Wow! At first I was so upset I paid for a side of nacho cheese that costs a dollar, and they only filled my cup up halfway which might be a tablespoon of nacho cheese, which wasn't going to cover my taco. So I went and complained and bought another one. I was upset because I paid too much and twice. But as I was coming to leave a review, it became obvious that the lady was in training, and her manager caught it, and sent her over with some free Taco coupons and an apology. This taco bell treated me like a queen today and I'm very grateful. Thank you!

This location is consistently bad both times that I have been here recently. The first time I had chicken chalupas and the pieces of chicken were hard as beef jerky. The second time I just got a burrito supreme and it was mostly beans and sauce and very little of the other ingredients. Either the people here really don't care about the food or another possibility is that they just arrived on planet earth very recently and have never had food before.

I have been here many times and it always comes down to the staff. There are many Employees that make this place welcoming. Lately I have been having issues with my orders. On a previous visit there were problems of quantity. When I call you can’t get thru. Once I went in another visit the employee told me I need a receipt but I was never given one. I told her I can show my payment online but that wasn’t an option after just missing a burrito I let it go. This last time I went they notified me there was no more beef so I replied with chicken is fine, however I was up charged for it; which makes since but I was doing it as a compromise not as a desire. Who orders hard shell tacos in chicken? I tried the new nuggets and the picture will speak for itself. I tried to call but they were close once I got home. Maybe I got some late pieces but the rocks I received should have been thrown away. I opened them to see if any were good enough to eat.

It was pretty late when I came, and am new to TX. My family and I, spent a good hour on the touch screen ordering my food lol To my surprise, not one thing went wrong. I'm actually very impressed with their accuracy and the time spent on making my food. I would rather someone take the time making sure everything is correct and fresh, then rush and it be sloppy and items being missed. I tend to add and remove things on my orders to personalize more to my liking. Personalizing my food, in return, I spend more money, however, to me, you get what you pay for. So thank you to the Taco Bell crew 🙏 as I was so amazed in the outcome when seeing my finished order. I only took a picture of my order, but, my families was just as good 👍

I just came here for lunch. I went through the drive through. The employees were fast, kind and friendly and there wasn't a wait! I ordered a Mexican pizza and 2 supreme soft tacos with a dr pepper. The veggies were really cold and the tacos were stuffed! The Mexican pizza was good but a piece of it had nothing on it so that sucked but over all, it was good!

Placed a to go order on the app. I was welcomed in when I picked it up. When ordering, I didn't find my favorite item, the Cheesy Doritos Gordita Crunch, I asked an employee, and she explained they had run out of the Doritos shells but just got a delivery. She made me one while I waited and made my day! Thank you for being curtious and attentive to my questions.

I usually don't leave bad reviews , but this Taco Bell deserves one. I paid $6 for a burrito , ya know , a burrito. 4 to 5 inches long , filled with beef , cheese , beans and other goodies. I didn't get that. I got a 2inch long burrito with like 2 pieces of chicken in it and a singular strand of lettuce. How does one mess up a burrito that bad? This isn't the first time. Just drive to the TB by friends wood. They never mess up.

Ordered for in-store pickup. The food was never ready and no one behind the counter would even look at me after 15 minutes. Had to go through the drive through and suddenly it was ready. Don't order pickup in-store here. They don't know how to use a shelf.

My family and I used to come here but stopped bc of management and the service. Today we decided to stop in and get some $12 pizza and weren't disappointed. Our server Mikayla was awesome, she was very attentive and sweet. The manager Krista was very present, she was kind to my family and made sure our meal and service was outstanding. I think after today we will be back, as long as Krista is manager and Mikayla is there.

Wow my guys at this Taco Bell just keep dropping the ball. Gave them a last chance today. The guy seemed like he cared but the kitchen staff not so much. The chicken in the quesadilla was super tough. Not to mention the people in there can't cut the quesadilla properly. It goes to show you how much they care. They should train them with shapes or something. Leaving the pic behind so the management can see.

I'm not a huge fan of fast food, but I have a bit of a weakness for Taco Bell (and a certain Texas based hamburger chain) AND today is National Taco Day! How could I not get tacos today??? I've never set foot in the business but I have picked up food from the drive thru a few times. My order is always correct and the staff has always seemed very nice. The food is always typical of what you expect from Taco Bell.

