this negative stars if i could. I called to see if i could get catering and they cussed me out for "prank calling" the manager her crystal is a b and sucks at her job. my daughter was so happy to go today and they had the audacity cuss her out when they forgot her food and blocked my phone number when she called because they forgot her whole order except the lettuce.

Why would one upgrade tacos to taco supreme?? The sour cream. My 2 supremes had no sour cream. Didn't know until I got home with my order. Really, really dissatisfied with this location now. The cheesy, double beef was less than desirable as well. Do they not know how to make their food??? Not a happy customer.

My bean and cheese burrito no onions, ex cheese that I paid for. No extra cheese, in fact it had no cheese and the tiniest amount of beans and a drop of red sauce. Plenty of onions though! Last time I give this Taco Bell a chance. Nacho fries were old and cold. Cheese cups weren't even a quarter of the way full. Just sad. Is there no management at this location?

Worse service ever. When you walk into the place, the workers do not acknowledge you at all. They are all standing there talking or looking at their cell phones. And it wasn't busy inside at.all. They only acknowledge when the cars are ordering.

This location have terrible customer service. I tried to make a purchase and the tall fat guy who looks Samoan or Hispanic who have a lisp refused to sell me anything. He slammed the window closed in my face as I was talking to him.

This is a horrible location. It's aggravation after aggravation. First they are NOT open 24 hours. I've been there a few times at night at the drive thru where they said they're closed and workers are clueless when I tell them the taco bell website says they're open 24 hours. Next, they often mess up orders not giving me the right items. 3rd, the quality of food is sometimes poor. 4th, the drive thru service speed at night is extremely slow for some reason.

This location needs more employees. I sat in the drive-through for over 25 minutes and they still haven't taken my order and then the lady gets on the speaker and say it's gonna be another 15 minute wait and they still haven't taken my order. You guys need to do better, I am highly upset and now I'm blocked in by the cars that are waiting for their food in the window. I don't even wanna order anything at this point.

I've been in the drive thru 15 min, can't pull forward can't back up. Their phone line is busy. Shit show.. Now that I'm home they gave the the completely wrong order Have left the phone OFF THE HOOK since I called 1 hour ago wondering why they were not moving the drive through (someone had fallen asleep literally at the wheel) 1 hour later I have the wrong food and no one will answer the phone FUck this establishment

On Tuesday, I found it very unprofessional that the manager on shift argued with me about my order being incorrect. I had went through the drive thru and upon going into the parking lot I realized my order was incorrect and brought the food inside to get it corrected and he told me once I left it was my fault. Then, they remade the order and it was still incorrect, will not return to this location.

Not 24hrs, went thru drive thru and they refused service and indicated it would be another hour before they would take my order

The food portions are the worst. Hardly any cheese, beans, tomatoes... always filthy ...very slow service ... homeless people.. simple minded employees

Went here to order food, and was turned away for trying to pay with a $100 bill. No where on the doors, register or anywhere else does it say can't accept $100. Also went and got change and came back to find the 2 associates outside smoking while I was waiting to get my food. This is ridiculous that I can't use money to pay for my meal. Definitely will not come back here at all.

They don't know how to make the stuff that's on the menu, my burrito was mostly tortilla very little beans. You have one job put the beans in the burrito and wrap it up, this is so frustrating to go and eat your food that you paid for and it's not made right. I'm actually sitting in the drive thru waiting for me 4 tacos. The girl had me move up a little so their timer stops beeping. From what I heard In the past del taco has a timer that starts from when you roll up to the window that tells them how long their taking.. I'm writing this entire review and STILL AM WAITING AT THE WINDOW. it shouldn't take this long for 4 tacos

This Taco Bell and it's staff workers are fucking incompetent they cannot handle basic orders of rice and beans I just ordered a cheesy rice and bean burrito and it's all beans barely any rice and literally one dog of cheese I also ordered a cheese quesadilla and there's barely any cheese on this it's literally tortilla and sauce get your shit together Taco Bell you suck!!! Omg it's 9/26/19 and this is my mini quesadilla with no chicken lmao what a fucking joke I hope ur all fired u lazy whores

Typically late night fast food is slow but the Taco Bell team 6/11 @ 1am was fast, friendly and had great customer service. The man working the window was polite and gave us slot of sauce when we requested it. 10/10 experience due to the staff.

Terrible service. I waited at the register but was not getting no help. I then went to the kiosk and ordered a freeze drink. I waited for 12 minutes and asked one of the employees about my order and all I got was a hand. She then went back to what she was doing and two minutes later, she informed another employee to help me out. At least this employee was apologetic and made my drink.

