Last 3 times I went here they got my order wrong. I’m over it. It’s not the drive thru workers it’s whoever in that kitchen. Came back next day after my burrito had sour cream on it against my wishes, burrito had sour cream on it AGAIN. Came for crispy chicken taco idk what this is I got. I just ordered the crispy chicken taco days ago, nothing changed except what I had in the bag when I got home!

Order thru drive thru a grilled cheesy bean dip and a cantina chicken taco service was good but the food was an issue the cantina chicken taco tortilla was super cold on one side and hot on the bottom the purple cabbage was super wet made the tortillas soggy super fast the wrapping was soaked felt all wet the pico gallo was watery as well, but the service was good went back got a refund no problem left with my burrito by time I got home the burrito looked like it was just slapped together sloppy outside tortilla had beans where I went to u wrap it was getting beans everywhere don't have time to go back for a refund on it the advacado green salsa where a issue as well looked like they were left out the oil and the sauce split

Before driving four miles to here, I checked on the Taco Bell app to make sure they were open and it said they were. I went to the drive thru, and after waiting about ten minutes I got to the speaker and was greeted by "Will you be checking in with your app to earn rewards points?" I answered yes, as while waiting there all that time I was able to open my app and bring up the check in code. Then another voice asked if I was picking up an Uber Eats or Door Dash order, and I answered no. She then told me they weren't taking orders. Really?!? Then why are all the lights on and why does the app say you're open? I was then stuck yet another five minutes to get out of the drive thru. Outrageous! Don't waste your time here like I did.

When I arrived at the drive-thru speaker, I placed my order as usual. After pulling up to the window, I provided my form of payment and completed the transaction. Immediately afterward, I showed the employee my rewards check-in code. He told me that he could not check in the code because the payment had already been processed. I explained that in the past, other employees have been able to apply the code after payment with no issue. As soon as I said that, the employee abruptly slammed the window in my face. When he returned, he told me that the manager said the only way to apply the code was to ring up a new order. I again explained that this was not true based on my previous experiences. The employee then slammed the window a second time and began making jokes and mocking me to a young woman who was preparing food behind him. At that point, I asked to speak with the manager. The young woman loudly said, “Yo, he’s asking for the manager.” When the manager came to the window, I attempted to explain the situation, and although my tone may have been raised due to being disrespected and made fun of, the manager chose to slam the window in my face as well. Rather than escalate the situation further, I decided to leave and handle the matter through a formal complaint.

I for one am a huge fan of Taco Bell no matter where it is. Unfortunately, I happened to catch wind of an incident that occurred at this location that greatly disturbed me. The character and behavior of the employees and their blatant disrespect for a customer was disgraceful. Defamation of an individual because of their sexuality or what they look like is heartbreaking. Even the Manager seemed to go along with the antics with the employees. Thankfully the customer chose to be the bigger person and left. I don't even think he got his food. No person is greater than another. He shouldn't have had to experience that. As a prominent food chain across the U.S, I would hope that this is not the type of behavior that is condoned at your estalushments. This particular establishment should reevaluate how their employees treat their customers and behave in the work setting and train their managers how to properly handle situations like this. What happened to the gentleman was demeanoring and unacceptable.I most definitely will not be stopping at this location when I'm in that area.

Ordered on the app. To my knowledge they’re suppose to make it when you pull up to the drive through.This location pulled my food and drinks from up front which I assume is where they might have a warmer, I came up to the drive through at about 9pm got my food came home to see that all my food was soggy. It looked like it was in the bag for a while. I look at my receipt and I see that the mobile order attached to it was at 8oclock. So these workers got my mobile order and made it when it was received…NOT when I pulled up. I understand if they were busy but there was one other damn car in the drive through. Do better.

This has always been my favorite Taco Bell in the area. The food is always hot and my orders are correct 99% of the time. I don’t usually leave reviews for fast hood places but today the nice guy working the drive thru chase me down the street after I left the drive thru without my nacho fries. Truly an angel. I've been to this taco bell a few times and never had any issues. But this morning after my shift at a bar nearby, I ordered on their mobile app and drove to this location and said that it wouldn't be ready for another hour and a half, but they were accepting door dash delivery driver orders... make it make sense

I don't believe I've got a chance to stop in this particular location, however, I've stopped in to the ones on, (35th Ave.& Glendale, Mustang library location, 7th Street & Indian School & especially the brand spanking new one on 43rd Avenue and Glendale, and many few I didn't name). Needed to Drop and Stop by this reviews to compliment what an outstanding this business enterprise is. There's shouldn't be any competition to the other fast food taco chain restaurants or chain, jus cause, I strongly feel it's the []{}"First One Stop"[]}{ tummy satisfaction restaurant.!!!!. ring the bell for Enrique Iglesias for such beautiful songs!!!!. Prices are so reasonable, never seem to disappoint me on a short day of change. Besides THIS, so Glad to know McDonalds' on my side too! This location seemed nice until we got to the window in the drive thru... the employee was very rude to us we had asked what came in a chalupa combo and he said "A TACO" and "A LARGE DRINK" and proceeded to tell us "Your order was already made" like we could not add something if wanted... I then said it was ok we would stick to what we had already he said "FUCK" to mind you my partner didn't want to go here in the first place cause he has never been. I took the time to call and speak to a manager about the guys attitude and he just hung up on us.. for corporate I hope you see this something needs to be done about that employe..my order was at restaurant # 032737 and order #596 at 8:55 pm 11/17/25

This is honestly the best Taco Bell I've been to in awhile. The service is excellent and my food is actually intact when I get home. This location does not skimp on the toppings and I truly appreciate it. The only issue I have come across is the taste of old deep fryer oil. Really noticeable if you order the chips or cinnamon twists.