Always go to this location, never had a problem. This visit was an exception to that. For starters I was informed when I pulled up to the drive thru window that I had ordered to pick up inside at which time i showed the young lady that i had clearly ordered for drive thru pick up. Got the food items home to find stale taco shells, tostadas just slapped together without a care in the world. If you don't like your job find a new one ! More care should be given when handling and preparing food for others. Very displeased with this visit !

Do not try visiting this Taco Bell. Half the time they are closed before the posted hours and they don't have the ingredients they need to make food. Better to stop at the McDonald's or whataburger nearby or go to a different Taco Bell location.

Twice I have came here around this time and they said the cc machine was down which is cool cause I have cash however they could only take exact change is what I was told. So if I order say $15 worth of food and pay with a $20 I won't be able to get change. I work lat and there are only a few places open on my way home from work. Hope they can fix this issue.

My family and I all met up at my daughter's and niece's favorite place. Here! Service was excellent ..the story gets better. After eating and having fun we left. I didn't realize until we were almost home, that I left my purse!!! I was immediately filled with anxiety. I thought for sure it was GONE. My mother called and Shaina, an employee there had already safely guarded my purse. Wow!! There are some outstanding folks out there and I'm very grateful that Shaina is one of them. Thank you so very much!!

This rating is being generous...this Taco Bell is worthless. Went thru the drive thru...Ordered crispy tacos & they didn't even have any meat in the taco. And I didn't even get the order of Cinnabons I ordered. When I attempted to call, phone was ALWAYS busy like it was off the hook. Their freeze machine is always "being cleaned"...corporate get in there fire everyone & restaff immediatley...

I'm actually sitting in the restaurant eating my food as I type this. I'm not reviewing the food as we all know what you get when you eat at Taco Bell and wether it's the price or the craving you get what you come here for. I'm reviewing the customer service. Specifically from Christian. I ordered my food and it went off without a hitch. The next customer was an elderly gentleman wearing a hearing aid and talking on the phone trying to understand what the person on the phone wanted. He seemed frustrated and handed the phone to Christian who took the person on the phones order and then repeated everything back, told the gentleman what they ordered then took his order. All while smiling. He was efficient, friendly and went above any beyond.

Food is pretty constantly good; however, it's a 50/50 chance the inside will be closed. Every time I want to go here for a lunch break- the inside is closed. Due to my limited lunch time frame, I'm forced to get food and eat in my vehicle. Kind of annoying. Hope they can hire some more people so this stops being a thing.

Completely messed my order up. Asked for no sour cream.... They gave me sour cream. Paid extra for the steak nachos . They gave me ground beef. -------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: 06/20/14 Went back to taco hell... And again asked for No SOUR CREAM. Guess what ladies and gents.... I get home and took a bite of my burrito, and get hot sour cream ozzing out of it. I give up smh

This was my first time using the mobile app to order my food, and also my first time at this location. On the app, I selected to pick up my order through the drive-thru. Upon arriving, the drive thru line was long but it was fine because I was sure it'd move right along. After 20min, several cars honking their horns and not moving an inch, the cars behind me began to reverse. Since I had already paid through the app, I went in otherwise I would've taken my business elsewhere. Several patrons are standing around waiting for their orders. I move to the mobile order line and wait. A few minutes later, someone comes to check on me. Thankfully, there was no issue finding my order in the system. I was handed the cups and waited for the orders to come out foolishly thinking that this would be fast. There was no reason for anything to be going slowly. There were six visible workers in the back including one at the window. No one manned the front counter. It was clear there was no leader and no process. I again waited for another 15min. From the time I ordered on the app to the point at which they brought my food, it had taken 55 min. That's absolutely absurd. I will never again go to this Taco Bell location that's a mile away and would rather drive the 5 miles to a decent Taco Bell.

0 stars. Have been coming to this Taco Bell for 10 plus years. Covid or not. To be "out of beans" one weekend and then "no beef, shredded chicken, or fajita chicken" another weekend is absolutely ridiculous. Is this not a Taco Bell and that what you serve. I would have some understanding if it were not for 4 of your employees sitting in the dining area at 11:30pm when it should be prime time. I feel sorry for the individual who owns this franchise. A call will be soon to come.