I came to this taco bell because the other one i go to ALWAYS messes up my order and no way they messed it up. yall need to be more patient making the orders if you can't make them correctly don't try making them fast . they gave me the food pretty fast and i got like 7 tacos in total.i went back for a remake and they were being so petty and weird about it making me show them all the food and i told them how i wanted it 10 times and they still couldn't fucken get it right . after they gave me the re make they still were missing 1 taco but i was so done with it even someone outside stopped to ask if i got my order messed up "TOO" . I came here on a mission to try nearly everything on the new dollar menu last week. I asked for two of everything minus a select few off their dollar cravings menu. For some reason, the cashier just couldn't understand that order. Aside from the multitude of order screw-ups, here's my top choices if you're feeling hungry and can't decide: 8. Spicy tostada - maybe it's because I saved this until the end, but it didn't really do it for me. Flat taco shell sprinkled with some cheese and diced tomatoes. Pass 7. Triple layer nachos - there were more stale tortilla chips without sauce than with. 6. Cheesy roll-up - exactly as it sounds, but strangely satisfying, especially with their multitude of hot sauces. 5. Shredded chicken mini quesadilla - pretty good, but the beef is better. 4. Cinnamon twists - this really should be in the top 3 because come on, what visit to Taco Bell isn't complete without these babies? My Top 3 must-gets: 3. Beefy Fritos burrito - this is the best bang for your buck on the entire menu. A decent sized burrito stuffed with beef, nacho cheese sauce, rice, and corn chips. Except, the corn chips got soggy pretty fast. 2. Nacho fries - isn't this why you came here? The fries are well seasoned and fried. The nacho cheese sauce has a kick and is the proverbial icing on the cake, or I guess cheese on the fry. 1. Beefy mini quesadilla - this was my favorite of the bunch. More beefy flavor than the chicken and has an all-around more satisfying bite.

FRED is my man! He was so efficient and kind while taking my order. I was taken back by how kind he was and thee experience made my morning. Definitely coming back!

If you dine in I suppose it's good experiences but if your At the drive-through after 10:00 PM then there's going to be delays guaranteed and if you have a mobile pick up the order isn't started till you arrive and for DoorDash at that time you you're waiting at least 10 to 20 minutes

I only stop by this location once in a great while and then only for breakfast, but the service is always very good and the dining area is nice and clean. Taco Bell's breakfast is low-key really good for a budget option - the mini skillet bowl and sausage-egg quesadilla (put some breakfast salsa in to kick it up a notch) is a really solid meal for $2.

Needed a snack and stopped here for Mexican pizzas for me and the kiddos. The customer service at this Taco Bell is exceptionally good. It is nice too see and rare for the Bells visited recently. I was so surprised as well at how clean the store was and the bathrooms. The speed of the service was great too and well beyond par.

I usually like going to this location but not today. I understand that it can be busy but not to acknowledge a customer standing at the register waiting to order. I finally speak up saying "am I going to get served?" The lady doesn't even apologize or anything. Then when I do get someone to take my order I am so upset that I just walked out. They will let you sit there for 20+ minutes, finally get to the order window to tell you that they are no longer taking orders. Then you are trapped in line for another 10 minutes. Will never spend another dollar at taco bell

Cashier had no idea about the menu. Ordered a taco and he was like idk what that is. asks the manager who told him to just cancel it because "he doesnt know what she wants" (talking about me) even though he didnt even say a word to me. Hes rude to his own employees and customers.

Checked out this location on a recent trip as it was close to my hotel. As a former Taco Bell general manager, I can spot the good from the evil in about 5 seconds, and this store was nothing but good! Super clean, newer building style, well staffed, and this was my first chance to check out the new order kiosks. I was in and out in less than five minutes. Keep up the great work!

Stopped in for the alcohol infused freezes plus a mid daddy snack. The food is your standard Taco Bell fare. The real MVP here is the booze which is added in to your lovely Baja blast freeze or any of the other freezes you may desire. You have the option of adding vodka, tequila, or whiskey in your drink. Many of my friends often for whisky but we're not as satisfied with the taste of their freeze. Be sure to opt for the vodka in my opinion, because it blends in nicely with whatever freeze you may desire. A double shot is also an upgrade option.

Typically my experiences with Taco Bell have always been great. However this time I attempted to use the app since I had a free taco "with any purchase" promotion from T-Mobile's Tuesday app. It applied perfectly to Taco Bell's app as it showed I had the promotion attached with a taco added to the cart along with two other items I was going to get. No matter what I did the app wouldn't let me order it with the promo. I asked the gentleman at the counter for assistance but all I got was that he never used the app before (he could have asked the manager or anyone else). So I gave up and ordered two items off the dollar menu (all I really needed was a snack anyway). Which took around 10+ mins to get. The food was at least delicious. The experience this round, not so much.

I asked for 2 5$ box's and a baja blast and a cherry freeze they charged me for the baja blast which was included in the 5$ box and charged for an extra drink that I didn't ask for... and then asked me to park out front only to bring one of the boxes instead of twovery dissatisfied