I just left at 4:30 am. Friday August 1st. No one answered the call box after 10 minutes of waiting and the car in front of me waiting. So I pulled up to the window. The man yelled at me and said DoorDash orders move into the parking lot. I said I wasn't DoorDash and I wanted to order food. The man said they were closed and refused to take me order and ushered me to leaves terrible service and don't understand why DoorDash order get priority over customers ordering at the wonder. Whoever that was should not work there anymore.

Come here all the time but had a terrible experience tonight. Girl at window cashier, tonight September 21st 11:28pm. Super mean, misheard us on drink order and we asked to simply switch for the drink we wanted. We were super nice and respectful, since we both work in the food industry as well. She was super rude. Threw the drink in the trash aggressively. Then when she handed us our food, she dropped it out the window and we had to catch it midair and our boxes almost collapsed. lol won't be back ew girl, don't take ur day out on me princess

I ordered food online. Two orders paid for under my name (I was picking up for a friend with the same name). They only made one order, then made me wait while they took care of everyone else in the store and drive thru before they made my order - which I had placed online 20 minutes prior to arriving and for which I had an order number and paid receipt. I ended up standing in the store for another 20 minutes before I got my order. I was not even acknowledged in line until I moved up and butted in while some lady couldn't figure out what she ordered. These people have no common sense and no idea of the concept of good customer service. I won't go back there again, and I'm sure no one will even care about this review - but here it is anyway.

I know expectations should be low for a Taco Bell. However, this location is particularly awful. Everytime I order from there something is wrong. Every. Time. I recently ordered four tacos and Cinnabons along with sauces. I got the Cinnabons, one taco and no sauces. The shell on the one taco was wet and falling apart. Every time I order from there I say it will be the last time but it's close to my house and open late. But this is the last time!

Went through the drive thru, not only was "Johnathan" which is the name on the receipt so rude in the window, he rounded my total to support "school" without even asking me. I think he was upset and rude because my partner had asked for the receipt after hearing the total being even. At this point rounding up others money is a legal situation.

Cheese it crunch wrap is the worst thing you will ever get. Not only does it ruin cheese it's but it ruins Taco Bell as a general place servers were fast and it looked as clean as a Taco Bell can get. The cheezeit sucks. They need to bring back the frito burrito

This is my favorite taco bell. I want to disclose that I only go to taco bell for breakfast, so all my comments are on regards to that. Very quick drive thru, reasonable breakfast prices, very friendly staff. Sometimes there are issues with homeless in the parking lot or store, however if notified (or if inside) staff is very quick to respond and eliminate issues.

mole. This review is for the Restaurant at 125 W Roosevelt Road in Villa Park, IL I ordered about $48 of various items for takeout; nine separate items. Three items (2 hard tacos and one Beef Supreme Burrito were customized. This was for 4 grandchildren and 2 adults. When I got the product home, the two customized hard tacos were incorrect with a non-desired ingredient added and a desired ingredient left out. The other special item was a Beef Supreme Burrito with Guacamole (an additional $1.10. This additional ingredient was left out BUT paid for. In addition, an additional Beef Supreme Burrito was left out completely. Upon inspecting the order when I got home, I returned immediately to the store (10 minutes one way), I was asked if I wanted them to just add the forgotten ingredient; I guess they would scrape off the offending ingredient. I said NO, I want fresh product as these were already cold. The missing burrito was replaced by a Supreme Gordita; I waited some more to let them make the correct product. All the time, the crew was giving me the stink-eye for pointing out their mistake. The "manager/floor manager" said in my earshot "What's wrong now? Nobody ever offered a word of apology for this issue. And, by the way. Taco Bell, your contact us is not working so I couldn't even complain direct to you. Never again. It's easy to find a taco joint.

Sent my boyfriend in to get the cheesy Gordita crunch and make it a supreme and of course they didn't put tomatoes and sour cream on it so he went back in and the not so bright gal at the counter said it doesn't come with tomatoes and sour cream. Umm...it does when you say it's a supreme and it adds .90 cents so maybe learn your menu. I've never had this problem at any other location. They wouldn't make a new one so we left.

Visited this Taco Bell to pick up food for my small office staff. Restaurant was clean in the outside and the service was very good through the drive thru. Taco Bell is excellent for families on a budget and they care about the quality produced. Yum Yum Brands the parent company reacts to any issues that customers may have a franchised locations (unlike other chains that blame the franchisee). Great value for your hard earned money.