Here we are in the Drive-Thru at the North Main Taco Bell in Pearland Texas. They have wonderful family music on. Yeah so here we are sitting here in the Drive-Thru line with no choice but to listen to lyrics that degrades women, African Americans, law enforcement and a few others. The words being used are not ones that any family would like their small children to hear, especially when trying to get take out food for the family on a Thursday night. I mean really? What is the management team thinking?

Where do they get these people. I remember when this place first open. This were the most friendly place in pearland. And it's been going down hill since. The employees are not friendly. Rude on some occasions. They could care less about anything. They have a senior citizen discount upon request. They sure don't ask if you want it. They don't even mention it. Yesterday I ordered and requested a senior discount. I did not get it. If they are not going to honor it. Why have It? The only reason I go to this location is because it's nearest to my house, and I like taco bell. Ive taken their survey. But they don't care. I'm not going to waste my time anymore on their stupid surveys. If they don't care why should i?

Will no longer be going to this location. Been scammed by the staff the last 2 times. Here's how today's went down: I ordered a taco 12 pack, 2 burrito supremes, and a nacho bell grande with no beans. All looks correct on the screen. I pay, they hand me a bag with the burritos and the nacho bell grande...which has beans. The following conversation happens: Me: This is supposed to be without beans. Employee: I can ring you up for one without beans. Me: No, I ordered this one without beans. Employee: That was ordered with beans. I look at the receipt and apparently the no beans part had been removed. The previous incident was very similar. Why? So your multi billion dollar business can make a few more bucks? Not off of me.

Out of the 20 tables in here, only two are clean. It is slow as molasses right now. No excuse for not sending someone out to clean the tables. If you plan to dine-in, bring your own wet wipes to clean your table.

I am giving them 4 stars based on my previous experiences 2/6/15 because every other time before this would have be a 3, I always order nacho cheese steak chalupa with a side of order of cup of pinto beans with cheese & my husband gets their soft tacos . Their presentation was beautiful on the steak cheese chalupa & tacos. They even made sure my order was right this time , due to the person that was taking my order who had forgotten the cheese and charged me for just for the steak chalupa instead. I've never seen their steak cheese chalupas presentate in an un-sloppy manner befor ... I give a huge thanks to the woman that made sure my order was right & given to just like their beautiful pictures & commercial ads I will return to this Taco Bell location when this lady is working... You have your kitchen in order ... To the lady who made sure my oder was right you deserve to Give ur self huge a pat on the back you need to be recognized on the evening of 2/6/2015

I know it's lame to review a chain fast food place after a long Yelp hiatus. Pity me as I don't have much dining dollars this go-round and this Taco Bell is walking distance from my house. We usually sit inside as the service is super quick, the tables are about as clean as one can expect and our orders have been 100% correct over the twenty plus visits. There's always seating, the chips used in the nachos are crunchy and fresh and we've never had an issue substituting beans for beef/whatev or getting just a cheese quesadilla instead of a chicken chunk filled one "by mistake". The steak is a bit hit or miss, sometimes it has the texture of pot roast, sometimes it's like a grilled fajita. The chicken burrito is my favorite, especially with the $2 deal of a medium drink, burrito and bag of Doritos for later... meaning when I get back to work and drag out my lunch break. Having moved from the "newer" side of Pearland to the original Pearland settlement, I've noticed that the chain places are much cleaner and have better service on the "older" side, maybe due to less dining traffic or little kids than the mega-suburban saturated Silverlake area. Not that Taco Bell needs my approval but here it is. For real Mexican food, try Los Brother's (their apostrophe misplacement, not mine!) across the street. The soft pastel 1980s decor is so comforting in the age of every other chain mimicking the dark Starbuck's ambience (McDonald's, I am looking in your direction) and reminds me of being a teen when I could only afford Taco Bell on my salary -- oh, wait. Wish it had a patio or at least an outdoor table to get away from the 104KRBE soundtrack but otherwise cheap/clean/always prepared the same way food.

Waited 5 minutes at 10:30 pm for someone to respond to drive thru speaker. Drove up to the window and no one would respond. Just gave a cut signal across the throat. Why didn't they say something through the speaker about an issue that caused them to close 2.5 hours early? There were "family members" running around inside the store. BAD BUSINESS. All lights are on. Refused to open the window to explain.