It is unfathomable that fast food workers are demanding $20 an hour. They shouldn't get it and they don't deserve it. This Taco Bell is a prime example. Never EVER EVER have the incompetent people working there gotten an order correct. There are ALWAYS ALWAYS items missing from my order. Read the screen and make the food! The food is good, if you ever get any because be aware that whatever you order, at least half of it will be missing. Please automate this industry already so that orders will be made correctly. It'll save everyone including the company time money and frustration.

On 2/12 at 733p I came through the drive thru and I believe the gentleman said his name was Samuel or San Juan. He had a tattoo of red lips on his neck. He helped me about a week ago and this was my second time coming back because his customer service and speed is consistent. I can tell he likes his job and appreciates his customers. The store is also always clean when he works, all a BIG change since he started working here. I stopped going because the kids working there were rude and didn't care about the customers order. Way to go to management for making better hiring choices.

I don't get it. I go through the drive thru and say, "I want mild and hot sauces." And yet every time they give me fire and diablo sauces. Please train your staff better on how to provide sauces. This is so easy, and the failure to do the most basic thing is stupid. Why would you do that?

Usually get the order right but can't ever be bothered to read modifications on mobile orders. Ordered beefy 5 layer with no beef...came with beef. Not the first time this has happened and it's a bummer when you are able to modify these items as a part of their menu to begin with, especially when you're being responsible and ordering delivery late at night to be safe and not make poor decisions with driving. I'm not expecting 5-star service but ar least expecting my order to be correct.

The reason this isn't 1 star is the staff. I wanted to write this for this Taco Bell's management to see. On Halloween night I was in line for 40 mins (would have left if I could get out of the drive through). When I got to the order box the poor employee tells me the delivery never showed up and the place is out of tortillas and chips. They can only make chalupas and hard tacos. On top of that it's Halloween night and they are the only taco bell open in a 10 mile radius and only staffed 2 employees. Who sets there staff up for a nightmare scene like this?! The two people working deserve a medal for powering through and getting everyone fed without walking out in tears and closing shop. This isn't a mom and pop shop with supply chain issues, it's one of the biggest fast food chains on the planet. No excuse for this. Again, thank you big time to the rock stars who held it together working a holiday night.

Eveeytume I come here there is a problem. I hope the GM for this Taco Bell knows how terrible this place is ran. Something tells me they are just being lazy as per usual.

Extremely slow, line was long when I showed up, waited at least 5 minutes at the speaker before he took my order, sounded like he didn't want to be there working , wasn't really friendly. Got to the window waited another 4 minutes before someone e even came to the window, asked for something to drink because I forgot to order one. Was thinking about what I wanted and I started speaking and he shut the window on me. Completely screwed up my order I ordered a spicy soft taco added with sour cream, nacho cheese Doritos taco added sour cream and then two orders of chips and cheese. Let me tell you how pissed I was when I open led the bag. I sour cream on my soft taco , there was tomatoes on my nacho cheese Doritos taco and no sour cream, and only one order of chips and cheese and also didn't give me a spoon or fork for my fiesta potato's. How am I supposed to eat in the car with no fork. And I didn't order tomatoes on my taco I ordered sour cream. Definitely never come if back here again, super infuriated right now

This location does not stay true to the hours that are posted on the web and that are also on the door of the building. I do not know if the employees just do not want to serve their customers, but this Taco Bell should be ashamed of their customer service.

So I went through the drive thru, placed my order and the employees were very nice and of course I was too.... then I get home to realize that I have nearly a half order of nacho fries and a crunch wrap that was thrown together(and seemed to have not been put in the quesadilla press). I get it is "fast food" but dang, I'm still spending the money for it.

Do not go here they don't give you any sauce , and the tacos were dry and the bean burrito was fucking disgusting. Also if you're in love with lettuce chalupas this place is where you need to go , I literally got no meat in my tacos.

Thre worst drive thru experience. I don't mind the wait after 11pm, but if I don't get the correct order, I don't expect to be treated with rudeness. Having to get back in the drive thru line and wait again for 10 minutes and to be rudely hung up in when I called to voice my concerns. And when I told them on the intercom about the mess up, to not have the order ready when I get to the pick up window is faulty. And when I get to the window for them to ask me if I still want my order, WHAT?! And the shift leader/Supervisor sent one of her employees to deal with it when she should've been the one to handle the issue. Come on Yum Corp! You guys are better than that.

I just stopped by at 1:10am and saw the guy in the window, but he didn't take my order. The hours claim they are opened until 2am It seems like the employees are selective or like they prefer to act like they aren't working when customers arrive. Hope the company knows they are losing customers. Horrible service!!!!!

I come to this location on many occasion. Sadly I have to say more often then not I do not get what I order and either have to go back to get the correct food or just eat what I have gotten. Today on my lunch break I go to get food I do not have a long lunch break, but plenty of time to go to get food. Because of COVID 19 they place stickers on the boxes which I do appreciate. I did not open the boxes to check because of the sticker, which in all honesty I should not have to do. I get all the way home to find out yet again I did not get what I ordered. I do not have time to get back and exchange. I am beyond done with this location. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
